Hey all, I currently have the pro plan and therefore have the limitation of 5000 unique email adresses per day for the “send email” automation. What would happen on a given day if I exceed this limit? Would it just fail until the next 24h period starts and therefore all the automation triggered above that limit will just fail? Would it go beyond the limit and let you off the hook with a warning? Would it start to eat your monthly limit (5000*31) until you reach it? Thanks in advance for your reply. Sincerely, Timo

Hiya all! So, I am trying to create a formula that uses each of the checkboxes in my table as a way to track payments that have come in. I need each checkbox to equal/represent to the amount listed in the {Payment Amounts} column and for the number of payments that have come in (ie - the number of checkboxes checked) to be represented by a progress bar where the final tuition amount is listed in the table too as {Tuition}.  I have the below pasted formula so far, but its obviously not working: IF( COUNTA({1st}, {2nd}, {3rd}, {4th}, {5th}, {6th}, {7th},

Hi, My boss has created this sheet. I manage airtable automations and things around it.So whenever he opened the account from his side, the sheet results shows some of the incorrect values. But whenever I open Airtable from myside it always shows me the correct values in the sheet.Attached are two screenshots of same table where you can see it is showing the red I marked showing different values.I asked him to open with different account but still he has issues and I am not having it.Please help, it's been a week we are having these issues. I have turned off all the automations but still this error doesn't resolve.

Hi all,I'm working on moving my team's operations over to Airtable, and I'm trying to find a way to automatically compare records in different tables at the end of the month.  I'm pretty sure I'll need to use scripting, but I'm wondering if there's a no-code or low-code way to do this instead of fumbling my way through javascript with chatGPT. The use case is:I have a base (LIST1) that is a list of sites we operate at every month, and another base (LIST2) that is a junction table documenting our activities (joining other bases of staff, vehicles, sites, equipment, etc).  I'm trying to set up an automation that fires at the end of every month to see if there are any sites we didn't visit that month and if so add those to a third base (LIST3) as a new record for each 'missed' site. The plan is toFind all records from LIST1 that have the inspection interval "monthly" - I CAN DO THIS I CAN DO THIS - Find

I've created a base for my softball league and could use a second set of eyes on a problem I can't seem to crack. I want to be able to input the game scores in the "Schedule" tab and then have everything else update accordingly (runs scored, runs allowed, standings, etc.). I’m trying to make a synced table, but have it synced to another table in the same base. This doesn’t appear to be an option. The use case is having a single base with a table of Posts (by a user), and also having a table of UserProfiles that display those posts. Thought the sync was the perfect answer to this, but for some reason it has to reference an external base. My options seem to be duplicating the data manually (edits to posts will be lost) or making a separate base for just the user profiles. Is there any way to link to a table in the same base?

Hello everyone! I'm sure this solution is something really easy staring me right in the face but I just can't see it. I have a  base with several tables that I am linking to, and trying to set up. To start:The Position Table has a large number of jobs in it. My HR crew list links each crew member with all of the positions that they are qualified for (and I have here the results showing as a Lookup)What I am trying to do is set things up so when choosing an Assignee it will ONLY display the people that are qualified based on who is linked to the Position field. So I can have this:And easily select the people for the Position filtered by qualification. Not sure why I can't think my way through this!

Hi, I have an item status field the contains the values active, expired, and delete. in addition, I have another calculated field that contains the expiration date of the item. I want to set an automation that will run daily and change item status to expired when expiration_date < today(). I tried using the attached automation but it didnt change the status as I expected. 

Hello! I'm using the interface to show our metrics, and I'm looking to show both cumulative pipeline numbers and current pipeline numbers. Under our Tasks table, we tag the pipeline status per task, so cumulative recall is straightforward. How would I record the metric for the current pipeline status? Our pipeline is:Qualification, Initial Contact, Significant Engagement, Significant Follow-up, Proposal Submitted, Proposal Awarded, Closed: Project not awarded, Closed: other, Handoff...For example, Within one project (projects are tracked in a different table) I have completed tasks for qualification, one for initial contact and now I have a completed task (with the checked mark) of significant engagement. I only want to count significant engagement to show where I am for this project. Is this possible? Hey Guys: Is there a way to take the result of a rollup that is comma separated and then convert it to a bulleted list in another field?

My Table A is a list of Staff members, and is linked to Table B.  Table B are records of Agreements, with one of the fields being Company (the company name of that Agreement.  We have several companies).  A record in Table A (Staff) has multiple Agreements in Table B.  We would like to have a field in Table A (Rollup presumably) to list the company of the agreement with the latest End Date.  End Date is a date field in Table B.  Here is what I tried:But I could not find a condition for the Date field to be the latest date.  Is there a way to conditionally list only the Date field with the latest date?  Thanks, Khuned

Hi,I am sending users from an interface form to a Calendly event booking page using the redirect URL.Calendly would be able to receive variables such as invitee_name and invitee_email, but in the form design I can only choose record_id to be passed.Getting name and email passed from Airtable to Calendly would greatly simplify the UX and reduce error possibilities for e.g. email address between Airtable and Calendly.Is there some workaround how to get other variables than record_id to be passed?Rgds,Björn

I have a project and a task table. The tasks are all connected to projects. I'd like to connect the tasks together so when I need to delay (or move up) a project I can move all the tasks together. I thought when they came out with dependencies, that would work. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for what I want to do. First of all, my tasks aren't necessarily dependent upon one another. I don't need to do one before the other. They are simply tasks that need to be done before the project is done. I've tried batch move, but it gets complicated with weekends and holidays. Also, I have a project start date and a due, Plus I have a task start date, a working on date. The working on date just ensures that I'm working on the task before I need Any suggestions? 

Hi! I have a large existing google sheets I am trying to organize into Airtable. I own an events agency that books out talent for hundreds of events each month. This is a living document that is updated every day by people who fill out our form to book - this was a google form that dropped down into a google doc, but Airtable seems much more user friendly. I want the rows to automatically drop into date & event start time order with an AM/PM format. My current information has the date, start time & end time in separate columns but the Airtable automation has date/time within one field. Is there a way to merge this so my existing data can format without me having to re-input hundreds of upcoming events into a new spreadsheet? Screenshots of my Google Sheets spreadsheet & how it imported into Airtable. Thanks! 

Morning! This is probable really simple...but I'm struggling to find the formula i need and wondered if you lovely people could assist please?Basically I'm trying to add a date in a formula output, so if the ccf column has a number in it copies the number across to the formula output column, and if the ccf is empty then it says 'no ccf 10/04/24'  (todays date)This is as far as i've got - i cant figure out how to copy the info across or add todays date on - anyone know the simple fix for this please?   IF({CCF  *Customer order number*} >0,  "CCF ATTACHED", "NO CCF") 

Hi Yall!! So I am tying to add in an automation that uses a check box being marked as "true" as a trigger in TABLE 1 to add one of my multiple select options in TABLE 2.  An example of how I would need it to work: Table 1: Check box is marked as "Checked/True"Automation kicks inTable 2: one of the multiple selectable items in the column I need to select is added Trigger: Checkbox is checked in Table 1Action: Tag is added in Table 2 Is it possible to add in automations that work across multiple tables?  Any idea how I could build this automation? I have an Airtable table that contains Requests and another that contains Devices. Both share a common link record to a Company table. A Company has a 1 to many relations to both Devices and Requests. Also, there's a 1 to 1 mapping between Requests and Devices. I'd like to have an Airtable Interface where I look at all "open" Requests and based on that Request's company field, choose an "available" Device mapped to the same company to be linked to that Request.Is this possible and if so, any guidance on how to go about that?
