Hi All,I have an automation issue coming from a formula field.The lookup field is coming from Tasks table, and the regions are repetitive, so i created a formula to make it as a text and im hoping the automation will take the Regions Text to a normal editable field 'TASKS - Regions', but it updates it with a blank value in the end (the blue circle in the end). Hi there, I’m a long term user of Trello and new to Airtable. Trello had a feature where you could forward emails to your board. I would have a to-do list board and whenever I got a request emailed to me I could just forward it to the board and it would create a to-do item for me. Does this function exist within Airtable? I am trying to incorporate a formula column which looks for entries which may include swear words, but I cant seem to get this formula to work. Here is a snippet (I've taken out a lot of the middle which is just 3230 different swear words) but the beginning and end are there. Hi Community,I'm trying to purchase a Teams account but I am part of an entity that is not allowed to pay taxes. The form I'm sent to has a space for a credit card and says I'll be charged "applicable taxes". I'm not actually sure what happens when I hit 'submit' after entering a credit card, is it charged then or is there some other page I get sent to? I expect the former.Is there a way to pay for Airtable without paying taxes?

In my "CRM" database, I am building out a reporting table that gets rollups of IDs from other tables (i.e. interactions, etc) and am trying to get one array of IDs that I can count to determine the number of unique IDsInteractions TableOne to Many Contacts, lookup field of Contact Record IDs from "Contacts" TableProjects TableOne to Many Contacts, Lookup Field of Contact Record IDs from "Contacts" TableReports TableRollup of Contact IDs from Projects, Rollup of Contact IDs from InteractionsMy formula below doesn't get all the IDs. I don't know if maybe there's some nesting going on. In my all of my Interfaces  now when I try to add a new linked record, I would click on "Create a new record" and enter the info and click Create button at the bottom BUT instead of showing the Create button it shows Field Deleted?? This is not my field, it is an Airtable button? All my permissions seem correct etc. Also in some of my other interfaces the same  Linked record does not even show "Create a new record" , even though it should be allowing  it. Please help! It does seem to relate to the same table of Contacts where other linked records to other tables do not seem to have the issue.  Also I tried this in 2 different browsers, same issue. I have an automation set up and the test is sucessful, when its running I can see in the logs that emails are sent as expected but we are not receiving any of the emails.I saw another post which referenced some bounced emails and AirTable blovking their domain as a result, this was removed and the problem was solved. Another said maybe account had not been verified, I can't see this as the issue from following the instructions too.Checked Junk, Spam etc. but no luck, happening for me and all users who are shown as being sent emails on the logs.Any help would be appreciated, as appears I can't speak to support, which is odd!

Hello -- we have a base with about 5000 restaurants listed in it, and our editorial team needs the ability to easily put together ad-hoc lists of selections from that set.  They might start by filtering for all the records in a particular city (Chicago), but then need the ability to manually remove records from that basic set.  What's the best way to go about doing this in AT?  In FileMaker Pro (where we're migrating from), you could do a Find and then simply manually Omit records from that found set.  Is there a similar way to do this in AT?  Or would we need to do something like create a new field, and then add a value to that field for all the records we want to manually group?Thanks very much - loving AT so far!

Hello!I need to create a data entry form that will limit dropdown menu choices based on the selection made in another field. I am looking at the possibility of establishing nested lists to define the hierarchy of options, but so far I'm not succeeding in creating an interactive drop down menu.Is nested lists the right approach? If not, is there another way to do this?Here's the example. Imagine I have a table that has 30 birds and 20 fish in the records.In question 1 I want the user to be able to select "bird" or "fish", and then in Question 2 I only want the 30 birds or 20 fish to show in the species selection box, depending on what was chosen for Question 1. Hello all,I need a formula that will delete every instance of a string of characters between [] including the brackets. Basically I'm pulling a products from a database which is SKU code then the product name. Every SKU code is like the following [SHU-BATT-22-EU] SHURE BATTERY 22. Is there a way to remove any code between [] including the brackets so I am just left with the product name? Thanks in advance!

Howdy, Recently encountered a twitter account that I like which posts a progress bar for the year. I would like to make an extension that simulates that, so made a field that displays the day number of the year; specifically: DATETIME_FORMAT(NOW(),"DDD")However, when I am trying to then convert that output into a percentage, I only get an error.DATETIME_FORMAT(NOW(),"DDDD")/365I'm very confident there is a simple detail that I am overlooking. Would any of you happen to know why? 

Is there a way to autofill a hidden field or Date data on a form to show when that form was submitted? This to to eliminate the need of asking the user to fill in a date field.

Hello,This one has me frustrated because I know it can not that hard. 😁I need to create an Expected Ship Date field.  I have a Start Date field (formatted as Date) and a Ship Days (lookup field from another table).  I want to find out how many days prior to the start date I need to send out the package. First My thought was Start Date - Ship Days, that just gives me NaN message.Then I thought I needed DateTime_Diff(Start Date,Ship Days, 'days').  That gives me a 4 digit number in some cases and NaN in other cases.  i.e. 1/3/2024 (Start Date) - 7 (Ship Days), I get 8221.  I am thinking that is good and just need to DateTime_Parse it.  So I enter,  DATETIME_PARSE((DATETIME_DIFF({Start Date},{Ship Days},'days')),'MM/DD/YYYY'), and I get #ERROR!What am I missing?

Hi everybodyWe just upgraded to the Airtable Business account and recently updated our Airtable connection in Zapier from one user's personal access token to another user. Now all the Zaps using Airtable have stopped working - and have an error message that the Airtable connection is expired.I've tried reconnecting the airtable account several times, and each connection says expired.When you sign into Airtable through Zapier, there are a few new options... I've selected the organization option as this makes the most sense for us. No luck - it always shows as an expired connection. Any advice??
