Hello, We are struggling to extract the first image of a column called "photos" then re-upload it in another column. We tried to do it by having a formula to extract the first attachment url (which is working) : (IF(BLANK(photos), "", MID(photos, FIND("(", photos) + 1, (FIND(")", photos) - 1) - (FIND("(", photos)))) Then, using the following automation to upload it in our target column "1st_photo" :=> WHEN a record match conditions "photos" isn't empty THEN update the column "1st_photo" using the url from the formula column as input. However, this automation isn't workingI guess the issue come from the attachment url. Do you have any idea to handle it ? Does it require a script ? Thank you very much ! 

Is it possible to create an Automation so an email send 2 days after record updated?

We're a real estate company looking to have Airtable Automations help us get client feedback on properties we present. Ideally, the process would look as follows: We add properties to an airtable base Once status is changed to "pending client feedback", an automated email sends the property information to the client. I'd love for that email to be able to solicit client feedback via button/checkbox/text field, for instance client received 123 Main St and did't like it they could have the option to "reject" (via button or form?) which would update the record in AirtableIf they liked the property, opt to "like" or "shortlist" the property which would update the record and trigger additional notifications to our team that the client wants to tour this site. 

I've seen great docs and help for this for MS Excel on Windows.. but MS has not released the Power Query Editor for Excel on Mac.  Has anyone successfully done this, using any hack or workaround? TIAGary Wong

I'm looking to create a form with fields for a project lead like name, title, affiliation, and email. What's the best way to allow for multiple project leads? Ideally, a user could click a checkbox to 'Add Additional Project Lead'. There's no limit on the number of leads. Any advice on using repeating fields for this? Basically, trying to determine if I can somehow not have to replicate each field an ungodly amount of times with a checkbox between each conditionally showing the next bunch of project lead fields conditionally based on the particular checkbox (nightmare).

If I have one date in a single cell, then I would use the formula DATETIME_FORMAT({}, 'MMMM) to convert that date into a month.  However, sometimes when using a Look Up I'm pulling multiple dates, separated by commas, into one cell. I'd like to find a formula that will convert all of these multiple dates into the month equivalent. So solving the 'error below'.  Any help much appreciated. Thanks. 

I am trying to build an order system with several tabs: Orders at vendor (I buy from 1 vendor) Orders from customers Customers Products An order from a customer has several products and might have more than 1 from each item. And that is where I get stuck. How can I add more than 1 of an item when there are multiple items? If it was just 1 item more times the colums would be product & amount, but that wont work. I feel like I am missing something obvious…

I have a string of text that I want to break into two separate strings of text. Here’s an example: This is an example string of text / I want to break it into two separate strings of text I want all of the words that precede the “/” to be one string of text. And then I want all of the words that come after the “/” to be a separate string of text. I want to completely eliminate the “/”. I have emailed and used the contact support feature and have not gotten a response. I need to have tax removed from an invoice before my institution can pay the balance. Has anyone else dealt with this? Why is there not a phone number where we can reach a support person?

As some of you may know, I’ve spent the past year, at least, battling a debilitating physical condition. For the last few months, this expressed itself as near-disabling reflected pain in my arms and shoulders that made working at a keyboard – or focusing on any task more complicated than rereading genre fiction – virtually impossible. Although the condition was finally diagnosed mid-November, complications (a two-month pause to reschedule surgery with an in-network physician amenable to my insurance provider; the scorched-earth arrival of Covid-19) pushed my surgery back to April 10. In the airtable manual (https://support.airtable.com/docs/interface-element-button) there ist the following description: AppearanceBefore moving on to further interface configuration or publishing your interface, you may want to rename/label the button or change its color to provide more context to collaborators who are interacting within the interface you are building. You can also have the button update colors and/or label after the button has been clicked. I saw this function in the past, but can't find it consistently. Maybe I'm just don't see it or was it removed? I also can't find any thread or comment about this.S

I am new to Airtable.  I have a base of speaking engagements.  I want to send an automated reminder to my boss when the engagement is 5, 3, and 1 day away.  I am able to get it to work the first time but I can't get it to know that the time is getting closer.   From what I read, DATETIME_DIFF used with NOW() doesn't update daily.  How to get this to work?

In airtable, I've programmed a calendar with dates and times for specific events. Hello,I am having an unusual experience in Interface Designer's "Checklists" which is causing a problem for me...When I have added a Text Box element to my Interface, and use the "Checklist" function (this is *not* the Airtable field type CheckBox), it's behaving strangely. When I am editing the interface, I can check/uncheck the Checklist. But when I've published it and I'm in the "normal" user view of the Interface, I cannot check/uncheck the Checklist boxes. So, if I "check" a box while editing, and then publish the interface, then the checkbox is stuck in the "checked" status. Likewise, if I "uncheck" a box while editing, and then publish the interface, then the checkbox is stuck in the "unchecked" status. I cannot change it either way from the User View.This is surprising to me. Does anybody know how to get the checklists to be able to check/uncheck when I'm using
