Hello!I'm new here and trying to mimic a critical feature for my workflow. Is there any way to create parent tasks and sub tasks, each with unique columns? Hello, I am trying to build a query in Power Query/Power BI to load an Airtable table into the data model. I have found some working code which uses the offset parameter returned by the API to deal with the pagination. However, the offset value returned does not match the API documentation and gives an error when I try to parse it. According to the API docs, the offset should look like this: "offset": "reco1XxXxXxXxXxXxXx" However, what I get is this: "offset":"itrZXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXx/rec5XxXXXxXxXxXxXx" When I parse the value into the URL, using &offset=itrZXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXx/rec5XxXXXxXxXxXxXx, I get the following error: {"error":{"type":"LIST_RECORDS_ITERATOR_NOT_AVAILABLE"}} When I try passing either of the values (before and after the /), then the error is: {"error":{"type":"INVALID_OFFSET_VALUE","message":"The value of offset itrZXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXx is in

I have a form that collects multiple garment measurements. Each measurement goes into its own field.I would like for all the measurement fields to be displayed on the form. One or more should be required, depending on the value of another field (garment type).This doesn't seem to be possible. Have I missed something?

I want to automate an email that goes to staff two weeks before their leave year renews on the anniversary of their start date each year.Is it possible to create a formula which will automatically show the next anniversary in a date format? For example: If my start date is 28/02/2019 and today is 07/02/2024 then the next anniversary date should read 28/02/2024Or if my start date is 28/02/2019 and today is 01/03/2024 then the next anniversary date would read 28/02/2025I'm UK based so using DD-MM-YYYY formatting. I'm struggling to generate anything that works - any help appreciated.

Hi I am a newbie to Airtable so please bear with me.I have been using JotForm to collect timesheet data from employeesand one field contains team members i.e. could be more than one team member in a single field and appear to be space separated in Airtable - in the JotForm itself this is a multiple select for each team member present that dayHow can I view/split this to make individual timesheets for each member listed in that cell i.e. duplicate the view for each one of those team members please?  This would then enable me to share each team members timesheet with them individually?The team member field looks like this:ThanksKalpesh 

Forgive my ignorance!  I have a column called Tickets.  I ultimately want this column to tell me how many tickets to each event AND separately, the number of tickets for the attendee for each event.  At the bottom of the table, I want a total number of tickets to a venue, despite there be multiple events at the venue.Do I have to create multiple columns to get this?

Im using Parser by Zapier to receive mails and create a record with certain infos mapped to my columns. One of which is the Mail Attachment to be placed in a File Column in Airtable. Somehow the file gets renamed on the process. In my example I send "invoice-60.pdf" to the zapier parser. I have been tasked with developing a system for individuals to evaluate (with a rubric) a series of proposals related to a strategic plan coming in.Individuals are submitting ideas using a Form that feeds into an AirTable Base (Base 1). We are doing this because we also want to visualize the ideas.The idea is that once individuals submit their ideas, a group of people will be able to evaluate them using a scored rubric (Base 2). Initially, I figured I would create another Base and then Sync the Two Bases (One Way) While also adding a form that would input the scores into the New Base (Base 2). I would link them based on either the AirTable ID or the Title of the Proposal. I was then going to create a third base (Base 3) that scores and averages the results of the evaluation.The challenge I am running into is that MULTIPLE people will complete the evaluation – up to 15. Hi everyone. I have a table "receipts" that collects receipts linked to different projects. Every receipt can only be linked to one project. The Receipts table has a Number Field "Amount in Euro". Now I the Project table, I want to have a Rollup field with the sum of all Amount field. But only those who are linked with the Project im currently in. What I want to do is add the condition "Where Project is exactly current project". So for Project 1 it filters by that, for Project 2 by that one. But I can only choose one particular project. Am I missing something or is there another way to do this? Basically what im trying to do is see the Sum of all incoming and outgoing receipts for every project right within the Project. Any helps would be greatly appreciated 🙂

HiWe have an Email Tracker table in our base with a lot of data rows, so I want to move that table to it's own base to avoid maxing out our limits too quickly.The Email Tracker table is fairly independent, with the exception of 2 data columns:1 linked records field (linking to the Campaigns table)1 look up field that is pulling in the "campaign owner" from that same Campaigns tableI'm not sure how to best maintain the 22,000 rows of data already linking to the Campaigns table in our primary base.The Email Tracker base will have a Campaigns table that is synced to the original one in our primary base. The default is a view that doesn't show all the data we need (instead of the view from which the automated email came from), which is annoying in the first place. I'm trying to solve that via the interface. I know how to generate a link to a record in the Data view, by just using the record ID. But instead of trying to summarize the entire thing, I'm just going to hone in on where I'm stuck specifically... which is how to properly utilize the Filter function with arrays.So I have a button trigger in a table "TV Finishing" that I want to execute a script. The script copies a name and an alphanumeric code (ISCI code) from the record, and pastes it as a new record in the table "AutoHelper". Hi there ! :grinning: I’m very very new here, on Airtable, so to begin gently, I’ve come up with the idea to build a DB regrouping all the info I have on the pets I lived with (dead and alive). But I’ve got a DATETIME_DIFF() formula difficulty. On my base, I’ve created kind of a summary table with all the general info concerning the pets (Species, race, gender, etc…) On this table, I’ve got a field Date of Birth (DoB) and a field Date of Death (DoD). What I would like to do is to create a field that would give me the actual age of the pet (if still alive) or the age of the pet when it died, on same table, if possible :winking_face: . Reading the help documentation and many topics here concerning the DATETIME_DIFF() formula I found this : DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(),{DoB},’years’) Which works perfectly for the actual age of the living pet.

I'm trying to sync an excel online file (that's a .url file) to airtable and airtable won't recognize it. Can anyone help? If this doesn't work I'll have to figure out how to go map fields from oracle to airtable but would be far easier to just use the excel online file that is already mapped correctly and pull that into airtable and have it automatically update from there. There's no editing we'll need to do from airtable to excel online, just one way sync to airtable. Thanks for your help!

I'm using a Google Drive Sync integration with the intention of avoiding going over the storage limit in my base. On the FAQ's for this integration I found this information:Will the attachments in a synced table count toward the destination base’s attachment limits?Yes. Similar to record limits, attachments in a synced table will count against the attachment limit in that synced table's base.If I were to simply not sync the attachments field, will that avoid taking up storage space in my base? With this solution, I could simply rely on the urls provided by the Google Drive Sync integration to interact with my files.Thanks in advance,

I use Airtable for timesheet purposes.  The employee completes a form in Airtable, and then that causes a row to be created in my Timesheets table.  Then the payroll staff go in and click an "Update Row" button on the row to enter the date paid. My primary field was a concatenated field of Last Name, First Name, Date Worked when I realized that a person can have 2 rows for the same date which apparently broke my automation.  I have been researching this all day and I do not know how to fix it.  Someone pretty please help! I'm hoping someone can help me with turning a pretty straightforward concat formula into something with more if/then logic to help when empty fields are encountered.Right now I have a primary field on my sheet that uses a formula to build a unique ID for logged payments. That formula is below:  CONCATENATE({Vendor Name}, " - ", IF( {Remit to AP}, DATETIME_FORMAT({Remit to AP}, 'MM-DD-YYYY')) )  The trouble is that with a lot of records there may not be a "Remit to AP" date for a number of reasons. I'm hoping there's a way I can use alternative fields as backups so the primary field doesn't just show something along the lines of "Vendor - " which isn't helpful.There's another field called "Invoice Date" that is much more frequently populated, and a "Year" field (which is a single select, not open text) as the last resort.
