I use the free version for my card making inventory. I've been uploading images to my base and I'm concerned that I might be getting close to the new storage space limit of 1 GB total storage per base.How do I tell how much attachment storage space I'm using?

On Table A I have a linked record field that allows multiples. It pulls records from Table B. These records on Table B include a Date field. Records on Table B are not necessarily entered in chronological order. For example:Table B Record 1 - 1/1/2023Table B Record 2 - 3/1/2023Table B Record 3 - 2/1/2023On Table A, I'm trying to pull the most recent record linked using a Lookup field with the "limit the number of items shown" option turned on and set to "last 1" but I believe this is giving me the date of the linked record that was most recently created rather than using the date field of the record to give me the most recent. I believe I could play around with an automation that could accomplish this for me but before diving into that, is there a more simple way to achieve this?

Has anyone created an API between Workfront and Airtable? We currently use Airtable for project management/planning and sharing of projects, but creative requests/approvals go through Workfront… would be looking for one-way communication from Workfront to Airtable (specifically relaying dates from Workfront tasks and moving final assets/creative files from Workfront to Airtable once they are approved in the Workfront system). I’m only familiar with Zapier to connect platforms and unfortunately Workfront is not available there, so wondering if anyone has had success connecting these two with a custom API? TIA!

I am struggling to get a Formula that would return my age, where the number after the decimal point indicates the number of months in duodecimal format. For example, my current age is 34 years and 3 months, therefore I want to see 34.03 as the return.So far I've managed to only get this:the formula I am using is:(DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(),{DoB},"Y"))&"."&((DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(),{DoB},"M"))-((DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(), {DoB},"Y"))*12)) It is pretty close to what I am looking for, but how do I get 2 digits after the decimal point by default?*I understand that it may be a weird request asking to combine decimal and dozenal numeral systems like this, but would really appreciate if somebody helped me solve this one 🙏

Hey everyone! Im using a script (that I found here in the community, thanks btw!) to pull data from Airtable to Google Sheets in order to make some weekly reports for employees in a company. Problem is, it seems each time the script runs it retrieves the Fields in a random-ish order, which is a problem because those fields are referred to in the reports. Using Zapier is not an easy option since we have more than 400 fields. TLDR: I'm trying to mark employees as "OOO" if they are OOO for 3 or more days of the week (vs if they are only OOO for 1-2 days of the week they still show up as available). I have a system set up where I have created an "open space" record for every week and previously I had it set up so if the employee was OOO for any part of the week (even if it was just one day) the open space record will show up in red as "unavailable". But I want to adjust that to only showing up as unavailable if they are gone for more than 3 days of the week.I have created fields in my table that shows all the days of each record,  so for the Open Space records it lists out all 5 days of the week vs for any OOO records it lists out all of the OOO days.I'm looking for a formula that compares the two. My automation has to update the Currency field with the formula field value. The formula field contains a number formatted as currency.When testing automation I receive an error message "Fields" could not be converted to a string that I can not figure out. The updated field is currency (which is basically the number in fact) and the source field is the number as well.I will appreciate any ideas and hints on what's the problem and solution

I've created an automation to link the submissions of two forms together based on the email a customer inputs. Presuming that they input the correct email in both forms without typos, it will link them no problem.I've just noticed today that if one email is all lower case and one has an uppercase letter then it won't connect the two even though it's spelt exactly the same.I understand there are formulae that I can use to correct the case, but I want to manage this through the automations. Is there a way to create a find record condition that is "Where *email address* is *email address*" that isn't case sensitive?

I have built an Airtable structure that utilizes the Created date/time field type to track when a record is added. This Airtable solution will replace an Excel version of the same data. The Excel version contains 2 years worth of data with it’s own creation date column. When I come to import this data into Airtable, the Created date/time field is going to return a value of the import date/time and rightfully, not the real creation date from Excel, This means when I develop charts such as Records added by month, the imported data will always be linked to the import month. I will not be able to use the Created date/time field to analyse the historical data. What is the best way to only have to use one creation field date (without the user manually choosing the creation date on a form) to track the actual creation date of both historical and current/future data?

Ok so here's the main formula I'm trying to use for my "Monday Pay Hours" fieldIF({Monday Start} = BLANK(), 0,DATETIME_DIFF({Monday End}, {Monday Start}, 'minutes'))/60-0.5This gives me the exact hours worked, minus a half hour lunch break It's almost perfect, but what I need is to tell it that - IF the formula all the way up to here: IF({Monday Start} = BLANK(), 0,DATETIME_DIFF({Monday End}, {Monday Start}, 'minutes'))/60equals less than 5, then don't add the last step of subtracting the 0.5.  Is this possible?

