I want to make a pie chart that i already know the % for. Can I do that?

Hi guys!Is it possible to have URL in primary field? So that the URL is hidden behind some text (rich text formatting). Like you can do in other fields:So now I have this:One field is brand and the other is model (here I added URL). Primary field is brand + model. When I embed this view into my blog post, reader needs to click on the primary field and from that it opens up window where he needs to find it and click on URL one more time. I don't want that additional step (click) and honestly I think that reader won't find it quickly. Or it can be confusing.Is there a way to add rich text formatting in primary field?Thanks!

🅰️ On iOS and iPadOS, since April 2, 2024, AirTable has started to malfunction regarding newly attached pictures, as follows. { i[Pad]OS here means either and both of iOS and iPadOS }First off, the here described malfunction only affects "full picture display", as opposed to "thumbnail preview miniature imagery", so thumbnails show up correctly no matter what, and their appearance is essentially as expected.Secondly, the darn actual anomaly :::

Deceptively, the here described image "disappearance" phenomenon may seemingly represent no more than an insignificant, minor issue, which *only* seems to occur when at least four "simultaneous" conditions are fulfilled : [1:] dealing with a newly attached picture ( meaning uploaded after 2024.04.02.Tu.), [2:] the upload was achieved from Airtable's mobile app for i[Pad]OS, and [3:] we are attempting to fully open the new picture in again Airtable's mobile app for i[Pad]OS, [4:] after having stepped out of the given record, been elsewhere, then returning to the new imagery.OK, this is about the currently happening and most unfortunate resurging of an earlier problem, dating from nine months ago actually, then and now again regarding New Picture Attachments in Airtable on i[Pad]OS – so in fact this is about an utterly, truly undesirable and unexpected revival of what we already had to describe mid last year, when we elaborately reported on it in :::

HiI'm a new Airtable user and I'm trying to determine the best approach to creating a dashboard view for each client at our firm with read only access.I'm aware you can create 1 base and filter views but that would make it possible for clients to see each others dashboards.Would it be better to create a single base specific to work for a single client and use that data set to create a dashboard or is there a way to prevent a client from looking at another client's dashboard if I chose to use a single base and filter views?

I have two tables Experiments and Readings.Each experiment is linked to two or more reading records. Each reading has a DateTime field, and some readings such as pH and temperature. The pH and temperature readings are number fields.I want to use the first and last sets of readings in the Experiments table in some numeric formulas.In Experiments table I use a rollup field with MIN(values) to find the earliest DateTime in the linked readings. In the Readings table I use a lookup field and copy the {First DateTime} reading back into the readings table. So that all the Readings for a specific Experiment contain a field which is set to {First DateTime}.Then still in Readings, I have a field {First Temperature} with the formula:IF(DateTime={First DateTime},Temperature, '') Then back in Experiments I have a corresponding field {First Temperature Reading} that looks up the result in the {First Temperature} field.  This all appears to work correctly so far. Hello, I think I need a help of Airtable community even though there is built in AI helper in the formula field. Here is what I am trying to do and have no success for some unknown for me reason. I'm creating an automation that with the click of the button will send an sms text message to my customer. I've recently experienced a problem with Twillio campaign approval (they are giving a hard time), but I've got an approval with TextMagic. So, Text Magic accepts sms as an email, then converts it to text and then sends it to my customer. I have a dedicated Airtable field for the phone number. Based on this, I've created another formula field that adds "@textmagic.com" after the phone number, the formula looks like this: CONCATENATE(Phone,'@textmagic.com')Everything looked good, so I started with my automation, but my automation failed at the end due the format in the formula field. My formula adds the ending, but it keeps original Airtable fortmat of the phone number with the bracket

Dear community, Does someone know how color a field by level of progress? For example, all tasks under 30% of completion in red, tasks between 30-60% in yellow, tasks between 60-90% in blue and tasks between 90%-100% in green? I have a grid view with a field that shows volunteers that have volunteered along with the date they volunteeredI want to figure out how many volunteers volunteered each month - how do I find how many unique volunteer names appear in this list, and if I filter for the specific month, will it still work?Thank you! 

It’s slightly similar question to the previous poster actually. I have a field which has numbers in it. If I do this (grouped by field), it shows a very neat view which also contains SUM of each group. The question is. How do I get this sum to my other table? In my screenshot, that will be how do I create a record on other table which has my [400x600] text and ‘30’ integer in it? Is there a very easy solution that I miss? Thanks

We’re using Airtable as a PIM for clothing and we sometimes do modifications that creates a new style code. A lot of the information is the same (as it’s just a modification), but I don’t want to copy over any linked fields or certain notes on an item. I was wondering if it was possible to create a script that would let you select an item you want to modify and create a new item with select information from the base item. The links are in the same table FYI.

Hello, wondering if someone could help me correct the formula in the photo.  I am hoping for this to happen:If OLD JOB# is blank, display current 2 digit year (CREATED DATE) & "-" & 4000 + ID#. If OLD JOB# is NOT blank, display OLD JOB#For example, looking at the last 2 rows at the bottom, 42 is correct, but 43 should display "24-4183"

I need to add a list of countries and languages as options for a few different fields. When I open the Single Select field, it forces me to add each option one by one. This would be extremely time consuming. Surely there is a way to add options in bulk? Would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to do this efficiently. Thanks, Alex

This doesn't seem difficult in theory, but I can't figure out a way to make it happen with automations.Situation: In my Training Feedback table, I have a lookup field "Trainer (from Training Taken)" (a lookup from the Master Training List table), from which I need to copy over the field values to the linked record field "Trainer" (linked to the Trainers table), so I can associate trainer feedback data directly with the trainer(s) in other places in my base. The problem is when there are multiple trainers (i.e. multiple values in the lookup field). When attempting a simple transfer of field values to the linked record field using an Update Record automation, the automation fails for multiple trainers. I tried a repeating list automation to Update Record for each trainer in the list of "Trainer (from Training Taken)", but that results in only the final value in the list of trainers being added to the linked record "Trainer" field, since the automation overwrites the value each time it re

I have an automation that is using a script I found on the message boards to format numeric values to currency. It works great. I pull the value from the script into the body of an email automation. However, when there is no value in the field I am using instead of showing nothing in the body of the email it shows 0.00Below is the script being used.
