I know if I use a switch, I can write a formula to return a single value from different fields based on a given input from a single-select field. Like if the select field has options A, B, C, it’d be SWITCH({select field}, A, {Field A}, B, {Field B}, C, {Field C}).What I want to do, though, is have multiple inputs that return multiple outputs combined into a single text string. Is there a way to do that?I’m trying to show who needs to review a project on different rounds of review. Round 1 might need Role A and Role B, Round 2 might need Role C and Role D, and so on - I have that info logged in a definitions table. I also have assignment info for each project, like “On Project X, Role A is Alice, Role B is Ben, while on Project Y, Role A is Albert and Role B is Betty”. So then in the table where I list out the rounds of review that happen for my projects, I want to combine that info and have a “reviewer” field that returns the reviewer names, so like Project X’s Round

Hello there, I've developed a workflow that follows these steps:1) When a record is updated, all the product's fields are watched2) With these watched fields, a new script will run. The main goal with this script is taking the product's information, then making a PUT request to an external JSON API by taking the product's SKU.When I test the script, it runs successfully, but the response logs: {status: 400, message: "Invalid data provided"} status: 400 message: "Invalid data provided"Does anyone knows why this is happening? Hi -I need to copy text from a long text field with rich text formatting turned on to other applications (e.g., Google Docs). After researching, the issue seems to be due to Airtable's underlying markdown formatting.Is there any way to export the text or copy-paste the text into another app that understands the formatting and can display the text and export with the same formatting Airtable displays?Thanks!

I have a script that looks at a Festivals table and based on a date input prompt in the script it returns any festivals that are occurring during the date input by the user by looking at the start and end date fields. I'd like to further modify the script to allow the user to select 1, or more, genres of music and any festival that lists any one of the selected genres is then returned. I can get the first portion based on date to work, but I've tried several failed scripts in the attempt to further filter by genre. The script clearly finds a festival that has a genre included but still returns "No festivals found" message when run. Greetings,I'm looking to parse specific information from a cigar website and create a record in my Airtable base.  An example of the website is here.  I'd like to extract the name of the cigar (Page Name?), the Description, all of the Specifications (i.e. Manufacturer, Strength, Shape, etc), and an image of the cigar.  And I'd like to do this without having to code and without having to manually highlight objects on the page to extract. I've watched videos that utilize the native AT Web Clipper, as well as a video that uses Data Fetchter + Parsehub.  The AT Web Clipper videos only show how to extract text from the page after highlighting, and the Data Fetcher/Parsehub video only creates more questions than it answers.I'd like to replicate the functionality of food recipe apps like Paprika than can parse data from any recipe

Hello! I'm a new Airtable user so I'm still getting used to the terminology of the platform, so I appreciate your patience.I book travel for a company that hosts 28 events during the year. I have set up my base to reflect the information for each event in one table ("All Events"), the entire roster of staff and their details in another table ("Passengers"), and each event also has it's own table that will show everyone who is booked and their flight details ("City Name/Flights").I would like to add the staff in the "All Events" table, which links to the "Passenger" table (this I figured out). But I also want those profiles of the staff members to populate in their respective "City/Flights" table without having to re-add them. I can't figure out what I need to do to link them to those tables. In the 3rd photo, I had to manually add those names in the "name" column (which are linked to the "passengers" table). I am trying to send an email after a form is submitted, and include clickable links within that email.Say I have field called SITE, if I use the syntax[CLICK HERE] [SITE] where SITE is the embedded field name for the automation it just send an email with"[CLICK HERE] [https://123.com]" Instead of CLICK HEREI tried following the the advice in https://support.airtable.com/docs/using-markdown-in-airtable but whatever combination of brackets I use, I cannot get the links displayed correctly - What am I missing please? 

Greetings! I am trying to figure out the best way to add dates/times of different candidates spoken to for interviews. Ideally, I would like to have one project line entered and then be able to click on the project to see which candidates were interviewed and when. I am trying to avoid repeating the project entry to break out and see the different candidates and would like to keep everything in one project entry. Eventually, I am also looking to create a monthly report to see what candidates were spoken to and when for each month. Any guidance is greatly appreciated as I am new to airtable. Thank you!

Hi, The automations implementend in Airtable aren't working anymore. The goal of those automations is to automatically send e-mails via Outlook.First, I received this error message : Airtable's permission to use the configured E-mail Outlook account has been revoked. Please reconnect the account or select a different E-mail Outlook account for this step.I reconnected the Outlook account, but the following message appeared: Microsoft a signalé une erreur lors du traitement de cette action : The mailbox is either inactive, soft-deleted, or is hosted on-premise.How can I fix it? Many thanks for your help 🙂 

I just added a small group of people and gave them commentor permissions, and I asked them to make comments on certain records, so that I could get their input on a project. I know for a fact that they went in and made comments because they emailed me to let me know they did it, but I don't see their comments! I am the base owner.

How can I do a word count of a record? I have a table to organize what I write divided by scenes and I want to count the words in every scene. Thanks in advance.

Hello there!I'm going to use Airtable API to get records and save into mine site. These records will be updated on daily, weekly or even monthly basis inside the Airtable, so using CRON on the server it not best solution. Our idea was to create some trigger URL (maybe WP REST API route) on our site. Is there any reason that Airtable can block this request using "Run a script action" for XMLHttpRequest? Or there is another better way to do this?

Hi,I have a rollup field that uses  ARRAYJOIN(values, "\n") to create text with new lines. I want to copy and past that text to another application. I'm think this worked at one point, but now my options seem to be: a) Copy from the field in the grid view, in which case I get the new lines, but the whole text is surrounded by quotes that I don't want, or b) Copy from the expanded view of the field, or the field in the expanded record view, in which case I get the text without quotes, but all run together without new lines. Neither of those behaviours seems right, and the behaviour being different in the two locations seems odd too.&nbs

I created a new token and tried to use it to replace my API key in a Zapier app connection for Airtable. Thought I was doing the right thing in preparation for the deprecation in 2024. It didn't work. Zapier doesn't seem to recognise the token and wouldn't accept it.Likewise tried to use tokens in direct connections with other subscriber apps. They didn't accept them either.I'm missing something fundamental here right? Grateful for any help.

I have a lookup field that brings a rich text field from other table, but I need to retain the links inside of that original rich text field. Can I do that? A lookup field into a URL field does preserve the link, but a link inside a rich text is not brought across...can I achieve that? Thanks

The latest iOS update for mobile interfaces appears to have removed the ability to 'check' items in the list view.Older mobile interface pages still work and allow boxes to be checked, but newly created interface pages will not work.I'm assuming this is a bug, given that this feature was enabled on release and announced to have this feature.

Hi All,I'm not sure if this request can be better accomplished with a formula or an automation, but it feels like an automation, so I figured I'd start here. I have a form that populates several fields in a table, one of which is "Email Address".I have a field that is marked "User" which is a multiple user field that contains either a) a Base team member (from the dropdown), b) an email address of an external user, c) or several usersI have set up a few different views in Interfaces that are controlled by this "User" fieldIdeally, when a record is submitted via form I would like the email address they entered to be automatically added to the "User" field as a user so that they can then receive a link to access the Interface that shows their results.
