Hello! I would like to calculate a ‘winning streak’. Each row has the result of a game with a column for wins/losses, as well as a column for the dates of the games. I would like to calculate a winning streak. In Excel, I would do this with a self-referencing formula: IF({Win/Loss}=“Win”,{Win/Loss}+1,0), How might I do this in Airtable? Thanks! Hi I would like to use the extension to convert URLs to PDFs. It works for sharepoint URLs but I can’t get it to work for google docs - any idea how I do this? thanks! Clare

Is there a way to achieve this kind of view or similar where I can easily track the release status of my Product? I have two types of releases I need to track, a “Beta Release” and a “Final Release”. Each release consists of many different type of tasks. The tasks are predefined and I would like to enter them at once and be able to glance at them just like the picture here to be able to tell what I need to focus on. I could have many different Products going on at the same time. I would appreciate it if there are any examples

I have a field with multiple select; I need to get a count of EACH selection AND would like to display each response with the count. For background: the field is part of a survey and those filling out the form choose all that apply to them. I tried the linked field route and it counts everything in the field; doesn’t separate them. Do I have to do a linked field for EACH option? I’ve looked at several related items in the community but it all reads like a foreign language that I don’t speak to me…

I’m hoping the community can help me out. I think that my formula is a bit off. Here’s the logic I’m trying to do in the Difference field: If Baseline Value is empty, leave Difference empty If Baseline Value is 0, use the value in Target value If Baseline Value is NOT empty, calculate Target value minus Baseline value divided by Baseline value so I can get the percentage difference As you can see, if Baseline Value is 0 or empty, there’s an error My current formula: IF({Baseline} != BLANK(), IF({Baseline value} != BLANK(), (INT({Target value}-{Baseline value})/{Baseline value}), IF({Baseline value} = 0, INT({Target value}), BLANK() ) )

Hi all - I know dates and timezones are complex, and I’ve tried to do my homework but I’m really stumped. My end goal is to identify records created yesterday and send off a notification. To start, I’m attempting to calculate how many days are between Created Date (w/o time) and Today (without time). Ideally, I would say if Today - Created Date = 1, then that record was created yesterday and I can filter on those records in a view. Trial 1: ‘Created Date’ is set to use GMT for all collaborators, and does not include time I created a formula variable called ‘Today’ with formula “TODAY()”, which is set to use GMT for all collaborators and does not include time. The value shows as 8/31/22. In a formula field I compared the 2 dates: DATETIME_DIFF(Today,{Created Date},‘days’) For both yesterday and today, the value of that comparison was zero with Detail: today is 8/31/22. Hi all, I have a problem with a project i am carrying out. I have a table A. with a X record which is linked to a field Y in table B and field Z in table C. After I have a table D. This records are linked to a field in table A. So , records in table D , are linked indirectly to table B and C. Now i have a table E, which is an input record to control hours. When I add a record with a field linked to table D, I can add a field with a lookup function, to show the linked field in table A. My problem is that i need to fill automatically as well, fields Y and Z which are linked to field in table A. Some idea how to perform this task? Many thanks in advance

Hello! I am new to Airtable and have been chugging along until now lol. I have done hours of research and received advice from a few people but I am still very much stuck. I have a multi select field and I am trying to write a formula that takes the options in that field and replaces/substitutes them with values from other fields. So let’s say my multi select field contains the following values: Buyer Agent Closing Attorney Closing Attorney Assistant I want a formula that looks at each value and replaces each one with an email address from a lookup field. ‘Buyer’ would be {Buyer Email} ‘Agent’ would be {Agent Email} ‘Closing Attorney’ would be {Closing Attorney Email}’ ‘Closing Attorney Assistant’ would be {Closing Attorney Assistant Email} The email addresses would need to have commas separating them. And if there is no email address in any of the lookup fields it would just ignore it. Please help!

Hi! Is it possible to compare single and multi-select fields across columns in one table? Would a formula be able to do this? I have a single select field listing the launch month for content. Then there are 2 lookup fields with the launch months for connected content (each with multiple months selected). Ideally, I want to compare the single select field to the 2 lookup fields and output anything that is after the single select field month. Would these fields need to be dates rather than single or multi-select fields for this to work? If so, is there a way for multiple dates to exist in one field? Or is there another way to do this? Hi All, I’m in the process of creating a catalog of related books that I can hopefully email out to customers, and, so far, that’s involved creating an Entries rollup field in my Catalogs table that pulls from my Books table using the ARRAYUNIQUE(values) aggregation formula. I did as much formatting as possible in the Books table, adding caps with UPPER() and spaces with \n, but I can’t figure out how to eliminate the comma after each rollup field item. I tried this: SUBSTITUTE (ARRAYUNIQUE (values), “,”, " + ") But I kept getting “Sorry, there was a problem saving this field. Please check your formula text.” I’ll add a screenshot here so you can see what I’m talking about and why I’d want to eliminate the comma . . . Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Hi our homepage views have suddenly gone blank displaying no data - if we apply a filter the relevant data appears but without a filter nothing is showing. Personal view are not effected. This is very troubling - we initially thought our whole database was lost. The first formula creates new task depending on the routine type. Hello, I have a fairly simple question, but I’m not sure how to do it in Airtable: I have a group of students that are completing book reports. I have the “Students” table with a list of all students, and I’m creating a “Book Report” form for them to fill out when they finish a book. When completing their form, I want them to be able to select their name from a Multiple Select list of students in the “Students” table so that their Book Report will be automatically linked to their record. The form is located in the same “Students” table. How can I create a Multiple Select field on the “Book Report” form which is populated using the Primary ID (student name) on the “Students” table? Hello guys! I am new to Airtable, and have been absolutely amazed by it’s possibilities. However, there is one specific thing where I got completely stuck for several hours and no YouTube videos or Forum topics helped me get through. I am practicing on a table for a Car Dealership. Each record has 5 columns with Car Details, and then a Single Select Field where we can choose from “Available”, “Reserved” and “Sold”. Then I have another table called “Car Dealership Statistics”, and here I would like to count how many times my cars went into “Reserved” and how many times they went into “Sold”. These numbers can be different because people can abandon their Reservations and the car becomes Available again. I wanted to tackle this with a Counter column, a Formula column ( Counter+1 ) and an Automation that increases Counter by Formula when the field = Reserved, and then same when field = Sold. Hello all! I am trying to compile a formula that dynamically spits out a value based on the values in 2 other static data fields, the first being an Additional Authors Count that counts the number of authors that exist on a record and the second field being a deliverable field. The end goal of this formula is to compute a number amount that a freelancer should get paid based on completely specific deliverables and taking into account the number of authors on said project they worked on. For example: If a freelancer works on a project deliverable of content calls and they do so on a project with an author count of 2 additional authors, I want the formula to be able to spit out a number based on those two external values and the static values that live in said formula. I’ve been able to get this far, but now need to somehow add in the deliverable field condition so that if the deliverable is Content Calls and Additional Author is 1 then add 1000 to the existing multi author amount (which
