Hello,I have been creating interfaces for my techs to use so they can update jobs while in the field - the interface is designed to give them the information they need about a job, and allow them to quickly take notes, upload pictures, and log their time. Unfortunately, when I open the iPhone app and pull up this interface, I'm not able to edit any of the records! I can see them all just fine, but it's just not editable. According to the announcement of interfaces on iOS (https://community.airtable.com/t5/announcements/introducing-mobile-interfaces-on-iphone/ba-p/160766), we should be able to edit records, but the option just isn't appearing for me.I'm using the List interface, and have enabled the option to allow users to edit records inline. I can edit records using the interface on desktop just fine, but the iPhone app does not allow it. Am I missing an option?

Hi I have a formulaDATEADD({Kick off},{Time Estimate (Fibonacci Minutes)},"minutes") Whereby {Kick off} is an date field set to ISO and 24 hour time{Time Estimate (Fibonacci Minutes)} is a drop down with a Fibonacci sequenceI want the DATEADD formula above to return the expected job completion date and time so that I can feed it straight into my calendar. Weirdly, it's an hour out.For eg a kick off date of  2023-05-10 00:01 with a fibonacci of 21 returns 2023-05-09 23:22, when it should be 2023-05-10 00:22.Any ideas? 

Hi, How do I get currency (ie. $22.00) to display the cents “.00” when exporting? I have an integromat automation that links Airtable to email and when I use mapping for my dollar amount it only shows the whole number (ie. $22.00 shows 22 – $22.50 shows 22.5). Thanks!

I am attempting to send information from Airtable to Zapier and ultimately a message to a client. I am using the Automations > When Record Is Created trigger to Run Script. Dear community,We have a group coffee and drinks pool at work that everyone can help themselves to as long as they write up their use. I am using airtable to track everyones consumption and payments, which works great. I managed to set up automations for emails to notify what the users owe and when their payment has been received. The only thing that I can't figure out for the life of me is how I set up an automated email reminder if they haven't paid after 14 days.I have the following table (simplified):Let's say I do the invoicing every 15th of the month and want to send out a payment reminder on the last day of the month. In my example above person ABC wouldn't need a reminder because they already paid while person XYZ still owes $30. I figured out how to send out an email if the Total is >$0 but I can't figure out how to make it conditional that this email is only send out at the end of the month.Of course I tried to read up on that because I guess I am not the first person who

Hi all,I am stumped but I feel like the answer is staring me in the face!  Hoping yall can help!I have a membership tracking base set up as follows:TablesPeopleEventsAttendancePeople and events are stand-alone tables.  The Attendance table basically links them with a field for People and a field for the Event.What I need is a total number of events (within a date range) to be used in calculating a minimum attendance requirement per person.Anyone have an idea how to accomplish this?  TIA!EDIT:  I know how to calculate how many events each person has attended.  What I need is the total number of events so I can do a formula something like {# Attended} / {Total Events} = % of Events Attended.  Thanks!

You will realize it, if you read my post ! :slightly_smiling_face: I have a table with the dates and times of arrivals and departures of guests at the airport. I want to know the number of days I will have to allocate the cars that will transport them. The cars are rented on a full day basis. I am trying to calculate the number of days for the cars, taking into consideration the dates of arrivals and departures of the guests. I am using the formula DATETIME_DIFF({Date departure},{Date arrival},‘d’)+1 The formula is returning the result taking also into account the time of the day of the arrival and departure, and I really want only the full day. I believe that the solution is very simple, but someone can help. For example, one guest arrives on 26/06 at 11:00am and departs on 02/07 at 09:00am. the result that I’m trying to obtain is 7 days, and not 6 days Many thanks in advance…

All, I’m trying to import a file doc file that exists in an airtable attachment field into Google Drive in integromat. So it actually creates a file, by the name that I have assigned. But when you open it, here’s what it looks like: You’ll notice first that it doesn’t open in editor. Hi Everyone,I have two automations that I need to combine into one. Is there anyway to merge the two or move pieces from one to the other without having to rebuild the content? I would have set it up as one automation to start with, but I was new at this and didn't see how to do so at the time. We're bumping up against automation limits, so it's important to combine them.Since they both trigger the sending of emails with a lot of inserted fields, it's a hassle to do it manually as even if I copy and paste, I have to manually re-insert the custom fields.  I tried searching but only got results related to automations that merge records, not anything about merging the automations themselves. Thanks for any insights you can provide! Regards,Anne

