The record limit will not allow me to see my task. I have the free version so I deleted some completed tasks, so I'm able to see my task list but it still will not let me see because of the limit. Please anything that could help me view this again without upgrading the service. 

Airtable have recently released a new popout feature for the calendars in interface designer.When clicking on a record in the calendar element, a new popout appears before you can get to the record detail view. To get to the record detail you have to click the expansion arrows in the top right of the popout:How can this popout be disabled and go back to how Airtable used to work where you clicked on a record in the calendar and it would take you straight to the record detail?

Let's say we have a row with a product & prices for that product at four regional stores:Chocolate BarStore A: $1Store B: $3Store C: $2Store 😧 $5I'd like a formula that would look across the store prices, determine the highest price, and then return the name of that field. I want a function that would return "Store D" in the example above.MAX(Store A, Store B, Store C, Store D) will help me identify the highest price, but it returns the $5 value, not the field name Store D. How do I get something like MAX returning the winning field name?Thanks!

Hello,I'm reaching out for help on Interface Design ---> How can I add an editable checklist into my Interface? I keep running into problems (outlined below). If there's a simple way to add a checklist of, for example, 10 items, with an editable checkbox by each one that would be great.Attempt 1: Use the "checklist" markdown formatting in a text box. While I am editing, I can check/uncheck boxes, however, when I publish the Interface and attempt to change the checkboxes in the live interface, I can no longer edit them. (Meaning, only "editors" can check/uncheck boxes, but normal Interface users cannot). This is the feature that uses the checkbox in a text list instead of a bullet or dash.Attempt 2: Inserting a "checkbox" field into the interface as an element. I figured I could just insert the checkbox from a "checkbox" column into the Interface, but the formatting doesn't work. To group records for planning purposes, I use a unique code for each record, then a custom text field to assign one of those codes to records that need to be grouped. This is for planning vegetable plantings with multiple vegetables in a plot. Here's an example of how that works:Where ID + Field Date is generated, and then I manually assign one of those codes to "planning ID" where those crops need to be considered as a group for certain planning activities. For planning purposes, I have a view that groups crop/records by planning ID. I also have one that sorts by crop in alphabetical order. However, I need a visualisation that does both - e.g. I need to be able to sort by crop AND visualise the other crops that are grouped by the same planning ID. I don't necessarily need an easy link to those other relevant records, but it'd help hugely with Day-to-Day if I can find "Bush Bean Xera - 300 Transplants" alphabetically, and easily see the names of the other records it rela

On this view,I need to create groupings based on the Max Price and Listing Price.The amount should match, but when I tried to do the grouping it did not show the correct numbers.here's the current setup.  Here's the outcome.The Max Price Should be $280k but why is it that the Listing Price of $285k was included on this group which supposedly was not? 

Hi,I am trying to create a table that has one input field - the name of a product. This field is used to look up the article number of the product from another table - the catalogue. I then want to use the article number to look up data from a third table, which will tell me whether this product is in stock or not. I don't want to use a second input field to keep the use of the table as simple as possible.Can you help me out with a solution to my problem?Thank you for your help in advance.

Hi all - I've noticed a new issue in interfaces. When I add a text element, it does not expand to show multiple lines of text. In the screenshots below, see that I've added a text element containing a bulleted list with two lines. They both appear when I'm clicked into the text box (although the blue box only surrounds the first line), but as soon as I click out of the text box the second line disappears. I cannot find a way to resize it. Didn't the resizing used to happen automatically as more lines were added?I feel like this has just started happening recently. Has anyone else noticed this issue?Thanks,Kelsey

Hi All, Wanted to ask for help on how I can approach this. I have 4 coulmns (A, B, C, D) - I want to check which columns are not empty. Example, A has a value (Apple), B, C are empty, D has a value(Orange) I have another column called Summary. I want to display columns that have value. In the example, I would like to display Apple, Orange. Your help is appreciated. Thanks!

