Hello - I have a date column of when an event will occur (Showcase Date) & I am wanting a formula to populate deadlines based on number of days before or after this date. Here is the formula I created but it is not working. Any suggestions? I have tried: DATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD({Showcase Date},{Number of days},'days),'MM/DD/YY')

Dear community, Does someone know how color a field by level of progress? For example, all tasks under 30% of completion in red, tasks between 30-60% in yellow, tasks between 60-90% in blue and tasks between 90%-100% in green? Hi,I'm trying to automatically update a linked field with the data that auto populates in the "Auto" number field when a new record/line is created. I can get the data to return but it's all in one field.  I tried to use the "Update Record" option but continued to get errors Thank you

Hi everyone ! 👋I'm setting up a database with a lot of elements coming from different tables.It's a database on which sales people have to make modifications, but I'd like them not to have access to this database in Edit mode.To remedy this, I'd like to create a form with an active search.e.g.: They enter a customer's name, and all the information we've already pre-filled in the fields, to avoid duplicating questions.Have you already implemented this? I have a grid view with a field that shows volunteers that have volunteered along with the date they volunteeredI want to figure out how many volunteers volunteered each month - how do I find how many unique volunteer names appear in this list, and if I filter for the specific month, will it still work?Thank you! 

It’s slightly similar question to the previous poster actually. I have a field which has numbers in it. If I do this (grouped by field), it shows a very neat view which also contains SUM of each group. The question is. How do I get this sum to my other table? In my screenshot, that will be how do I create a record on other table which has my [400x600] text and ‘30’ integer in it? Is there a very easy solution that I miss? Thanks

We’re using Airtable as a PIM for clothing and we sometimes do modifications that creates a new style code. A lot of the information is the same (as it’s just a modification), but I don’t want to copy over any linked fields or certain notes on an item. I was wondering if it was possible to create a script that would let you select an item you want to modify and create a new item with select information from the base item. The links are in the same table FYI.

Hello, wondering if someone could help me correct the formula in the photo.  I am hoping for this to happen:If OLD JOB# is blank, display current 2 digit year (CREATED DATE) & "-" & 4000 + ID#. If OLD JOB# is NOT blank, display OLD JOB#For example, looking at the last 2 rows at the bottom, 42 is correct, but 43 should display "24-4183"

I need to add a list of countries and languages as options for a few different fields. When I open the Single Select field, it forces me to add each option one by one. This would be extremely time consuming. Surely there is a way to add options in bulk? Would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to do this efficiently. Thanks, Alex

This doesn't seem difficult in theory, but I can't figure out a way to make it happen with automations.Situation: In my Training Feedback table, I have a lookup field "Trainer (from Training Taken)" (a lookup from the Master Training List table), from which I need to copy over the field values to the linked record field "Trainer" (linked to the Trainers table), so I can associate trainer feedback data directly with the trainer(s) in other places in my base. The problem is when there are multiple trainers (i.e. multiple values in the lookup field). When attempting a simple transfer of field values to the linked record field using an Update Record automation, the automation fails for multiple trainers. I tried a repeating list automation to Update Record for each trainer in the list of "Trainer (from Training Taken)", but that results in only the final value in the list of trainers being added to the linked record "Trainer" field, since the automation overwrites the value each time it re

I have an automation that is using a script I found on the message boards to format numeric values to currency. It works great. I pull the value from the script into the body of an email automation. However, when there is no value in the field I am using instead of showing nothing in the body of the email it shows 0.00Below is the script being used. Hi All! So I have set up an automation that adds a tag to my "Status" column (which is a multiple select column) when a certain checkbox is ticked as true. The automation seems to run fine, BUT, it replaces any previous tags in the "Status" column that were there beforehand. Is there a way to prevent the new tag from replacing the previous tag and just adding a new one? I did do some research and it looks like in previous versions of Airtable, one could select "Append" in the action section of the automation set up, but that doesnt seem to be an option now? Anyone got any pointers for me please? x

Hello! I'm using the interface to show our metrics, and I'm looking to show both cumulative pipeline numbers and current pipeline numbers. Under our Tasks table, we tag the pipeline status per task, so cumulative recall is straightforward. How would I record the metric for the current pipeline status? Our pipeline is:Qualification, Initial Contact, Significant Engagement, Significant Follow-up, Proposal Submitted, Proposal Awarded, Closed: Project not awarded, Closed: other, Handoff...For example, Within one project (projects are tracked in a different table) I have completed tasks for qualification, one for initial contact and now I have a completed task (with the checked mark) of significant engagement. I only want to count significant engagement to show where I am for this project. Is this possible? Are there other ways people show project progress/ sales pipeline progress? The goal is to see where people are at currently. I might have to reconfigure things to ge

My Table A is a list of Staff members, and is linked to Table B.  Table B are records of Agreements, with one of the fields being Company (the company name of that Agreement.  We have several companies).  A record in Table A (Staff) has multiple Agreements in Table B.  We would like to have a field in Table A (Rollup presumably) to list the company of the agreement with the latest End Date.  End Date is a date field in Table B.  Here is what I tried:But I could not find a condition for the Date field to be the latest date.  Is there a way to conditionally list only the Date field with the latest date?  Thanks, Khuned

Hi,I am sending users from an interface form to a Calendly event booking page using the redirect URL.Calendly would be able to receive variables such as invitee_name and invitee_email, but in the form design I can only choose record_id to be passed.Getting name and email passed from Airtable to Calendly would greatly simplify the UX and reduce error possibilities for e.g. email address between Airtable and Calendly.Is there some workaround how to get other variables than record_id to be passed?Rgds,Björn

Morning! This is probable really simple...but I'm struggling to find the formula i need and wondered if you lovely people could assist please?Basically I'm trying to add a date in a formula output, so if the ccf column has a number in it copies the number across to the formula output column, and if the ccf is empty then it says 'no ccf 10/04/24'  (todays date)This is as far as i've got - i cant figure out how to copy the info across or add todays date on - anyone know the simple fix for this please?   IF({CCF  *Customer order number*} >0,  "CCF ATTACHED", "NO CCF") 

Hi Yall!! So I am tying to add in an automation that uses a check box being marked as "true" as a trigger in TABLE 1 to add one of my multiple select options in TABLE 2.  An example of how I would need it to work: Table 1: Check box is marked as "Checked/True"Automation kicks inTable 2: one of the multiple selectable items in the column I need to select is added Trigger: Checkbox is checked in Table 1Action: Tag is added in Table 2 Is it possible to add in automations that work across multiple tables?  Any idea how I could build this automation? I have an Airtable table that contains Requests and another that contains Devices. Both share a common link record to a Company table. A Company has a 1 to many relations to both Devices and Requests. Also, there's a 1 to 1 mapping between Requests and Devices. I'd like to have an Airtable Interface where I look at all "open" Requests and based on that Request's company field, choose an "available" Device mapped to the same company to be linked to that Request.Is this possible and if so, any guidance on how to go about that?

Hi, I want to calculate the time differentials between when a ticket gets assigned Status "DEV" to when it reaches Status "DONE"The ticket is created before is assigned a status, so "date created" is not possible for me to use. I'm thinking a calculated field with some formula setting the date when the ticket gets assigned Status "DEV" and  Status "DONE"Any kid of input would be really appriciated. Thanks