Hi Community!I'm setting up an automation to remind users to update their records. So the idea is to send email reminders in 3, 6, 9 and 12 months since the last update.I'm using an automation triggering by a formula field that simply calculates the number of months since the last update was made.All good there!However, some emails are invalid (user likely entered wrongly), so I'd like to avoid trigerring the 6-, 9- and 12-months reminders if the email is invalid.My logic right now works like this:Triggers if months passed = 3 AND email is not checked as invalidChecks email as invalidSends emailUncheck email as invalidThe idea is that if the email fails to send (step 3) then the process stops, step 4 never occurs, and the email invalid is left checked. This works nicely.What doesn't work is if the email is sent! Because step 4 updates the "Invalid email" field, which is also in the trigger, it triggers the automation again and again and again. Hello,Given that airtable cannot filter linked records, is there any way to access the limit record selection to a view from an interface such that the user can switch between views as needed? I have also put in a feature request to filter linked records but in the mean time maybe someone knows how to switch views from an interface? Thanks in advance! 

I'm trying to use a script in an automation to filter specific records from a view and then include those records in the next step of the automation (which would be inserting them into an email to send).I can get the script to successfully find and filter the records needed, and it looks like I need to use output.set to export the info back to the automation, but I'm having issues figuring out how to do so.When I run the script below, I'm getting the following error: TypeError: Invalid arguments passed to output.set(key, value): • value[0] should be a JSON-serializable type, not an object Anyone know how to fix what I have for the output.set part or any guidance at all? I have a form that users submit each week to log hours. I have a table that captures each submission in a new row along with how many hours they have left in total (not per week). I have fields that capture the hours logged that was submitted, the total available hours, and how many hours are left, but I am unable to get it to add up all of the hours for a single user and then provide me with the remaining hours. As an example, Jane K. (1st week)Hours logged this week = 4. Total available hours = 20. Remaining hours = 16.Jane K. (2nd week)Hours logged this week = 10. Total available hours = 20. Remaining hours = 10. How do I get the 'Remaining hours' total to be 6 (4 + 10 = 14 minus 20)? I am trying to create an automation that conditionally checks to see if a user is tagged in a text field. Trigger: When a record is updated, watching field called "Internal Notes"(Internal Notes is a Long text field with rich text formatting enabled)Condition: If Internal Notes contains @Honey Bee(Honey Bee is a real user in my base, created for testing. Hi All -I've been battling with this issue for two days.I would like to send an email (via gmail integration) to a user when a record matches a condition.  I've connected everything and almost all of it works except one thing.  I want to include a url for the recipient to click if they need to update any information but it does not populate.That URL is its own field in Airtable.  I use the + and choose the data and see it in the email properties.  However when I preview (or test email) the url is never there.  I have tried different formats for the field (short text, long text, formula and URL) - none of them work.  If I hard code the URL (arbitrarily selecting on from the table), it displays correctly.  I've tried it just as text or as a clickable link using the syntax on the Airtable help pages. I've been able to similarly replicate this using the Twilio text integration (i.e., no url there either.)What am I missing? The URL is pretty standard - no

Is there a way to automate delete an image after the date set for that image. Context this is for a social media posting automation using another source (Make.com with airtable). Only have the free airtable account so it will occasionally say there are too many images, it would be nice if they would automatically delete after posting. Thanks

Hello! I'm running into an issue when using "Find Records" with Conditional Logic automations. In past, I thought I could use Conditional Logic automations to update each record in a list of records but now it seems those automations won't run unless the automation is set up as "Run as a List".  However, there's not currently an option to use both Conditional Logic automations and Run the automation through a list.  Is there any other way around this issue other than writing a custom script? I'm glad there are custom script options, but I came to Airtable for the no-code, so I haven't had time to take a course on Javascript yet... 🙂 Any help is appreciated! 

I've tried this several times and nothing I do seems to work. I'm trying to wrap this formula in an IF(ISERROR( so that if there is an error it stays blank and I can't get it to work. Hey everyone, have a question about a formula I can't get working correctly.I only have a date field (Date) and a formula field, with the formula Date=TODAY()The formula returns a 1 for today and 0 if it's another date. So far so good.What I want is if there is no date that is today, I want it to return 1 for tomorrow and 0 for the rest of the dates until a Today date turns up again.Is this possible?Its just for a simple API filtering that shows what rows to read from.
