Hola a todos! Estoy trabajando en un proyecto en donde los usuarios podrán escribir artículos. La idea principal, es que las keywords se generen automáticamente a partir del texto del artículo. He buscado por todas partes pero aun no eh logrado esa funcionalidad, como tampoco logré hacer que una vez que esten detalladas las keywords pueda hacer un conteo de las mismas para ver si alguna se repite. Aguardo su ayuda si son tan amables. Gracias

Hi all,I find myself working on things a lot as I understand Airtable.I am trying to do a budget spending, and I have multiple school locations showing the month-to-date spending.I then wanted a table which shows all the schools.The issue is I can only link one table.I want to be able to link to multiple. So I can have all the budgets in one view.Thanks,Judd

Hoping someone can help figure out the best way to set this up.We have students taking various assessments that range in length from apron 20 - 100 questions. The assessments feed into a table with the submission ID as the primary record field, and then all of there responses as individual fields associated with that record (columns.). Some of the info collected is demographic, some is self-reflection (no single correct answer), and some is multiple choice or short answer, for which there are correct answers.I'm hoping to set up a separate table for scoring.  It would references a student's response, compare it to the correct answer (which could also be a record in the student answer table, or preferably, a separate "question key" table), and record 0 or 1. We would then have separate fields that would tabulate the raw scores for each section and covert them accordingly.  In an ideal world, we'd then also figure out how to power generating individual score reports w

I am building a crop planning tool in airtable for our farm. To simplify, we crop plan with some of the following considerations:- What crops are going in a bed (we are diversified farm, and plant multiple species together) - each crop is its own records, so a bed plan will typically have 2-3 crop plan records associate with it. In special cases, there will be around 10 (cover cropping).- What bed they are going in- Expected planting date and expected removal date- What was growing previously, for crop rotation and other considerationsThis would be much easier to do visually. I would like to be able to drag plans forward/back and between beds, to help them fit together.A few difficulties:- As we have multiple plans to a bed, each crop in a plan is it's own line in timeline. This takes up a lot of vertical space, meaning I don't have a good overview. Sometimes I can only see 3-4 beds at a time, and I need to be able to see a much higher number (we have 50 beds and growing) for this

It seems like the "filter records to a view" doesn't function on the mobile app.Am I missing something? Is there a way to make it work? In our context, it's quite a major workflow issue.

Hi, this notification is showing on my form embedded on my website - "Starting January 31, 2024, Facebook and Web Search will no longer be available as options to upload attachments." (see attached image)Does it mean that users will not be able to upload files when filling out the form? Is there any way I can modify it so users can continue to upload files when needed? Hello everyone,I have an interesting problem that I would love your input on.What you’re looking at here is a database for a comedy club. The idea behind this specific database is to look into the different events done and to be done. A part of the fields is the date, location, show type, role of artist, and artist.Each event (with specific date) has multiple artists with different roles, I am currently adding multiple records per event in order to separate the artists roles and get a count of each artist’s role in each show type through a related database as seen belowIs there a way to add 1 record per event and add as many artists to this specific event while picking a role for each artist which would then give me an accurate count?

I have spent a HUGE amount of time on semi-functional base design. However, I keep making iterative mistakes. The relational databases is, of course, the big appeal in airtable.But I keep making mistakes with flow through consequences, and kind of need to rebuild our bases from the start.There are many convoluted connections in this base design, and I am looking for advice on a framework for knowing how to rebuild without making the same mistakes? A lot of these issues come from "learning by doing," which has created a vast amount of data that isn't very easy for us to use (or input)!I had a look at the beginner articles on airtable again, but they don't really seem to cover relational database design at a first principles level.

Well, I’m new to Airtable and have been stuck in this dillema: I created a table called Recipes (where I log ingredients and other info), and another one called Ingredients (Where I keep average prices, and quantity on stock), so I can keep up with my groceries. I want to calculate how much will I spend for each recipe, so I can calculate the average dish price. Is there a way that I can put a value for each ingredient in the recipe (like, 1kg of meat, and 0,3kg of onions ), so I keep my inventory updated? Hi, I’m developing an automated Order/Recipe/Stocking/Shopping List Manager in Airtable, and I am having sobre trouble with my shopping list. I want to have the values of the quantity of ingredients I need to buy accordingly to the recipes. I already have the ingredients by quantity in each order (second column) and by recipe (third column), but they come in arrays, and cannot reach how much I have to buy (fifth column [#ERROR!]). There’s an easier way to make this, or at least, an way to multiply the values of the array with other array, so I can reach the quantity of ingredients?

