I'm working with Airtable and I want to populate information into the Data table and create a simple automation to it monthly. This Data table is supposed to show a monthly overview of multiple data points from the Dpto. Comercial table (Commercial table). I want to have a formula inside the Data table showing these columns: Show-Up Rate %, Cancelled Calls %, Close Rate Based on Show-Up %, Close Rate based on Booked Call %, and Disqualification % (Information which can be obtained from the Commercial table. I need help for a way to create multiple columns inside the Data table with formulas that tackle each of the points described above dynamically, for every month. No need to start from scratch - there are columns already. No need for interfaces - we just care about the correctness of the data. Points to Consider: For example, the Show-Up Rate % should probably be created this way: When and IF lead has "Asistencia" (Show Up) column marked as "Si" (Yes) it means it's a show-up and it s

We're looking for expert help to setup our Airtable project management. Hello, I just signed up for the business plan and as it says in the plan (photo attached), it says unlimited editors. I have created an app that collects feedback through a form so I need many external people to be able to edit the form. Is there a way to do it without being charged on the invoice for each user who edits (the option to do it through a form link does not exist, I need to be able to edit the interface, not the data).

We are experimenting with Airtable as a project management tool for our Graphic Design Firm. Working well so far, until we get to expense tracking. It’s easy enough to create a table to track individual expenses and link them to any open job in our “jobs” table, but when it comes to billing, we need a single document that captures ALL the expenses related to a job and presents them together in a report much like the attached “Cost Sheet”, which we currently produce manually for each job in Excel. Here’s what we need. BACKGROUND: We are using Airtable to track delays in time-sensitive projects with legal ramifications for time overruns. Each new record (documenting a delay caused by other outside collaborators) is currently being sent out via Zapier/Gmail with URLs in the body of the email to the entire table (via private link) and to the record itself. This is a good first step for notifying our clients and documenting the delays. We would appreciate help with this scenario - and we can pay if somebody can help us with it. We have several bases where we have e.g customer info. Sometimes we do a campaign where we send out a link to a form where we want the customer to get back to us with specific info. This works excellently. The design is basically Table #1 Customers Primary key Custom info #1 Custom info #2 Link to CustomerResponses Table #2 CustomerResponses Primary key Link to Customers Custom info #3 Form in Table #2 Link to customers (=shows the +Add button and all customers according to Primary Key) Custom info #3 Now, the problem. In order for this to work, in the form we need to show ALL the records. Hence our customers can view each other, which is not great. We would like to be able to SKIP the “Link to customers” (i.e. the +Add-button) and replace it with a unique link to the form instead where the unique link defines the primary key. Hence, each customer would only get a form with “Custom info #3”. I
