Hi All, I have a very simple automation to email a group of educational course participants at a scheduled time every week. All of the tests I run are successful, but the automation fails because "Google reported an error while processing this action: too many recipients." Since my automation is set up like this...trigger (at a scheduled time) > action (find records) > action (gmail: send email) ...I am trying to email the max number of records, which is 100. It's usually not a problem to email 100 people through gmail, so I'm not sure why the automation would fail. Does anyone have any advice on this? I have 700 people to email, so if I need to decrease the number of people I'm emailing, that would kind of defeat the purpose of the automation...Thank you!

Hey guys,I'm creating a competency framework.I've these tables :- Jobs (lookup to "Competencies" table)- Competencies (6000 rows) with macro-competencies in column 2 (multiselect)- Macro-Competencies (600 rows) (isolated from but not linked to "Competencies")I'd like to re-create the link/lookup between "Competencies" and "Macro-Competencies" tables. I tried to replace the multiselect field "Macro-Competencies" in "Competencies" table by a LookUp field and the replacement looks good EXCEPT when Macro-Competencies fields contains a COMMA. Then, there is an (unwanted) "auto-split".Is there a way to AVOID this split when there is a comma into the datas ? Thanks in advance !

I can't seem to get a valid access token in Airtable based on JavaScript code that works in a Google Apps Script. The top right corner of a record's expanded view doesn't have a toggle to show revision history, as it used to - just a comment option, a link option, and the 3 "more" dots, which don't bring it up - see screenshot attached. The revision history option IS turned on (see screenshot attached of that too). How do I get that toggle switch back to see a record's revision history? Thank you!!

I run a table that keeps track of content my team creates for a digital billboard. When we hear about new content, our project manager builds out a production schedule based on the date the content is supposed to go live on screen.To help my PM with scheduling, I used formulas to populate some milestone columns (initial concepts due, kickoff to production, multiple creative reviews, etc...) with some estimated days for each step in the process. For example: Project Kickoff should occur about a month from the start date and uses "WORKDAY({Start Date}, -33)" while the File Handoff date is only a week before launch and uses "WORKDAY({Start Date}, -5)" So far, this has worked great for providing some rough dates during the initial project planning stages, but we run into problems with our calendar when real world events force dates to change. I’m loving the idea of the SendGrid block, but from my experimentation, it appears emails can be sent only as plain text, which is virtually useless. SendGrid’s API makes it very easy to specify emails as HTML. Am I missing an option to send as HTML? This is the difference between a wildly useful tool and one that offers minimal utility.

Hello everyone - and Merry Christmas! So I am playing around with a table that contains several Records with dates in the future (new Records are being added from time to time). The Records will be made by colleagues in one department and then taken care of in another department. Right now I've made an Automation that sends an email to people from the other department with all the info they need from the specific Record so that they can complete the task straight from their inbox. However: I want to be sure that they actually do it; or in other words: I want to be sure that Records aren't forgotten. Is there a nice way to accomplish this? I thought of adding a Button to the email so that when my colleague in the other department finished the task, they could click on that Button and it will be registred in Airtable on the specific Record; however I don't see that's an option. I hope to find a solution in here!

I'm using the WORKDAY function and it's skipping the weekend as it should, but it always returns the previous Friday. Is there a way to have it return Friday if the date falls on a Saturday, and return Monday if it falls on Sunday?

I want to start with the important fact that I do not know javascript so I need to be able to do this within the automations manager in Airtable. I have a simple base that has contacts with certain categories. I want Airtable to email me once a week with the names of any contacts still in that category.For example, John Smith and Wade Wilson might have "needs follow up" in the Status field. I would like Airtable to email me once a week to list out the people in "needs follow up" under Status. It can be an email that just lists their names. I have read the forums here and googled and I cant' figure out how to do that. 

I'm using the formula below to calculate the date difference between the day a position was opened to today (tracking number of days the position is open until filled). Is there a way to override that formula if the Position Status is listed as Filled or to make the formula only run on Positions with the status as Open. I don't want the running count of days once the job is filled, but don't want to lose the data point of the day it was opened.DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(),({Open Date}), 'days')

Hi there,I am trying to set up an OKR table in Airtable.  I have two tables in my workspace.  One for Key Results and one for Initiatives.  Under initiatives I have a column with tasks just check off as they occur.  Please see below.  How do I create a column with a formula that will calculate the % completed based on the check marks listed in the task column.  I have tried to create the formula with creating additional columns (total task count and total task count completed to calculate off of but that didn't work).  I used the "countall tasks" in the total task column and tried to create a formula in the total task count but it isn't working.  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.     

