I looked everywhere but don’t seem to find how to edit my custom extension I’ve released. I only see instructions how to create a new extension from scratch… I can’t find a list of my extensions as well. Please help!

Hello there! I have made an text field where you can enter a date with a “/” or can input only a week. Only problem is now that because the year is in a seperate column it is hard to get a full date when the record doesn’t have a / and get a full date when the record only has an week. Also the timezone in airtable is american by default but i need european.

I have a formula to store progress on a time period. CONCATENATE(ROUND({closed tasks}/{Total tasks}*100,0),“%”) There is another field called “deadline” What i am trying to solve is to avoid an update of the formula after deadline date, in order to “snapshot” how was the progresssion until deadline date. I tried with an IF NOW() > deadline but then the field is blank and nothing is saved. Some idea? Many thanks in advance

I’m looking for a way to have every other (every 2nd) new record created in a table (the records are being created off of a website from Zapier) be directed to a specific view by having a specific status assigned using a status single select field - I’d like every other new record created in the grid view to get assigned 1 specific option of the many options in the single select drop down. Has anyone ever done something like this? Not seeing an obvious way to automate an action on every other record.

Not sure why I’m getting this error. Using an empty array works and removes the values. Essentially what I’m doing is, I’m matching companies to different events. I want to add the companies that are matched when found in the loop into my field called “Mail_Chimp_Company_LookUp”. This script is automatically updating all records every time an event is created. The results variable is an array of companies that are matched to the event tags.

I’m capturing leads from a webform in airtable I can’t keep people from submitting information multiple times (the webform is a drawing for a prize). How can I create an automation for the original names entering a new view - that will check on email address as a unique identifier, for any other record already in the view with that email address before copying from the grid view/original view to the new “deduped” view?

Hello - I am using a simple formula of: DATETIME_DIFF({Today},{Start Date :star: },‘days’) to calculate the number of days from the Start Date to Today. I would like to combine an IF statement to do the following: I only want to return a number IF the Field ‘SOP Status’ contains the words ‘On Ramp’, otherwise return a blank result. Hello, I believe this is simple, but I don’t understand what syntax is needed. I’m trying to read the results of a single-select field as a string. I’m doing a running total calculation, but resetting it whenever a certain reading is found. The running total part was working, but I can’t figure out how to get the single select output as a string. How do I remove a comma from in front of an email that has been extracted from a rollup. I am very new to this formula writing. I have a rollup field that has two emails in it. I have extracted the first email by itself. However, the second email alway has a comma in front of it. I need to remove that comma. How do I do that? Can I do it by altering this formula in any way? Hello! I would like to calculate a ‘winning streak’. Each row has the result of a game with a column for wins/losses, as well as a column for the dates of the games. Is there a way to achieve this kind of view or similar where I can easily track the release status of my Product? I have two types of releases I need to track, a “Beta Release” and a “Final Release”. Each release consists of many different type of tasks. The tasks are predefined and I would like to enter them at once and be able to glance at them just like the picture here to be able to tell what I need to focus on. I have a field with multiple select; I need to get a count of EACH selection AND would like to display each response with the count. For background: the field is part of a survey and those filling out the form choose all that apply to them. I tried the linked field route and it counts everything in the field; doesn’t separate them. Do I have to do a linked field for EACH option? I’ve looked at several related items in the community but it all reads like a foreign language that I don’t speak to me…

Hi all - I know dates and timezones are complex, and I’ve tried to do my homework but I’m really stumped. My end goal is to identify records created yesterday and send off a notification. To start, I’m attempting to calculate how many days are between Created Date (w/o time) and Today (without time). Ideally, I would say if Today - Created Date = 1, then that record was created yesterday and I can filter on those records in a view. Trial 1: ‘Created Date’ is set to use GMT for all collaborators, and does not include time I created a formula variable called ‘Today’ with formula “TODAY()”, which is set to use GMT for all collaborators and does not include time. The value shows as 8/31/22. In a formula field I compared the 2 dates: DATETIME_DIFF(Today,{Created Date},‘days’) For both yesterday and today, the value of that comparison was zero with Detail: today is 8/31/22. Hi all, I have a problem with a project i am carrying out. I have a table A. with a X record which is linked to a field Y in table B and field Z in table C. After I have a table D. This records are linked to a field in table A. So , records in table D , are linked indirectly to table B and C. Now i have a table E, which is an input record to control hours. When I add a record with a field linked to table D, I can add a field with a lookup function, to show the linked field in table A. My problem is that i need to fill automatically as well, fields Y and Z which are linked to field in table A. Some idea how to perform this task? Many thanks in advance

Hello! I am new to Airtable and have been chugging along until now lol. I have done hours of research and received advice from a few people but I am still very much stuck. I have a multi select field and I am trying to write a formula that takes the options in that field and replaces/substitutes them with values from other fields. So let’s say my multi select field contains the following values: Buyer Agent Closing Attorney Closing Attorney Assistant I want a formula that looks at each value and replaces each one with an email address from a lookup field. ‘Buyer’ would be {Buyer Email} ‘Agent’ would be {Agent Email} ‘Closing Attorney’ would be {Closing Attorney Email}’ ‘Closing Attorney Assistant’ would be {Closing Attorney Assistant Email} The email addresses would need to have commas separating them. And if there is no email address in any of the lookup fields it would just ignore it. Please help!

Hi! Is it possible to compare single and multi-select fields across columns in one table? Would a formula be able to do this? I have a single select field listing the launch month for content. Then there are 2 lookup fields with the launch months for connected content (each with multiple months selected). Ideally, I want to compare the single select field to the 2 lookup fields and output anything that is after the single select field month. Would these fields need to be dates rather than single or multi-select fields for this to work? If so, is there a way for multiple dates to exist in one field? Or is there another way to do this? Hi All, I’m in the process of creating a catalog of related books that I can hopefully email out to customers, and, so far, that’s involved creating an Entries rollup field in my Catalogs table that pulls from my Books table using the ARRAYUNIQUE(values) aggregation formula. I did as much formatting as possible in the Books table, adding caps with UPPER() and spaces with \n, but I can’t figure out how to eliminate the comma after each rollup field item. I tried this: SUBSTITUTE (ARRAYUNIQUE (values), “,”, " + ") But I kept getting “Sorry, there was a problem saving this field. Please check your formula text.” I’ll add a screenshot here so you can see what I’m talking about and why I’d want to eliminate the comma . . . Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Hi our homepage views have suddenly gone blank displaying no data - if we apply a filter the relevant data appears but without a filter nothing is showing. Personal view are not effected. This is very troubling - we initially thought our whole database was lost. Please can you help us understand why/how this is happening and how to prevent it happening in the future. many thanks Clare
