I'm having an issue adding a "new product" under the Emails list. So I went into the "products list" to add one in. I returned back to the "Emails list" and it's not there. I can only change the names of the product under "products list" only. How do I add a "new product" to the Emails list, especially when it won't show up when I add it to the products list? Also, I tried changing the name when I was under the Emails list and it wouldn't let me.

I need to add up the total days of sick leave, as well as the total vacation leave. This way I can track if they have reached the maximum # of leaves. Can someone assist me?

Hi, I've put together a few Interface pages that I'm very happy with. Dashboard pages allow you to add various elements together in the same page, but for any other page type this option disappears.Is it possible to add an element to, for instance, a List page?My use case is to add critical information/instructions at the top of the page, or a button to submit feedback specifically on that page. I would simply put my List in a Dashboard page, however doing that removes the ability to use filter tabs, which I need. (Yes, I'm aware of the ability to filter lists in a different way in the Dashboard, but I specifically need the tabs, and the option to "Collapse all by default"...neither of which are available in the List element in Dashboard pages.)

I want to get the creation date of my records and I can't figure out what the variable is.Is there way I can get it, like I can get the record ID (record.getId()). Hello everyone,Always with the ultimate goal of creating the perfect automated ToDo List,I have a script I was able to write that copies tasks from one table, pastes them into another table. The script copies the important information (task name, task categories, who's responsible and when it needs to be done). My script then links the task to the event in the ToDo Lists.But it's impossible to copy the dependencies between my tasks (link to another record) directly into the script. In any case, I was unable to do so and no one replied to my previous post. I got around the problem by asking the script to copy the dependency links from my main table into a text column in my ToDo Lists table.So I created a second automation to "Update record" the new records created by my script, to copy the text from the text column to the parent Task column, which is a link column to other records.As I said, I have about ten child tasks linked to its parent task (13 parent tasks) and I guess that's what

Hi everyone,I have a start and end date field in one of my tables and I am trying to find a way to get airtable to tag each month within the range. Essentially I want to know how many were active between 8/30/2019 and 7/31/2020. I haven't been able to figure out the filters because if a record was 7/30/2019-9/1/2020, it wouldn't show up. My workaround is getting the months range and then I can use that multiple select field to do the filtering.Any suggestions?Thank you in advance

We want to connect their name and email (as submitted in the form) to a preexisting linked record with their details.  Sometimes, staff will fill in multiple names and emails at once, separated by commas. So I'm tracking vehicles in my base(s), and I typically use a formula for my primary field for ease of search for my coworkers:  CONCATENATE("Branch #"," ",Location," ",Year," ",Make," ",Model," ",VIN) Ends up yielding something like Branch #123 2022 Ford F-150 1FTCR15X0TTA01050 This works really well for us, because we use that primary field in a wide variety of forms and other linked bases, so if someone doesn't know their vin, they can search by branch and narrow it down, etc. What I'm trying to get my head around is how to (if possible) reference a single selects selection in an IF statement re: that primary field?  An order to request a new vehicle adds a new line to the base, and as we process the order at that point we add in make, year, model, etc.  Until we do that the concatenate formula just returns "Branch #123" because the other fields are blank so its hard for folks to track their orders and see any inf

My base is a table copied from and synced to another source base. Is there a way to break the sync with the source base but still retain the data so that I may edit the table?

I have a column with the title 'Country', and I am trying to add a new formula column which identifies the Country and creates an entry for the Region automatically. I can get the first IF function to select one region, but when I try to add the second, it fails. Hi everyone,I have an automation here that works perfectly fine when I add a new dataset into my grid view. Once I switch to a form to add a new dataset the automation doesn't work properly. The automation I duplicated starts but the value is wrong. With a single automation nothing at all happens.Not sure what it is. Maybe the trigger "when record is updated" vs "when record is created". I duplicated everything tried to keep everything the same, which is not really possible. Hello! I am working with a formula that is computing a rate for each area that is being updated from a submissions tab; however, not every area has data yet, so Airtable assumes 0. This means that in the future records we get the output NaN as we are dividing by 0 at the moment. Is there a function or if statement that can be used to detect if there’s and NaN output, and if so, set it to 0? Thank you!

Is there a way to update manually a "Last modified by" or "Last modified time" field?We use a field to check who was the last person to update an ID field. But we sometime have to bulk update these fields for cleaning or managing the database and the "last modified by" is now entirely set to the creator/admin who made the update.- Is there a way to update manually these fields?- Is there an existing extension for this? or a script ?- Maybe there is a way to "impersonate" a user in order to set the needed values to those fields? Hi community,I have two table, the first one is a database synchronised with many other, fulfilled directly by stores themself and it is creating a product list. The second table is contact information about the stores.I would like to link phone, number and adress regarding the store concerned.In my screenshots, green circled data are synchronised, and the red circled one are thoose I want to import from the table "ENTREPRISE INFOS".So in "BDD ARTICLE" table, if Sync Source is "Magasin 1", I want to display information regarding "Magasin 1" in my "ENTREPRISE INFOS" table.I didn't find any way to do it, thanks a lot for your help 🙂

I have a warning that my file is over the limit of 1,000 records per base, but it only has 531 records.The warning says it has 1145 records. There is no filter applied, it only has 531 records!Nothing else is over the limit.

Hi everyone, I searched through the community posts but could not find anything.Using a formula I created custom URL for every person in our company that will allow prefills in a form.CONCATENATE('https://airtable.com/appxxxx','?prefill_Your Name=',Name)for example 'https://airtable.com/appxxxx','?prefill_Your Name=',John Doe)Problem is that there are now blanks and therefore only the first part of link is recognised as such. I know that I can use %20 is used in the final URL. On table A, I've added a linked record field to table B. On table A, I can add lookup fields from the linked record on table B.But on table B, I cannot add lookup fields:> No available sources to look up. Add a lookup source, then try to configure your lookup again.I created a new linked record field with the same configuration on table A and the lookup works both way. Is there a way to fix my original field to work both way too? 

Hello, I'm really enjoying building for the first time in Airtable but need some help creating a script (if that's the best approach).I have a form where users will put in 3 comma separated words to describe the Niche they work in.I want to turn this column into tags, so that I can group records by common Niche.My understanding is that I need to write a script to go inside an automation that fires when that field is not empty on a new record (when the form is filled in). And takes the text, parses it based on the commas and then adds it to my Tags column which is a multi-select field.I've tried using claude.ai and chatgpt to write the script portion but they're failing! Hi (newbie here),Can you do a rollup on a Lookup field in a different grid?I have a table of employees.  There is a table of Trips where we look up the employees from the employee table.  Then I have a Departures Table that pulls in the Employee information from the Trips table. Hello,My sister operates a bakery from her home, and I want to make things easier for her by creating a system in Airtable where she can take orders for her products.As a bonus I'd like to be able to track repeat orders from customers as a way to determine customer preferences, habits, trends, etc.There are a few problems I'm finding with this. Airtable has no way for customers to "make an account" so to speak. I'm inclined to create a table for customers, but...Customers would need to complete a separate form if they're a new customer, then come back to the order form, which feels cumbersome.For each customer that already exists in the base, Airtable will reveal all of the names in the customer table whenever a returning customer begins to search for their name, which just doesn't sit right.We could simply request name and phone number each time, but I'm not sure if that will allow me to combine those records based on phone number in order to be able to assess trends based on those or
