Hi. I need to have a calendar overview showing two fields - a delivery date field and a publishing date field. What i am trying to figure out is, how am i able to delete the delivery date field entry, so whenever the date is the exact date of delivery i am trying to delete the delivery date field entry, so in my calendar the delivery date is not shown anymore - but the publishing date is still visible. I am so sorry if my question has already been answered on this forum but I just spent my entire day trying to find a solution… I need to add some wordpress featured images on my Airtable database. To do so, I choose the Attachment field type and tried to add the url. Airtable is doing a great job downloading files, but it takes a kind of screenshot of the website whereas I only need the featured image (just a .png or .jpg file !). For example, if I take this url (https://lexpedia.fr/droit-administratif/arret-blanco-8-fevrier-1873/) and insert it in the Attachment type field, I will need to get the little girl image on a .png format. Hi! I have a slight problem that I don’t know how to solve: I’m working on some lists that need to be divided into different records. In this particular case, the lists that I was given contain the field “name” or “full name” but I need to divide that information into “name”, “middle name”, and “last name”. So, for example, if I have in one record the name “Amanda N. Pollard”, I need to divide that into Given name: Amanda Middle name: N. Last name: Pollard The extra complexity comes when not all people within the Company have middle names or when some employees have more than 1 last name. For example: “Jay Martínez Romero” which in this case would look like: Given name: Jay Last names: Martínez Romero Has anybody done this before? Thanks in advance!

Hello world I’m working on a budget base which requires a linked field to pull in cost data. It currently means manually searching for a linked record 20 times for each choir rehearsal (there are 10 venue costs, and 10 staff costs per choir)… And we have 19 different choirs to do this for (almost 400 manual ‘clicks’). I’m either being stupid and missing something obvious, OR it requires some form of scripting (in which I am clueless) or automation to make this happen automatically. Could anyone shed some light? Hello I use Integromate to use airtable data to send emails. When a form is filled, Make sends emails to the matching records from airtable. I use the following formula: {Vendor Country}=“Vendor country” If the form filler is also in my records. Make sends emails to the form filler. How can I exclude the form filler email from the emails to be sent?

I’m coding AT SDK extensions using Visual Studio Code, and most likely I’m missing something but I can’t output to console with console.log() function. There is no output on VSC terminal, debug console or output. I’ve tried running in debug mode, nothing changes. There is also a button “Log component to console” - a small bug icon - on the app editor interface, but clicking it seems to change nothing Thanks ahead for help!

Hello Airtable community! I founded an all-volunteer project to help street cats on the island of Vis, in Croatia, and design a calendar every year to raise money for the project. Last year was my first year dealing with calendar orders via Airtable, and I thought I had a clever set-up where people could fill out a form to order. It DID work for that one year, but I don’t think I designed the base correctly, because it’s not sustainable year-to-year. The base is called CALENDARS+ (in case we start to sell any other fundraising items in the future) and all the data I collected lives in a table called 2022 calendar. Each name entered via the form becomes a record, with the person’s preferred language, email address, postal address and the number of calendars they want. If I do this again for the 2023 calendar, there will be lots of duplicate records, so it’s obviously wrong. I need the people’s data to live in one place so that in following years when they come back to buy another calend

Im attempting to make an app that will allow the user to select a value from a dropdown, and then the table will filter the records for that value. I’ve gotten the dropdown working, however for whatever reason the last return has an error and will not work. The problem function is the one that will update the records. How can I resolve this return error?

I am trying to addd an automation that does the following: When a Multiple Select Field has a specific value entered, it then creates a record in a second table with some of the fields from the first table. That part is easy. The problem is that I want it to place today’s date into a field in the receiving table. I cannot see how to tell it to simply place today’s date in that field when creating the record. Thanks!

Hello. This seems like it should be an easy solve but I cannot for the life of me figure it out. I have a table in a base that automatically receives responses from a Typeform survey. It puts the email address (manually entered by person taking the survey) as the main record, and the responses follow in different columns. There is another table in this base where the main record is an employee name, and then we have Department, and 3 columns of 3 different email addresses (there are potentially 3 different ones for each employee, or 2 or 3 can be the same). I have linked the email base to the response base, and as the responses come in, I use a lookup to select the employee and pull in their department. I am trying to get this part to happen automatically. So, when an entry comes in, if that email address matches any of the three emails in the other table, it will bring that employee name in. Hopefully this makes sense and someone has a solution… Thanks!

Hello there! I have made an text field where you can enter a date with a “/” or can input only a week. Only problem is now that because the year is in a seperate column it is hard to get a full date when the record doesn’t have a / and get a full date when the record only has an week. Also the timezone in airtable is american by default but i need european.

I have a formula to store progress on a time period. CONCATENATE(ROUND({closed tasks}/{Total tasks}*100,0),“%”) There is another field called “deadline” What i am trying to solve is to avoid an update of the formula after deadline date, in order to “snapshot” how was the progresssion until deadline date. I tried with an IF NOW() > deadline but then the field is blank and nothing is saved. Some idea? Many thanks in advance

I’m looking for a way to have every other (every 2nd) new record created in a table (the records are being created off of a website from Zapier) be directed to a specific view by having a specific status assigned using a status single select field - I’d like every other new record created in the grid view to get assigned 1 specific option of the many options in the single select drop down. Has anyone ever done something like this? Not seeing an obvious way to automate an action on every other record.

Not sure why I’m getting this error. Using an empty array works and removes the values. Essentially what I’m doing is, I’m matching companies to different events. I want to add the companies that are matched when found in the loop into my field called “Mail_Chimp_Company_LookUp”. This script is automatically updating all records every time an event is created. The results variable is an array of companies that are matched to the event tags.

I’m capturing leads from a webform in airtable I can’t keep people from submitting information multiple times (the webform is a drawing for a prize). How can I create an automation for the original names entering a new view - that will check on email address as a unique identifier, for any other record already in the view with that email address before copying from the grid view/original view to the new “deduped” view?

I would like to combine an IF statement to do the following: I only want to return a number IF the Field ‘SOP Status’ contains the words ‘On Ramp’, otherwise return a blank result. I’m doing a running total calculation, but resetting it whenever a certain reading is found. The running total part was working, but I can’t figure out how to get the single select output as a string. How do I remove a comma from in front of an email that has been extracted from a rollup. I am very new to this formula writing. I have a rollup field that has two emails in it. I have extracted the first email by itself. However, the second email alway has a comma in front of it. I need to remove that comma. How do I do that? Can I do it by altering this formula in any way?
