I am trying to create an automation. I have succesfully created a trigger for when a "Delivery Date' gets updated however when i go to create the action, it will not allow me to select the trigger as the input.  Essemtially, when the delivery date is updated, i need the "Location" to update to "Out". Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I have a field where an agent selects a status and it will show last modifed by his name.But when another guy redo the same thing, it is changing to his name. How can i restrict modifcation of a field which is already done by one agent.

I need to pull in the airtable table into Wix so that I can have visibility controls on wix. Is this possible?

I have a field defined as Currency however when I add that field to the Message section of an email that I am creating from an Automation, the value does not appear as Currency. It does have the decimal point for the cents, and I can easily add “$” as part of the preceding text, but I would really like to see the commas that are part of the defined format on the field. Any ideas?

Hi EveryoneI have been trying to link my airtable base with Make.com via a webhook that then uses a 'get a record' module to view what has gone into the base and can change the fields via chatGPT and place it back into airtable with the 'update a record' module. The webhook is working fine and both of the airtable modules can find my base. my problem is that when I try to run once on make.com the process stops at this 'get a record' module and gives the fault code:BundleValidationErrorValidation failed for 1 parameter(s).Missing value of required parameter 'id'.My current assumption is that it is to do with the 'recordID' variable within airtable and I have tried looking into a lot of other possibilities but I have hit a wall now and don't know what else there is that I can try to change to make it work as it is intended. Hi, Is there a way for me to automate the following:1. a team member is @mentioned2. The @mention would automatically be placed into the "Mentions/Comments" TableThe reason I am trying to do this, is because I am trying to build an interface/dashboard for each team member where they will see their daily calendar; tasks assigned to them and any comments in which they were @mentioned. Hope this makes sense.

So I have two tables the "products" table and the "Wholesale Products Sync", the trigger of this automation is when a field is unchecked in the "products" table I would run this find records action: then I would run this script to delete the record in "wholesale products sync" but I get an error:

Is there any way to be notified when a base has no new records in a period of time.I'm creating a base where managers need to leave a new record at least once every 30 days.  I want to be alerted when they have NOT left a new record since the last one was posted.Anyone know of a way to do this?

I am using an automation that uses a script to append a record to another table's linked field. My code is shown below.This is not working however, as the record.getCellValue('Worksheet: BOM") is returning an array that has the format ("string") instead of the format (id: "String"). Hey all I've created an automation where when a form is submitted - a record is updated. However! Sometimes there isn't a record to update, so it needs to be created first. So I need to create a process like this:WHEN a form is submitted AND record exists UPDATE it. IF record doesn't exist CREATE itBut the automation is getting stuck on the first part and fails to run into the second. Hi, I am trying to automate an email message with invoice details for the finance department to create an invoice. For each record (invoice) I have one or multiple sales, invoice lines, so each record will have fields with multiple linked data. In the body of my email I would like to split out these fields by the invoice line (sold item), but they lump together by the fields on one line.Message body build up: Below you can see Sale #1 and Sale #2 with their corresponding fields are clustered on the same line. Hi, please help me with this automation. For added info, this is created on a Base within a workspace on a Pro plan. All members on this Base are part of this Workspace as creators.I want to assign a record to a member of my team based off another field's data. Using the insert Grid/List of Records into Automation email how can I include more than the Name field of the record,? Similar to what you can do with a Grid in the Page Layout designer? Hi,I have set up a very simple automation. I've created a folder called "Leads Sent" and want any email that is placed there to trigger the creation of a record in my base called "Leads". It works a charm when i test it, both allowing AT to choose the data, and when I manually choose the data. When I turn on the automation and copy any email into the folder, nothing happens. The emails I put in there are a few months old, does that matter, and if so, can I tell the automation to pick any email, irrespective of date, that is new in that folder? Or is there another kink in the system that I am unaware of?I do not want to run this through a 3rd party integration, I want to use AT's own automation, so please stick with suggestions that will help solve that relationship, thanks. Thank you./Christopher
