Hi all, I've been a fly on the wall in the community for a while now, today I need some help. I reviewed this post to help me with my problem, however I'm still running into issues I can't seem to get around with my current ability. Hi all, is it possible to run the “Sync now” command which synchronizes the records from the source base through a script? I would like to create an automation that has a webhook as its trigger and this script as an action. This is because I have a scenario on Integromat which sometimes fails as it does not find the record that has not yet been synchronized (despite there is a 5 minute “sleep” module). We recently encountered an issue where a user ad hoc added options to a multi select field that should not have been there.Is there any way to lock down available field options so a user is not able to add them in?

Today the "Expand the table" feature stopped working for me. I see it's happened to others in the past. I'm using the work-around of creating enough empty records in the destination table before I paste, but that's only feasible for small datasets. If there's a way to automatically create a specified number of empty records, that would be helpful, too.I don't think mismatched structure between origin and destination tables is the problem, as I had always been able to paste records into a mismatched view when I wasn't paying attention.Has Airtable has ever addressed why this happens? It would be great to be able to fix it, as my business process is heavily dependent on this feature.

I’m probably missing something, but how do I get the current day of the year? For instance, we have WEEKNUM(TODAY()), but not DAYNUM(TODAY())? I can do year(today()), and week(today() but when I do day(today()) it shows the day of the month and not the year. Thanks! Example: Jan 1st 2021 is day 1, etc.

Hi everydody,I'm getting crazy and I can't believe Airtable haven't previewed this option, but I cannot find the solution to my problem.i'm trying to filter a view from a Date field. Actually, being on the 8th of October, I would like to filter all the IDs from the 1st day of september to the last day September. So, in our case, between the 01/09/2023 and the 30/09/2023. And obviously I want it in dynamic, as if, next month, I will want to filter between the 01/10/2023 and the 31/10/2023.As shown below, When I select the logical choice "Date included in the period" + "Last Month", it selects me, being the 8th of october, between the 08/09/2023 and the 08/10/2023, as if I had asked "the last 30 days".Does anybody can help me, please ?Thanks a lot 

Today, we could not copy-and-paste the external data (like excel, csv, google sheet ...) with multiple rows to Airtable's table properly.When we paste many records and need to expand the rows, nothing happens. Then what I could observed into the browser console log is shown below, yes, it has an error from the Airtable.Please solve this bug, Airtable team, this problem stops our works!!*** The work around for this moment is, we must create empty rows enough before pasting data, then we could survive during the wait for Airtable team to solve this.

Hi! I'm looking for a way to combine multiple Sync'd Table Views into a single Table.  I feel like this should be relatively easy, but i'm not thinking about the solution properly. I'll explain belowI have 3 Project Teams, and each team has their own AirTable Base for tracking their staff, and a bunch of fields relevant to that.I have a Studio Leadership Base, that has all 3 of these Projects syncing a view upwards so Leadership can see everything combined and create more holistic studio reports.The Leadership Base looks like this:Combined Studio Table   /     Project 1 Sync   / Project 2 Sync   / Project 3 Sync   /I'm a little stumped how to take Project 1, 2, and 3 tables and have all of that information appear in a single view in the Combined Studio Tablethanks in advance!  

Hello again,I am trying to puzzle out the best way to know if a member of an organization has lapsed in their membership dues and when they were due.I have a payment table with records of each payment by members with the date of the payments. I want to list members who have not paid in 12 months since last payment and, list them as lapsed in the renew column.Added problem. The table lists all payments over time. So each member could have many entries of payments in the table. I only want to test on the latest payment per member. Yikes!Anyone have any thoughts on this?Thanks in advance, Scott

Hi there,I would like to organise the data based upon each individual user in the linked lookup field on the right hand side. When grouping the data it groups all of the looked up fields together. Is there a way of sorting the data to be per every individual linked user. So each user has a set of this data.Any help would be greatly appreciated,Bart

Is it possible to embed a two-week calendar view on a website? 

