Hello Everyone,I am having a hard time with a specific formula. I want to set a formula that will calculate a certain percentage based on what driver is selected in the driver field. Example: for the Dispatch % field i need a formula that will go like this. If driver is Dima set Dispatch % to be {Total invoiced} *.13 if Driver is Alex set dispatch % to be {Total invoiced} *.07 Thank you for the help! 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! I have a Serial Number (SN#) that is labeled "Locker Name". I want to make sure that the SN# is 7 Characters/Digits before finishing the automation as sometimes it get typed in wrong. the SN# format is NS01234 or NS00123. People leave off the 0's from time to time. i want to create a new record with this number in a new table. Linking is not option here. This is a serious question. I've been blown off for over a week. Heather Chambers sent me an email which completely ignored my questions and is actively ignoring me. I have a couple of simple questions and am unable to get a sales person to speak with me. I resorted to opening a support ticket and even that is proving to be a waste of time. Are there any humans that work here?

We use a webhook from Shopify to capture order data in Airtable. When the webhook comes in, we create a record in Airtable with pertinent order data. I want to parse out the line items in the order into another table for use in creating a packing slip. Here is sample data: Airtable - MA Test The Data table represents the data as it comes in from the webhook. The Desired Output table represents the ideal output. This is where I need help, creating an automation/script to parse out that data into new rows. Thanks for your help!

Hey community,I'm fairly new to Airtable and I am faced with a task I myself cannot seem to wrap my head around: I created a single-select field that checks for a condition (e.g. did you have lunch today?). It's currently not being used yet because I want to get the reporting straight first. My problem: I already had records in my base prior to this new select field. What I would like to do is to check from a specific date onward (ie. once the new field is live and ready to use for my base editors) how often this field was selected - meaning how many % of all new records did choose to select this optional field (yes, I had lunch today). Do you have any ideas how I could set this up? Thank you so much!Virginia

I have a user that wants to change the name of the "Duplicate X" where X = Initially selected name when the table is created with the "What should this record be called? question. Is there a way to change this after it is initially selected at table creation?I have not found a method to edit after creation and also didn't find anything in Airtable Help related to this topic. 

Hello Community,I have a table with events and a linked table with needs for the events. Different needs can be assigned to each event. Each event and each need has a status. I would like that if all needs that are assigned to an event have the status "delivered" or "declined", that the status of the event changes to Needs processed.Does anyone have an idea how I can implement this?Best regardsMirko

I'm trying to calculate cost/price in my shop by hourly rate. I have the Time Tracker linked with my Duration Field, but something is off in the calculation. IE one duration is 0:43 (0 full hours;43 minutes) but the calculation cost is showing $3,870. It should be $64.4999 with the formula (Duration/60)*90. How do I get it to calculate the correct amount wether the billable hours are 1h:43m or 0h:43m? Thank you in advance

I have two rollup field I need to evaluate and for some reason I can't get it to work.Field1: {rollupStockMinimum}Field2: {rollupNonStockMinimum}Field1 is empty, but Field2 is not.I only want the formular to do something when there are something in both fields.I've tried with this very simple formular  IF(AND(Field1, Field2), True, False)   However for some reason it evaluates to 'True' despite Field1 being emptyI've tried to just do IF(Field1, "True", "False") where it evaluates to False.What is it I'm missing or don't understand?

I'm trying to have the formula with a dateadd calculation be blank of a certain field is blank. However if I put the  DateFormat function around the whole If formula it will either result in an error if the input is Blank or if any option could be blank it will not allow the Formula Formatting as a Date field either way. How can AT recognize a formula field as a date field if the date could be blank based on a conditional formula or related blank field???  DATETIME_FORMAT(IF({Weekday Planner}=BLANK(),BLANK(),DATEADD(TODAY(),(({Auto Date 2}-(WEEKDAY(TODAY())))*24)+15,"hours")),'MM/DD/YYYY h:hm A') 

Good morning, I am working on an Interface and I want to add a drop down filter for a specific field in the table I am using. But Airtable is only offering me one field and it is a linked field. Is there a reason that a native short text field is not available to use as a filter? This Interface is of no value if I cannot filter by this field. I do not want my users to have to use the filter button the top right as it requires skills most of them do not have.Thanks for any help you can give.Thanks, Scott

I need to add 100 barcodes to physical objects. The objects are already in a database. I can create 100 barcode numbers outside AirTable but then I need to scan each one to add to the barcode to the barcode field in AirTable. Time consuming. Or I could add the numbers to the barcode field? No I can’t … then the AirTable barcode field will not generate the barcode image to be able to print and attach to the physical object. Has anybody got any ideas?

