We’ve set much of it up and been using it for over a year but have some needs to polish the processes and production of analysis so it works better for us. We don’t have a huge number of contacts / records so don’t foresee it taking a long time. Would broadly encompass the following:Review of current use / needs by staff using AT, and those that could (e.g Finance/Ops, Programmes, Leadership etc) Suggestions and implementation of improvements to process, donor journey through AT. Hi everyone,  I am a Music Supervisor (syncing songs for video games, movies ads…). I am currently using the Microsoft Suite and Google Suite for my business but I am now looking for a tool that can do it all in one platform. Airtable seems to answer many of my user cases and so I am now looking for an Airtable Expert that could set up the templates and automations for me, so I can then populate the templates with my own data. Ideally this person would be UK or Europe based. Hello, I am a dog trainer who does  in home private sessions (sold in packages of 3,5, 7 and 9 sessions).I am looking for a way to keep track of where I am with each client (how many lessons have they used/ how many lessons are left?). I also need a way to keep track if I have sent a follow up email after each sessions. I got the idea of Airtable after ChatGPT gave me an example of this base, but alas, the AI cannot create said base. I also need a real person I can tweak things with. I tried to do it myself, I get frustrated not being familiar with AirTable.  I will provide more specifics, but this is pretty much it.

I am trying to sync the Ask/Bid prices of several cryptocurrency prices, along with their trading volumes, from different exchanges in real-time (Or at a maximum of every 2 minutes) into my Airtable via API or any possible alternate method.I have attached a screenshot of how I would like my table to look like.There will be a list of ~2000 cryptocurrencies that I need to be constantly updated. If the specific cryptocurrency is not traded on a specific exchange, it should leave the field empty.I was able to get the job done via DataFetcher, but unfortunately, it is not a cost-efficient approach.I am open to getting this done via Javascript scripting if possible.I am looking for something cost-efficient in the long run that will not require hundreds of dollars every month.If you can get this job done, please let me know.

I run a custom design build remodeling company. I have created a prototype of an estimating tool in excel, but it is too limited for our needs. I am wondering if Airtable is the answer. The estimating tool will tool will require several bases that could build one on another. -Common Items -Assemblies of items into unit costing -Gathering of unit costs with take off into estimated -Ability to gather, summarize and parse the costs by building div and type. We don’t need an estimating software to run the business; we have that in CoConstuct and other industry standard applications. We just need a place to store and access our custom data for estimating. Hello, Looking to create a system to track inventory, sales, expenses, events, and do accounting for a collectible trading card business.  I've created all the basic functionality and now want aStreamlined inventory management system that tracks multiple purchases and sales of the same items at different prices.Cards are sold at specific events and want to be able to track and run reports to show what sold where, and basic analytics.Do basic accounting (which is simple in excel, but challenging in airtable) and reports.Potentially connect inventory to an external data provider to push and pull lists and look at recent sales for price comps. For in person sales, have a form on an ipad for people to enter personal information to join our database. I'm sure there will be more past this, but here are the main hurdles.  Thank you,John
