Hi, I love these kind of icons used in table names and fields. How can I find icons like these, especially with this style? Is there a page for icons which Airtable supports?
We have a large team and many tables. Each department has their own table "queue". Obviously someone minding the SMS queue does not want to see the paid social queue first and so on. Is there a way for users to change the tab order based on their personal preferences and not be forced to use the base default tab order of all the tables?
Currently, all rich text formatting is removed in Lookup fields. It would be so helpful if rich text formatting (especially hyperlinks) is carried over into Lookup fields!Airtable, please support this function!
I've seen iterations on this question, but never an answer that works for my case.I have a base for newsletter management. Two tables in the base (others omitted for clarity), one to track and manage the weekly newsletter (author, topics, etc.) and one for events and holidays in our community.I'd like to put them together into a master calendar. I have been trying to do it at the field/formula level on a new table, but can't figure it out. I only need two fields, the date of the entry, and a subject or name field.I think I could solve this if I could get a calendar view to subscribe to another calendar view's exported iCal URL, but I can't figure out how to do that either.Any help?
Airtable How you like to give presents - Airtable Fill out the "How you like to give presents" form quickly and securely on Airtable. Dear all, I have a problem with my formular. I wrote some multiple select answers when creating the formular but when opened to be answered, some texts are cut, so only first part can be read. How can I address this problem? Thank you Lidia

I made a massive mistake when doing some updates to a base, so I figured I'd restore a snap shot. I created a snapshot copy of the base, and deleted the original. This has just compounded my issue because all my data syncing to other bases is totally messed up. This also impacts several automations i've created to work around the fact that my company wont shell out for two way sync features. What a headache. It seems to me this wouldn't be an issue if I were able change the source link to my sync set up to the snapshot base, but alas I get the following error.HELP!!!!
Hi all! I have a two-way sync enabled between two bases. On the source base I have enabled edits from the target base, and I am able to add individual records on the target base and have these show up on the source base. However, the Import CSV extension shows an error that says I cannot create new records in the target base.I am 100% sure it's not a settings problem in the sync because I am able to add individual new records on the target base. Can anyone advise? Is this just a bug on the extension? Thanks in advace!Alex
I manage an instance of SF at a company of 50+ employees. I would like to build an airtable base that generally mirrors it, but is better, and then establish a sync between the base I build and Salesforce. Has anyone done anything like this? Was the documentation helpful enough for me to rely on it to do a project like this?
Hi, I coud use some help on what I think is a relatively simple few concepts.I have a base called "Sales Pipeline" where I am tracking:Deal Name (Acme, Inc)Pipeline Stage (intro, qualified, opportunity etc)Opportunity Status (active, lost, won)Let's say there are 100 total records, each with a Deal Name, a Pipeline Stage and an Opp StatusI'd like to be able to: Calculate the Intro to Qualified conversion % (so if we've had 100 records at the "Intro Stage" and 62 have converted to the "Qualified" stage, then we should show a 62% conversion)Same for Qualified to Opportunity etcSimilarly, I want to be able reflect the Opportunity Status conversion % as well. So for example, if we have 100 records that entered the funnel at the "Intro" Stage, and 62 converted to "Qualified" but since then 32 of those have an Opportunity Status of "Lost", we'd really only want to reflect an Intro > Qualified (Active) conversion of 30%. I suspect I can do this using a 1) separate base, that 2) i
Hi Everyone,I'm very new to Airtable and anything like it. I am trying to create a base that captures our firm's new clients and tracks their onboarding process. The problem I'm having is that a new client can go through different/multiple processes depending on the service relationship(s). For example, one client can have 3 different service relationships at the same time and all 3 may share multiple onboarding stages but also have stages that are distinct to the service relationship.I would like a base where I can enter in the client's name and select the appropriate service relationship(s). Each service relationship will have it's onboarding stages, with the correct assigned staff to complete the task. Each service will also designate what forms are required. Everyone can see where a new client is in the process for situational awareness and also know when they have a task to complete. As an staff member completes a task it automatically moves to the next stage and notifies the next
Hi everyone,I'm new to Airtable and currently working on a final project for a company as part of my studies. I’m trying to set up a Timeline View for apartment bookings, but I’ve run into a few challenges:I need the timeline to display all the apartments, not just the ones that already have bookings assigned. I could potentially solve this by creating a dummy booking and assigning it to past dates, but I’d prefer a cleaner solution. The list of bookings on the side should be filtered to show only the bookings that haven’t been fully assigned yet (where "Beds Remaining to Assign" is greater than zero).A single booking should be able to be assigned to multiple apartments until the "Beds Remaining to Assign" reaches zero.Has anyone encountered similar challenges or have any suggestions on how to achieve this? Thanks in advance for your help!
I've built a powerful "knowledge database" from which I share multiple tables which hold various interlinked records (from one table to another). These tabels are shared across to multiple other bases I run for my businesses, benefiting from a single source of live-linked data.My problem is that the synced tables flatten out any linked records that exist, even if I've also synced the second table which holds the other side of the linked record. We want our users to be able to open and work with these linked records coming from synced tables. Is there any sign of this being improved upon by airtable? Is there any workaround for this?