Hi all, I'm building a task management base with a Timeline interface set to the Gantt display mode.  I am interested in utilizing the critical path feature mentioned in the help site for Gantt views but I can't seem to find the settings for it on the interface side.  Does it not exist for interfaces???  TIA!

I generate records through the week that all pertain to an event on Saturday. For organising these records into a week-by-week historical view (and for ease of human use on Saturday), I want to be able to automatically tag all of these records for the Saturday they pertain to. I have searched and tried a few things - this is the formula I got closest with:IF(WEEKDAY(Created)=6,DATEADD(Created,0,"days"), DATEADD(Created,6+WEEKDAY({Created}),"days")) Where "Created" is the date the record is generated. However, this generates a record for the previous Saturday. I don't really understand the formula I've cobbled together from old threads well enough to understand why. Does anyone have any advice to get it to fill that date as the following saturday from the "date created"?

I have the below interfaceThe idea is to give the service team members a touchable sheet they can use a tablet to checkoff when putting a cart together. However, the checklist is not editable inside of the interface which seems really stupid to not be able to do, plus for whatever reason isn't even viewable inside of a tablet/phone so defeats the purpose entirely. Any ideas? 

I have a formula setup to show a status based on an 'Expiry Date'.This works from a date column {Expiry Date} with a column that works out the difference in days called {Diff}, this uses the formula: DATETIME_DIFF({Expiry Date}, NOW(), "days") Then is the status column I am using: IF(Diff <= 0, "❌", IF(AND(Diff > 0, Diff <= 28), "⚠️")) This works perfectly, my question is how do I add an additional "✅" status for all records that are in date? What would I need to add to the status column formula?

Hi Airtable Community, When applying the TRIM function to fields that are lookup fields from another table I receive an error. However when testing other formula’s E.g. Concatenate that does work this particular situation using Linked/lookup fields from another table. I would assume that the all functions gather data in the back-end in the same way. Can one confirm this is actually not possible to use TRIM in combination with Lookup Field type? Thank you

For demo purposes, I have created a pretty simple base that looks like so, and this all looks goodThen I created a simple interface; the only problem is the item highlighted, which is incorrect. I have tried all the options, and nothing is giving me the correct %. If I plot the same data in Excel, this is what I see:Any idea how do I get the right ROI % (I need the result from the same table)?    

Hey, is there a way to separate files in an attachment field in airtable?Currently we have customers submitting photos into an attachment that automatically creates a new airtable record. These photos are stored under the one attachment field in airtable. I'm wanting to create an individual record for each file/photo in a different table called photos. For example; a customer submits three photos in one attachment. I want this to trigger an automation that creates a new record for each file within the attachment field. I've attached the code I'm trying to use with no success. Is there a way to do it without code?

Hi, I’m trying to automate creating an invoice on Quickbooks Online by a button press on Airtable through Integromat. While I’m successful in creating an invoice, the invoice is created for a Customer in Quickbooks. However, I want the invoice to be created for a Project of a Customer in Quickbooks, which is what I’m struggling with. Here’s the workflow: Have a Projects table and an Items table in Airtable. Create Invoice button exists in Projects table. On button click an invoice is created for all the items from Items table associated with the respective Project. In Quickbooks: Customer exists. Multiple Projects exist under Customer. Problem: Unable to map the invoice created to a Project in Quickbooks Any ideas, tips or solutions on how to achieve this? Thanks!

Hi,I want to search for 1 item in a table which contains multiple items in a cell - apple, banana, grape.The filterByFormula with the = only works if there is only 1 item in the cell.  If they are multiple items, I get an error.I tried using "contains" and "like" but they don't work.  What should I use?ThanksSteve

I am trying to create a scoring system using Airtable where judges can score a team (with the different metrics in columns). What I have done: Created 3 different tables for each judge Each judge’s table has a list of all the teams (teams are populated as new records across all judges’ tables automatically using external software) Judges can manually key in the score for each metric and an overall score is automatically calculated in the respective record What I need help with: However, I want to create a new table which gives a summary of the overall score for each team for each judge (i.e. looking across a particular record, I will be able to see the overall score for judges A, B and C). And I want this table to be updated AUTOMATICALLY whenever each judge finish scoring the team. What I have achieved thus far is using linked tables and lookup function. However, this is very inefficient as I have to manually choose which the team (or record) to be linked manually before I can looku
