Hello,Hope you guys can help me. I have a "Edition" field that contains three options: Extended, Standard and 360 Edition. The concatenate formula works however when adding the IF statement for the 360 Edition I get " Invalid formula." What am I doing wrong here? CONCATENATE({Order ID} & " " & Initials & " " &"Vol II") IF({Edition} = "360 Edition",BLANK()) Thanks 

Hi there,I'm trying automation for the first time and the ask is very specific. We run different training programs. For now, there are three training events we conduct for which we want to send automated emails once attendance has been updated. For eg: Main event is 'Clarity in Communication' . Under this topic we have multiple sessions carried out through the year. Once the training is completed, we want an email to go out to the participants after 7 days, then 30 days and then one specific date in April. All these messages are different. I'm not sure how to proceed with this and set up these conditions. I've tried various triggers but maybe I need some additional data in my records? Any insight would be helpful. Would be happy to chat in more detail if required.

I have a table that pulls some fields in as lookups.  I want to run an automation on record creation that copies the data from Field A to Field B.  I have tried to follow a few guides but even though my automations run in the testing stage they seem to fail in actual use.Trigger -> When a record is created in "Table 1"Actions -> Update record in "Table 1" -> Record ID "@" -> Fields -> Field B - Field A "Value"What am I missing?  Does it have something to do with Field A being filled with lookup data from a different table?  Is it a timing thing? (like does it need X seconds to process before trying to copy?)  Thanks!

I have 2 Airtbale Bases.One of my Airtables is importing a view from the other. The sync is 1 way and I see the data change as it is updated on the other base.I have some automation setup that looks for updates on specific fields.I noticed a load of automation shad not run, logged into Airtable with the data import and suddenly all the automations ran.Is this the expected behaviour? Is there a way to make sure the autoamtions run even if no-one logs in for a few days?Thanks

Hiya, I am fairly new to Airtable and have been tasked with setting up our CRM for the charity (HUGE JOB!) So... we have to get our dogs weighed roughly every month, but I need to be able to compare current weight with previous weight and how much the weight has either gone up or down. What I would like is when I come to enter a new current weight (in the {Current Weight kg} & {CW Date}(which is automatic date), the data that is already in those fields move to the {Previous weight} column and {PW Date} column (currently I am copying and pasting the data from current columns to previous columns before I enter the new current weight which is not ideal!.I then would like to merge my two formula columns {Difference} & {Difference in weight} into one formula so that all it basically shows is the weight difference and either a colorful up arrow or a down arrow emoji.... (oh and have the blank fields remain blank (not saying up!!) Can anyone help me do this?@Ben_Young1 

Dear community,I have two tables, one called Supply and one called Demand, full of engineering information. There could be several Supply records that match the properties of Demand records.I am looking to create a formula in the Demand table that returns the cell 'Specific Material' from the Supply table records, for each Demand record, via IF AND OR conditions.I don't know whether this is possible, and below is my attempt referring to the Supply table via 'Supply.' then the Supply field name. The Demand fields referenced all show as purple, indicating that they are correctly identified, but the Supply fields are all still black.The conditions are all AND except for Supply.X material colour, which could be a match to either Translucent Colour or X Material colour in the Demand table. One of these should match as the last AND condition being met.Could anyone help me solve this via formula? I'd prefer a formula solution to a suggestion to use Lookup fields.I had this working nicely in E

I would like to parse a date string of "2023-02-10", with no time information, into a specific timezone (Europe/Malta). We use daylight savings, so right now, 2023-02-10 00:00 Malta time would be 2023-02-09 22:00 GMT.  For this reason, I cannot specifically add a timezone of +2 because this will chagne to +1 later in October. I noticed DATETIME_PARSE() takes a locale as the 3rd parameter. However, this does not seem to be documented at all in the formula reference. I've tried using values like "Europe/Malta", which works in SET_TIMEZONE(), but doesn't do anything.  I've also experimented with SET_TIMEZONE(), but that seems the other way round, to convert an existing Airtable date with a particular timezone.Basically, what I would like is something where for example could parse "2023-02-10" into the Malta timezone. 