Good morning!I am trying to determine how much I am making per hour at various markets that I vend.I input my markets with a start date+time field and an end date time field and have that calculate out to a duration field.       I also have my earnings field (which is what I made minus event fees, also calculated out).  *it's the "Minus Fees" column I'm using for my final calculationsLogically, I should just be able to do my earnings / duration = dollars per hour amountor in my chart's terms: {minus fees} / {duration (show)} = $ per hour amount  However, instead of getting a nice dollar value, this is what I see:I feel like I'm missing something incredibly obvious here because obviously,$1,124.17 / 7 hours does not equal $0.04 cents. It should be $160.56.Can someone spot where I've gone wrong?   Thanks!

Hello, I'm not sure which category this would fall under. I'm working on generating an automated report based on our data. I don't want it to be too long, so under one filtered category, I only want the report to pull information tied to a checked-off box that was only checked off in the last 7-14 days. (I'd like to be able to change the date as needed) The checkboxes live in our subtasks field and are rich text. Is there a way to sort when these boxes where checked based on date? For example, in the screenshot below, I only want to pull the checked boxes with green, not the ones with red: Is this possible? Thanks a bunch! Thank you,Lindsay

I would like to set-up an automation using "Run a script" that checks the text in the primary field [Name] for a matching value in a multi-select field [Topic] and then populates the field with the matching value. I am trying to solve the problem that I have illustrated in the image below. I am trying to create/calculate (see image) {Rate} and {Day Total}. In the below example, the first record for "Old Cypress - Weaned Calves," if the "Weaned Calves" == "Pasture" then pull in the value .70, and then multiply that value with the "Inventory" of 450. This will result in a "Day Rate" of $350. Any help will be appreciated! Thank you! 

I'm trying to get two conditons from two fields that contain certain text that if True produces a duration value.  I can get it to work work one condition but when I add the second it will not work.  Can someone see what I'm doing wrong? This Formula works: IF(FIND("ABC",Origin),3600,0) But when I add the second condition it shows all 0's on the fields that contain "ABC" and the fields the doesn't contain"ABC" gets the 3600: IF(AND(FIND("ABC",Origin)),AND(FIND("New",{Lane class}),3600,0)) Thanks 

What's a good way to copy data from one field to another in the same table?Currently, I have data in Field A that I want to copy to Field B because I want to deactivate Field A (probably hide it.) Then, going forward current processes where data was entered via a form to Field A would instead be entered into Field B.So, this is a one-time need but there may be other changes in the data structure where having an automation in place that performs this task would be handy.If this is an automation, I'm not sure what to use as a trigger.Any ideas are welcome.

Hi! I think this is simple, but can't figure it out...I have a base where I have a “Sales“ tab, here I have the date, client, and price sold. This tab has all the sales for the entire month. I can make a new “Daily view“ and filter by date, so now I can see only the current date. I can see totals here...I need to have an automation send me the total sales for the DAY. I can get(find records) the “Daily View“ from the sales tab, but I can only see a list/grid with numbers for each sale... i want to see a TOTAL DAILY SALES.Help! 

Hello All,I have an automation that uses a for loop to create a new record based on input from a form. When the automation is tested in "run as configured" mode the new records are created as expected. However, when testing live the automation fails to create the record. However other aspects of the automation completed correctly so I know the automation is triggering as it should. The fact that the tests are working correctly makes me think that the issue lies with something on the Airtable side and not the automation side. Could this be the case? Thanks!

Hi fellow Airtablers!Could anyone suggest how can I make the ''Next charge'' date field recurring on a yearly basis every year if the toggle in ''Frequency'' is set to ''Yearly''? This dilemma is driving me nuts 😞 Right now, I just have a formula in that field:DATEADD({Latest charge}, 1, 'years')But it's not ideal because I would need to manually update ''Latest Charge'' field with the previous year every year.Ideally, I'd love to solve this with a formula because I'd have lots of entries, and it may be a bit cumbersome to create automation for each and every entry.But if automation to update the latest charge is absolutely needed, what is the best way to go about it/set it up? 

I am trying to create an automation that will update a record. I want to add a linked record from one field (Field A) to a different field (Field b). Field A will have only one linked record in it. Field B allows multiple linked records. Right now, whenever i update the record with the info from Field A, it either overwrites everything that was in Field B or it creates a new linked record that merges the info that was in Field A with the info that was previously in Field B. Is it possible to automate this kind of update? thanks for any help! is this possible?
