Hello friends of the community, I'm facing a problem when trying to filter the date in the interface. Whenever I select the month it shows me the total, the same happens when I use the specific date filter. Do you know any formula or trick to solve this problem?

I use proprietary software in my line of work that allows me to export client data into a CSV file. One of the fields in this CSV file is called Household ID. Let’s call this CSV file “Household Assets”. In airtable, I already have a table called “Households” with has the exact same Household ID field and number for each household. Is there any way to import the CSV into its own table in airtable and automatically link both tables given they already have a common field, Household ID? This would be useful as I could simply import once per month all my household asset updates and somehow track the trend and progress of my client assets. Any ideas how I might be able to accomplish this? It would be great if I could even somehow automate this process too.

I use the free version for my card making inventory. I've been uploading images to my base and I'm concerned that I might be getting close to the new storage space limit of 1 GB total storage per base.How do I tell how much attachment storage space I'm using?

I have two tabs. One table with a list of weekly events and a second that collects those into weeks. I'd like to quickly reference a range (let's say 10 rows from the weekly list) into the 2nd table on a weekly cell.Currently, I do this very slowly. I type in the row number. Airtable shows a preview and I click that record to add the row.What I'd like to do i just type rows 12-22 and hit return. I just don't know if that's possible or what the syntax might be to make that happen.

On Table A I have a linked record field that allows multiples. It pulls records from Table B. These records on Table B include a Date field. Records on Table B are not necessarily entered in chronological order. For example:Table B Record 1 - 1/1/2023Table B Record 2 - 3/1/2023Table B Record 3 - 2/1/2023On Table A, I'm trying to pull the most recent record linked using a Lookup field with the "limit the number of items shown" option turned on and set to "last 1" but I believe this is giving me the date of the linked record that was most recently created rather than using the date field of the record to give me the most recent. I believe I could play around with an automation that could accomplish this for me but before diving into that, is there a more simple way to achieve this?

I have a formula created that is predicated on creating a count by a criteria. We have a list of records and each line item has an associated email entered. I'm trying to create a formula that will be a running count based on the emails. Essentially this is a count of shifts someone works with us. Can anyone help with this?

Hi all, I’ve got a column for ‘date of birth’. I’m looking for a formula that will input their age in months and years. (At the moment, it will only let me do one of these) DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(), {D of B}, ‘years’) I then plan to add an IF statement along the line of (if months = 11 show an alert) so I remember to send a card. I love the way airtable universe pages look. How can I publish or create pages for my database like that to share with others? Databases that wouldn’t be helpful for the universe community.

Has anyone created an API between Workfront and Airtable? We currently use Airtable for project management/planning and sharing of projects, but creative requests/approvals go through Workfront… would be looking for one-way communication from Workfront to Airtable (specifically relaying dates from Workfront tasks and moving final assets/creative files from Workfront to Airtable once they are approved in the Workfront system). I’m only familiar with Zapier to connect platforms and unfortunately Workfront is not available there, so wondering if anyone has had success connecting these two with a custom API? TIA!

Hi,I need some help auto creating weekly calendar entries a few weeks in advance.Currently my automation is set to create 8 calendar entries every Sunday, which shows on a Calendar view for one of my tables. For instance, if my automation ran on 9/3, it would create 8 entries on 9/3.Ideally, what I would like for my automation to do is to create the calendar entries 2-4 weeks in advance so if my automation ran on 9/3, it would create the entries for 9/10 and 9/17. Thanks in advance for any help!

I have written several Scripts and an Extension. Both of these use the Base, Table, View, Record, Field classes provided by Airtable. I would now like to create a node service running in the cloud that needs to get and set information stored in Airtable. Is it possible to use the same JavaScript classes as with a Script or an Extension to access Airtable data from node? Cheers  David

Hello,I have records of 4 thousand rows in Airtable, with around 100 views and about 50 columns. Two of them have attachments fields where we store pictures.Every month, we need to create a new table organized by month, and we want to retain the previous month's views and settings, but the data itself is not required. Currently, I use the duplicate table feature without including records, but it has become quite problematic and slow. I am wondering if the Airtable team is working on improving their servers to address these issues.I need some assistance. Is there any other method or workaround to synchronize all the views and create a new table for this month without including previous records?Thank you.

I am struggling to get a Formula that would return my age, where the number after the decimal point indicates the number of months in duodecimal format. Hi there!I am trying to find in the form interface to be able to submit multiple records with the same information in the easiest way possible.I have a form for production to submit GFX requests so we can better judge workload. Request is attached to a project, and in the form you can enter in information like a description of what the GFX should be, starting assets, etc. There could be multiple rounds with the same info so I want to be able to select a  project and add multiple dates/requests with the same information.I'm not sure if this could be done in one form with adding additional date options somehow or if there's a way to duplicate existing requests. Let me know if anyone has any ideas.Thanks!

Hi there, I guess the interfaces don’t work on Airtable mobile app yet. I cannot build an interface, ok, but I don’t even find the interfaces I made for my table… At least when I try to get to my new interface from my iPhone, I only can find a mention of it in notifications (but not on the workspaces overview), and it looks awful when I try to open it. And if I click on the link in my email from my iPhone - no way to get to the interface either… Or is it just a bug of my iPhone?.. Thanks! :winking_face:

I have a description field, and would like to generate it based on values.  I could not find any way to format numbers, like there is DATE_FORMAT for dates.  The TEXT function in Google Sheets allows you to format exactly like you want it. In my case, I want to format the number as 0.00.  else, Airtable will sometimes show as 213.3, or 214.57777777 which is very ugly.

Hello, I'm encountering an issue with a formula I'm using to calculate video aspect ratios in my Airtable base. I would appreciate any assistance in identifying the problem or suggesting an alternative approach. Hey everyone! Im using a script (that I found here in the community, thanks btw!) to pull data from Airtable to Google Sheets in order to make some weekly reports for employees in a company. Problem is, it seems each time the script runs it retrieves the Fields in a random-ish order, which is a problem because those fields are referred to in the reports. Using Zapier is not an easy option since we have more than 400 fields. I'm doing an extension and I need to get some data from the table. Specifically all the records from the table or selected records, but when I go and select records it only  shows me the ids or names of the first field or "primary field". Is there a way to get all of the other ones? 

TLDR: I'm trying to mark employees as "OOO" if they are OOO for 3 or more days of the week (vs if they are only OOO for 1-2 days of the week they still show up as available). I have a system set up where I have created an "open space" record for every week and previously I had it set up so if the employee was OOO for any part of the week (even if it was just one day) the open space record will show up in red as "unavailable". But I want to adjust that to only showing up as unavailable if they are gone for more than 3 days of the week.I have created fields in my table that shows all the days of each record,  so for the Open Space records it lists out all 5 days of the week vs for any OOO records it lists out all of the OOO days.I'm looking for a formula that compares the two.
