hi, when i use the field #number, the number always look like this 1.00but i i want to put my numbers as 0.01 how can i do that? because everytime i put 0.01 they change it to 10 

Hello,I program a film festival and we use Airtable to organize the submission we receive. This year we have two different programming teams that should watch half of the submitted projects. I wanted to create a formula that would calculate the total of duration of the films (we have a field for the duration in HH:MM:SS), divide it in half and then assign each half for team A or team B. Is that possible? I have tried to add some simple SUM formulas but I'm still a beginner in all of this. Thank you!

I have a shared table that is accessible to users who are not using Airtable. They can view the table using the link I provided without any issues. Within this table, there's a "notes" column where I want to refer to another record by saying "please see here," with "here" being a URL link to another record.As an Airtable user, I can click the link and access the other record, but non-Airtable users encounter a block. They are prompted to request access to the entire database, which I'd like to avoid. Is there a way for non-Airtable users to access the record URLs in the comments section without the need to create a new column for linked records?

Hi Community,I'm trying to purchase a Teams account but I am part of an entity that is not allowed to pay taxes. The form I'm sent to has a space for a credit card and says I'll be charged "applicable taxes". I'm not actually sure what happens when I hit 'submit' after entering a credit card, is it charged then or is there some other page I get sent to? I expect the former.Is there a way to pay for Airtable without paying taxes?

I’ve created a gallery view that I want to embed in a company intranet page (SharePoint). I want people to be able to see the values and click on the links and buttons that I’ve included, but I don’t want them to click on the record and have it open, as this will likely confuse them and it shows information that they don’t need to see. I’m guessing the answer is no at this point, but is there any way to disable opening the records? If so, can the clickable fields still work?

Is there a way to set up Pitchbook and / or Asbhy integrations or APIs with Airtable? If so, any recommendations on what's the best way?

HiIn my base I have a very simple table, the records primary field is a number, each new record is the previous number plus one. All the other fields are formulas or links to other tables that fill in automatically. Each week I need to create a new record in this table at a given time, I want to do this with an automation. I want to find the most recently created record (not recently updated as other fields will update at different times) find the name of the record +1 to it and name the new record that value. Is this possible? Maybe with a script, which is a bit beyond me. I can't seem to figure out a way to do it. Thanks for the help.

There are two tables and two automations involved in a workflow.1. When a record enters a view in the first table(the sync table), it will be updated in the second table (1st image)2. When a record is updated in first table(the sync table), it will be updated in the second table (2nd image)Both automations find a record where Ticket No. contains IDAn issue is there is an error from both automations (see an image below). In my "CRM" database, I am building out a reporting table that gets rollups of IDs from other tables (i.e. interactions, etc) and am trying to get one array of IDs that I can count to determine the number of unique IDsInteractions TableOne to Many Contacts, lookup field of Contact Record IDs from "Contacts" TableProjects TableOne to Many Contacts, Lookup Field of Contact Record IDs from "Contacts" TableReports TableRollup of Contact IDs from Projects, Rollup of Contact IDs from InteractionsMy formula below doesn't get all the IDs. I don't know if maybe there's some nesting going on. I'm using the Airtable API to create a new base and a new table (called 'Raw Data') within it. All of my singleLineText fields are working fine, but when I add a final field named 'Last Modified' with a type of lastModifiedTime, I get this error back from the api call:error: {   type: 'UNSUPPORTED_FIELD_TYPE_FOR_CREATE',   message: 'Invalid options for Raw Data.Last Modified: Creating lastModifiedTime fields is not supported at this time'}I haven't been able to find anything in the API docs or by googling about this. Hi,Looking for some guidance.  In a record, when you select the print view option, the view seems to have shrunk and now the fields overlap.  I know you can use a print extension but we use the print view option in the early stages of creating records for review purposes.  It has always worked before.  Is this a bug?  

I have a base with two tables: the first is a basic table with a list of records that change somewhat frequently. The second table has a multi-select field whose options should be whatever records are in the first table-view.I'd love to have a script that goes to the multi-select field in table 2, deletes all of the options in it currently, and then replaces the options with the records in table 1. The idea would be to put that script in an automation that runs once a day at midnight, ensuring the options in the multi-select field are always up-to-date.Any idea how to write this script?

I am going crazy trying to narrow down this error. I'm trying to automate payment creation based a date, number of payments, amount, and a linked record. I will eventually layer in frequency as well. My vendor requires me to use JotForm to submit new client data and then returns a copy of the completed form to me along with a PDF of the same data. I need to enter that same data into Airtable and wonder if there is a way to scrape/import that data from the email or PDF sent to me from the vendor.

In my all of my Interfaces  now when I try to add a new linked record, I would click on "Create a new record" and enter the info and click Create button at the bottom BUT instead of showing the Create button it shows Field Deleted?? This is not my field, it is an Airtable button? All my permissions seem correct etc. Also in some of my other interfaces the same  Linked record does not even show "Create a new record" , even though it should be allowing  it. Please help! It does seem to relate to the same table of Contacts where other linked records to other tables do not seem to have the issue.  Also I tried this in 2 different browsers, same issue. I have an automation set up and the test is sucessful, when its running I can see in the logs that emails are sent as expected but we are not receiving any of the emails.I saw another post which referenced some bounced emails and AirTable blovking their domain as a result, this was removed and the problem was solved. Another said maybe account had not been verified, I can't see this as the issue from following the instructions too.Checked Junk, Spam etc. but no luck, happening for me and all users who are shown as being sent emails on the logs.Any help would be appreciated, as appears I can't speak to support, which is odd!

Hi everyone, please help 😣I have a table set up in a base that automatically updates (via typeform and MAKE) with job applicants name, email and scores on an MCQ that is delivered at a later stage of the application process. I have another table in the same base that lists all the applicants along with many other fields of interest, and I have created a field called 'MCQ score'.I need to find a way to have the 'MCQ score' field (in the applicants table) automatically update every time a new entry appears in 'MCQ score' field in the second table.Essentially, I need it to recognise the email address the applicants add to the MCQ questionnaire, match it up with the correct applicant (based on the matched email addresses) and then automatically enter the score into the 'MCQ score' field. Hello -- we have a base with about 5000 restaurants listed in it, and our editorial team needs the ability to easily put together ad-hoc lists of selections from that set.  They might start by filtering for all the records in a particular city (Chicago), but then need the ability to manually remove records from that basic set.  What's the best way to go about doing this in AT?  In FileMaker Pro (where we're migrating from), you could do a Find and then simply manually Omit records from that found set.  Is there a similar way to do this in AT?  Or would we need to do something like create a new field, and then add a value to that field for all the records we want to manually group?Thanks very much - loving AT so far!