Hi community,It seems there is no possibility to delete comments made on records by other users.I am the base manager (owner), and would appreciate the possibility to remove comments made by others without asking each person to delete their own comments. Some of them, furthermore, are not on the team anymore (no more access to base).Any way to work around this limitation? Wouldn't it be useful to make base owners able to delete other collaborators' comments?Thanks for your consideration

I get it - really I do, if you want all your records in a table to be referred to as something else.But I want to just fix mine to go back to being 'records' instead of 'events'

Last year I designed a School Newsletter system. One of the columns is the Newsletter Banner which changes for every campaign. It's a png image. I am using Airtable, Softr and MAkeLast school year, I was able to get the image URL. The output from MAke was giving me all I needed including the direct URL. As part of my workflow, I have a view in my base where I put in all my tasks for the day, which the populates my calendar. To make this work, I have "Date Start" and a "Date End" fields with the date and the start/end time of the record so that it'll be placed correctly on my calendar. This works great but has caused an issue with creating another view that I need, a daily summary.I want to have a view that groups my records by date so that I can see how much I earned that day, how much I worked, and other stats. I can filter my records to show me this information for a single date without any issue. But I'd like to have a view that shows all my days work grouped together to be able to build a few extensions around the resulting data. The problem is that AT will group based on the entire field information, so including the time, and not just the date (see attached screenshot).The only "workaround" I can think of is to have a third date field with just the date, but this feels redundant

Hi, I have invited a read-only user to an Interface. There are many read-only users added to it and ideally they would not know what other users have access to it.If a read-only user navigates to the lower left corner while being on the Interface there's the Share button which can take you to the Manage Access tab and it provides an overview of all users.I have the workspace sharing setting 'Restrict adding new collaborators to this workspace, its bases, and its interfaces' on. 'Restrict Interface Sharing' is also turned on in the Interface settings.I have the 'Team' plan for the Workspace. Is there a way that I prevent read-only users from sharing the Interface and seeing the users?Thanks!

It seems like it should be a simple solution, but my brain is tired! I am using a rollup field to show the total discount so I can highlight it on a quote which I have made with page designer. If there is no discount ($0.00) I don't want it to show on the quote. So I am trying to figure out how to leave it blank when there is result is $0. I tried adding another field with a formula, but then I can't get a positive number to be in currency format, just a string. I tried doing an IF Aggregation formula but kept getting an error. I made sure that the source field (Amt Saved) does not return anything if the result is 0 hoping that would follow through to the rollup, but no luck. Can someone please help?

In an email automation, I am trying to populate the "From" and "reply to" fields from a user card (see attached screenshot). However, when I preview the message, both fields are blank even though the field has a user card that is associated with both a name and an email. Is it possible to populate the "from" and "reply to" fields in this way?

Hey Y'all!I'm struggling to figure out how to do the following and would love some help!I've built a base that tracks registered and onboarded people in a "People" table. "Registered" and "Onboarded" are options in a single select field. The end result of what I'm trying to build is a simple graph that has day on the X axis and a record count on the Y axis. I want to have daily snapshots of total number of registered and onboarded people as my Y Axis. I want to automate this somehow. I think I should make a new table with dates as the primary field and then one field that is the total registered people for the day and another field that is total onboarded people for the day.But how can I automate this so I don't have to check and update daily?I figured automation would work, but the options are so limited with a time as a trigger.I'm thinking I might need a script that runs daily?Can someone help me out here? Thank you!-Taylor

Hello,I can't find the issue here that is preventing what i thought would be a very simple table calculation.I have a table called Deals with many different fields but one of them is a currency field that i want to use a rollup field in another table to calculate the sum of the values in this currency field.I'm stumped as to what i am missing here but all i get are zero values. I tried to workaround the currency field by making a formula field that just turns the currency values into normal integers but no luck.I attached a few screenshots for context, hopefully someone can see what i'm missing.Thanks,Alec
