Hi I used to use the extension that moved records over from one table to another on the same base however, due to API Keys ending and becoming Tokens this extension has been removed from the options. It was essential in my job. My only option now is to copy over the records but I can only copy them in the same table not into a different table can someone please help?Thank You!

Hi,I'm terrible at the formula stuff, but basically I have a Publish Date in my Airtable view for when a piece of content should be published. I want to add the Day of Week as well so we can clear see which post is which day, as well as the actual date (as some gets scheduled a bit further in advance)The formula I'm using to display the day is:  DATETIME_FORMAT({Publish Date},'dddd')All I need to do is display nothing if there is no publish date set

I have a column with the title 'Country', and I am trying to add a new formula column which identifies the Country and creates an entry for the Region automatically. I can get the first IF function to select one region, but when I try to add the second, it fails. Hi everyone,I have an automation here that works perfectly fine when I add a new dataset into my grid view. Once I switch to a form to add a new dataset the automation doesn't work properly. The automation I duplicated starts but the value is wrong. With a single automation nothing at all happens.Not sure what it is. Maybe the trigger "when record is updated" vs "when record is created". I duplicated everything tried to keep everything the same, which is not really possible. My wife and I run a dog grooming business. When we set up appointments we associate a dog with the appointment. When we are selecting the dog, is it possible to have additional information below the dog name in the bubble? Hello folks,I have a record picker, and cannot find a way to fix some letters truncation in the name field on the heading of the details pane.(That field comes from the primary field of the underlying table, 'Seasons')The problem is that the value of the field appears misaligned from the area defined to it. This causes tall letters (see "p" and "g" in the image below) to show truncated. I created a flow in Webflow (The second step in the webflow form is "Make HTTP request", "Authentication" is set to "None", In this step I added the Hook URL I copied from the Automation in Airtable).The corresponding flow is setup and tested in Workflow and setup and tested in Airtable. I was able to map the colums from Airtable with the actual data from Webflow. A common theme we are seeing with project management bases is the desire to have project and task templates. When you create a new project, it can then generate the corresponding set of tasks, and maintain the basic details about those tasks, including the relationships and dependencies amongst those tasks. This is similar to Creating Tasks from a Template with a few differences. When creating projects, we often find we create a new record in our projects table, and then want to link it to a set of metadata (a project template). From there, each project template should know its associated set of tasks. Hello! I need some help with creating an automation. I attempted it, but was unsuccessful. I have a base called "CRM". In that base are tables called "Bookings Log" and "People". Here is what I want to happen in the automation: 1. When a record is created in "Bookings Log" 2. The automation searches a specific view in "People" to see if there is a matching email address (as compared to the record in "Bookings Log"). This email address will be dynamic. 3. I missed a live webinar called 'Getting Started in AirTable'.Each time I click the link to view the 'On-Demand' webinar, it takes me to a page to fill in my details and doesn't actually show me the webinar. I enter my details, and nothing happens.Any ideas on how to access the webinar?

So I have been trying to get ahold of sales as we are looking at upgrading to Enterprise and need some information and help. IT seems every time I send a ticket to talk to sales I never get a response. What do I do now? 

In two different bases, I have just noticed a few automations that were disabled (they have been working just fine for the past year)....there's a triangle with an exclamation point inside of it. There's no message or indication as to why they were disabled and I was not notified of this by Airtable....someone submitted a form and didn't hear back from us so they sent us an email and that's how I found out about it.I turned most of the automations on just fine, but one of them just won't turn back on. When I try to turn it on, it hangs there for a few seconds and then turns itself back off. I have tested the automation and it works fine. I made a duplicate of the automation, tested that and it works just fine but that one also won't stay turned on.The automation doesn't link to any 3rd party apps (I saw some suggestion of this in this troubleshooting page), but it does s

Hi there!  We're setting up a volunteer shift database for a large festival. I assume we can let volunteers sign up for shifts using forms, but is there a way for them to change/drop shifts without having to email us to do it on the backend? If not, is there an extension that would help?

Hi - I have a table with a list of cash flows, dates. These are linked to another table which contains individual deals. I want to calculate, for each deal, the IRR - in Excel this is using the IRR function which takes a list of dates and a list of cash flows and returns a single IRR number. Can this be done in Airtable? Rollups seem to only allow calculations involving one linked field only - whereas I need two: both date and cashflow. Also, there doesn’t seem to be an IRR function. The calculation is relatively straight forward, can I code my own function to support this? Secondary question - right now I have to manually for each date/cash flow record link it to a given deal. Is there a way to link all cash flows where dealID equals x?

I don’t think this is an option right now, but it would be nice if when you went into a Kan-ban view - you either could change your settings to open in a collapsed view or at least have the option to Collapse All when you open that view. If you have many columns…default of collapse would make it easier to get to what you want faster instead of scrolling. Seems like a logical and productive option to provide users. Emma

Hi folks, I was able to extract initials from full name (thanks to the Name demo base from @W_Vann_Hall ), but because of duplicate names, I added the email as part of the customer identifier (full name + email), which lives in my Customer table. Now I can’t seem to figure out how to extract the initials from this new field. When I try to apply the same formulas to the Name field linked to my Customer table, the formulas no longer work (because I guess it’s merely a linked record, not actual value?). So I created a second table called New Name Table, and extracted the initials under that table first, then linked it back to my original table. But the values are not populating when new records come in (i.e. blank records in the screenshot). FYI the field “Calculation” is the first initial

Hi there, I am brand new and been reviewing all the support docs but cant quite figure this one out.  I want to create a list of tasks that will always be the same, and will populate based on the type of field.  For example, I am using airtable with our content team who produces different type of content from blog posts to social media.  If the task is tagged "blog" I want to create a checkbox field for blog that always pulls in the same type of data "1st draft, images created, SEO review" vs if its a social media post I want to tag is as "social" and always pull in the same set of data "Image, hashtags, description"So far I feel like I would have to manually copy this each time.  I tried adding the subtasks to a different table and making an automation, but got a little lost and not sure thats the right option.  

Recently, our institutional emails have been updated. Unfortunately, due to the change to a shortened version we can not access and update our account. We are not able to log into the system since we use Google to access our account (again the email address has changed).  I would be extremely grateful for any assistance and information you can provide in updating the account email on the backend.  

Hey folks,I am currently working on a formula to compare the current time against a timestamp that's populating into my table from a separate service.I am also attempting to create multiple columns that iterate on my formula by comparing NOW with DATEADD +5 "hours" to check if NOW is 5 hours since the time in the timestamp.Having some trouble figuring out what I'm doing wrong with this formula and hoping someone can point me in the right direction:  IF( DATETIME_FORMAT(NOW(), "MM/DD HH:SS") > DATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD({Timestamp}, "MM/DD HH:SS"), +5, "hours", "MM/DD HH:SS"), "yes", "no")  

Hello! I am working with a formula that is computing a rate for each area that is being updated from a submissions tab; however, not every area has data yet, so Airtable assumes 0. This means that in the future records we get the output NaN as we are dividing by 0 at the moment. Is there a function or if statement that can be used to detect if there’s and NaN output, and if so, set it to 0? Thank you!

The problem is that I need to watch for newly created records in another table and use a specific field value from this created record to add to the single select field.Is there a way to update a single select field using automations ?Or is there a way to automate a script from the script