Hi, I’m really enjoying Airtable. First some context, I’m an individual user using Airtable to keep track of various aspects of my life and I am only on the free plan. Onto my question. I have a base that I use to record recipes and use as a meal planner. I would like to be able to generate a shopping list from the recipes marked as going to be used in the next week. In my main table Recipe, are obviously the recipes. I’m using 2 linked fields to two different tables: one for ingredients and one for when the recipe will be used (as that’s the way I found to show multiple dates for one recipe). In the usage table I have a view that shows me the recipes for the next week. I cannot however wrap my head on how I should go to create a view (in any of the tables) that says “show Ingredients matching Recipes where Used date is within the next 7 days”.

Hi I hope someone can help, I am new to Airtable and have a project for a customer and wondered the best way round creating the solution. My customer is wanting to create a list of blocks that when exported as a CSV will create a shopping list for the actual ordering of the material. For example, they could have a number of orders per week for different products and they then need to create a list of all the parts to purchase. My initial idea was to create drop-down lists of the options across all their products and then my customer as they get orders will select the part and the number required for each part, but there could be a number of sections to the list on each order line so could have multiple of the same items (let’s use different screw sizes as an example) My other thought was, as I am new I don’t know if this is possible, they create somewhere all the parts for each product and then when they get an order, they select the product against the order and it auto-populates with

I've been reading through several posts about similar topics, but I'm just missing something here. I imagine some of this is due to some problematic base design, as I've been building it as we go but here's where I'm at - I have a table of club members. We are in the yearly renewal time, so, since I didn't have a way to allow submissions from our membership form to update existing records, I have redirected submissions to a new table. As it is possible folks have different emails, phones, etc, and they aren't aware of the formulated member ID I've assigned them in our main table, this seemed the easiest way to collect new and updated form submissions. So, my plan was to do a comparison between are All Members table and the 2024 Membership table - 1. In All Members table, If email exists in 2024 Membership table, update a field to indicate member has renewed2. In All Members table, if a record in 2024 Membership has the same email, compare other fields for any updates3. I

I currently have a 'Date' field that shows year, month and date. I am trying to create a new 'Year' field that is just for the year. Is it possible to create a formula or automation that allows for my new 'Year' field to automatically pull the year from my date field?

Hello, does anyone know if it is possible within the use of Airtable with Zapier or even just Airtable to create an automation where the automation will search for a number of different pre-defined strings and count every record where it exists, then write to a table to record the count for various timeframes like day, week, month, year? If not exactly that, can be a more simplified version. As long as I can define certain strings I am searching for and have it count and record for a given time period - day, week, month, etc.Request Details contains large text and for any record , Request Details could contain one or more of the string matches I am looking for. Would it be better to create an automation which searches Request Details field for the string matches I am looking for then create a linked record for every string match before accomplishing the original ask?For example: I have a field called Request Details. I want to be able to search for certain string matches like Strawberr

Forgive my ignorance but I am new to using automations and cannot for the life of me figure out what's going wrong.I am trying to set up an automation to do 2 things:send an emailupdate a recordThe trigger and email portions test fine, but I can't get the Update a Record action to work.It seems to me that it must be something within the Field I want to update - I am trying to have it mark a checkbox once an email has been sent.Any advice appreciated!

Hi Airtable users, a few hours ago the performance of one of my bases started degrading. For the last two hours, tables/views stopped loading records and API calls are partly timing out, too. This affects all users, across different browsers, devices and locations. Other bases than the main production are not affected.I cannot detect any unusual behavior, but might be looking in the wrong place. Has anyone encountered services failing before and can offer any advice on how to address the situation, identify and fix the situation? Any clues would be appreciated. Thanks!
