Hi there,I would like to organise the data based upon each individual user in the linked lookup field on the right hand side. When grouping the data it groups all of the looked up fields together. Is there a way of sorting the data to be per every individual linked user. So each user has a set of this data.Any help would be greatly appreciated,Bart

Is it possible to embed a two-week calendar view on a website? 

My script was working and then it wasn't after I increased my records from 50 to 100. With 100 records the script was being terminated after 30 seconds. 30 real time seconds is an eternity for computers. I will paste my simple script below and appreciate if you can provide some insight on why the script runs so slowly.First some background. My first Airtable automation triggers on a change to a Field in a Table. The following action is Find Records there are conditions in the action and the found records are output as a list of records that past the conditions. Next was the Repetable action that can take the list of records as input and inside I added the Update Record action. Here I hit the wall, for the life of  me I could find no way to auto extract the Record ID from the individual records in the list as input to Update Record.Next I turned to Make but ended in the weeds with the same issue. I used the same Airtable actions except Repetable was replaced with a Make Iterator. B

I have some numbers i need to include in a string.These numbers needs to be rounded down to two decimals, which I use ROUND() to do, my problem comes if the number has trailing zero's fx:233.50 becomes 233.5233.00 becomes 233Does anyone know how can keep the trailing zeros? 

I have this formula as 1 of 3 parts that's extracting certain bits of data from a reference cell into 3 adjacent cells. I have a Zap that uses the "Find Many Records (With Line Item Support) in Airtable".It seems the search is limited to only 10 records.Is this the limit of the function or is something else happening that I'm missing?

Hello,I am reaching out to see if anyone else has had this problem and knows how to fix this.We use a form that is to file reports at the end of a shift, which includes the time stamp of when the form is being filled out. This form is then sent out to Administration and Management staff via the Automation tool in Airtable. Which then gets populated into the corresponding Base. Strangely, when the automation sends out the email, it creates a strange and incorrect time signature along with the date (example: Saturday, 2023-09-24T02:26:00.000Z when it was the 23rd of September and at 9:26pm). It does not effect the base however, and places the correct date and time in there, but I am wondering if anyone has had this same issue and has found a way to correct it??

Yesterday I noticed that several of my base to base sync's are broken.In every instance the source base has a main table, with a sharable view.That view is sync'd to other bases in the workspace.Nothing has changed in the original source base to 'break' the sync.All the locations where the original base syncs out to have filters so only pertinent information is pulled across.I get the error "Unable to sync this source. Unable to sync new data" in all the bases that the source syncs to.I did find one other older post in here with something similar,  and tried those help steps that were listed, but they didn't solve the issue.I reached out to AT's live chat yesterday, and was told they couldn't help via chat.I also have a support email out, and am waiting on their response.I just thought I would ask the broader group if anyone had similar issues - appreciate any insights!

Hi there! I am using IF formulas in two separate formula fields and they work just fine. I am trying to merge the formulas in one field and it is not working. I'm inputing a list of records to the Update Record action. Let's say 3 records. I want a field in all three records updated. In the Record ID box if I enter a record id only one of the 3 records is updated. if I leave the record id box blank and click search I put one of the record field names in the Display box and I put the following formula in the Formula box.IF(OR({Net Profit} < 2,{ROI} < 0.4,{Average Rank (90 Days)} > 99999,{Amazon 3x Cost} < 3,{Pack QTY} > 2,{Estimated Monthly Sales} < 10,{# of FBA Sellers} > 5,{EUM} < 10,{EPM} < 13,{Rating} < 3,{Reviews} < 10,FIND("Oversize", {Product Size}) != 0,FIND("yes", {Amazon Sells and in Stock}) != 0),RECORD_ID(),BLANK())This formula is based off the filter I use in the Search Records action. When I try to exit I click ok and the 3 values of the field that I entered in the Display  box are displayed but I am unable to exit. It wants me to click ok again and if I do I just get the 3 values displayed

I'm writing a script in Airtable Extensions to pull data from Canvas API. I've set the per_page limit to 100, because that's the maximum number of objects Airtable will retrieve at once for an external API.I need to use pagination to download the rest of the results. According the Canvas API reference, it's in the response header Link value. I'm able to see this in Postman but how do I retrieve this in an Airtable script? How do I set up a loop to paginate until the end? In the Teams plan, can a form that's shared with a Commenter and filled out via mobile web browser be secured via password?

