Hi, I am trying to automate an email message with invoice details for the finance department to create an invoice. For each record (invoice) I have one or multiple sales, invoice lines, so each record will have fields with multiple linked data. In the body of my email I would like to split out these fields by the invoice line (sold item), but they lump together by the fields on one line.Message body build up: Below you can see Sale #1 and Sale #2 with their corresponding fields are clustered on the same line. But i have some problems:Even tho my scenario runs successfully, the post dosnt get posted to LinkedIn, the problem is the image.I dont know how to get the image from Google Sheet/Airtable to the LinkedIn module, even tho i use a HTTPmodule, which is weird.Here is the scenario:This is in the output from the LinkedIn module:The image URL is public, so Make can find it.Do you guys have any tips?

Using the insert Grid/List of Records into Automation email how can I include more than the Name field of the record,? Similar to what you can do with a Grid in the Page Layout designer? So the result in the email would look like:Name 1 Date StatusName 2 Date StatusName 3 Date Status Again this is a field in the main record that looks up related records that I want a Grid of, but with more details.

I have an automation attached to a button, and I want to insert the user who is logged in to a field. I can’t seem to figure this out. Is there a current_user() formula?

I have several single select columns with "yes/no" selection answers. I want to make a sort of if/than formula to combine the information from those yes/no columns. For example, in the photo below, there are columns a, b, c ,d, e. We will call those each "foods" for the purpose of the example. If someone says "Yes" to foods a, d, e but they say No to foods b and c, can I make a column that combines the yes data? I would like a formula field to show that the person has chosen foods a, d, e, just like how a multi select field looks. I have thought about using If statements, but I'm not sure if that will allow multiple answers into 1 column. I'm not even 100% sure a formula can give me the information I need. Does anyone have any input on this? 

When I use to copy a base via public share link, automations copied over as well. They were just turned off.Now when I do it, automations aren't copied. They're all gone.Am I doing something wrong? Was this removed?

hi fellow community members, I'm scheduling a series of posts on Instagram.I have created post and assets tables on the same base. However, the image previews formatted as PDFs never show through Lookup. In the attached screenshots you'll see that only one is coming through. That's a PNG screenshot. I understand that this was a major issue in 2020. Does anyone have a solution?Thank you so much!Rafael

Hello Airtable community,I've been working on a project where users input data through a form, and the results are recorded in the base. I have set up a rollup field for each question to calculate the average of the results per field. Now, I want to create a graph in Interface Designer that displays all the columns along with their averages in a single graph and sorts them from highest to lowest average.I'm currently having a hard time achieving this, and I'm wondering if I'm approaching it the wrong way. I'm looking for a way to automate my sales summary by country without having to predefine the countries in my Airtable base.I have a sales order table with detailed information, including the quantity of products sold and the country they were shipped to. Without using forms, but within AirTable itself, is there any option to build anything like a flow chart, where selecting different options would show different fields to input data?For example let's assume I have an employees table. Each employee can either be employed directly or via a subcontractor - for each option I need to fill out different fields, and then for each one of them they can be in different departments, and for each department I want different fields filled out once again and so on.Is there any way to do that?

Do you know how manufacturing facilities have a "days since last accident/injury/whatever" sign? I need to create something like that on a dashboard. I was hoping to be able to use the simple "summary" extension but I can't seem to figure out how to do it.I have a table that tracks events and their corresponding dates. Events happen almost every day. Every once in a while, there is a day that has 0 events. Each event also has a time duration (minutes). Hello-I have created a field with single select options. Is it possible to create a link such that when an option is selected it will link to a new field with new sub categories? Example: Field= Clothing with  Single Select Options: Skirt, pants, suit., etc.  When "Skirt" is selected, I'd like a new subcategory further defining skirt to become available either to populate the same field or a new field ex:  mini, knee, maxi, long. I created PAT as followed in documentation and copied it's token but I can't use it.I do get an "Error 403" in Make when I use my PAT there and I also get "Invalid Personal Access Token" in Xano.I checked the documentation regarding it and it seems I don't understand how to use it since I only wanted to use the template as base here in airtable and use it's table in Xano as a test data.

Is it possible to exclude records that have a zero value from an average rollup?

I use Airtable to track and schedule vaccinations for the animals in my calf barn. Using the birthdate of the calf, I have formulas in the due date fields to calculate the appropriate date to give each vaccine to each animal. Then I have a field with a checkbox to indicate when that vaccination has been completed. I use the calendar view with this table to show me what I need to complete on any given day. This works well, but what I want to create is an automation that removes the item from the calendar view after I check it off as being completed in the grid view. I would even settle for the date of that item being changed to a date 6 months in the past or something, just as long as it doesn’t keep showing up and cluttering my current calendar. But most automations I have tried can’t alter a “calculated date”, which most of my fields are because they are all based on the birth date of the calf. Hi,I'm having trouble with Airtable displaying options off the visible screen. So far I have experienced this with automation menus (first image) and creating dropdown fields (second image). Is there a way to force these menus to only appear on the visible sections of the screen or a way to scroll these back into view?Thanks for the help.   

I've been trying to update a multipleCollaborator field without overwriting. I have a Pro account, but want to allow some users to have Read Only access to an Interface I have created. I did the Share, but it doesn't show up for them on their login page anywhere we can see.Is there something I am missing to get them to view the interface?

Thanks in advance to everyone.I'm wondering how can I create a formula which allows me to know if an event has ocurred the past week, but I don't want the event of the past 7 days, I really need the past week. For example: if today is wednesday I want to know what had happened between the monday and the sunday of the past week.I have done it by this formula: IF(DATETIME_FORMAT(SET_TIMEZONE(NOW(), 'Europe/Madrid'), 'W')-1={EVENT WEEK}, 1, 0), but the problem with this formula is that it is not going to work the first week of the year, because, obviously, that is the 1st week and the last week is 54 so the formula is not going to show the "1" which filters the view that I've created with that condition. I dn't know if I've explained well. My english is not as fluent as it should be. Again, thanks in advance.
