I am trying to track a weekly trend by capturing the $ value in our pipeline at the end of each week and have it populate into another table. I have a "Projects" table, a "Sales Team" table, and a "Reports" table. Projects are assigned (linked) to someone from the "Sales Team" table. I am using the roll-up field in "Sales Team" to roll up the $ amount they have in their pipeline. I also have a Pipeline target field and field that calculates their percent to target. It would be nice to be able to  pull all of the data, but I am mainly focused on getting their Name, their branch/Office Location (Single Select Field), their current pipeline, and their pipeline target into Table two. I planned to set up an automation that is set to trigger every Friday at 4pm that will pull the current data at that given time. I need to make sure when the next week comes around and it triggers again, it doesn't update the records from the precious week but only adds new records with the current data a

Hi, Need help to edit a script I found on "Extensions" by Mike Pechter  called "Gantt auto set dates". The script was set to calculate duration in weeks. However, my team is hoping to calculate duration in days instead of weeks.Could anyone help? There is no way I can upload a .docx of the script though. I am going cross eyed trying to figure out the correct formula for getting a % field to show up in an automated email as a whole number %. Either rounded up or down. I have tried so many and it still is not pulling correctly. I have tried round up, ceiling and a few other but they never carry over correctly.

Hello,I have 3 tables Beijing, Shanghai and General in the same base. I want to auto copy/paste records from the first two to Table General when any records input in them. I created 2 automations with same triggers when a record enters a view and same actions to create record in Table General for Table Beijing and Shanghai respectively. I have 2 questions.Question 1 - Automation BJ ran well but empty lines created without any data appearing. Input 2 lines of data in Table Beijing,Automation BJ ran successfully (the first two at 10:21 and 10:22).Line 3 and 4 were created but without any record in Table General.Question 2 - Automations SH didn't run at all.Input records in line 5 in Table Shanghai.The automation didn't run at all even though it tested well.  I did delete the automations and recreated new ones from scratch but they didn't work.Can anyone help? I have 2 tables: “Home Staging Projects” and “Inventory Items”. In the “Home Staging Projects” table, I want to vlookup on the “Project ID” and return the sum total of “Rental Price” for each inventory item selected for that project listed on the “Inventory Items” table. I hope that makes sense.I’m not sure if this makes a difference, but the “Inventory Items” table is linked to the “Home Staging Projects” table by (formula) “Project ID”.Is there a way to use a formula for this?

Hi,I try to set a link within the same command, that created a new record. The createRecordAsync command works as long as I set all other attributes, except the one with a link (the red line). As soon as I add the red part, I get the error message - see screenshot. I have written the script below to select records from one table in my base and insert them as new records in a second table.  The script is working, however it times out after running for 30 seconds.  The process is selecting and creating about 200 records.   Is there a more efficient way of writing this script so that it happens faster and doesn't hit the 30 second limit?   I've read that maybe i need to create an array so that multiple records are inserted at once, but I am brand new to scripting and not sure how to achieve this.Any updates / changes / suggestions would be most welcome!Thanks    //Script Purpose: //1. I tried using interface designer and it is a very cool feature. One thing I would suggest to have is a sharing the interface like a view. For example, I would like to share particular interface in read only mode and do not want the user to be able to go and see all contents of the base. Currently, if I give read-only permissions the user can go and see all tables in the base.

HI, I have the following problem - pls see also the screenshot enclosed for deeper explanation.I set per script a link in a multi-link enabled cell/coloumn. I try to do this with this command:await table_tacs.updateRecordAsync(per_positive_tac, {[nameReplacedBy]: [per_positive_tac.getCellValue(nameReplacedBy),{id: newrecord_BK }]});But this throws an error (see screenshot) - I tried various ways, but none works; Any help from the community? Hi, I need an attendance tracker for a nonprofit organization that organizes different activities throughout the year. I first tried doing a form that our coordinators of each activity would use to report the activity, time, description/impact, and attendance. The attendance is linked to a table that compiles the beneficiaries of the different activities that are run by the Non-profit. We already have some beneficiaries or previous participants in this table and so some of the attendees are already in our records, but when we have new attendees, I would like to be able to generate a new record from a form. I am able to add a new record in the grid view, but not in the Form. I have already tried doing an interface and it still won't give me the option to add new records in both form or interface. I am trying to build a tracker that tracks the number of coaching sessions that are booked each month.I would like to track (1) total number of monthly sessions across all clients and (2) the total number monthly sessions for each client. Clients can book up to 3 sessions.Currently, I am only doing (1) total number of monthly sessions across all clients. I have a table that records each booked session and links it to the month that it was booked in. The linked record then uses a count field to sum up the number of Session #1s, Session #2s, and Session #3s. Lastly, I use a formula field to sum up the total number of All Sessions (#1 + #2 + #3) to get a total of sessions booked for each month.THE PROBLEM: Currently, since each record is linked separately by session number, I am not able to easil

