Hi there. I'm trying to create a formula that returns a numerical value (price) based on a dropdown field. So, if "Option Zebra" is selected in the dropdown, the formula returns a value of 250. If "Option Lion", then the formula returns a value of 300, etc. Would some amazing wizkid be able to help me with that?

I've been tasked to create an interface that serves as a self-help page for people who encounter common tech issues. I also want them to be able to rate whether the solution helped them, but seems when using record interface won't allow a public user to interact with the rating element even after making it editable. Everything else is working except this component. Is there a workaround for this? 

HelloSorry about the title. Actually, I don't really know how to ask it correctly.Basically, I want the circled value to be the sum of the above 'Max' values. In this case, I expect 500 + 100 = 600.Is there any alternative to achieve that since I cannot switch the function to SUM; otherwise, the MAX would be lost...I goal is to show that sum "600" somewhere. Thanks

Hi Community,I have created a form to let user fill in the fields. After some time I notice that there are some errors. The errors come from user..1. Miss out an alphabet or a number of a SKU2. Key in the wrong the wrong word.3. Select the wrong dateI'm trying to find some ways to validate the input.Is there anything that allows me to prompt user:1. Prompt user to key the field when he/she forgot.2. Remind the user set the date at X days after the initial date, if the user instead set it at any other days.Thank you!

I'm looking to create a leaderboard that's linked to a form customers can submit whenever they complete some action. Each logged action gets counted as 1 point, and moves the individual up or down the leaderboard. So I guess this has two components: A form and a leaderboard that updates in real-time based on how many actions each individual has logged. Any ideas for how I can accomplish this in Airtable?I'm also a bit stuck on this: When someone fills out the form to log an action, how can I make sure each submission is linked to their specific record in our leaderboard (rather than it creating a new record each time they submit)? 

I have created an airtable base to see what steps different organizations need to take. I have a list of all of the steps in one table. And a list of all organizations in another. I have a linked column connecting the two to show what steps each organization has taken. I am trying to make it so I can easily see the steps that an individual organization has NOT taken yet/ what they still need to do (They all have to do all of the steps). I don't necessarily care how it is done as long as I don't have to do it manually and can easily see what steps have not been taken by each organization.For example, I want Organization 2 to say that it still needs to do steps 15, 19, and 20 (the steps do not have to be done in order for the most part).Images and an example base are attached for a better understanding of what I am trying to get at. Refresh Token logic intermittently failsWe're experiencing intermittent issues with the OAuth refresh token flow. While our initial token fetch consistently works (200 response from `/oauth2/v1/token`), some users encounter a 400 error during token refresh with:{"error": "invalid_grant","error_description": "Invalid token."}The peculiar aspect is that this only affects some users while working perfectly for others. The initial token exchange works flawlessly in all cases.I've compared our implementation with the official Airtable example repo and can't seem to find any breaking differences.Has anyone encountered similar issues or can suggest specific areas to investigate? Using Zapier, I am trying to lookup the “full name” field of a linked record by using the record id of that linked record. The record ID is the relevant record is returned by Zapier - so I should be home and hosed, right? However, This post seems to suggest that I cannot serach by record id unless I first define a “record id” field in my linked table (using the formula RECORD_ID()). UPDATE This works RECORD_ID()="<TriggerValue>(Step 1: Record Id)<TriggerValue>"

I would like to have 3 tabs for each page in my interface. I want Tab 1 to display fields A-M, Tab 2 to display fields N-Z, and Tab 3 to be "All collections" and display fields A-Z. Every time that I try to change the fields that are being displayed in the tab, it also applies those same changes to the other tabs.How do I display different fields for each tab in the same interface page?

How do I allow users to search / sort / group within the list view in Interfaces?If I first start with the List view using the Wizard, it doesn't allow give me an option to add levels. The only way I can do this is to start with a blank interface, then select List as an element to add.BUT when I do that, I don't have any options for users to search / sort / group.Am I missing something here? Owner asked for a place to view all marketing assets. Mainly graphics at the moment. I added fields for ratings and feedback notes. Is it possible to display assets in my interface while also allowing him to adjust ratings and add notes? Otherwise it seems creating and giving him access to a gallery view is the best approach to gather his feedback.

