I'm writing a script in Airtable Extensions to pull data from Canvas API. I've set the per_page limit to 100, because that's the maximum number of objects Airtable will retrieve at once for an external API.I need to use pagination to download the rest of the results. According the Canvas API reference, it's in the response header Link value. I'm able to see this in Postman but how do I retrieve this in an Airtable script? How do I set up a loop to paginate until the end? In the Teams plan, can a form that's shared with a Commenter and filled out via mobile web browser be secured via password?

I have a table with a field "Project" by which is grouped.It is filtered by a specific project and by records in which thewhere the field "Project" is empty. Between some records, the emptyproject group and the records of the non-empty project group there isa relationship in another field.The goal is to have the records in the empty project group that have a relationshipto the non-empty project group appear together in one view. Is this representable in Airtable?

Hi The screen shot is of a table for sales in one of my bases. The 'pay window filter' field determines which pay month the date falls in, our pay windows run 25th to 24th, so 26th September would fall in Oct Pay Month. The 'Pay Month' Field formats that date into the correct Text format I want which then links to a second table called Pay Months where the record name is October 2023, November 2023 etc. As you can see from the screen shot, I've filled in a new record with a date, its automatically calculated the Pay window filter, but 'pay month' has automatically formatted the text and linked to the other table. Why is this, am i missing something? I thought this would automatically do that. I'm new to airtable just building out systems for my business, so any help much appreciated.

Hi there, Tablet : Galaxy Tab A8 SM-X200, Android 13 As the title say we just got a brand new Android Samsung Tablet for our workshop to be able to check the PDFs of manufacturing plans. However, when i click the pdf file, it displays a broken image icon.The thumbnail preview does show the first page of the plans, downloading the pdf and opening it in another app of the tablet works, i tried opening the same pdf on dropbox from the chrome browser and it works, of course on the desktop-chrome it works.  Do I need to enable anything on the tablet or app?  Thanks for the help

Hello, everyone,This may be a very specific use case, but I have created prefilled URLs from formulas that I need to get to my reviewing committee. The problem is that they want a once a week email that has the information in a list format.This is largely not an issue as the rest of the informing information gets across, but it does present a challenge as when the formulas are one of the fields turned on in this list, they don't hyperlink.Is there a way to work around this, or should I focus on an alternate way to get the prefilled URLs to them?Thanks!

I am unable to remove collaborators—and keep getting billed for them every month. I go into workplace settings and view the list of billable collaborators—of which three are listed— not including myself. I click on “add or manage workspace collaborators.” However, only I am visible. A search by name or email address also produces nothing. Please advise. Thanks!

Hey Folks!When I copy and paste the contents of a multi-line rich text field, it seems to remove formatting, including the bullet levels, spacing, etc. For example:Test 1Sub note 1Note 2Sub note 2Sub note 2aIt shows up like this:Test 1Sub note 1Note 2Sub note 2Sub note 2aThis happens both when I copy and paste and also when I send a record. The send record preview also shows the unformatted bullets.  Any ideas?  

Hello,I configured my date format to European on Airtable, however, when I send this data to Integromat and making a Google Sheet template, it reformats the date in US.Date on Airtable (03/12/2022) :Date format received by Integromat (2022-12-05, yes I know is not the same date :p) :Date on the template :Do you have any idea why the date format changes on export?Do you know any way to circumvent this?Thank you in advance!

I've set up an interface dashboard that pulls in data from two different tables. Within this dashboard are two number elements that are Field summery Sums of data from the two tables. In a third Number element I wanted to use a formula to divide one by the other, I thought I could use a very simple formula for this in the element itself, but I cant. Is it possible to do what I need in the interface dashboard?

Hi everyone. Recently, one of Airtable users shared their Workspace with me. There is a base in the workspace with a lot of automations, and sometimes they fail to run.The workspace (and the database) owner receives emails saying, "Something went wrong with an automation..." but I receive nothing. Is there a way to fix this and allow me as a collaborator receive those notifications?

Hello, I have one formula field {Ball 1 ?} in the table A . The formula checks another table {Ball 1} via a linked record to see if it contains an attachment. If it does, the computed field writes "Yes", if it is empty, it writes "No". This part works fine.I have another field (checkbox) named {Balloon 1} in the table A, that I want to add to the logic.But when I add {Balloon 1} to the condition:Meaning : If {Ball 1} OR {Balloon 1} is true, then writes "Yes" in {Ball 1 ? } and "No" if it is false.I receive an error and it doesn't accept the formula.Here is how I wrote it in the formula field {Ball 1 ?} : IF( OR( {Ball 1},{Balloon 1} ), " Yes", " No", )  How can I fix it ? Any advice ?