Hi Airtable Community!I want to be able to send an email if 7 days has passed since they last received an email.I have set a date field in my database to be populated with today's date when an email is sent from my automations.I now want to create another field that includes a "1" if today's date is greater than 7 days, or "0" if not.I can then trigger future emails if a "1" is present in the field.I'm nearly there with this formula (see attached).IF(TODAY()-{Last Contact Date}>7,"1","0") Does anyone know what I'm missing please?Thanks,Gavin

Hey all, so I'm working on creating a base that will be used to track multiple event registrations with a form that has option for the registrar to identify which event(s) they are attending. Once the form is submitted, automations will assign them to the event they said they would attend via. a check in grid.Currently, I have the email automation to send confirmation emails based off what they said they will attend, but I realized if someone plans to attend all five events, they will get a confirmation email for each event, that's potentially 5 different emails which isn't the most ideal.I'd like to concatenate the email automation, that will be based off the events they select. i.e., if they plan to attend Event 1, 3, and 5. A single email will be distributed, confirming they signed up for 1, 3 and 5—instead of 3 different emails for each event.I read around that this might involve creating a javascript but was hoping there is another way before I teach myself entry level javascript

Hi Airtable Community! I have a process that requires specific people to provide updates on the 15th of every month. I’m looking for an easy way to create a calendar that will trigger these emails automatically on the 15th of the month at 8 a.m. I’ve had some success with creating a calendar table and developing a formula that flips a field (when criteria met) to a new view that triggers email but the process is a little clunky and I haven’t been able to figure out how to send it at a certain time of day. Any advice/help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I created a table called Items (household items).  In Items, there is a partially filled-out field, PurchaseDate, that is some items have a PurchaseDate; other items don't have a Purchase Date (field is left blank).  I want to run a filter of those items with a blank PurchaseDate:  Is the best way to do this is to create a formula field, named noPurchDate: LEN(DATESTR({PurchaseDate))=0 such that if the PurchaseDate is not empty, noPurchDate returns FALSE, and if PurchaseDate is empty, then NoPurchDate returns TRUE? Is there an easier way to get this result? Another more "normalized" way of handling this might be to create a separate table, PurchasesWithDates linking Items to PurchasesWithDates.  How does one create a filter of Items with no link to PurchasesWithDates?

Hello! I use Airtable for organizing my blog. Once arthile are ready, Airtable send an email to Wordpress (postie amazing plugin! ) for creating the next post.I woul dlike to automate the posting time. On my blog, I have 8 time slot per day, monday to Friday, so in total 40 new post per week.I would like that once I select a checkbox, an automation insert the publication data in the "pubblication Date" field according to the next available slot.I have tried creating a table with the available calendar (all the available time for the different time of the week) and a stack that increase by one, every time I select the checkbox, but unfortunatly I was not able to proceed further with automation.Does anybody have any idea on how to solve the problem with an easy and effetive solution (I think to use an automation is the right approach, but my coding capacity are almsot zero..)Thank you very much in advance to anybody would give me a suggestion on how to solve the problem.

I am trying to use Make to automatically update record links, based on a generated primary key.  I am mainly using this because I am hitting the 50k limit of the Pro plan limit, and Make has no limitations on amount of tasks / operations.I have a field called LinksNeedUpdate, which when the value is 1, I want it to be able to set the value of 'Link to another record', to the value of a formula field.  I have the below fieldsLinksNeedUpdate: Simple formula field, which returns 1 when the values of CleanerMonthlyInvoiceIdGenerated and CleanerMonthlyInvoiceLink  do not match.CleanerMonthlyInvoiceIdGenerated: This generated the ID of the invoice. This field is filled in once all critiera are met for how invoice can be issuedCleanerMonthlyInvoiceLink [Link to another record]: This needs to be set to the value of 'CleanerMonthlyInvoiceIdGenerated'.   The system above allows me to automatically create rows when needed.  The issue is that in AirTable
