Hi I am an Airtable user on a Team plan ($24 a month). I want to invite a collaborator to see their own tasks and update their status eg. ‘to do’ to ‘ done’ and add a comment. I am going to have lots of task owners – but to invite them all is going to cost $24 each a month for essentially a very simple limited use of Airtable from their part? I need my table to be in the ‘Team’ space for the additional color and formatting although my ‘task editors’ don’t need to be in that space. Is there a cost effective way of setting up the above? Kind regardsAndrew

Hello All,My team and I are trying to manage the accesses of our collaborators within the same workspace.We are trying to have bases within the same workspace where not everyone has access.We are under the pro plan (team) and so far this is how we did:We removed most of the team from the workspace and added them back to the individual bases they need.However this is still limiting because we need users to be able to create their own bases which is impossible without Workspace Access.So two questions:Is this possible without upgrading plan? (the business plan allows feature I've seen)If not, is it possible to upgare plan of 1 admin collaborator to manage the access (and the reste of the team would remain on the same plan)

Has anyone else encountered this bug:I have a destination table that takes synced data from 2 source tables, things were working fine until just a few moments ago -When I have new data in source tables, and hit sync manually "Sync Now", new data rows show up in the destination table. However, a few minutes later, an automatic sync happened, and those new roles disappeared from the destination table (I didn't change the source or any filters, the automatic sync just undo my sync).If I hit sync manually again, the data rows appear again. Then automatic sync kicks in, and they are gone again.Already messaged support, but wanted to see if anyone else is encountering this.Thanks

This seems to be a commonly asked question but I am yet to see an answer that works for me. I am trying to build a base which will manage activity in our building in London UK. There is never a time that I don’t want any times entered to be treated as Europe/London - even if I am overseas the times should always be entered and displayed as London times, allowing for changes to GMT/BST when the clocks change. One thought I had was to use a Date field for the Date, and a single line text field for the time. I could then use a formula to create the dateTime, however in doing this I don’t seem to be able to find a way to use SET_TIMEZONE to force the calculation into Europe/London at the point when I am creating the dateTime - it seems that this is always calculated into GMT. A lot of Airtable support seems to suggest I use an offset to calculate this, but this seems to be deliberately ignoring the daylight savings issue. Putting in a single offset time just doesn’t

Is anyone else having issues with their JPEG and AI Files changing colors when you upload them? This is a business-critical issue and help support is not answering back. I've been trying to connect with them for a week and all that happens is pointing me back to either the Help Center or Message Center. I've even tried sales with no luck. I am on a Pro workspace plan, but maybe I have to upgrade to Business for AT to care? Right now it appears AirTable doesn't have customer service available. So far it's only been bots and salespeople.

Hi Everyone,I am trying to add photos to Airtable from our website and I am getting error 403.  I can view the photo in a web browser fine but when I paste the URL into the Airtable photo field I get the error.  I reached out to our web host (Siteground) and they said they have added some sort of bot blockers to all their websites.   They asked me to please check with Airtable and see if they can provide the IP address or addresses from which requests are executed.  If they can't provide a specific IP, please ask them to provide their 'user-agent' information. Does anyone know the IP Addresses or what this user-agent information is so I can get this working?  Thank you!

I missed a live webinar called 'Getting Started in AirTable'.Each time I click the link to view the 'On-Demand' webinar, it takes me to a page to fill in my details and doesn't actually show me the webinar. I enter my details, and nothing happens.Any ideas on how to access the webinar?

So I have been trying to get ahold of sales as we are looking at upgrading to Enterprise and need some information and help. IT seems every time I send a ticket to talk to sales I never get a response. What do I do now? 

I don’t think this is an option right now, but it would be nice if when you went into a Kan-ban view - you either could change your settings to open in a collapsed view or at least have the option to Collapse All when you open that view. If you have many columns…default of collapse would make it easier to get to what you want faster instead of scrolling. Seems like a logical and productive option to provide users. Emma

Hi there, I am brand new and been reviewing all the support docs but cant quite figure this one out.  I want to create a list of tasks that will always be the same, and will populate based on the type of field.  For example, I am using airtable with our content team who produces different type of content from blog posts to social media.  If the task is tagged "blog" I want to create a checkbox field for blog that always pulls in the same type of data "1st draft, images created, SEO review" vs if its a social media post I want to tag is as "social" and always pull in the same set of data "Image, hashtags, description"So far I feel like I would have to manually copy this each time.  I tried adding the subtasks to a different table and making an automation, but got a little lost and not sure thats the right option.  

