HI GuysI was very specific in the question subject for a reason that anyone reading this will nod, say "oh, that" and cry into a coffee. Im at the final step of a looooong loop of data, and I need to now put multiple public attachments into a single attachment field in Airtable. I cant use Make for this, has to be Zapier. And i need to turn a simple array into a complex array so that the attachment field doesnt overwrite.Also, a huge thank you to @scottsworld for giving me a lot of the knowledge that got me this far without jumping off a cliffAnyone know how to do this? I have the public URL's (that was another adventure) and the data, now I just need to make it work. Picture tax - a cat, searching a map. I have a CRM database with a table called Companies. These Companies have columns that are linked to different tables called Country and Sector. I would like to create a new table, a Market Matrix of sorts, that automatically rolls up the companies in Country A + Sector B, which would also include notes and different properties on the country/sector in question. What is the best way to accomplish this? Thank you in advance! I'm relatively new to this so any help most appreciated. 

I have created automation when the condition matches  and assigned to person "A" then it should email person "A"In the same automation, I would like to add another condition whereas if assigned person is "B" then it should email person "B" only. How can I add multiple action in one automation whereas based on each action the email goes to a different person.  Please see attached screenshot.  

I am looking to take a field that has a total amount of seconds and have it formulate into a duration.E.g. My "seconds" field set as 210 would populate in my formula field as 00:03:30:000.Does anyone have a formula solution for this?

Hi! I have a grid view with two columns, Start Date and End Date, that I have been manually updating to curate a calendar. I have started tying some of these line items together through the new Predecessor features, and since then have encountered a major issue where Airtable will automatically update dates to 0000 and 4049 in my Start Date and End Date columns. Help!

I have a date+time and a duration (days: hours: minutes). I want to add a day:hour:minute duration to the date+time and output a new date+time. Issues I've encountered:1. I can only set a duration field to be day OR hours/minutes/seconds. 2. When attempting to create a formula to add a "Day" duration field to a "Hour" duration field the output is incorrect. For example I have a Day Duration field with "1" and in the Hour duration field I have 00:05. I triedDATEADD({Next Output Days},{Next Output HH:SS},'seconds')   Results in #ERROR!SUM({Next Output Days}+{Next Output HH:SS})   Results in 301?I'd be fine with a result of the total seconds of the day + hours/minutes to use for my final formula but I can't seem to combine the day duration field and the hour/minute duration field into anything useable. I just want to recreate the function of this form under "Add or subtract time from a date" https://www.calculator.

Hey guys!! So I am doing a project, and a need an airtable with the name of a restaurant and the position of it (in coordinates), I will use an API to extract my data from my airtable, but I need it to be in GEOJSON. Do I use the map app? How can I do this? Thank you guys!!

Is there any way to display the Button field only if the URL field it references has data? So if {resource link} is null, don't display anything. We have some users who are confused when the button doesn't work (not all the records will have a resource link). These are views which are shared publicly and not Airtable users. Thanks!

I have an Interface Detail Page that has a list of records.When i open a record it shows me a sort of modal column on the right and the url changes but it doesn't show an ID. Hello, We have a problem with our automation (see attached). Our client works with her clients with points. We already have an automation that is working > when an entry is updated in table X, create a new enter in table Y.Now, we'd like to automatically, when an entry is updated in table X (points available), that is automatically updated in table Y (for the corresponding line). We tried to change ID, fields, everything and we always have the same error. If someone can help !Thanks 🙂

In a gallery view interface, each record has one pdf file attachment hosted in Airtable. Airtable has two "stock" buttons for downloading the file.1. Hi everybody.My issue is the following: I have a make.com workflow in which I search for airtable records with which to perform certain actions, but it's not returning the expected result. Here's the formula I added to the airtable module in make.com:AND(DATETIME_FORMAT({var1} , "DD.MM.YYYY") <= DATETIME_FORMAT(NOW(),"DD.MM.YYYY"), {var2}, DATETIME_FORMAT({var2} , "DD.MM.YYYY") <= DATETIME_FORMAT(NOW(),"DD.MM.YYYY"), {var3}, {var3} != "N/A", {var4} != "Text", {var5}, {var6} = 0, {var7} = 0, {var8} = 0, {var9} = 1)I narrowed it down to var2 not returning the result I expect. So if var2 is "31.07.2024" and today is "01.08.2024", I get a 0, meaning Airtable is not the same opinion that yesterday is "smaller" than today. The strangest behavior. Does anyone have some advice?

I hope I'm not missing something but I'm trying to create a manual table to pull certain database numbers concisely. Basically mimic a grid of 7X4 but the numbers are huge making for unnecessary scrolling. Any advice would be appreciated or just a general sizing/formatting option beyond just colors.

Table A (Names) has a lookup field in Table B (Clubs).  I would like a field in Table B that lists all records from Table A that  looked up that particular record (club) in Table B.   In other words, I would like a field in Table B that shows all the names for a particular club.  How do I do this?

I am trying to group line items based on the below conditions, but for some reason it's not working for all the "Done" ones. It does work for the 2023 items that are marked Done in the status column, but the one 2024 item that is marked Done in the status column still returns the 2024Q3. I am building a table that creates a record for monthly billing. The billing happens on the same day each month. I have a Date Paid field and a Next Date Paid formula field, and an automation that triggers after the bill gets paid to create a new record with the Next Date Paid from the old record populating into the Date Paid field of the new record.The problem I'm having is with the DateAdd() function. My current formula is: DATEADD({Date Paid},1,'month')  I thought this would just add one to the month, but it actually just adds 30 days which means that my dates won't match up. I tried adding a field with a static number(MonthDay Paid) and doing something like: DATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD({Date Paid},1,'month'),'M/{MonthDay Paid}/YY')  but the dynamic slug breaks the DateTime Format function and returns "8/{8thnt121amy Pami4}/24". I'm trying to automate this as much as possible so that the user doesn't need to really access the data layer much, so a

Hi All,I'm trying to set up a resource tracker using the summarise function within the timeline view.In short, I want to be able take the days associated with a task and spread these across the length of the task. So if a task takes 20 hours and the task length is a week, then the summarise function would say 4 hours for each day and would group accordingly dependent on the scale we were looking at. I'll be grouping by individual, so want to be able to get this value summed across multiple tasks. This must be what the system is doing under the utilisation function, as it'll this to compare the available days to create the percentage, but I don't seem to be able to get it to work. When I go to summarise, and go to sum, it just shows me the total number of hours and doesn't spread the amount across the days. Crucially I don't want the percentage of available time used, I just want the number of hours themselves. Thanks in advance!
