I'm looking for a way to automate my sales summary by country without having to predefine the countries in my Airtable base.I have a sales order table with detailed information, including the quantity of products sold and the country they were shipped to. I need to create a separate table that dynamically summarizes the total sales by country.Challenge:The "Total Sales by Country" table should update automatically as new sales data comes in.I cannot predetermine the countries since new orders may come from previously unlisted countries.Current Setup:My orders table includes fields for order number, customer name, quantity purchased, shipping city, shipping country, and product.I have created an example of what the summary table should look like with hardcoded data, but I need this to be generated automatically.Request:How can I set up a rollup or a summary table that automa

Without using forms, but within AirTable itself, is there any option to build anything like a flow chart, where selecting different options would show different fields to input data?For example let's assume I have an employees table. Each employee can either be employed directly or via a subcontractor - for each option I need to fill out different fields, and then for each one of them they can be in different departments, and for each department I want different fields filled out once again and so on.Is there any way to do that?

Do you know how manufacturing facilities have a "days since last accident/injury/whatever" sign? I need to create something like that on a dashboard. I was hoping to be able to use the simple "summary" extension but I can't seem to figure out how to do it.I have a table that tracks events and their corresponding dates. Events happen almost every day. Every once in a while, there is a day that has 0 events. Each event also has a time duration (minutes). On days with no events at all, a record is still created (via automation) for charting purposes, and the field that shows the duration of the event will show 0. I'd like to be able to display the number of days since the date when there were no events. Example:DATEEVENT DURATION (MINUTES)5 days ago15 days ago44 days ago03 days ago33 days ago83 days ago102 days ago3Yesterday1Yesterday6Today6Today4So if you view this summary extension block "today", it would show "4" because we've gone 4 days without seeing a 0.How can I do

Hello-I have created a field with single select options. Is it possible to create a link such that when an option is selected it will link to a new field with new sub categories? Example: Field= Clothing with  Single Select Options: Skirt, pants, suit., etc.  When "Skirt" is selected, I'd like a new subcategory further defining skirt to become available either to populate the same field or a new field ex:  mini, knee, maxi, long. I created PAT as followed in documentation and copied it's token but I can't use it.I do get an "Error 403" in Make when I use my PAT there and I also get "Invalid Personal Access Token" in Xano.I checked the documentation regarding it and it seems I don't understand how to use it since I only wanted to use the template as base here in airtable and use it's table in Xano as a test data.

Is it possible to exclude records that have a zero value from an average rollup?

I use Airtable to track and schedule vaccinations for the animals in my calf barn. Using the birthdate of the calf, I have formulas in the due date fields to calculate the appropriate date to give each vaccine to each animal. Then I have a field with a checkbox to indicate when that vaccination has been completed. I use the calendar view with this table to show me what I need to complete on any given day. This works well, but what I want to create is an automation that removes the item from the calendar view after I check it off as being completed in the grid view. I would even settle for the date of that item being changed to a date 6 months in the past or something, just as long as it doesn’t keep showing up and cluttering my current calendar. But most automations I have tried can’t alter a “calculated date”, which most of my fields are because they are all based on the birth date of the calf. Hi,I'm having trouble with Airtable displaying options off the visible screen. So far I have experienced this with automation menus (first image) and creating dropdown fields (second image). Is there a way to force these menus to only appear on the visible sections of the screen or a way to scroll these back into view?Thanks for the help.

I have a Pro account, but want to allow some users to have Read Only access to an Interface I have created. I did the Share, but it doesn't show up for them on their login page anywhere we can see.Is there something I am missing to get them to view the interface?

Thanks in advance to everyone.I'm wondering how can I create a formula which allows me to know if an event has ocurred the past week, but I don't want the event of the past 7 days, I really need the past week. For example: if today is wednesday I want to know what had happened between the monday and the sunday of the past week.I have done it by this formula: IF(DATETIME_FORMAT(SET_TIMEZONE(NOW(), 'Europe/Madrid'), 'W')-1={EVENT WEEK}, 1, 0), but the problem with this formula is that it is not going to work the first week of the year, because, obviously, that is the 1st week and the last week is 54 so the formula is not going to show the "1" which filters the view that I've created with that condition. I dn't know if I've explained well. Is it possible to create conditional views of events in Calendar View?I'm trying to build a publicly-accessible calendar of events. Some events are open to the public. Others are private. For private events, I want to limit the information about the event (just showing that something is taking place on a date during a specific timeframe so it's known that time is unavailable). For public events, I'd like to show information about the event (I have Event Title and Event Description fields in my table).So there are two overall goals:Show all events so that viewers know those times are unavailable to rentFor public events, show some details about the event.

I am the owner of a workspace with pro licens and I want a user to be able to add values for selected records but nothing else. After some time I want to lock the values. Can this be done? In a base there is a table that allows only creators to create/delete records. The table contains sensitive data in a specific field. A view of the data filters out, say, data belonging to March and is named “march-data”. The view is locked A user with permission “Editor” is granted edit permissions in the specific field. The user can now add values in the specific field in the march-data view — great! But The user can go to the filter and “duplicate as personal view”. In the view “march-data copy” the user can change the filter to display, say, February. Now the user can change all data belonging to February — not so great! If the user has permission level “commenter” the user cannot add any values — not so good. I am stuck in between two permission levels. And I don’t think my wishes are overl

I have a product that expires in one year. If they purchase an upgrade, it extends the expiration another year. The records are added individually to Airtable. How do I say IF this email address has product A, check to see if it also has product B in another record?

Hello! I am trying to figure out a formula to help me calculate a score for a multiple select field. For example, I have 6 different issues to choose from. If they select “no issues” I want the score to be “20”, if they select 1 of the issues, I want the score to be “5”, and if they select 2 or more of the issues, I want the score to be “0”. Is there a way to do this with a multiple select field? Thank you in advance!

One of my workspaces is showing 1.3GB / 1GB Attachment space used, so I deleted some Photoshop files that I don't need in there (as I have them saved in DropBox) and it's still showing up as 1.3GB / 1GB Attachment space. Why won't it refresh with the new, correct attachment space number?

I have several fields of checkboxes marking different assets available in our library. I would love to create a signal field that would list which fields are still unchecked. Is this possible? Thanks in advance for any help, I am new to Airtable and to using formulas at all. Having trouble figuring this one out, but I’m sure it’s a simple solution. Context: I grow mushrooms, 3 different strains (K, B, L). Every day I prepare a new batch (8 bags, same strain). Every week I prepare 5 batches, 1 batch per day, mon–fri. I need to create a unique record for each batch. Currently, I am using a concatenate formula to combine the strain code (K, B, or L) with the week number it was created. i.e. K.40 My Problem: 2 days of the week, I will repeat the same batch (strain type) I did earlier in the week, which leaves me with two instances of the same thing (K.40). I need a formula or combination of formulas that can identify when the same batch code has appeared twice in one week, and then assign only the second instance of that occurrence with a (.2) i.e. K.40.2. I'm trying to do this exact functionality from excel, within airtable: Dependent Drop Down Lists Essentially, the single field drop down list will update depending upon the input to another field, as seen below Fruit & Vegetable have two different list options. Is there an easy way to do this, maybe through linking back to a key in another table? Any suggestions help!   

I’m trying to create a formula field which calculates the number of days in a specific month between two dates. For example, the date range 2020-01-27 to 2020-03-12 has: 5 days in January 29 days in February 12 days in March So in a formula field calculating the “January Days” between the two dates, the value would be “5”. This has me utterly stumped, can anyone help?
