I'm using formula: SET_TIMEZONE(NOW(),'America/Los_Angeles') I want it to show the current time in LA but it keeps returning the UTC time instead. Any idea what's wrong with the formula?

Hi everyone,I am having trouble with a SEARCH() formula that isn't acting as I would expect. I have this long text in the field "FORMULE" :"1: Pratiquer une activité2: Me consacrer3: Vivre des expériences4: Pratiquer un sport"I want to search for the position of this string : "Vivre des expériences"Here is my formula : LEFT(FORMULE,FIND("Vivre des expériences",FORMULE)) And here is my result : "1: Pratiquer une activité2: Me consacrer3: Vi"-> The end string finishes by "Vi" which is one caracter to long, it should finish by "V" only... It is an example but it changes when you look for the other words, other example, when I search for "Pratiquer un sport" it gives me this result :"1: Pratiquer une activité2: Me consacrer3: Vivre des expériences4: Pra"-> It is now 2 caracters too long, it shloud finish by "P" onlyDo you have any solution about this ? I am surely missing something...Thanks a lot for your help

I have a base that I use for onboarding new users. New records are created via a fillout form. I want to create a linked record in my Agents & Staff table, as well as my phone directory table when a new record is created in onboarding. I know how to link to an existing record, but I am stuck on creating a new record and linking.

Hello, everyone,I'm trying to create a email off of the scheduled time trigger that gives the recipients a list of the current records in a view (aka for review). The records in the view have critical documents that I need in the email, but I am running into an issue where because I have to get the records from Find Records instead of triggering off of their appearance in the view, the attachments can't be added, even if I make the fields they would be in visible in the grid.If anyone has any recommendations, I would love to hear it as the individuals receiving these emails are not going to be active in the bases themselves.P.S. If anyone is curious, this is my current automation:Trigger: At Thursday at 11AM -> Find Records based on view (x) -> Send Email (Use grid with relevant information.) The grid contains the attachment fields relevant but always show as empty.

Hi all, I have automation setup to put notes in long text field when certain conditions met (and was proud of myself :winking_face: )…BUT when it triggers it removes and REPLACES any text that may already be there…just wanting to add additional text in that field…can that be done?

Hiya AT community, I was hoping someone would be able to shed some light on my issue, as I haven't been able to solve this one on my own!I have a script that is performing some updates to a stocktake via a script. It will find matching items and then update the value in the number field. My confusion here is that it is working for one field and not the other field, I have tried different strategies to try and get an error or figure out why, but the field ID is defs correct and the field name used instead also produces the same result. How do I update a record on a table, based on a record on another table that just got updated, it requires a record ID but the update record automation action only gives the record ID of the just updated record and not the ID of the target record

Hi and thank you for any help you can provide.I have created an automation so that when a record status is set (trigger = Pending), I get an email and Slack notification.I would like to know how to include record information in the notification. Right now, I'm just getting the message I typed in the Message field. Can I add record specifics there? I would like to see when the record was last modified, which in this case would be when it was set to Pending. I would also like to include other fields, such as the headline and writer.Thanks for your help.

Hi,I'm a relatively new Airtable admin. We have a user who can log in using SSO, but when he does he gets an error message saying that his free trial period is almost over. Since we have an enterprise account, I would think he shouldn't see that message.His account looks ok to me in the airtable admin area:(I covered over his real email address for privacy, but it looks like the rest of our users - uniqueid@dartmouth.edu.) I've tried signing him out of all sessions from the button shown, and had him log in with a different browser and a private window. None of those things helped.I opened a ticket with Airtable support, but I thought it was worth posting here as well. Hello everyone,I need to insert the current date in a filed when a second field is updated (Yes or no) in the record updated.My need is that the first field is a "Date" because it could be modified inserting a different date in the case of any modification.I can not find any solution: automation with a button is too difficult for me (script) and automation does not the job for the record updating.Please can you help me? Hi,I'm sharing a private link to a data set (can't share here as it's got user-data). Sometimes when entering the password it works fine. And then other times on an incognito browser, and for other people trying to access it it doesn't work. It comes up with this same message, see photo attached.What could be going on here? Hello,I set up an automation to notify certain colleagues when an asset is due to expire or up for renewal. Everything looks right, but when I send a test of the notice to myself and one other person, the notification goes through, but the identified asset that is due to expire is not included with the email notification. Hello,I have been creating interfaces for my techs to use so they can update jobs while in the field - the interface is designed to give them the information they need about a job, and allow them to quickly take notes, upload pictures, and log their time. Unfortunately, when I open the iPhone app and pull up this interface, I'm not able to edit any of the records! I can see them all just fine, but it's just not editable. According to the announcement of interfaces on iOS (https://community.airtable.com/t5/announcements/introducing-mobile-interfaces-on-iphone/ba-p/160766), we should be able to edit records, but the option just isn't appearing for me.I'm using the List interface, and have enabled the option to allow users to edit records inline. I can edit records using the interface on desktop just fine, but the iPhone app does not allow it. Am I missing an option?

