Recently our Softr.ai app has not been able to consistently load information from our airtable databases. This never used to be the case and nothing has changed in the configuration. I am wondering if this is linked to the API changes - I read somewhere that if an airtable client now goes over their API limit (which we do if we are treated as a Team client and not a Pro client) then the 5 API calls per second is impacted. Is this what might be happening? (See screenshot - "request limit exceeded") I understood from what  you said that we would be getting unlimited APIs on our current plan (Pro) until it runs out in April 2024 (because we have paid for an annual subscription), but I am wondering whether this is not the case and our ability is to make API calls is already being impacted. It would be really u

I have an issue where a sync that used to work has stopped as of 13 hours ago.The sync is from one base to another.This is the error message on the table that is being synced from the original."Unable to sync this source. Internal sync error"There have been no structural change or field name changes on this base during this period.Filed a support ticket (00634496) but this is business critical and a day to get a response doesn't answer that.

Hello,I am reaching out to see if anyone else has had this problem and knows how to fix this.We use a form that is to file reports at the end of a shift, which includes the time stamp of when the form is being filled out. This form is then sent out to Administration and Management staff via the Automation tool in Airtable. Which then gets populated into the corresponding Base. Strangely, when the automation sends out the email, it creates a strange and incorrect time signature along with the date (example: Saturday, 2023-09-24T02:26:00.000Z when it was the 23rd of September and at 9:26pm). It does not effect the base however, and places the correct date and time in there, but I am wondering if anyone has had this same issue and has found a way to correct it??

Yesterday I noticed that several of my base to base sync's are broken.In every instance the source base has a main table, with a sharable view.That view is sync'd to other bases in the workspace.Nothing has changed in the original source base to 'break' the sync.All the locations where the original base syncs out to have filters so only pertinent information is pulled across.I get the error "Unable to sync this source. Has anyone seen this error before? Been getting it a lot more as of late and unsure how to approach troubleshooting it.While requesting "dev_file" from Airtable we ran into an error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'error')Thanks in advance!

Before I say anything else, Airtable is excellent.  Super awesome product.  That said, this problem is really holding us up.I see I am not the first person to ask this question, but I am surprised that it's not resolved, and that such a basic feature is not already available when this question has been asked a couple of years ago.  Is there some reason that this cannot be easily added as a feature?  Snag: Without sorting, the info in the email digest is useless.  An emailed grid could just be sorted, or just use any view created in the base or interfaces.  This would seem like an easy feature to add given the entire platform is based on table data.  I do realize things can be complex in programming even for something simple.  Is this feature coming though?  It makes or breaks the email digest concept for us.  I am guessing we're not the only ones who could benefi

Hi! I had set up a sync from one AirTable base to this one and it was working fine until last week this little warning symbol came up and I got a sync failed message but I am not sure why the sync failed. I've tried to re-sync the bases together but with no luck. Can anyone help!  

Hi All! I am still new to Airtable and writing formulas and (hopefully) this is an easy question.I am trying to write a formula that will display text that matches the "checked" state of 3 different checkboxes, and also will display "New" if none of those checkboxes are checked.This is what I have written so far, and it is working to display the state of the first checkbox, but because that is true, it's not moving on to the next thing I want it to test for. Is there an additional logic I could add to the formula that would accomplish this? Or a totally different way of going about it?My current formula in the Status column: IF({Service Started}, "Service Started", IF({Ready for Pickup}, "Ready for Pickup", "New"))

Hi guys,I have been trying to create a simple Make.com scenario to test the waters, where an Airtable record is created from a pre-specified Etsy receipt. The first step works great, all records are pulled from Etsy's API, but when we get to Airtable, I'm getting a repeated [404] Not Found error.According to Airtable developer @EvanHahn's answer here, Airtable only returns 404s in two cases. I have one table with item names in the first column, and I want to add a column that displays TRUE if the item name is present in the first column of another table of item names. In Excel I would do this with a VLOOKUP or MATCH wrapped in an IFERROR.

I have a table "Performance" with device performance data of my app. The table has the following columns: user-id, device-name, fps, time-stamp Now I want to extract the devices which have "fps" below a threshold (let's say below 10), because I want to blacklist those devices. I'm inputing a list of records to the Update Record action. Let's say 3 records. I want a field in all three records updated. Hi AllI have a base with 3 tables: Routes, Passengers, and Absences. The Routes table has multiple passenger fields, which are linked record fields to the Passengers table. The Absences table has a passenger field, which is a linked record field to the Passengers table and has a lookup field to the associated route field - as well as a date of absence. When an absence is added to the Absence table, it pulls the route the passenger is on. If a passenger changes route, the linked record lookup field for the route in Absences will change for past absences. This means the data in Absences is no longer historically representative. What is the best way to preserve the original route that is pulled through onto records in the Absences table? Preferably I would avoid: a) having the route name in an extra text field or b) creating a linked record field directly to Routes rather than using a lookup field, but open to all solut

Hello!I have a table called "Payments" where I record all my payments of the day, I upload a csv file daily. Each record represents a transaction and could be a declined transaction or an approved one. Daily I check my declined transactions and call my clients, if they answer and agree i fill out a field called Rescheduled Payment Date. The next day I'll upload the csv file of the payments of this day and want to create an automation that finds a record with the same name and that the payment date matches the Rescheduled Payment Date of the first one it encounters if the payment is approved. I hope this is possible to achieve and thank you in advance 😊
