I work for a small non-profit and one of our programs is a homesharing effort. We try to match people with a spare room to rent with people who are looking to rent a room. I was hired about one year ago to "bring us into the 21st century." They had been tracking everything in Google Sheets and Forms and it was a mess.At first, we contemplated purchasing subscriptions to several types of data management companies, including something like Monday.com, a separate database for finances, another one for client/property management, and CRM. Hi all,I'm trying to get the Calendar View to look a  little neater, only showing the headers of events without all this unhelpful and bloated extra data showing up. For instance, in Google Calendar the date will only show "David Out of Office", but in the synced airtable calendar view I'm getting this time range, and long link. Hello, I am trying to build a base for our vehicles and equipment fleet. This base will hold the maintenance log and the maintenance service schedule for each vehicle. I am stuck with how to move forward in the set up process. I initially started with three tables, Vehicles/Equipment, Maintenance Log, and Maintenance Schedule. I want to be able to plug in formulas that will calculate the next service dates for various types of services (oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, etc.) but because we are working with all different types of equipment (heavy duty, UTVs, cars, tractors) I am having a hard time finding a way to systematically implement the same formulas for each piece of equipment. I want this to be easy to maintain for the user and not too complicated, but I am having a hard time figuring out how to link dates versus mileage. I hope this makes sense, but I would love some advice for how to even set up each table and what my primary fields should be for each, I've include

Hi, Below is my airtable base.I have grouped the records on basis of my product. I want to find the average of qty in each group. I am aware that you can pick and choose which fields you want visible in a synced base. However, if you already synced a base, but want to limit the fields that are visible is there a way to do that without having to reupload the base?

TL;DR: add a "hello world" script if you want a "condition not met" to end your automation instead of cause it to fail.I created a base for another team in which I'm collaborating with them, and for each record that is created in their base, if it is assigned to me, I want to create it in my personal base via automations.The Find Records approach of identifying the collaborative record that was created and re-creating it in my base was straightforward, but capturing updated collaborative records assigned to me and re-updating it in my base was a bit trickier, as "Find Record to Update" may return zero records, if the collaborative record is assigned to someone else, causing the automation to fail.To get around this failure, I added a Run Script step for the condition in which the length of Find Records = 0, and the script is simply:console.log("Hello, world!"); This way, the automation will always successfully run, even
