Hi guys,I currently have the below in a grid view.I would like to have a formula in the "Timeframe Status" column which will do the following:1. Check whether text has been added to the "RFI Resolution" field.2. If the "RFI Resolution" field is not empty, then check the hours between the "Date Created" field and the "Due by" field. If this is less than 48 hours, then return the text "Within time". If it is equal to or greater than 48 hours, then return the text "Past due". I would like the hours to be shown decimal 0.003. If the "RFI Resolution" field is empty, then return the text "Ongoing". Again, I would like the hours to be shown decimal 0.00Thanks

Hello Airtable Community,I'm new to writing code and am struggling to combine two different formulas into one. I have 4 columns I'm working with - Due Date, Days Until Due, Date Posted, and Priority. I want the Priority Column to output "Due Today", "Due This Week", "Due Next Week", "Upcoming", "Overdue" or "Complete" based on the number of Days Until Due and the Date Posted columns. I have a formula working that will output "Due Today", "Due This Week", "Due Next Week", "Upcoming", and "Overdue":IF({Days Until Due} < 0,'Overdue',IF({Days Until Due} = 0,'Due Today',IF({Days Until Due} <= 7,'Due This Week',IF({Days Until Due} <= 14,'Due Next Week','Upcoming')))) and another that produces "Complete" if the Date Posted field contains data, but I can't seem to combine them in the right way.IF((AND({Days Until Due} < 0, NOT({Date Posted} = BLANK()))),'Complete')

Hi all,I'm looking to roll up a set of linked records into one total linked records field.I am building a sales CRM and have different recruiters being labeled for different phases. Below is an example of my "leads" database. All items in brackets are [linked records] to the recruiter tab, where i've build recruiter interfaces for them to interact with their current lead statuses and etc.For example:Prospect LeadRecruiter Phase 1Recruiter Phase 2Recruiter Phase 3Total RecruitersProspect 1[Sally][Jane][Sarah][Sally] [Jane] [Sarah]Prospect 2[Jane] [Sally] [Sally][Jane] [Sally]Right now, I can't get the "total recruiters" field to autopopulate based on linked records in phases 1, 2, and 3. Recruiters, via the interface, can select a different recruiter to be on phase 2 or 3 once past phase 1. Ideally, I want every recruiter who is in touch with a prospect to be linked in the "total recruiters" column so that recruiters can easily see all of the prospects they have, and then what

I can add a button on my interface page that navigates (go to interface page) to a form. However, I'd like to set a field value (within that form)  based upon current focus.The application is an ideas board so I'm focused on Idea A (main page) and I navigate to a voting table (form) but I want to pass idea A to that form.So I'm thinking I need to associate the button with a script but cant find example code for this application eg interface page navigation. Can anyone point me to an example?

While I can do this manually, is there a method either when creating a linked field.. or after, to determine the the field it is linked to.For instance, we are tracking several fields in a loans file with our contacts table. So, for instance, the fields, Borrower, Co-Borrower, Buyer's Agent, Buyer's Agent TC, Listing Agent, Listing Agent TC, Title Rep, etc. all link to our Contacts. I created the relationships from the File_Loans table. So, in the Contacts table they look like this:I can link a record in each field and determine the linked field - allowing me to provide a better name on this side of the relationship but... Is there a better way?Thanks. 

I have contact records in my primary tab (we’re using Airtable as a CRM) where the contact’s Full Name is the main record. Then in another tab, we’re logging interactions with the contacts, and have a column that links to the contact record in the primary tab. In our primary tab, we have a column “Follow Up Date” that looks at the interactions in the other tab and grabs the follow up dates from each interaction with that contact (also from the column “Follow Up Date”). Ideally though, we only want it to grab the most recent date. If you see in my below examples, the contact Brian has 2 dates in his follow up column. This is because there are 2 interactions linked to his contact, both of which have a follow up date. However, the only date we need is the June 3rd one, since it’s the most recent. Is there any way to add this as a condition? I’m not seeing it. Thanks! Tab 1 Tab 2

I'm trying to create a formula but am stuck. A $100 product minus 5%.That total minus 25%.That full total minus $25.For an end total of $46.25Here's what I have as a formula, but it's just not working out! I can't tell if it's the parenthesis or the actual 25%.((({Product}-({Product}*.05))-(25%))-{COGS}) Any help is appreciated!  Thanks

I am sorting alphabetically the Primary Field which is a Single line text. It does not work. I have some data for this Primary Field that are duplicates and when I sort it, it should be right next to each other but it’s not. How can I fix this?

HELP! I am new to Airtable. I signed up... chose the lemonade stand template as a starting point, and set about my first base!   Task 1 was getting about 300 rows into the inventory table. My intent is to use this to build shopping lists for my deli. I have maybe 8 suppliers... added a column called "Category" to allow me to sort by things like Produce, Deli Meats, Beverages, etc.... Finally figured out how to import the data. Cleaned it up... and added all the categories.. Now the fun begins. I opened the app on my IPad and go to the inventory table and I see "Main View" and "Low Supply" as Views I can choose to look at the data on the ipad. I go back to the web interface, duplicate the Main View into a new view called "Shopping List" and a second called "Order List". Both of these have several filters and groupings. I also added one final column to the Inventory table called "Order" as a Yes / No check box. The workflow should look like open "SHopping List" on the

I would like to automate posts to Twitter so that they send out both when “Ready to Publish” (status field) and at a specific date and time (date field with time). I note that in the triggers, it allows for date but the most specific it gets is “today” and does not include the specific time. Will it still post at the correct time if the automation is running or is this not possible in Airtable yet?

When I’m searching for an existing record with a linked field, the search field only searches the primary field (in my case it is an autonumber). Is there any way to search across other fields as well? For example I have another field that is a text field and contains the name of the request.

Hello community When you are creating a new record using a form, you can search for other records to be linked to the one you are creating (if you have a linked field). I have been reading the different previous posts and I understood we can only search by the primary field. So, in our company, we set up all primary fields as a concatenation of different data, let’s say “Location - Name”. In the search bar to identify the right record If I type Location A, I got all the results with Location A - working fine If I type Name A, I got all the results with Name A - working fine But if I type Location A and Name A, no more result at all Is there a way to search for several words or just letters in the search bar? Hi all! I need users to be able to re-relate records between two tables (for which I built a nice interface). What’s the best approach to make the re-linking as easy for humans as possible? I recently switched out all my primary fields to be the UID instead of something human-readable but non-unique because the hunan readable format was non-unique and led to duplicates. So I was thinking the best would be to be able to filter the “link-to” dropdown via a different field than the primary field, but that doesn’t seem to be possible. Suggestions?

I have a field of long text, and I set an automation that could help me send a notification Email to my collaborators after I update that field. However, the trigger would be fired several times, when I was still typing(no matter using when the record updated or when record matches conditions)Is there any way to make the trigger only be fired after I finish typing? Hello folks! I am trying to run updates to a table with a CSV file but I’m not seeing the option to merge records, only import them. I tried this on a few different tables and am still not seeing it. Anyone else? Troubleshooting ideas? Thanks!