Hi The screen shot is of a table for sales in one of my bases. The 'pay window filter' field determines which pay month the date falls in, our pay windows run 25th to 24th, so 26th September would fall in Oct Pay Month. The 'Pay Month' Field formats that date into the correct Text format I want which then links to a second table called Pay Months where the record name is October 2023, November 2023 etc. As you can see from the screen shot, I've filled in a new record with a date, its automatically calculated the Pay window filter, but 'pay month' has automatically formatted the text and linked to the other table. Why is this, am i missing something? I thought this would automatically do that. I'm new to airtable just building out systems for my business, so any help much appreciated. 

I am unable to remove collaborators—and keep getting billed for them every month. I go into workplace settings and view the list of billable collaborators—of which three are listed— not including myself. I click on “add or manage workspace collaborators.” However, only I am visible. A search by name or email address also produces nothing. Please advise. Thanks!

Hello,I configured my date format to European on Airtable, however, when I send this data to Integromat and making a Google Sheet template, it reformats the date in US.Date on Airtable (03/12/2022) :Date format received by Integromat (2022-12-05, yes I know is not the same date :p) :Date on the template :Do you have any idea why the date format changes on export?Do you know any way to circumvent this?Thank you in advance!

I've set up an interface dashboard that pulls in data from two different tables. Within this dashboard are two number elements that are Field summery Sums of data from the two tables. In a third Number element I wanted to use a formula to divide one by the other, I thought I could use a very simple formula for this in the element itself, but I cant. Is it possible to do what I need in the interface dashboard?

Hi everyone. Recently, one of Airtable users shared their Workspace with me. There is a base in the workspace with a lot of automations, and sometimes they fail to run.The workspace (and the database) owner receives emails saying, "Something went wrong with an automation..." but I receive nothing. Is there a way to fix this and allow me as a collaborator receive those notifications?

Hello, I have one formula field {Ball 1 ?} in the table A . The formula checks another table {Ball 1} via a linked record to see if it contains an attachment. If it does, the computed field writes "Yes", if it is empty, it writes "No". This part works fine.I have another field (checkbox) named {Balloon 1} in the table A, that I want to add to the logic.But when I add {Balloon 1} to the condition:Meaning : If {Ball 1} OR {Balloon 1} is true, then writes "Yes" in {Ball 1 ? } and "No" if it is false.I receive an error and it doesn't accept the formula.Here is how I wrote it in the formula field {Ball 1 ?} : IF( OR( {Ball 1},{Balloon 1} ), " Yes", " No", )  How can I fix it ? Any advice ?

How do I have a formula based on 2 different multi-select fields, that will add a specified number to the resulting formula, based on how many options were selected for each multi-select field?Remember that each multi-select will be adding on different number.Here is my formula so far.   (IF( {Pull Factors Attract}, LEN({Pull Factors Attract}) - LEN( SUBSTITUTE( {Pull Factors Attract}, ",", "" ) ) ) + 0 ) * 2 + (IF( {Bonus Pull Factors}, LEN({Bonus Pull Factors}) - LEN( SUBSTITUTE( {Bonus Pull Factors}, ",", "" ) ) +0 ) + 2 ) * 1   You can see an example base here. Here is the scores I would like added for each option chosenPull Factors Attract: 2Bonus Pull Factors: 1However it's not quite working with records with an empty field.

I've set up a Table for recording my Staff working hours, moving from a paper system. Each day the staff member using a form, enters the date, name and number of hours worked, site location etc. When its time for payroll I want to create views that filter for last months payroll window. Our window runs from 25th of the month to 24th of next month. So when I'm preparing payroll on the 24th October, I want the view to filter out all results except those falling in 25th sept to 24th Oct pay window. I was trying to use filter so many days ago, but this varies each month depending if its 30 or 31 days. Is there a way of setting up a filter from the 25th of last month specifically?

Working on costuming for a film - have 4 main tables of Actors, Costumes, Scenes, and Characters.There's a lot of table to table referencing going on w/ lookups...But one thing I would LOVE to be able to do:When looking at the COSTUMES table (characters have multiple costumes) - there is a lookup field that shows what SCENES that costume is used in.  (Scenes are described by a number).In the SCENES table - I have a check mark field to keep track of what scene is wrapped (already shot)Back in the COSTUMES table, the scenes a costume is used in all show up as a list of numbers in little grey pill boxes. I'd LOVE it if the color of those pill boxes could be colored differently if they have a checkmark in the "wrapped" field in the scenes table.I created a conditional coloring of records in that SCENES table... but alas, it does not translate that record color over to the pills in the lookup field in the COSTUMES table. This image is from the COSTUMES table - pointing at a lookup fiel