Hi Everyone.I am trying to create a two way sync with automations and running into a few issues. Here is the overall scenario:Table 1 is named "Jobs".  It has a long text field called "Job Notes". Table 2 is named "Action Items" and it also has a long text field named "Job Notes". I want the following to happen: Whenever someone updates the "Job Notes" in either the "Jobs" table OR the "Action Items" table I want it to be synced both ways so no matter if what table you are working on, the notes are the same within a moment of changing either side. I did the following that seemed to work until we tested it in real time and the dual syncing at the same time was creating alot of issues for my team who use these two tables. As they corrected typos / etc. it would erase some of the last parts of their sentences due to the syncing overiding eachother (at least that's how I undertood what was happening). On the Action Items table I made a linke

Why, oh why, do I not have control of how I order elements on a Dashboard interface? I want to put a list view first, at the top of the interface. There seems to be no way to do that. The first option to add is a count, then I can add bar graphs and pie charts, etc, and then lists and pivot tables have to go at the bottom. A list or pivot table can't be dragged to the top, nor the pie and bar graphs dragged below. This is a huge pain and I do not understand why there is no option to arrange elements the way I want them, the way they make the most sense. Am I missing something here? Doing something wrong?

I'm trying to solve two interrelated questions, but first a prologue:Current Setup:I have built a project portal on softr using airtable as the data source.Presently each project has 18 tasks all added to the project by an automationMy project members are split into two groups (admin & client)I have a project field that identifies the project "primary contact" in the even there is more than one project member on the client side.Automation currently assigns the first 10 tasks to the primary contact upon creation of the project recordA different automation adds the remaining 8 tasks to the project as unassignedThe unassigned tasks are a mixture of tasks to be assigned to the client at a later stage and the admin.The admin tasks were not getting assigned in advance because I had not figured out a good way to do this but a recent suggestion from @Mike_Autom

I have a table called Task template, which contains a 18 records of all the tasks I want assigned to a project. I have been using a simple automation that runs in airtable when a new project record is detected. The automation finds all the tasks in the template table then loops through the resulting list and creates new tasks in the task table matching each of the template tasks.  This all works fine.This evening I added a step to set a field in each newly created task to be the assignee based on a field in the project table that initiated the automation. This works too... but sets ALL 18 tasks with the same assignee, and this is not what I want.Each task has a field called "system task ID" which is a text field containing value 001 - 018. Trying to get my dashboard interface to show a graph with multiple Y axis that links to a record picker. So far, I've only been able to get 1 Y axis, I can get multiple Y axis when I don't use a record picker though.  

A coworker accidentally hit the unsubscribe button on an automated email.  How can we get her re-subscribed?  We looked at the notification settings on her account, and they are both checked.  She still receives no alerts from the automations I set up.  Please help!

I have a database with two separate tabs that are not related to each other:Projects Tab: This tracks projects, including their start and end dates.General Tasks Tab: This contains various tasks assigned to people only when they are not working on a project.Currently, I have an Interface with a Timeline View that displays the start and end dates of each project, grouped by person. This allows me to visualize the workload of each individual based on their assigned projects.I would like to enhance this Timeline by also including the information from the General Tasks tab. This way, I can see the complete workload of all team members, whether they are working on a project or handling general tasks.

Hi all, I'm am building a price comparison base which will be used to compare pricing from 1000+ suppliers on a range of products (3000+), but as a former Excel user, I'm struggling to mentally picture the base.I understand it would be one table for products and one table for suppliers, but I'm not sure how I structure the records to report on the cheapest supplier price.So if Product A is sold by supplier 1,2,3 & 4:1. How do I link each supplier to the product with their respective price?2. How do I get a column to show the cheapest price and from which supplier?My brain automatically reverts to rows for products and columns for suppliers, but I know that's a  spreadsheet mentality and I will regret it as the data grows... Any help sincerely appreciated!

I am using airtable with softr for a client portal, and I and trying to configure and automation to send and an email to the portal admin alerting them that a user has logged in for the first time. I have a "users" table in airtable which maps to the "users" table in softr. I have last modified turned "on" in air table. Softr maintains it's own "last seen" field which I have mapped into a matching date field in air table. The basic logic is that the "last seen" field is empty until a user logs in. So I would think that I would just need to trigger when the "last seen" is part of the "last modified" history? But this alone would result in an email going out every time the last seen field changes which would be every time the user logs in.I only care about the FIRST time, so I would need a way to check if the "last seen" field was previously empty, then compare it to the current field contents. I just do not understand where I would get the "previous" value from?

I know there are a number of Noloco users who use Airtable as the back end, and I'm hoping for some advice.I have a fairly complex app and due to some changes my clients IT team made the magic links and password reset emails not longer get to the users.  Noloco support is recommending I clone the app under a new name which should work as long as the new name is acceptable.Has anyone had experience with cloning apps (I've done it but not with a larger live app)?  Is there anything I should watch for or be aware of?Thanks.  

Is it possible to add validation for linked record rows?I am using the Record Review layout to display data with a one-to-many relationship. I need to apply validation to ensure that the value is not empty and does not exceed a dynamically generated value.Is this possible in an Airtable interface?Thanks.