I've set up a Table for recording my Staff working hours, moving from a paper system. Each day the staff member using a form, enters the date, name and number of hours worked, site location etc. When its time for payroll I want to create views that filter for last months payroll window. Our window runs from 25th of the month to 24th of next month. So when I'm preparing payroll on the 24th October, I want the view to filter out all results except those falling in 25th sept to 24th Oct pay window. I was trying to use filter so many days ago, but this varies each month depending if its 30 or 31 days. Is there a way of setting up a filter from the 25th of last month specifically? 

HelloI'm testing airtable and I want to make a database with all my trial cases. These are cases that we must check  with some regularity, the idea is that each case generates a record and that once the record is created, it will be assigned to a role of periodic reviews, meaning, each case must be check by my staff every 3 months to update de info of each case an check the task or actions that we need to take with every case.  So  My desire is to create some kind of automation to generate monthly an e- mail to me an my assistant to check those cases that reach the 3 month period and need to be checked for updates.  Also, I already have a lot of existing cases, and my goal is to divide those cases in groups to not overwhelm my assistant with all the cases needing a review at the same time, but I don’t know how to do that.  Hope someone can help me, and sorry if my English is not good, is not my native language

Total airtable newbie here in need of some help and direction, please! I have two tasks I would like to accomplishPlease find below a screenshot of what my table looks like. I have a drop-down selection field for each year camp has taken place, and can select “camper” “staff” or “canceled” for each year. Task 1: I would like to have a field that calculates the number of years a person has been in attendance at camp, whether or not they were staff or a camper. Hi all,I want to create an Interface page that helps my team with a recurring task, that involves three tables:Choose a single project, presumably using a record picker ("Projects" table)In a grid or list below, choose multiple records ("media outlets" table) with a check-markUpon clicking a button, an automation creates entries in a third table ("status" table). These entries are linked to the project from step 1 and the selected media outlets from step 2 and also are assigned a certain status (i.e. "new")It sounds simple, but I fail to pass the info from both the record selector and the grid on to the script.Seriously hoping this is doable. We very recently hit the limit to the number of automations you can have in a base, but we still have a laundry list of automations we would like to create.How do you all handle the limit put in place on a base? Is there any creative solutions out there? I was thinking of maybe moving some tables off into another base, but then I would probably hit the 10 table sync limit in our base too.Use the API? But how would triggers work? 

We need to create individual customer forms that they fill out that populates their specific products. ( A filtered view that only displays their products.) I got the form to properly populate responses in our base to the respective customer.The problem is that Fillout requires a unique record id that gets pasted in their grid view to populate that data correctly.  Because its connected to a base with all the customers, pasting a specific fillout.com customer link will populate in the entire base, causing the form to override the last customers data. We have one base containing all of the customers, with individual grid views for specific customers. Pasting this link into a specific grid view will of course appear in the master grid view as well. What are my options? Does every customer need its own tab for fillout to link to? Or is there a way to paste Fillout record links to individual customer grid views without overriding the entire base?

I am currently working on a form, and I would like to know if it is possible to include hyperlinks within a form question. I believe this functionality would greatly enhance the user experience and provide valuable additional information to our respondents. To provide more context, I am looking to creating a checkbox question that includes hyperlinks to external resources (privacy policy and terms & conditions). These hyperlinks would have to be reviewed first before checking the box. I have explored form creation tools, but I couldn't find a straightforward way to implement hyperlinks within the question in the form. Hopefully someone can help.  

Working on costuming for a film - have 4 main tables of Actors, Costumes, Scenes, and Characters.There's a lot of table to table referencing going on w/ lookups...But one thing I would LOVE to be able to do:When looking at the COSTUMES table (characters have multiple costumes) - there is a lookup field that shows what SCENES that costume is used in.  (Scenes are described by a number).In the SCENES table - I have a check mark field to keep track of what scene is wrapped (already shot)Back in the COSTUMES table, the scenes a costume is used in all show up as a list of numbers in little grey pill boxes. I'd LOVE it if the color of those pill boxes could be colored differently if they have a checkmark in the "wrapped" field in the scenes table.I created a conditional coloring of records in that SCENES table... but alas, it does not translate that record color over to the pills in the lookup field in the COSTUMES table. T
