Ok so here's the main formula I'm trying to use for my "Monday Pay Hours" fieldIF({Monday Start} = BLANK(), 0,DATETIME_DIFF({Monday End}, {Monday Start}, 'minutes'))/60-0.5This gives me the exact hours worked, minus a half hour lunch break It's almost perfect, but what I need is to tell it that - IF the formula all the way up to here: IF({Monday Start} = BLANK(), 0,DATETIME_DIFF({Monday End}, {Monday Start}, 'minutes'))/60equals less than 5, then don't add the last step of subtracting the 0.5.  Is this possible?

Something sooooo wierd is happening to me that is driving me crazyI am trying to compare a date with today. Easy task aparently. Hi Community!I'm setting up an automation to remind users to update their records. So the idea is to send email reminders in 3, 6, 9 and 12 months since the last update.I'm using an automation triggering by a formula field that simply calculates the number of months since the last update was made.All good there!However, some emails are invalid (user likely entered wrongly), so I'd like to avoid trigerring the 6-, 9- and 12-months reminders if the email is invalid.My logic right now works like this:Triggers if months passed = 3 AND email is not checked as invalidChecks email as invalidSends emailUncheck email as invalidThe idea is that if the email fails to send (step 3) then the process stops, step 4 never occurs, and the email invalid is left checked. This works nicely.What doesn't work is if the email is sent! Because step 4 updates the "Invalid email" field, which is also in the trigger, it triggers the automation again and again and again. Hello,Given that airtable cannot filter linked records, is there any way to access the limit record selection to a view from an interface such that the user can switch between views as needed? I have also put in a feature request to filter linked records but in the mean time maybe someone knows how to switch views from an interface? Thanks in advance! 

I'm trying to use a script in an automation to filter specific records from a view and then include those records in the next step of the automation (which would be inserting them into an email to send).I can get the script to successfully find and filter the records needed, and it looks like I need to use output.set to export the info back to the automation, but I'm having issues figuring out how to do so.When I run the script below, I'm getting the following error: TypeError: Invalid arguments passed to output.set(key, value): • value[0] should be a JSON-serializable type, not an object Anyone know how to fix what I have for the output.set part or any guidance at all? I have a form that users submit each week to log hours. I have a table that captures each submission in a new row along with how many hours they have left in total (not per week). I have fields that capture the hours logged that was submitted, the total available hours, and how many hours are left, but I am unable to get it to add up all of the hours for a single user and then provide me with the remaining hours. As an example, Jane K. (1st week)Hours logged this week = 4. Total available hours = 20. Remaining hours = 16.Jane K. (2nd week)Hours logged this week = 10. Total available hours = 20. Remaining hours = 10. How do I get the 'Remaining hours' total to be 6 (4 + 10 = 14 minus 20)? I would like to base it off of the first field in my table which is a concatenation of two values.  Thanks!

Hello! I am trying to create an automation that conditionally checks to see if a user is tagged in a text field. Trigger: When a record is updated, watching field called "Internal Notes"(Internal Notes is a Long text field with rich text formatting enabled)Condition: If Internal Notes contains @Honey Bee(Honey Bee is a real user in my base, created for testing. Hi All -I've been battling with this issue for two days.I would like to send an email (via gmail integration) to a user when a record matches a condition.  I've connected everything and almost all of it works except one thing.  I want to include a url for the recipient to click if they need to update any information but it does not populate.That URL is its own field in Airtable.  I use the + and choose the data and see it in the email properties.  However when I preview (or test email) the url is never there.  I have tried different formats for the field (short text, long text, formula and URL) - none of them work.  If I hard code the URL (arbitrarily selecting on from the table), it displays correctly.  I've tried it just as text or as a clickable link using the syntax on the Airtable help pages. I've been able to similarly replicate this using the Twilio text integration (i.e., no url there either.)What am I missing? The URL is pretty standard - no

Is there a way to automate delete an image after the date set for that image. Context this is for a social media posting automation using another source (Make.com with airtable). Only have the free airtable account so it will occasionally say there are too many images, it would be nice if they would automatically delete after posting. Thanks

Help!I can't get the automation below to change the status of our EE to moved out. I keep getting receive invalid inputs. Basically I want it to be when the lease end date is today or past and EE status is not canceled then it will change the EE status to moved out. Thank you!