Hi I have a formulaDATEADD({Kick off},{Time Estimate (Fibonacci Minutes)},"minutes") Whereby {Kick off} is an date field set to ISO and 24 hour time{Time Estimate (Fibonacci Minutes)} is a drop down with a Fibonacci sequenceI want the DATEADD formula above to return the expected job completion date and time so that I can feed it straight into my calendar. Weirdly, it's an hour out.For eg a kick off date of  2023-05-10 00:01 with a fibonacci of 21 returns 2023-05-09 23:22, when it should be 2023-05-10 00:22.Any ideas? 

Hi, How do I get currency (ie. $22.00) to display the cents “.00” when exporting? I have an integromat automation that links Airtable to email and when I use mapping for my dollar amount it only shows the whole number (ie. $22.00 shows 22 – $22.50 shows 22.5). Thanks!

I am attempting to send information from Airtable to Zapier and ultimately a message to a client. I am using the Automations > When Record Is Created trigger to Run Script. Dear community,We have a group coffee and drinks pool at work that everyone can help themselves to as long as they write up their use. I am using airtable to track everyones consumption and payments, which works great. I managed to set up automations for emails to notify what the users owe and when their payment has been received. The only thing that I can't figure out for the life of me is how I set up an automated email reminder if they haven't paid after 14 days.I have the following table (simplified):Let's say I do the invoicing every 15th of the month and want to send out a payment reminder on the last day of the month. In my example above person ABC wouldn't need a reminder because they already paid while person XYZ still owes $30. I figured out how to send out an email if the Total is >$0 but I can't figure out how to make it conditional that this email is only send out at the end of the month.Of course I tried to read up on that because I guess I am not the first person who

Hi all,I am stumped but I feel like the answer is staring me in the face!  Hoping yall can help!I have a membership tracking base set up as follows:TablesPeopleEventsAttendancePeople and events are stand-alone tables.  The Attendance table basically links them with a field for People and a field for the Event.What I need is a total number of events (within a date range) to be used in calculating a minimum attendance requirement per person.Anyone have an idea how to accomplish this?  TIA!EDIT:  I know how to calculate how many events each person has attended.  What I need is the total number of events so I can do a formula something like {# Attended} / {Total Events} = % of Events Attended.  Thanks!

You will realize it, if you read my post ! :slightly_smiling_face: I have a table with the dates and times of arrivals and departures of guests at the airport. I want to know the number of days I will have to allocate the cars that will transport them. The cars are rented on a full day basis. I am trying to calculate the number of days for the cars, taking into consideration the dates of arrivals and departures of the guests. I am using the formula DATETIME_DIFF({Date departure},{Date arrival},‘d’)+1 The formula is returning the result taking also into account the time of the day of the arrival and departure, and I really want only the full day. I believe that the solution is very simple, but someone can help. For example, one guest arrives on 26/06 at 11:00am and departs on 02/07 at 09:00am. the result that I’m trying to obtain is 7 days, and not 6 days Many thanks in advance…

All, I’m trying to import a file doc file that exists in an airtable attachment field into Google Drive in integromat. So it actually creates a file, by the name that I have assigned. But when you open it, here’s what it looks like: You’ll notice first that it doesn’t open in editor.
