I’m currently a Pro user and I’m considering an upgrade to Enterprise. I’d like to know if the following workflow is possible with Enterprise. A billable collaborator creates a form for a Base in their Enterprise Workspace. The billable collaborator shares the form with a non-billable collaborator from their domain. The non-billable collaborator accesses the form, authenticating with SSO prior to seeing the actual form fields. The non-billable collaborator submits the filled form, and their user ID is passively submitted along with the other form values. (I suppose this ID would be the email address they used to authenticate with SSO.) A billable collaborator can see the new record (with the ID of the user who submitted it) in a grid view. Reasoning: I’d like many individuals from my organization to participate in data collection and entry but want to restrict administrative access to a small team. Hi guys, I'm trying to connect Airtable with Make. My Make.com module is returning "Status Code Error: 403" and I can't connect up my Airtable. I initially had it working and then created some new bases, so I generated a new Personal Access Token. Not working. Have tried different permissions. Logging out, logging in (I know). Etc. Any suggestions?

I have a table where you can chose a proposal number and in another column you can add an amount. In another table (linked to the first one) I want to be able to chose a specific proposal number and sum all the amounts related to that specific proposal number. In the second table I have a rollup but it only includes the first amount associated to the proposal number. For example if a specific proposal has 4 entries (same proposal number but 4 different amounts on 4 rows) it only includes the first amount and omits the rest. Any thoughts on why this is? Thanks!

Hi there, when I sync’d my Airtable to my Google Drive, it automatically sync’d with My Drive. Is there a way to sync it in a Shared Drive or to a specific folder within the Shared Drive? Thanks in advance for any feedback!

I am trying to simply select a record and duplicate it from a filtered view, but for some reason, AT seems to be stuck or frozen. It is a bit frustrating. Anyone else experience the same issue?

Is there a way to make a photo (which I assume needs to be an "attachment" fied) clickable, where someone can click it to go to a URL? For example, I'd upload a photo of a dog and if they click it, it would go to pets.com. If not, is it possible to insert a clickable text link right underneath a photo? (The Pexels/button extension wouldn't work since I want to upload custom photos, in addition to trying to minimize expenses and complexity.) Thanks! I have noticed that the PDFs I have created with Page Designer (by clicking the little printer icon) do not contain selectable text. It seems to be a giant image. Not how a PDF is supposed to work. This is especially relevant when you include a URL field and want this to be clickable. Strangely enough some of my URL fields are clickable in the little preview pane in Airtable. But only some of them. Of course when I print and save them as PDFs none of them are clickable, because it is not text. There is an answer to a previous question that suggests using Long Text fields to avoid that problem but that does not work for me (and how should it, since my output is not text?): Some links not clickable in output PDFs from page designer - #6 by ScottWorld

I am in the process of building an order entry and work center scheduling system using Airtable, and I have the base functionality working well. The basis of the data structure is that Orders are created with one or more Line Items to be produced. Next, one or more Jobs are created and linked to each line item. Each Job is assigned to a single Work Center and has a start and end date. I am experimenting with the various views and interface options in Airtable to find a good way to visualize the number of jobs scheduled for each work center by day (or week) for a given time frame, with the goal of identifying if any work centers are overloaded for any given day (or week). I created a formula column in the Job table that calculates the Year and Week # for each job (ie. 2025-13 for the 13th week of 2025). This allows me to group/sort/total chronologically by week. I like to know what others are doing to have better organization of managing their users against workspaces, bases, and interfaces, specifically within their organization. I have built a number of apps amongst different departments. We have not decided to turn on enterprise hub yet for our enterprise account but we do have SSO. However, I think using groups would be useful as a growing community of users is developing. I’m a little clunky with using groups and will need to a lot of clean up. Structurally this is how I’m laying it out: Workspace per department Product owners of the Base have creator access only at the Base NOT at the Workspace level (Reasons - within the department could have multiple products not meant for other team members thus at the Workspace level gives too much control) Groups - Product owners are Group Managers My logic in what I’m thinking to do: At the Base level manage access for creators only Instead of inviting people directly to the base or interface per a
