Hi there! I am using IF formulas in two separate formula fields and they work just fine. I am trying to merge the formulas in one field and it is not working. I'm inputing a list of records to the Update Record action. Let's say 3 records. I want a field in all three records updated. In the Record ID box if I enter a record id only one of the 3 records is updated. if I leave the record id box blank and click search I put one of the record field names in the Display box and I put the following formula in the Formula box.IF(OR({Net Profit} < 2,{ROI} < 0.4,{Average Rank (90 Days)} > 99999,{Amazon 3x Cost} < 3,{Pack QTY} > 2,{Estimated Monthly Sales} < 10,{# of FBA Sellers} > 5,{EUM} < 10,{EPM} < 13,{Rating} < 3,{Reviews} < 10,FIND("Oversize", {Product Size}) != 0,FIND("yes", {Amazon Sells and in Stock}) != 0),RECORD_ID(),BLANK())This formula is based off the filter I use in the Search Records action. When I try to exit I click ok and the 3 values of the field that I entered in the Display  box are displayed but I am unable to exit. It wants me to click ok again and if I do I just get the 3 values displayed

I'm writing a script in Airtable Extensions to pull data from Canvas API. I've set the per_page limit to 100, because that's the maximum number of objects Airtable will retrieve at once for an external API.I need to use pagination to download the rest of the results. According the Canvas API reference, it's in the response header Link value. I'm able to see this in Postman but how do I retrieve this in an Airtable script? How do I set up a loop to paginate until the end? In the Teams plan, can a form that's shared with a Commenter and filled out via mobile web browser be secured via password?

Hi The screen shot is of a table for sales in one of my bases. The 'pay window filter' field determines which pay month the date falls in, our pay windows run 25th to 24th, so 26th September would fall in Oct Pay Month. The 'Pay Month' Field formats that date into the correct Text format I want which then links to a second table called Pay Months where the record name is October 2023, November 2023 etc. As you can see from the screen shot, I've filled in a new record with a date, its automatically calculated the Pay window filter, but 'pay month' has automatically formatted the text and linked to the other table. Why is this, am i missing something? I thought this would automatically do that. I'm new to airtable just building out systems for my business, so any help much appreciated. 

I am unable to remove collaborators—and keep getting billed for them every month. I go into workplace settings and view the list of billable collaborators—of which three are listed— not including myself. I click on “add or manage workspace collaborators.” However, only I am visible. A search by name or email address also produces nothing. Please advise. Thanks!

Hello,I configured my date format to European on Airtable, however, when I send this data to Integromat and making a Google Sheet template, it reformats the date in US.Date on Airtable (03/12/2022) :Date format received by Integromat (2022-12-05, yes I know is not the same date :p) :Date on the template :Do you have any idea why the date format changes on export?Do you know any way to circumvent this?Thank you in advance!

I've set up an interface dashboard that pulls in data from two different tables. Within this dashboard are two number elements that are Field summery Sums of data from the two tables. In a third Number element I wanted to use a formula to divide one by the other, I thought I could use a very simple formula for this in the element itself, but I cant. Is it possible to do what I need in the interface dashboard?

Hi everyone. Recently, one of Airtable users shared their Workspace with me. There is a base in the workspace with a lot of automations, and sometimes they fail to run.The workspace (and the database) owner receives emails saying, "Something went wrong with an automation..." but I receive nothing. Is there a way to fix this and allow me as a collaborator receive those notifications?

Hello, I have one formula field {Ball 1 ?} in the table A . The formula checks another table {Ball 1} via a linked record to see if it contains an attachment. If it does, the computed field writes "Yes", if it is empty, it writes "No". This part works fine.I have another field (checkbox) named {Balloon 1} in the table A, that I want to add to the logic.But when I add {Balloon 1} to the condition:Meaning : If {Ball 1} OR {Balloon 1} is true, then writes "Yes" in {Ball 1 ? } and "No" if it is false.I receive an error and it doesn't accept the formula.Here is how I wrote it in the formula field {Ball 1 ?} : IF( OR( {Ball 1},{Balloon 1} ), " Yes", " No", )  How can I fix it ? Any advice ?

How do I have a formula based on 2 different multi-select fields, that will add a specified number to the resulting formula, based on how many options were selected for each multi-select field?Remember that each multi-select will be adding on different number.Here is my formula so far.   (IF( {Pull Factors Attract}, LEN({Pull Factors Attract}) - LEN( SUBSTITUTE( {Pull Factors Attract}, ",", "" ) ) ) + 0 ) * 2 + (IF( {Bonus Pull Factors}, LEN({Bonus Pull Factors}) - LEN( SUBSTITUTE( {Bonus Pull Factors}, ",", "" ) ) +0 ) + 2 ) * 1   You can see an example base here. Here is the scores I would like added for each option chosenPull Factors Attract: 2Bonus Pull Factors: 1However it's not quite working with records with an empty field.