My script was working and then it wasn't after I increased my records from 50 to 100. With 100 records the script was being terminated after 30 seconds. 30 real time seconds is an eternity for computers. I will paste my simple script below and appreciate if you can provide some insight on why the script runs so slowly.First some background. My first Airtable automation triggers on a change to a Field in a Table. The following action is Find Records there are conditions in the action and the found records are output as a list of records that past the conditions. Next was the Repetable action that can take the list of records as input and inside I added the Update Record action. Here I hit the wall, for the life of  me I could find no way to auto extract the Record ID from the individual records in the list as input to Update Record.Next I turned to Make but ended in the weeds with the same issue. I used the same Airtable actions except Repetable was replaced with a Make Iterator. B

I have some numbers i need to include in a string.These numbers needs to be rounded down to two decimals, which I use ROUND() to do, my problem comes if the number has trailing zero's fx:233.50 becomes 233.5233.00 becomes 233Does anyone know how can keep the trailing zeros? 

I have this formula as 1 of 3 parts that's extracting certain bits of data from a reference cell into 3 adjacent cells. I have a Zap that uses the "Find Many Records (With Line Item Support) in Airtable".It seems the search is limited to only 10 records.Is this the limit of the function or is something else happening that I'm missing?

Hello,I am reaching out to see if anyone else has had this problem and knows how to fix this.We use a form that is to file reports at the end of a shift, which includes the time stamp of when the form is being filled out. This form is then sent out to Administration and Management staff via the Automation tool in Airtable. Which then gets populated into the corresponding Base. Strangely, when the automation sends out the email, it creates a strange and incorrect time signature along with the date (example: Saturday, 2023-09-24T02:26:00.000Z when it was the 23rd of September and at 9:26pm). It does not effect the base however, and places the correct date and time in there, but I am wondering if anyone has had this same issue and has found a way to correct it??

Yesterday I noticed that several of my base to base sync's are broken.In every instance the source base has a main table, with a sharable view.That view is sync'd to other bases in the workspace.Nothing has changed in the original source base to 'break' the sync.All the locations where the original base syncs out to have filters so only pertinent information is pulled across.I get the error "Unable to sync this source. Unable to sync new data" in all the bases that the source syncs to.I did find one other older post in here with something similar,  and tried those help steps that were listed, but they didn't solve the issue.I reached out to AT's live chat yesterday, and was told they couldn't help via chat.I also have a support email out, and am waiting on their response.I just thought I would ask the broader group if anyone had similar issues - appreciate any insights!

Hi there! I am using IF formulas in two separate formula fields and they work just fine. I am trying to merge the formulas in one field and it is not working. I'm inputing a list of records to the Update Record action. Let's say 3 records. I want a field in all three records updated. In the Record ID box if I enter a record id only one of the 3 records is updated. if I leave the record id box blank and click search I put one of the record field names in the Display box and I put the following formula in the Formula box.IF(OR({Net Profit} < 2,{ROI} < 0.4,{Average Rank (90 Days)} > 99999,{Amazon 3x Cost} < 3,{Pack QTY} > 2,{Estimated Monthly Sales} < 10,{# of FBA Sellers} > 5,{EUM} < 10,{EPM} < 13,{Rating} < 3,{Reviews} < 10,FIND("Oversize", {Product Size}) != 0,FIND("yes", {Amazon Sells and in Stock}) != 0),RECORD_ID(),BLANK())This formula is based off the filter I use in the Search Records action. When I try to exit I click ok and the 3 values of the field that I entered in the Display  box are displayed but I am unable to exit. It wants me to click ok again and if I do I just get the 3 values displayed

I'm writing a script in Airtable Extensions to pull data from Canvas API. I've set the per_page limit to 100, because that's the maximum number of objects Airtable will retrieve at once for an external API.I need to use pagination to download the rest of the results. According the Canvas API reference, it's in the response header Link value. I'm able to see this in Postman but how do I retrieve this in an Airtable script? How do I set up a loop to paginate until the end?
