Many enterprise security policies require applications to timeout after a period of inactivity. Airtable currently doesn’t provide this functionaly; instead it offers a fixed web session length.Enabling this means Airtable users get logged out in the middle of their work (they could be presenting, in the middle of updating a formula, or deep in analysis). If you’re using the Airtable app and have multiple windows open, all of your Airtable windows close out when you log in again.Please update this feature to align to other SaaS products - thanks!

Hi all, is there a way to integrate QuickBooks Online Plus with my Airtable workspace and bases? If there isnt already an existing integration, how do you get around it to sync with each other?

We have recently experienced some issues with read-only share links access.  It appears a user must have an account in Airtable to access a read-only share link.  Is this the case?

Hi everyone,I'm helping out with the technical logistics of an in-person event. I've set up a contact database as a Base and configured an automation that triggers an email to send when the record's status updates from "pending" to "invited." The automation includes a prefilled link to Typeform which is generated from a formula (and that in turn syncs back to the base). Happily, all these aspects work fine 🙂The only unexpected hitch I've encountered is that the automation seems to have trouble passing well-formed HTML over to the sender (in this case Google Workspace. Hi, I am trying to construct a daily email to summarise data. I have all the data I need, but I cannot get the email to structure correctly. I have used HTML to make a table for the data, but when the email sends the formatting is awful. I’m looking for a way to get the table to display correctly, does anyone have any ideas? Ideally I want the table to sit in the white space with the other text I have attached a copy images to show the issue and what the raw form looks like

Is it true that Airtable is fairly limited in its ability to allow you to use HTML formatting for send email? Is the solution then to have to use SendGrid or another service that could help out with email automation?

Hey everyoneRan into something interesting and not sure what is going on.I have a table called assignment with a Start Date and End Date field that are used for Date dependencies and to calculate duration.I have an Interface button called runs an automation. In that automation is a script that will use the End Date of the record, calculate a new start date (which is one day after the end date) and a new End Date (which is 3 months after the new start date).I have another script later in the automation that will duplicate the record and insert the new start and end date into the Start Date and End Date field for the duplicated assignment.Interestingly, the Duration is not updating when the new dates are added.In the attached image the, the top record is the source and the bottom record was the duplicate created by the script.I created a test formula to calculate the works days to validate what I am seeing. I help run a marketing agency and I need to be able to create a table that shows how much each agency member will get to take home each month. There are 2 members that take payouts each month, but at different rates depending on who is the lead (70%) and the support (20%) - the business gets a share as well (10%). These percentages are average, but we do sometimes adjust them. I have a table for the projects which show all live projects. In the project tracker I list each project, the full fee, who is the lead, who is support, the start date /end date and the percentages that each gets. I would like the new table to show month over month, how much each should be getting paid based on all projects which they are staffed on (and the percentage) what they should be paid each month.

Hello!I am currently working on a form and want the ability for individuals to make multiple selections and get specific emails depending on their responses. For instance, we have 3 trainings with their own Zoom calendar invite that individuals can select on the form. Lets say Jane picks Training 1 and Training 3. We have an automation to send Jane an email that contains a Zoom calendar invite for Training 1 but want an automation that will also send her Training 2 in the same email. Is that a possible automation? Or is there a different way to do this? My organization currently cannot connect Zoom to our Airtable so that isn’t a potential solution unfortunately.  Please let me know your thoughts or if you need clarification on anything!

I have an automation that sends students an email thanking them for being a part of a short-term trip with the school and I was wondering if Airtable or an extension that I do not know of, could track the engagement of the student on if they opened the email, or if they clicked on a link, etc. I want to make sure that the email is the most optimized to get the most survey responses possible!

Hello,I'm building a new business (creating adult study abroad programs, targeted at the US market) and using Airtable for product management and CRM. I had initially planned to use Mailchimp, via a Make integration, for both marketing and transactional emails, but I have hit a wall importing my initial contact list from Airtable into Mailchimp. I am not a developer and Mailchimp support has been confoundingly bad (2 weeks of effective radio silence, then 3 days of denying that their platform integrates with Make), so Mailchimp and I are going to have to part ways.I am looking for recommendations for a marketing email platform that I can integrate with Airtable - either directly or via Make - without needing to code. Does this exist? I have read on other posts here that Sendgrid integrates directly...but I don't know if this is the best solution. Hi! I need some help, we have a team of people who are linking their gmail accounts so we can send email automations through their personal gmail accounts. I have the automations set up and each team member is going in to link their accounts. Four of the team members were successful, but two people are having issues.The drop down to add their account is not available (greyed out so they can’t click it and add their account). Is this possible? I have multiple views which I use, but not all information needs to be displayed when I add a record through a linked record. Right now, it seems whatever view is at the top of the list in a table is the one that shows up when a linked record is used.

I genuinely for the life of me cannot create a second interface. im on a teams plan thats set to expire in a few months so i did downgrade but should still have benefits from it.I have a table with 23 rows that I want to give to clients. the link and everything works great and they can take all the actions required.Where I’m having issues is when I try to create a second interface, I click new interface and it just adds it as a page. I genuinely do not see a way to create a second interface.I even go back to “data” then back to “interfaces” and it just puts me back into edit mode for the first interface.Genuinely losing my mind

I’m looking for an extension that would allow me to receive SMS to a specific number, and have that populate field (or Create Record) in a base. Reading up on Twilio and Whippy and some others, and it looks like there are plenty of options for sending SMS, but can’t find anything there about receiving one. They will add a technician’s name and the dates he is covering, then if they have another technician, then they add the next technician’s name and dates he is covering.Since Airtable Forms does NOT support “Add another” button in the same form. I need a work around for a form that would have repeatable sections.An internet search told me I need two linked forms – but I can’t find anything to help me do thatThis is what I have.
