Not sure if any of you have received the notification that if you're on the pro plan - your automations will be halved from the aldy restrictive 50,000 per month to 25,000 per month (also No more multisource syncs, API limits of 100,000, halving of attachment storage space to 10gb)? Also the support team seems to be not active since the pricing plan was announced - all my emails get diverted to a cliched auto reply when in the past a warm body will be manning the email and helping to resolve the issue. Isn't it industry practice to pmaintain current users on their own legacy plan? The new pricing and lack of support is making us consider other platforms instead

Hello,We are a marketing & design team. We have a status field on each job that indicates if the job is currently sitting "with marketing", "with design", "complete", etc. Each time we hand the job back and forth between departments, we change that status field accordingly.  The change of status is subsequently tracked in the Activity/Comments panel of the job.  Is there a formula that can be written to look back through the last year's worth of job tickets, in each Activity panel, and count the number of times the STATUS field changed?(side note: 2 months ago I created an automation to begin tracking & counting that status change, so we have the data moving forward. However, I'm seeking to gather that data from months prior)Fingers crossed.....Thanks!

For charts in Interfaces, I don’t see the right formatting of Currency as I see in the data section. Is there a way to configure the currency format? It should be $50,000.00 but it is $50000.00. No Comma.

Hi all,I would like to share interfaces with my clients without having them to register and most importantly answer the initial onboarding questionnaires from Airtable.It discourages them from accessing the platform and viewing my interfaces.Is there a way to view and potentially edit without having to set up an account and answer the onboarding questionnaire?Any advice would be welcome 🙂Thank you! 

I have an automation that triggers when a form is filled out. The form collects email addresses and locations from people, putting that info in the signups table, and matches them with captains based on their location; the captains are listed in the captains table and linked to the signups table, with lookup fields in signups for their email address and other key info.The automation sends an email to the new signup connecting them with their captain. Some captains have email addresses, some don't. So the automation looks to see first of all if there is an email address for the captain in the signups table's lookup field. The logic in the automation is: signups: email (from captains) is NOT empty.However, the step is triggered even if the email (from captains) lookup field IS empty. When testing the step, it returns a success and shows the field

Hi, I am trying to design two bases on Airtable for my team:Base 1: Instruction ManualInformation: This base should consists of all tasks our team need to do throughout the year, which instruction and attachment.Base 2: To-do tasksInformation: The tasks of this base should be synced from Base 1. In this base, each task will be assigned a collaborator, start and end date, task status, and team's comment. My current questions/roadblocks:1. In my Base 1, ideally, there should be two tables of tasks - "standard" and "intensive". But I still want both tables to be synced directly into one table in my Base 2. 2. In my Base 2, ideally, when I run a script of auto-updating the start and end date of each task, it can create dates of the following year, i.e., my team is currently monitoring the "to-do" and "in-progress" tasks (synced from Base 1) of 2023, but since all our tasks (both standard and intensive) are repetitive

I've had so many frustrations with the automation feature that I literally haven't updated my Airtable in MONTHS because of this.... I migrated from GSheets and manually updating GCal to Airtable for it to automate for me and yet I keep getting this error message despite the test running perfectly fine.... If anyone has some insight on how this can be fixed, it would be greatly appreciated... Screenshots attached.. If there is also any way to contact customer support away from a public community forum and beyond the help articles, that would also be super helpful... 

How can I populate a field based on a view. When I create a new view I want to put the same info into a field.

Hello I'm new to airtable, and I recently had a website built using Airtable as a database for a car listing widget. We have a column in our airtable where we input a short and long description for each vehicle we list. Below is a screen shot of what the data looks like once we past it into the cell of the airtable. It looks like one big run-on sentence. Is there any way to format this data to display nicer? Or at least have a line break so that each sentence can be displayed on its own line so its broken up some and easier to read? I'm trying to use a script in an automation to filter specific records from a view and then include those records in the next step of the automation (which would be inserting them into an email to send).I can get the script to successfully find and filter the records needed, and it looks like I need to use output.set to export the info back to the automation, but I'm having issues figuring out how to do so.When I run the script below, I'm getting the following error: TypeError: Invalid arguments passed to output.set(key, value): • value[0] should be a JSON-serializable type, not an object Anyone know how to fix what I have for the output.set part or any guidance at all? I have a form that users submit each week to log hours. I have a table that captures each submission in a new row along with how many hours they have left in total (not per week). I have fields that capture the hours logged that was submitted, the total available hours, and how many hours are left, but I am unable to get it to add up all of the hours for a single user and then provide me with the remaining hours. As an example, Jane K. (1st week)Hours logged this week = 4. Total available hours = 20. Remaining hours = 16.Jane K. (2nd week)Hours logged this week = 10. Total available hours = 20. Remaining hours = 10. How do I get the 'Remaining hours' total to be 6 (4 + 10 = 14 minus 20)? I would like to base it off of the first field in my table which is a concatenation of two values.  Thanks!

But when AWS launches it, instantly the developer and creators community will love it. It’s also very very affordable compared to all other similar products. Airtable and HoneyCode do not compare head-on-head. Since Airtable is database first and an app maker second whereas HoneyCode is just the opposite. But AWS launching this is a huge move in the industry of no code apps. Please share your thoughts on this!!!

Hi, does anyone know why when you create certian interface views following the initial wizard, you cant then add new elements. You only seem to be able to do this if you build an interface from a blank canvass.

Hi,i would like to generate a document with data from 3 different tables.Let's say :InvoicesEventsServices1 invoice gather different events and each event have different services.For standard Invoice, i use the BATCH "WORD" MODULE on MAKE with success.But it does not accept LOOP of LOOP.I also tried to create a master json inside Airtable following the json model for the WORD module (exemple here) with LOOP of LOOP, with no success yet.Have you ever done this ? if yes, with which tools ? 

I'm running the latest App store version (10.1) on my iPhone Xs. I used to be able to rotate the phone (w/ system orientation lock disabled, of course) and have the base view (records list) in the app rotate to follow OS. Now it no longer does. Have they removed this feature?

The problem with this is that each QR code has the same filename (as there’s no option to rename the file), this makes it very confusing when downloading them all. I am trying to create an automation that conditionally checks to see if a user is tagged in a text field. Trigger: When a record is updated, watching field called "Internal Notes"(Internal Notes is a Long text field with rich text formatting enabled)Condition: If Internal Notes contains @Honey Bee(Honey Bee is a real user in my base, created for testing. Hi All -I've been battling with this issue for two days.I would like to send an email (via gmail integration) to a user when a record matches a condition.  I've connected everything and almost all of it works except one thing.  I want to include a url for the recipient to click if they need to update any information but it does not populate.That URL is its own field in Airtable.  I use the + and choose the data and see it in the email properties.  However when I preview (or test email) the url is never there.  I have tried different formats for the field (short text, long text, formula and URL) - none of them work.  If I hard code the URL (arbitrarily selecting on from the table), it displays correctly.  I've tried it just as text or as a clickable link using the syntax on the Airtable help pages. I've been able to similarly replicate this using the Twilio text integration (i.e., no url there either.)What am I missing? T

I’m currently running a script that creates a set of records. There are 67 records that need to get created. Usually it works. However, sometimes only a portion of the records are created. If I run the script a second time it works. Why does this happen and how do I resolve this?