Hello! I'm running into an issue when using "Find Records" with Conditional Logic automations. In past, I thought I could use Conditional Logic automations to update each record in a list of records but now it seems those automations won't run unless the automation is set up as "Run as a List".  However, there's not currently an option to use both Conditional Logic automations and Run the automation through a list.  Is there any other way around this issue other than writing a custom script? I'm glad there are custom script options, but I came to Airtable for the no-code, so I haven't had time to take a course on Javascript yet... 🙂 Any help is appreciated! 

I've tried this several times and nothing I do seems to work. I'm trying to wrap this formula in an IF(ISERROR( so that if there is an error it stays blank and I can't get it to work. Hey everyone, have a question about a formula I can't get working correctly.I only have a date field (Date) and a formula field, with the formula Date=TODAY()The formula returns a 1 for today and 0 if it's another date. So far so good.What I want is if there is no date that is today, I want it to return 1 for tomorrow and 0 for the rest of the dates until a Today date turns up again.Is this possible?Its just for a simple API filtering that shows what rows to read from.

I am trying to track a weekly trend by capturing the $ value in our pipeline at the end of each week and have it populate into another table. I have a "Projects" table, a "Sales Team" table, and a "Reports" table. Projects are assigned (linked) to someone from the "Sales Team" table. I am using the roll-up field in "Sales Team" to roll up the $ amount they have in their pipeline. I also have a Pipeline target field and field that calculates their percent to target. It would be nice to be able to  pull all of the data, but I am mainly focused on getting their Name, their branch/Office Location (Single Select Field), their current pipeline, and their pipeline target into Table two. I planned to set up an automation that is set to trigger every Friday at 4pm that will pull the current data at that given time. I need to make sure when the next week comes around and it triggers again, it doesn't update the records from the precious week but only adds new records with the current data a

I am going cross eyed trying to figure out the correct formula for getting a % field to show up in an automated email as a whole number %. Either rounded up or down. I have tried so many and it still is not pulling correctly. I have tried round up, ceiling and a few other but they never carry over correctly.

Hello,I have 3 tables Beijing, Shanghai and General in the same base. I want to auto copy/paste records from the first two to Table General when any records input in them. I created 2 automations with same triggers when a record enters a view and same actions to create record in Table General for Table Beijing and Shanghai respectively. I have 2 questions.Question 1 - Automation BJ ran well but empty lines created without any data appearing. Input 2 lines of data in Table Beijing,Automation BJ ran successfully (the first two at 10:21 and 10:22).Line 3 and 4 were created but without any record in Table General.Question 2 - Automations SH didn't run at all.Input records in line 5 in Table Shanghai.The automation didn't run at all even though it tested well.  I did delete the automations and recreated new ones from scratch but they didn't work.Can anyone help? I have 2 tables: “Home Staging Projects” and “Inventory Items”. In the “Home Staging Projects” table, I want to vlookup on the “Project ID” and return the sum total of “Rental Price” for each inventory item selected for that project listed on the “Inventory Items” table. I hope that makes sense.I’m not sure if this makes a difference, but the “Inventory Items” table is linked to the “Home Staging Projects” table by (formula) “Project ID”.Is there a way to use a formula for this?

Hi,I try to set a link within the same command, that created a new record. The createRecordAsync command works as long as I set all other attributes, except the one with a link (the red line). As soon as I add the red part, I get the error message - see screenshot. I have written the script below to select records from one table in my base and insert them as new records in a second table.  The script is working, however it times out after running for 30 seconds.  The process is selecting and creating about 200 records.   Is there a more efficient way of writing this script so that it happens faster and doesn't hit the 30 second limit?   I've read that maybe i need to create an array so that multiple records are inserted at once, but I am brand new to scripting and not sure how to achieve this.Any updates / changes / suggestions would be most welcome!Thanks    //Script Purpose: //1. I tried using interface designer and it is a very cool feature. One thing I would suggest to have is a sharing the interface like a view. For example, I would like to share particular interface in read only mode and do not want the user to be able to go and see all contents of the base. Currently, if I give read-only permissions the user can go and see all tables in the base.

HI, I have the following problem - pls see also the screenshot enclosed for deeper explanation.I set per script a link in a multi-link enabled cell/coloumn. I try to do this with this command:await table_tacs.updateRecordAsync(per_positive_tac, {[nameReplacedBy]: [per_positive_tac.getCellValue(nameReplacedBy),{id: newrecord_BK }]});But this throws an error (see screenshot) - I tried various ways, but none works; Any help from the community?