Recently, our institutional emails have been updated. Unfortunately, due to the change to a shortened version we can not access and update our account. We are not able to log into the system since we use Google to access our account (again the email address has changed).  I would be extremely grateful for any assistance and information you can provide in updating the account email on the backend.  

Is there a way to update manually a "Last modified by" or "Last modified time" field?We use a field to check who was the last person to update an ID field. But we sometime have to bulk update these fields for cleaning or managing the database and the "last modified by" is now entirely set to the creator/admin who made the update.- Is there a way to update manually these fields?- Is there an existing extension for this? or a script ?- Maybe there is a way to "impersonate" a user in order to set the needed values to those fields? (I tried this with the interface functionnality to see interface as another user, it did not work)Thank you very much !

Hi community,I have two table, the first one is a database synchronised with many other, fulfilled directly by stores themself and it is creating a product list. The second table is contact information about the stores.I would like to link phone, number and adress regarding the store concerned.In my screenshots, green circled data are synchronised, and the red circled one are thoose I want to import from the table "ENTREPRISE INFOS".So in "BDD ARTICLE" table, if Sync Source is "Magasin 1", I want to display information regarding "Magasin 1" in my "ENTREPRISE INFOS" table.I didn't find any way to do it, thanks a lot for your help 🙂

I have a warning that my file is over the limit of 1,000 records per base, but it only has 531 records.The warning says it has 1145 records. There is no filter applied, it only has 531 records!Nothing else is over the limit.

Hey all, sorry this topic sort of covers not only bases, but also interfaces so forgive me.We have a few itemsCourses that have a field of "Who Can Teach", this field is populated from a linked fieldThat linked field is currently derived from a synced table, Staff.  Another base has scheduling of clients, that uses the Main Instructor field to schedule an instructor.The idea is:When someone schedules a specific course, the Main Instructor field will only show instructors that have been "assigned' or elected that they can teach said course.  We use emails as a keyid across the bases, so it can't be a lookup for per se as certain automations don't work well with lookups along with other reasons lookups aren't always useful.  They have to be able to be selected by someone, and not just a list.Then there is the idea of an interface for the instructors to add themselves to a list of courses.  We have

Hello, I published two templates on airtable universe some time ago but I’m now updating/improving these templates. I’ve published the changes I’ve made but I’m wondering, do users effectively subscribe to these changes or when they copy a base does this stay as it is? For example, if I add a table or a column to the template - then update the already published base - will those who have already copied the base into their own accounts see these changes? How can you publish specific Airtable info into a Google Slide? My team uses our base for project tracking and we want to publish specific information from Airtable to Google Slides or some other presentation format. What would be a visually appealling way to publish chosen Airtable info into a living presentation?

Hi,I have been using AirTable on a regular basis.  Yesterday I noticed that my chrome browser refused to go to the website (error was certificate not valid).  Upon inspection, I found that it is because, for some reasons, my browser has been redirected to a different website (web.remscripts.com) and it is this different website that has an invalid an invalid certificate. I tried a different browser (Firefox) and I did not have the same problem there.Do you know what happened? Is the website (or my computer) infected?Thanks!

Hi there, I’m a long term user of Trello and new to Airtable. Trello had a feature where you could forward emails to your board. I would have a to-do list board and whenever I got a request emailed to me I could just forward it to the board and it would create a to-do item for me. Does this function exist within Airtable? I have a shared table that is accessible to users who are not using Airtable. They can view the table using the link I provided without any issues. Within this table, there's a "notes" column where I want to refer to another record by saying "please see here," with "here" being a URL link to another record.As an Airtable user, I can click the link and access the other record, but non-Airtable users encounter a block. They are prompted to request access to the entire database, which I'd like to avoid. Is there a way for non-Airtable users to access the record URLs in the comments section without the need to create a new column for linked records?

Hi Community,I'm trying to purchase a Teams account but I am part of an entity that is not allowed to pay taxes. The form I'm sent to has a space for a credit card and says I'll be charged "applicable taxes". I'm not actually sure what happens when I hit 'submit' after entering a credit card, is it charged then or is there some other page I get sent to? I expect the former.Is there a way to pay for Airtable without paying taxes?