HelloI imported a excel doc where I prioritize items based on a 1-4 scale for sorting. I also use "Z" to sort items to the bottom that no longer need a priority. After I imported to airtable, its only letting me sort my priority column "First - Last" or "Last - First" which I am not familiar with. So i changed the "z" items to "999" thinking airtable might only recognize numbers. Didn't help. The "1" priority is still not sorting to the top.In short, I get that airtable wont sort as if it was a spreadsheet but i need to know how to label my prioities so they sort.Right now, I am using 1 - Ultra High2 - High3 - Medium4 - Low999 - Unavailable or ScreenedHelp?

I have a script, creating records from an API. The API data works fine. Instead, I'm having trouble entering a Linked Field value. I understand it needs to an array, but I can't get it to work.I have one table of Schools. The script loops through the schools, does an API call using the school ID, then creates records in the Courses table."school.id" returns the Airtable record ID correctly in the console log. I need that to be entered in the School Link field at the end. I have been trying to wrap my brain around this for months now. I just can't figure out how to do it. I want a table with all my team's tasks. Each project has multiple assignments and each assignment has multiple tasks (usually around 10 or so). We usually enter 10 - 150 assignments at a time and they are spread out over multiple start dates. There are a couple of different assignment types and each has a different list of tasks. There's some additional data that we attach to each assignment (requirements) and tasks (expected hours to complete, etc). All of that is in various tables. Hi all, I have a table with a field that is constantly updated (everytime the user clicks a button, this field stores the user email). The problem is that when a new user clicks this button the email gets replaced by the email from the user who clicked last. I would like to set up an automation so that every time this field gets update for it to copy the email to a different field where all the emails from people who have clicked gets stored.So far I created a text field which receives de email information when the user clicks the button and also created a linked field (linked to the users table) that is where I would like to have everyone who has clicked.Any tips or help will be highly appreciated. Hi Everyone,I'm new to Airtable and formulas and have a pretty simple formula that is displaying a hyphen as a result of a calculation of zero, instead of the number 0. I admit I borrowed the formula originally from one I found on here, but not sure why the number I've designated isn't being displayed.It's not a true numeric calculation, but a replacement I'm using to give a numeric value to a field that also has text for ratings, i.e. 3 - Exemplary, etc., so that I can total up all the ratings from different categories and assign a value.Here's the formula:    IF( {Field1} = '0 - Deficient' , 0, IF( {Field2} = '3 - Exemplary', 3, IF( {Field3} = '2 - Accomplished', 2, IF( {Field4} = '1 - Developing', '1', 'Out of range' ) ) ) )    I personally have no idea why the formula shared was nested and if that has something to do with it, but everything else about the formula is working. It's displaying like this in the table and the interface.

Quick functionality question. Is there a way to highlight a set of records and make quickly assign them the same value in a given field? I.e. instead of assigning them the same value for X field independently, just highlight the records and do it with a couple of clicks?I know about the fill handle, but that isn't always practical

Hi All, I have a very simple automation to email a group of educational course participants at a scheduled time every week. All of the tests I run are successful, but the automation fails because "Google reported an error while processing this action: too many recipients." Since my automation is set up like this...trigger (at a scheduled time) > action (find records) > action (gmail: send email) ...I am trying to email the max number of records, which is 100. It's usually not a problem to email 100 people through gmail, so I'm not sure why the automation would fail. Does anyone have any advice on this? I have 700 people to email, so if I need to decrease the number of people I'm emailing, that would kind of defeat the purpose of the automation...Thank you!

Hey guys,I'm creating a competency framework.I've these tables :- Jobs (lookup to "Competencies" table)- Competencies (6000 rows) with macro-competencies in column 2 (multiselect)- Macro-Competencies (600 rows) (isolated from but not linked to "Competencies")I'd like to re-create the link/lookup between "Competencies" and "Macro-Competencies" tables. I tried to replace the multiselect field "Macro-Competencies" in "Competencies" table by a LookUp field and the replacement looks good EXCEPT when Macro-Competencies fields contains a COMMA. Then, there is an (unwanted) "auto-split".Is there a way to AVOID this split when there is a comma into the datas ? Thanks in advance !

I can't seem to get a valid access token in Airtable based on JavaScript code that works in a Google Apps Script. The top right corner of a record's expanded view doesn't have a toggle to show revision history, as it used to - just a comment option, a link option, and the 3 "more" dots, which don't bring it up - see screenshot attached. The revision history option IS turned on (see screenshot attached of that too). How do I get that toggle switch back to see a record's revision history? Thank you!!