Hello,So I'm attempting to use this new feature, however I do not know how to undo the process.I have an already synced view going from one base to another and on another table I have a synced view going to that same base which contains a linked field. I decided to setup the Sync Linked Records feature and where it said, "Sync linked tables" I clicked in there and chose that already created synced view. However, I have changed my mind and do not want to Sync that linked field. I removed the synced view from that "Sync linked tables" and removed linked field from the synced view. Unfortunately, on the other base in Update sync configuration it is still showing that field even though it was removed from the synced view. Also It's still acting like a linked field even though I attempted to backtrack and undo the process. Is there anyway to remove the linked field from the sync?Sorry if this is all confusing, I'm just trying to now only learn a new process but also how to undo that process
I have a table that includes a single line text field called 'Product Import' and a linked record called 'Product'. I use the CSV import extension to pull in a CSV in to this table and display the result on the Data view. When the import completes, the 'Product Import' field will have a value pulled from the CSV and if the primary field from the linked Product table matches, then this automatically links to the Product field (as image below). This shows the operator which products are already in the database and they can add the missing entries in the Product field by adding them through this screen, or going to a Product table view and adding them.My difficulty is that I cannot get this view (with the found/not found matches) to refresh. It only compares the fields on an import, not subsequently. Is there a way of doing this?
I am strongly considering moving to a more expensive plan, but here are two issues that are making me question whether or not it is worth it:1. Whenever we go to create a new record in our base on a mobile device it often closes the record automatically before we have completed filling it out. We end up with a bunch of stub records that I have to go and clean up on a regular basis. This typically happens when we haven't been using the app, launch it, start to create a record, and then, it closes without warning. It's almost like the app hasn't fully loaded and synced, but our use case typically involves getting a call, launching the app, entering the order, so it happens frequently.2. When we create records and add a start and end date, the view often shows an inaccurate date for one or both of the fields. If we close the view/navigate out of the base and re-open the base, the data is usually correct, but it is confusing to enter data and see it show up incorrec
Hi! I'm new to Airtable and I'm trying to create a dynamic data base. The goal here is to have a table with Clients info and then other tables that relate to the Clients info table. Let me explain it further: I have a table called Clients info but then I also have other tables such as Spaces (which offices they are renting and other information about these offices), Communication (social media profiles, presentations and others). I want for each record on the tables Spaces and Communication be related to the Client Info table records. How can I do that? Thanks!
I am looking for the Airtable equivalent of a HAVING clause in SQL.I have a view with the following fields (columns):NameTimestampPointsDeltaNow I want to add another field named PointsTotal which should be automatically computed as the sum of the PointsDelta of all records in that same table having a Timestamp <= the Timestamp of the current row.I tried to do this with rollup but there is no way to enter that condition. How can I accomplish it?Example data:Name | Timestamp | PointsDelta | PointsTotal------+--------------+-------------+------------foo | 24/8/24 7:15 | 5 | 5bar | 24/8/24 8:21 | -3 | 2baz | 24/8/24 9:07 | 10 | 12
What is included with Cobuilder with free plans. Her it says trial and limited. Do they mean trial is for free accounts and limited is for legacy plans? The price list says AI is not available for free plans anyways, but I assume Cobuilder and AI are different features.
I've spent some time building some Interfaces and found that the best way to group things the way I want is to have a new table that holds groups as Linked Records. Here's the set-up:Table 1: Events{Day}{Month}{Year}{Roster}Table 2: Roster{Day}{Month}{Year}{Events (Multiple)}This way I can roll up the team members and even build interfaces that help the Admin side adjust the roster by viewing a day's overview and then clicking into individual events. This all works perfectly! Now I want to automate. I can build the automations to create or update the records in the Roster Table triggered when the Event table is updated. However, this seems largely inefficient. Sometimes when I edit events in bulk, it creates multiple Roster records since they all get updated simultaneously. At the moment, I'm triggering this "manually" with a checkbox field. But this means I have to go into every single day and trigger just ONE of the events that day.Am I missing something? There must be a better way tha
Hi, I'm Charlie a newbie to the community and to no code tools, Airtable specifically. My reason for learning Airtable is to use it to develop a way to handle registrations for blanketsofblessing.com outreach to newborn to 7 years old. The information on the registrations has to be sorted in different ways and this has been done by hand in past years. It is nice to be here and I appreciate the opportunity to join.
I am working on a database for a daycare. I have a table called Time Sheets with fields Arrival (date), Departure (date) and Duration (duration). (There are other fields in this table to link to each child.)I have a second table called Meals with fields Name, Start Time and End Time (currently they are all single line text). This table has 4 records:Breakfast, 7:30am, 8:35amMorning Snack, 10:30am, 11:00amLunch, 12:15pm, 12:45pmAfternoon Snack, 4:00pm, 4:30pmI want to determine if a child qualifies for each meal based on when they arrived and departed. If the child is present when each meal is served, they qualify. What is the best way to do this? I am still in the early building stages for this database, so if I need to reorganize tables and such, now is the time. Thanks in advance,Mr. Brad B.
I have tried to sign up several times for Academy to get some training and understanding of Airtable. Whether I try to sign in at top of page or register for a course I get the message "Sorry you do not have access to this page". Any other training courses for Airtable that you would suggest? thank you
