I am using a date field to gather reservations. I need to exclude or block the weekends from choice. Anyone know how I can do this?

Happy Holidays! I've read a couple of posts where a solution was provided regarding inserting a logo into a gmail automation and I tried to follow it a few times, with zero success.It's not explained simply to a non-tech person, hence the back-and-forth correspondence between the 'solution provider' and others who were attempting to follow their process.Is there anyone who can explain this to a non-tech person? I have my 'Images' table with attachments field and attachment url field with formulaIF(Attachments, REGEX_EXTRACT(Attachments, "(?:[^(]*\\()([^)]*)")) I also have 1 tag structure and when I enter this into the gmail automation template, nothing comes up. The processseems simple and it's not working. What am I missing?  

I am looking for the best way to query a record from a table and to mark it as Assigned and avoid a different thread of the same automation from picking that row -- something like a select-for-update or distributed locking. In the example below, I don't want 2 simultaneous runs of the automation to pickup gtin3.From what I can find there is no native support for something like this. The best way I can think of is to read an unassigned record and in the next step of the automation to update it as assigned before doing other steps. And later revert it back if the subsequent steps runs into failures. Looking to learn how others might have worked around this.The automation is run in Make.com

I am a bit confused. This might not be complicated. I have two ppl submitting a form and I want to be able merge some of the data. How would I do that? Can I use an automation to update one of the records? But then, how do I match the two entries so it knows what to merge?

Hello, I have an automation that is being run when a webhook is received. I have noticed that the automation is being run multiple times for some records; it does not run multiple times for every webhook. I cannot manually recreate this issue. When I manually send a record, it works as intended. I have reviewed the logs of the booking service sending the webhook, and only a single webhook is being sent each time. But, when I review the automation history, every once in a while it is running 5 times. When inserting a Date field in an Email Action, the Date and Time format I’ve set within the table does not get used. Instead, I get the default formatting, something like: 2020-06-07T01:00:00.000Z. I’d like the date and time to be outputted in a more readable format in emails, something like 6/7/2020 at 1:00am.

Super simple question...I have an email action automation that runs when certain conditions are met.  I need to update a date field (excluding time) when this automation runs.  There isn't an obvious answer to this in the forums.  Any ideas?

I have a summary table that is comprised of a single row with a linked field (projects) containing multiple values, then a series of rollups with $ calculations based on project status back in the project table.I would like to automate the addition of new projects to the summary table linked field when projects are created in the primary table, and also automate the deletion of those linked field values when projects are completed.I'm unsure how to best accomplish this in an automation. Are there any suggestions?

When we enter a listing name in one table, the same listing should automatically appear in another table. We set an automation, but when we enter the listing name in one table, that same listing should go to another table. But filed is creating in another table, but the data is coming to that table.Help us here!

Hello! My company may be no longer allowed to use Zapier so I'm trying to figure out how to recreate my Zap using Airtable automations. I need to be able to upload a batch of image files somewhere (our company uses Box), have Airtable match the filenames of the images to existing records, and upload that image file to the attachment field for the matching record. I've seen posts about bulk uploading images to new records but can't find specific info about matching images to existing records. Is this possible?

Hello! I share my Airtable calendar view to my Google calendar so that I can see dates for different clients. A few days ago, I changed a date for a few projects and they're not reflecting on my Google calendar. I've refreshed and unselected the "Sync" button on my Google calendar app and it's still showing the old dates.  Do you know why this is happening? The dates that are showing in Airtable, I need them to show on my Google calendar correctly.

I am trying to use Zapier to publish airtable records as cards on Miro. It works fine, but the link back to Airtable is broken. Zapier needs the record URL and it's not being made available. I wondered if I could work around this by making the record of the URL a field in the record, so that Zapier can use it. Is this possible? Any tops would be much appreciated!

Hey there! I have created an automation on my Airtable to send an SMS to my customer when they made a purchase. My customers are 2 tables : on the "Users" table and on the "Clients" table. I have their telephone numbers and also a formula field to convert their number in the French standard format : "+33678332729"When I type manually a telephone number on the field 'TO', the automation works and the SMS is well send. But, when I choose my specific formula field with the French standard format, It takes the source of the data (0678332729) and not the content (+33678332729)Here is some screenshot in attachment. Thank you in advance for your help!Seren

Hello, I need some help to find a solution for this task:I have two tables, on contain a columns called small, tall and month. The second table contains the columns small_december and tall_december.I need to write a script that looks for the record month of the first table and names of the columns if they contain the word, in this case December. if the condition matches the data will be copy from table 1 and bring it for table 2. 

Hi everybody!I managed to sent emails from linked table. But now I ran into a problem. I have two linked tables, one for RMA requests from customers and another for a list of repairers with their emails. When I want to send a product to the selected repairer, I want it to be sent to an email that is entered in another table of repairers. This works, but many times it sends the same email to other emails that are in the same table (so it sends an email to the entire list of all emails in this table). When I was working on automation, I used lookup field of the email address of the srepairer from the second table and sent the email from the first table (customer requests, because it is related to a specific product and customer). In the automation for the "to" field, there is no way I can select anything other than a "list" of emails.. could this be the cause of my problem?

I have two tables that are linked to each other: Candidate Table and Position TableEach candidate record has contact information (email) and is linked to a specific position record which also means that each position record may be linked to multiple candidate records. Each position record also has a status: Active, On Hold, Lost, etc.I would like to be able to send automated emails to all candidates linked to a position that has changed its status from Active to On Hold to update them on what's going on. Hi all,I am curious to learn more about what linked and un-linked data can be used in the 'Find Records' action in Automations. This happens frequently, and I am fairly sure that it is related to field data types. Linked record fields can only be used in certain instances, and lookup fields can only be used in others. Sometimes I have had to create 'String' fields through formulae to lookup other records. My ask: does anyone have any links to learning resources or documentation where i can learn what the limitations/benefits of certain field types are.
