I've got two tables "Table A" and "Table B", that are linked. Table B utilizes the look up tool to pull certain information from Table A. However new records were added to Table A and the lookup on Table B isn't pulling that information. There's no view, filter or automation conflicting with this so why are newly created records not being found by the look up tool?

I am trying to combine two fields into one. Both fields have a date and I am getting an error message when I try to combine them with & or Concatenate formula.  DATETIME_FORMAT({Date PL NT}, 'l') & " " & DATETIME_FORMAT({Date of PL Local Orders}, 'l') HELP!  

I am looking to build a base for Tradeshow scheduling, deliverables, budget, attendance, and post show statistics. For context we are a manufacturer who attends other tradeshows with a booth and a set of products. My role is to make sure the marketing materials are created and produced, the logistics of products and booth to be delivered, while staying within a budget.The goal would be to track the amount of time until a tradeshow and track the deliverables and their due dates needed before the tradeshow occurs. Separately I would report the budget of the tradeshow as a whole (if we exceeded or came under) along with the activities that made up for it.As a stretch goal, i'd like to create a form that would populate into the base with Tradeshow Name, Dates, Attending, Goals, and budget which would create the backfill dates of tasks leading up to the tradeshow.I've drawn out how i'd like the data to be in relation with each other as well as a form design i'd

I've been trying to update a multipleCollaborator field without overwriting. Hello, I just made an API request to Airtable that failed, and I don't have enough traceability data to inform me about the details of the request for which the API request failed (e.g.: the different fields and values in the request body).Is there any log store where I can see all the requests (or at least just the failed ones) made to my Airtable base via the API? Or is there any way to query for these failed requests via an interface/API?

I have a Pro account, but want to allow some users to have Read Only access to an Interface I have created. I did the Share, but it doesn't show up for them on their login page anywhere we can see.Is there something I am missing to get them to view the interface?

We use QR codes and print labels using the QR codes.  However, Make cannot access the QR code anymore due to the URL's no longer working.  This happened once last week, and then was resolved.  Is anyone else experiencing this?We rely on the QR code URL and this is breaking down our entire business functionality since we can't process any new items until this is resolved.I click the URL and see 'The link you're trying to visit is not available. A few months ago we found the "over limits" alert in our workspace, after doing an analysis we determined where our over limits attachment came from, we would like to find a way to move all the records with their attachments to another base and delete them from the origin database without losing the attachments

Thanks in advance to everyone.I'm wondering how can I create a formula which allows me to know if an event has ocurred the past week, but I don't want the event of the past 7 days, I really need the past week. For example: if today is wednesday I want to know what had happened between the monday and the sunday of the past week.I have done it by this formula: IF(DATETIME_FORMAT(SET_TIMEZONE(NOW(), 'Europe/Madrid'), 'W')-1={EVENT WEEK}, 1, 0), but the problem with this formula is that it is not going to work the first week of the year, because, obviously, that is the 1st week and the last week is 54 so the formula

I am looking at to allow users to edit data stored in airtable, without being airtable users. I know how I can do this with form, or with mini extension but I am looking for a solution that would allow user to see all the data in a table, and be able to update the table directly. I have a way to make this happen with a sync between google sheet and airtable, with Make, but I am wondering if there is something else I could do here, more direct. Thanks for your help!

I am back looking for support with a formula to return a date based on a "created" date and a variable.So far I've been trying to get an IF statements with a DATETIME_FORMAT included to work, but I'm making no progress...My Goal: Create a column that shows an Estimated Pickup Date which is either 11 days after the created date, or 6 days after the created date if the "rush" checkbox is ticked.This is what my columns look like:Any brilliant minds out there who can point me in the right direction?Thanks in advance!Devon

I'm trying to create an inventory management base. I have two products that use several parts to make. I want to be able to enter the quantity when I buy the parts, and then when I manufacture, have those numbers subtracted from the quantity of each part.So product COF01 uses 1 jar, 1 lid, and 1 desiccant with 70 grams of coffee. I don't know how to get the 1000 quantity manufactured to translate back to deducting 1000 pieces from each part and then 1000x70 from the coffee product.In my products table, I don't know if I can list all the supplies in one field or if each piece needs it's own field.I feel like this should be simple but I'm completely stalled.

Is it possible to create conditional views of events in Calendar View?I'm trying to build a publicly-accessible calendar of events. Some events are open to the public. Others are private. For private events, I want to limit the information about the event (just showing that something is taking place on a date during a specific timeframe so it's known that time is unavailable). For public events, I'd like to show information about the event (I have Event Title and Event Description fields in my table).So there are two overall goals:Show all events so that viewers know those times are unavailable to rentFor public events, show some details about the event.

Hello, everyone, This is my very first attempt at using Airtable, and my first question here. My name is Rosane, and I am a programmer. We are moving our processes into Airtable, and I expect to have lots of questions coming up. I have watched several tutorials, but am not finding the answer to my current question. I need to count records in a base, and only display groups that have 9 or fewer records. I grouped my base and collapsed all so I see the counts, but I can’t figure out how not to show all counts. Hi folks, I am trying to create a calendar view (interface), where it would show events from my connected Google calendar but also events from the table of events I have created in my base, so essentially two sources of information. I found a way how to do it, but I do not find it ideal / satisfactory. I created a table with events in "base A", then I created second "base B" where I synced google calendar events. Then I synced table from base A into the table in Base B and created a calendar interface on top of base B. But this means I have two based with my events and I would like to have them in one. What it means is that I have:BASE A with calendar where I can add / edit events from airtable baseBASE B where I have calendar view with google calendar and also events from BASE A, but cannot edit them or add new because that is only in enteprise package, which I do not have  Is there any way how to show/sync 2 tab
