I have created a pre-filled form link with the extention.  Then I created a button field with the action to open the URL of the pre-filled from link field.  The idea was to add this button field to a form view, but I am not winning...  Any workarounds?

When trying to input data into my Airtable the iCloud auto-fill option for hiding my email keeps popping up. For drop-down inputs, the password autofill comes up instead. This is preventing em from choosing certain inputs and making t difficult to work with the application. I am using safari and I believe the issue does not occur on chrome. However, for my workflow safari is a much-preferred application. Has anyone experienced this issue before? I have already noted it through the support as a possible bug but would welcome any help on how to fix it. Below is an example.

Recently something has changed as to photos can be uploaded to a table. I was able to do a multiple selection of photos and add them directly to a record. Don’t know when it happened but now I have to upload them one at a time not to mention when airtable looks for the photos it is not sorting them the way the phone does and it is a pain to refind the ones I want - one at a time. Any suggestions?

We have an existing base that has the fields we need to track each account. I am looking for a form template or one I can create that allows anyone wanting to request something from us to to fill out the form using a link. The link opens up to a fillable form that has preset fields (required or optional) and a way to attach documents, image, spreadsheet, etc. When they submit the form, it comes into a dedicated email address but also gets added to the existing Base in airtable we have. The form fields will be the same fields as those that exist in the base. Do you have such a template or format that I can customize?

I’m a pro wildlife photographer and am trying to use AirTable to keep track of my photos and associated info. Can I export a record? If so, how? Can it include the info plus the photo? What formats can it be exported as?

Hi all,I'm very new to scripting and am struggling with the syntax to write to a multiple select field. I have single select fields ("Monday AM", "Monday PM", "Tuesday AM", etc) that can be Y, N, or blank.I have formula fields ("First Monday AM", "First Monday PM", "First Tuesday AM", etc) that calculate a date based on a user-entered date.I have a multiple select field called "Availability". In the record review of a table I have a field for another linked table. When I click the “+” I get an option to create new records (linked table). How can I customize the form that appears after clicking “new record”, for the linked table? I don’t seem to find that option anywhere in the interface designer.

Love the new "List View"I created a List, but I see no way to PRINT it.Also, when I download the LIST VIEW to csv, I get a LOT more fields than are on the List View.Anyone figure out how to print the list in List View?Thanks!Lawrence

Hi Everyone, I’ve got a table that pulls Google Calendar events for my team into Airtable. It’s there to build an interface that breaks the events down and gives summaries as to how many days are spent On Site, Working from Home, in the Office etc… I need to find a way to be able to filter out, or mark with a checkbox, the records that happen on, or span a weekend. Google Calendar only brings in start and end dates of events. Any pointers would be fantastic. I’m quite an experienced Airtable user, but have no experience of coding but willing to try. Thanks!

It would appear that the URL for attachments is no longer showing the file extension, and the location has changed a bit as well. It’s breaking things for me :sob: Wondering if this is a bug or a new way attachments are being handled. Any thoughts on this appreciated.

I use galleries to show selections of fonts and real-life projects using those fonts. Since the latest major app update, I have had numerous issues with the airtable app. The current one is that my gallery photos won't load unless I scroll through them all from the grid view first. Also, every time I change filters, the app crashes, and then I have to repeat the above process. Something that takes an average of 2 minutes every time. When I am working with a customer this causes a massive issue. Honestly, I miss the old app versions, but since going back to those is not an option, I'm wondering if anyone else had had he same issue; and if you have...were you able to find a way to fix it?

Hi, I invited a new user to a base, however, the emails aren't arriving nor are the confirmation emails arriving.I emailed them the link to the base which arrived, however, they need to confirm their email but that confirmation email is also not arriving. AM I THE ONLY ONE HAVING  THIS ISSUE?@dashler78 @support12 

Is it correct that it is not possible anymore to add a new field within the mobile app? Or am I doing something wrong?

Table (A) includes names of 1000s of candidates applying to our program. This includes 20 columns with all their info. The final column has the decision “Accepted” or “Rejected” I want to create a different table - let’s call it Table (B)- whereby it only includes the names of the “Accepted” candidates so that I can continue to track them on other metrics. How can I get the first (or second) column in table B to check those tagged as “accepted” in table (a) and then list selected data points (e.g. their the names) in table B? Any ideas how to do that?

I am trying to send data from Looker, emailing it to my airtable email address, and then have it create a table in Airtable. I’ve been able to do it a few times but my recent attempt gives me this error message: “Column names must be non-empty strings. Ignore this email and wait for a different one” I’ve tried to change the layout, etc. but nothing seems to work. What does this mean and how can I fix it?

Table A = projects, with a linked record of “Property” to table B Table B = property, with a collaborator field Previously had a rollup field in Table A to pull a Property based collaborator into a project, then have an adjacent field in Table A to override this rollup with a manual collaborator as needed, and then an automation to update the actual collaborator field with the final result (override, or standard assignment). Total = 3 fields and 1 automation, and no single field for easy management. Preferred setup: When property is selected for a project, automation runs to lookup the collaborator in the Table B, and assign on the single collaborator field in Table A. If the project lead needs to change this assignment, they can then just remove and reassign collaborator. Total = 1 field and 1 automation. Good afternoon. (UK)Yesterday, I happily copy/paste content from rows to the Comments when a message with an error popped up to refresh. I did, only to have to redo the unsaved Comment I was working on. This happened a few times, so I checked on AT state, and no issues were reported. I experimented with another entry as that was saved I concluded there is a limit on the number of words or characters for each comment. Is that so?  (I managed to save the comment by split the content into several separate Comments, but that's not ideal)Also is it possible to re-order the Comments or insert a new Comment in between existing Comments?   

I am on Pro plan  and share my base with one person (editor) and paying for him as well.Now I need to share another base from the same PRO workspace with the same person. Will it incur additional $240 a year or since I am already paying for this person there won’t be any additional charges?Thank you!

I'm new to Airtable and would love some help! I have a general inquiry form on my website. Once someone completes that form, I eventually need them to complete a second, more in-depth form. Is there a way to link the responses of the in-depth form to the original "general inquiry" record? Essentially, I'd love to be able to have all information related to a potential client connected. I hope that makes sense! Please let me know if I need to clarify anything.