I've set up a Table for recording my Staff working hours, moving from a paper system. Each day the staff member using a form, enters the date, name and number of hours worked, site location etc. When its time for payroll I want to create views that filter for last months payroll window. Our window runs from 25th of the month to 24th of next month. So when I'm preparing payroll on the 24th October, I want the view to filter out all results except those falling in 25th sept to 24th Oct pay window. I was trying to use filter so many days ago, but this varies each month depending if its 30 or 31 days. Is there a way of setting up a filter from the 25th of last month specifically?

Working on costuming for a film - have 4 main tables of Actors, Costumes, Scenes, and Characters.There's a lot of table to table referencing going on w/ lookups...But one thing I would LOVE to be able to do:When looking at the COSTUMES table (characters have multiple costumes) - there is a lookup field that shows what SCENES that costume is used in.  (Scenes are described by a number).In the SCENES table - I have a check mark field to keep track of what scene is wrapped (already shot)Back in the COSTUMES table, the scenes a costume is used in all show up as a list of numbers in little grey pill boxes. I'd LOVE it if the color of those pill boxes could be colored differently if they have a checkmark in the "wrapped" field in the scenes table.I created a conditional coloring of records in that SCENES table... but alas, it does not translate that record color over to the pills in the lookup field in the COSTUMES table. This image is from the COSTUMES table - pointing at a lookup fiel

I don't understand why this formula isn't working ... I have a field with a formula that calculates total days using this formula: IF({Status 📝}="Unassigned", WORKDAY_DIFF({Create Date},TODAY(),'2023-09-04'), "N/A")The formula works, but returns results of 1, 2, 3 etc., which when i try to use this column in a graph it does not sort correctly.  I need the results to be 01, 02, 03 to be able to sort in ascending or descending order or I need a field that reads the formula field and converts it to a number that can be sorted. Any suggestions are appreciated. 

I'm not exactly sure on the best way to go about doing this or if I am posting this in the correct location. I want to send a text message to a group of employees about upcoming open shifts. I have the employees in a table and i have the upcoming shifts in another. I am able to text individual employees a standard message now. I am not sure how i can add the open shift date to the message and then pick which employees i want to send the message to and have the date added into it as well. The employee table and the shifts tables are linked. Right now i am able to send the message with an automation that is sent by a button in an interface I created. maybe it isn't possible or maybe its super easy and i am overthinking it. Thanks for any help in advance!

Greetings to all,I'm looking for an efficient solution to a problem concerning the organization of my to-do list for different events during the year.We've drawn up a list of tasks (110) to be repeated at each event.I'm facing 2 issues:1 - When I create a list view, I link the tasks with the event; the task remains a single record, so if I validate a task for an event, the task will be validated for ALL events. It doesn't matter what the hierarchy of my list is (or did I misunderstand?).2 - In a previous version with 89 tasks, I was able to get around this issue with record templates. When we decided to take part in an event, the 89 records were created, and then I pressed a button to launch several automations linking the new records to the congress. Not the most refined method, but it worked very well. Problem: record templates are limited to 100 records per base.I'd like to avoid recreating a table for each event to keep a clean AirTable base. I'm having trouble creating a Form that I can use for Performance Ratings, and having that Form's fields update the Record field for the table. I believe I might have this architected in not the best way. Let me explain below.I have a Table that list Vendor Records. Each Record tracks, names, locations, services, cost, etc.Additionally, these Vendor Records also track 4 Performance Rating Fields.In the Table Table, I created a Form, with the intention that I could provide this form to managers quarterly, and Have them fill in the 4 Ratings fields for the Vendors they manage. The full intent is that I would automate a quarterly email to send to the manager, for each Vendor they manage.When I test the form, I feel like I have set something up incorrectly, because there is no way for me to select a specific Vendor record, or even Default that for the Manager.When I fill in the ratings, nothing updates, and it creates a new Record in the Vendor table - Again, pretty sure because its not co

Hey All, I'm getting an error message about the Record ID when the IDs are the exact same. All automations are failing with the note "Record does not exist," yet the trigger is succeeding with the same Record Id. Photos below show the failing automation message and matching record Id from the trigger.   The Automation itself is based on formula fields which are populating correctly- photos below. If the Created Time (field) is within a certain Quarter (formula)- then update a single select field in the same record. I have this in 3 tables and for 1 everything is running correctly but for the other 2 everything is failing. Any advice before I submit to Airtable as a bug/glitch?