I cannot decide if I'm better off with an automation or else I'm just not meant to do if else formulas. I need to first check if a date field is not blank. If it is not blank, then I want to compare it with another date field. If it's later than other date field I want to show 'launch date moved out'. Hi,I am trying to create an automation where:If "Adviser 1 ranking" column has been updated as "Outstanding", then the "Adviser 1 rating" column will automatically have 5 stars appearing. Same goes to any update on "Adviser 2 Ranking" will update the "Adviser 2 rating", "Adviser 3 Ranking" with "Adviser 3 rating". In all 3 single select Adviser ranking fields, I have "Outstanding" (i.e. 5 stars), "Very good" (i.e., 4), "Good" (i.e.,3), "Poor" (i.e.,2), "Try Again" (i.e.,1).Could anyone please help out?Thanks! 🙂

Context:I've encountered an issue in Airtable where an automation I've set up to group records in one table within a linked field of another table works correctly for records with unique primary field values (the leftmost field). However, for records with the same primary field value, it only groups and links the most recent record while unlinking the preexisting records with the same value. Is it possible to limit the number of records syncing from one table to another?For example "Table A" has 15000 records and I want records 1-100 to populate "Table B", 100-200 in "Table C" etc.

Has anyone found a solution to have a junction table automatically updated, when new records are created or existing ones deleted? I love the Junction App that is supported by Airtable, but need a solution that triggers it to run. And from what I understand there’s no way to run an app through an automation. So I tried to take the script used in the App and use it in an automation, but can’t get it to work. I’d even hire a programmer to do this, but when I tried to find someone on Fiverr they knew less than I did about scripting … LOL.

I'm new to my company and there are a lot of existing bases set up that I have access to where I can use the Gantt chart feature and other features on the Team Plan. When I go to make my own base, mine are on the free plan. I'm a paid user, so is the team plan based on the workspace? I'm confused why I'm paying for Airtable but have limitations with my bases that other ones do not have.If I do need to be granted access to the workspace on the team plan, is there a way to not have all bases visible to me, just the ones I've been invited to?

Hello below is a table of scores and the corresponding status. I also have a risk register for each risk I want to be able to select the probability (1-5) and the Imapct (1-5) and it automatically returns the status as defined by the table below. Is it possible? For context, I am building an email automation that is sent every work day (Monday-Friday). The email would display any of the task records that are due on that particular day that the email is sent out. My problem is that Airtable's scheduling timing trigger is limited to posting every single day. I would not like to send out an email on the weekend.I cannot use "When a record is updated" as a trigger as it would send an email for every single task record that is due today, whereas I am trying to send only one email a day. I would appreciate any suggestions, thanks!

Hi,I am trying to create a simple IF Statement to produce the result PASS or FAIL if the value in another column is >= 80%:  In Column 1 ('% germination rate on second check') are % figures with values ranging from 0% to 100%. The purpose of the Column 2 ('PASS/FAIL'), is to produce the word 'PASS' if the value of Column 1 is >= 80%, or 'FAIL' if otherwise. Currently all cells in Column 2 are showing 'FAIL', irrespective of the % figure showing in Column 1. Is this some kind of syntax or formatting error on my end? Here is my formula: IF({% germination rate on second check} >= 80, "PASS", "FAIL")Thanks for the help! 🙂

Hello, I am making a special CRM. I have customer information (name, phone, address…) and with this information, I would like to fill a google doc (there are variables like {{name}} and they have to be replaced with airtable data ). I am used to javascript but I am a beginner in the API world. I have already tried that: I don’t know how I can tell my script to only use the data from the row where my checkbox is checked (and how to tell Airtable to run my google App script when the checkbox is checked. I wanted to try the Google web app and use webhook but I don’t know if airtable can send webhook or if I have to add it a special code). I would like to only use code and not an app like Zapier (for flexibility and because I am curious). Best regards.
