Hi,We are an academic library. We don’t have a facebook account or any connection to facebook that I know of. However, I noticed when an interface was loading, that my browser said “waiting for facebook.”When I looked at the html of the page, I found this:<img height="1" width="1" style="display:none" alt="" src="https://www.facebook.com/tr?id=418406606004092&ev=PageView&noscript=1"/>We’ve found similar non-displayed links to facebook on other pages.Is this expected? I’m having a hard time finding the correct links for the columns-  airtable API key (which tells me I’m supposed to create a token for it which I did but not too sure on how to copy it and paste it on there) Airtable database app (not to sure where to find this located either.) My goal is to make it close to the template that it provides with the leaderboard. I‘ve created my own already with the AI source.  Would like help!! 

I was looking for something like this, but couldn’t find an airtable formula so I thought I would share mine. Hey everyone,I’m trying to imbed an image of our plant into a dashboard I have created. The goal is to create a “heat map” of all existing product based on concentration and location. I have everything else completed, but can’t figure out for the life of me if I’m able to do this as it’s crucial to the completion of the dashboard. 

I want to be able to see more information for my events in the calendar interface, similar to Notion and/or Clickup. Airtable only allowing me to show everything on a single line makes it really messy - I want to be able to see it as multi-line. Putting it all as labels is insanely messy. Hoping that someone has a possible solution for this - is there a place where I can put in a feature request? This seems like something that exists on most scheduling apps I’ve seen, really disappointed to not have it in Airtable.

I’m struggling to get an automation to work properly with a Find Records action. I’m trying to update a record in a table when a record in another table matches certain conditions.  Here is my current automation: Everything works for both conditions until it get to the Find records action. The records are linked in both tables. In the table initially updated (IRA Projects) the field SOW Form is the link to the SOW & Invoices table (secondary table I’m trying to update a record) In the SOW & Invoices table the field IRA Project # is the link to the record in the IRA Projects table These 2 numbers are the same, so I would think it should be a simple matter of finding Here is my configuration (same for both conditions)

I’ve seen something like this asked, but not really seeing responses?  But it got me thinking….  Is it really possible to have two different forms feed into a single base?  My thought process is this.  Creating an onboarding base so we can make sure we get everything completed for every hire.  But questions we ask on applications can vary based on the job(s) they are applying for, so having several forms with the specific questions would be great instead of having questions that only certain people would fill out or verbiage that is correct for some, but not for others.Is it REALLY possible to do this?  Yesterday I was trying to determine if there was a way to set up a form with sections so that each section of questions was for specific jobs, but the form will be LONG.  Having different forms based on the job they are applying for would be much better, if it will truly work.

Hi, I created my first form today and liking the tools, however i find the linear scrolling required to access a multi-field form a bit long winded… Can i modify the layout and locate fields where i need to, to make the form more compact and intuitively laid out, and potentially all fields on a single screen/page? I looked at a thread from 2020, and it mentioned JotForm using Zapier ? Has there been any changes since then to Form layouts for Airtbale? Thanks You, Simon.

I'm using the new Form Builder to create a form to share publicly. I published the form, and created a link for "Anyone on the web."  However, if anyone tries to submit the form without being logged into AirTable, they get the following message, and the form never submits. Any ideas or workarounds?: Refresh page to submit formThis form has been updated. Refresh the page to submit your form. Any information you already entered will be saved, but not submitted. 

I’m trying to create a form that will allow club members to order multiple products. Each product has different color and size options, and I can’t figure out how to build the table to then create the form with all the different options. Any suggestions? Thanks, Dave

Hi all,This has been asked before, but the previous topic didn't get any replies:  We’re encountering the same issue: the record revision history looks different when viewed from the Data side versus the Interface side. Is this a bug, or is there an underlying logic we might be missing? DataInterface 

I noticed differences in the revision history of a record when i open it in an interface vs. when i open it on a table. How? Why?in interface, last edit 4w ago (but last edited date shows 1 day ago...):in table the edits from 1 day ago show up. they relate to a linked record...:  

Hi, as a new Airtable user i could really do with some help. I help organise a small cat rescue so have built my 1st ever database (whoop lol) so we can organise who needs adopting, what sex, colour etc… a couple of us cant access the information via the browser on our phones. it comes up with a ‘header’ screen so to speak but you cant access any of the info. I am fine as I have an android so I just downloaded the app. But one person is making excuses that they can’t and so far cannot see anything. Does anyone have any advice or hints / tips as to get it working on phone browser? thank ya’ll ever so much x

Hi all, I’m at a stage where it’s no longer legit to make changes directly on the prod env.What are your best practices for managing changes in the base’s structure and design? (changing field type, editing formulas, editing scripts, adding tables etc.) For example, is there a way to connect to git and keep track of changes to table schemas (not data sync)?How do you make changes in a DEV base, and then push them to production? Do you use dedicated branches in git for these changes?

Hey all,so weirdly enough, when I setup the formula for a total time calculated it shows this: 120 minutes, correct?However the resultant display shows this:Just curious, why is it showing up as 0:02 instead of 120, even though in the sample it shows it’ll be 2?

Airtable novice here! I’m trying to create a set-up that will field team names and scores from a typeform trivia survey to create a simple leaderboard to sync to the commonninja leaderboard widget. After *so many hours - whyyy* I finally got the simple set-up ready but for the life of me, cannot get the new entry from typeform trigger automation to work. It seems to fail at the Update Record step. See screenshots of two set-ups below - any help would be so greatly appreciated! Also open to any other solves that might reduce the number of apps I’m bringing in. Also note that I have to set Team Name as a single select with options in order to connect with typeform properly. Since the contact is only a linked record from “people” where all the details for that contact exists. Hi there! I have an automation currently setup in Airtable that sends a slack anytime a tag is updated when an order comes through our system. The automation sends the customer name and total in the order and a link to the image. I am trying to find a way for it to send an actual attachment of the image, as currently I have an employee going in and manually sending it. This is what Airtable support said below. Hi,here is the solution to this frequently asked question. Just replace the value in delay( ) to change the time of delay. The maximum delay you can give is 30 Sec per action or automation will fail. Hello Community,I’m fairly new to Airtable and relational databases at that, but would like to create an application that helps me distribute allocations to my top accounts for my wine import and distribution business. We receive certain highly sought after wines in small quantity and need to distribute them to top accounts. Most of the time, accounts take the full allocation, but other times they just accept a portion of the offer or none at all. My post here is looking for guidance from experienced designers on the overall base structure and how I should develop and connect things.
