This is driving me nuts and I can’t believe I’m a hard time figuring this out… I have a personal AirTable account for my freelance clients, personal projects, domestic stuff. I also have several partners that use AirTable. I do not wish to merge these accounts because that’s insanity, but I would like to be able to use both simultaneously without signing out/signing in constantly. Is this a very easy feature that I can’t figure out? Otherwise I’m launching a private window + the app or I could use something like Station to have multiple instances running. Ideally, I’d be running both my personal account and my work account from the desktop app, mobile app, etc. Any ideas?

I planning to make a service that pushes airtable data on changes, including comments.Is is possible to watch for comment changes via Airtable webhook? It is not stated in the doucmentation explicity, so I would like to clarify. Thank you.

Hello,I have a project table and a milestones table. I want to update the status of my project record to “complete” when all the statuses of the linked milestones are also “complete”i have a roll up field which pulls back the unique array of the milestones, so I have all the milestone statuses comma separated as a text string, but I can’t figure out the formula to look at that field and determine if all the milestones are showing complete or not 

I’m trying to create an online volunteer sign up system very similar to SignUp Genius, but through Airtable so that the data is easier to work with on my end for scheduling and data management. Ideally, it would show the event options, the position options, and then once all the positions are filled for each particular it would no longer show the option to sign up for that event. I would want to gather each individual volunteers name, email, and phone number. So this is less for long term volunteer management right now, but so sign ups and scheduling management for a series of related events with similar staffing needs. It’s pretty small scale, we have about 20 events that need 2-4 volunteer staff at each. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I’m working on a directory that has a Categories column set to the Multiple Select field type. I’ve cleaned up a good number of mistyped entries in this column, which created a lot of unused categories. Whenever I filter by a category, I see all of the unused data in the list. Is there any way I can remove all unused data?

When I use the user search in my list interface, it displays "4 results" in the search field but no items show in the list. What am I missing?

I'm attempting to paste Date and Time information into an Airtable "Date" field which has the "Include time" option checked. But, when I paste Date and Time information, it all goes in the "Date" part of the cell, and none of the text goes into the "Time" part of the cell.For example, I'm trying to paste "11/21/2024 10:00 AM" into the Date and Time cell, but it puts all of this text under the "Date" portion, keeps the cursor in the "Date" portion, and enters the current time (i.e., 2:13 PM) in the "Time" portion of the cell, lol.How can I accomplish this basic copy-and-paste operation with Airtable's Date-and-Time formatted column so the Date goes in the Date, and the Time goes in the Time?For those unfamiliar, Airtable's "Date" field with "Include time" checked creates a cell with seemingly two cells within it, as shown in the screenshot below.Finally - I have all my dat

Hi,I am trying to understand how interfaces and users interact. I have a series of interfaces that I intend to have users edit the information for certain fields.I have set up the interface pages to have the correct fields editable and I set up a user (different from the owner) so that I could check that it is working properly. When I go into it with the test user though set as an Editor, I am unable to edit the fields that I should be able to. Can anyone please explain how this work, or how I should have the interfaces so that they can be edited by users? Thanks in advance for anyone's help. S

Hi friends, I would appreciate your help with something that I have been stuck on for too long..I have 2 tables -1. Students2. Student ActionsIn "Student Actions" I see all the lessons that the students have completed.In "Students" I see the student's status - both his details and I also want to pull the last lesson he took, the date of the last lesson, etc.I was able to use ROLLUP to pull the date of the last lesson, but no matter what I did and what I tried - I was unable to pull the name of the last lesson he completed.Now it seems like something very simple to me, because I need to pull the name of the lesson whose "Autonumber" is the highest, regardless of the date.I was unable to do this and it is really frustrating.I would really appreciate your help!Thank you very much!

How do I make an attachment field editable in a synced base?  Any work around? 

“Client Table” contains clients in column A. One client to a row. Each client belongs to a group (Group 1, Group 2, Group 3, etc), which is listed in column B.  “Project Table” contains projects. The name of each project is in column A. Each project has one or more clients. One project could have clients from multiple groups. I’d like a column in the Project Table to list all the groups represented in a project.  Thanks!

Hi, I'm currently trying to display my teams averages in an interface. In my table, I have a user field where records are assigned to a team member, a date completed field and a status field where the team marks "Complete" when finished.In my interface, I would like to display the average count completed per day. I know this can be accomplished through lookup/rollup fields but I'm struggling to get it to work properly and would really appreciate some assistance.

Hello,I am celebrating my automation is now working, however, whenever it seems that Airtable is sending me an automatic email titled, "Something went wrong with an automation...". I've pasted the email and error screen below.Can you help me understand if there's actually a problem, and how I can get the emails to stop?TIA,ML   

Good morning.We are experiencing issues with email sending from automations. We have detected a change in behavior with email dispatches when several emails are entered in the "TO", "CC", "BCC" fields.When the action is triggered, it appears that Airtable sends multiple independent emails instead of a single email. For example: If "Email_1" is entered in "TO" and "Email_2" in "BCC", then "Email_1" receives the message, but "Email_2" does not receive a copy. In my account, on both the free and paid workspaces, I have the option to update a record's date field with "A specific time" -> "Actual Run Time" in an Automation.  However, in a clients account, they only see When a Record is created (or Form is submitted, or conditions are met, etc., for the trigger) and Base Structure. They do not have the option for "A specific time."Is this something that's only just now being rolled out and not every account has it yet? Like I said, I can see it in both paid and free workspaces that I have, so I don't understand why they wouldn't see the same option for their Automation to update a date field with the date/time that the automation is run. 

Hello,I'm looking for help on Airtable Automations. I'm trying to Find a record to update based on Table:Sessions field matching Table:SignUps field. Both fields are "formula" fields that make a text number because the original Sessions field is a linked record, and the original SignUps field is a Primary Key.I don't know why, but I keep getting the error message below saying, "No valid nested options". It won't let me pick *either* the text field or the original Primary Key for Finding the match, and I have no idea why.I already went through this post explaining how both of the "Find" fields have to be congruent... but as far as I can tell, mine *are* congruent, but I'm still getting the error. How

I created an automation that creates task records when a new project record is created. It finds the matching records from a "task template" table and creates new records in the "task" table. It runs fine except for records that have a user group populated in the "assignee" user field. It won't create those records. Both the "task" and "task template" tables have matching user group fields, so this isn't the problem. In the example below, the automation will create 2 records where the assignee is a single person, but won't create the 3 records where the assignee is a user group.  

Is it possible to change the position of the menu in Interface so that it appears at the top? Or maybe on the right side?I would be happy to helpthanks!
