I am trying to create a scoring system using Airtable where judges can score a team (with the different metrics in columns). What I have done: Created 3 different tables for each judge Each judge’s table has a list of all the teams (teams are populated as new records across all judges’ tables automatically using external software) Judges can manually key in the score for each metric and an overall score is automatically calculated in the respective record What I need help with: However, I want to create a new table which gives a summary of the overall score for each team for each judge (i.e. looking across a particular record, I will be able to see the overall score for judges A, B and C). And I want this table to be updated AUTOMATICALLY whenever each judge finish scoring the team. What I have achieved thus far is using linked tables and lookup function. I copied the Project management Airtable Template and I see Manual sort as a field type. This is not available for me on any other bases. Is this a new field type? 

Hello all 🙂 I've been staring at this and I am sure it is right in front of me but can't see it. I have a table of scenes that have their filming date defined by a lookup field (I link backwards for print result purposes - if you have seen my other posts DocsAutomator saved my sanity)Now the problem is of course that the linked filed doesn't ACT like one, so I cannot sort properly by date. I can group all the same dates together but they sort alphabetically, not chronologically. How do I accomplish this?

Hey Wonderful Community! I am currently having an issue with a formula that I am trying to show as a progress bar. Here are the specifics: I am calculating the percetage of time passed between a start date and an end date. The formula seems to be correct: ROUND((DATETIME_DIFF(NOW(), {Start Date}, 'days') / DATETIME_DIFF({End Date}, {Start Date}, 'days')) * 100, 2) However, when I go into the "Formatting" section of the Formula Field, it gives me a very large percentage which seems to be incorrect (in this particular case the preview shows 345600% but in the formula section, the preview shows 35.56%. I have attached the two images of the settings below:  Please can someone help me? xx

Hi, I am trying to create either a script or automation that will detect multiple records for me. I have my trigger set up, If a record has a scheduled date that was one day ago and the status on it is "booked"I want to then update anything under these conditions to "completed" I am having issues setting up the "updating" feature.  my configuration is as shown. I have NEVER done this type of automation, so I am extremely confused on this. any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone,  I have got this base with active deals and I would like to send it via email to my team, but I want the email to contain the same table as on Airtable. How can I do that? Create a pdf?

Does anybody else notice changed behavior when uploading attachments with the API?AT used to fill the file name property by default, but since last week I'm not getting any value when reading the attachment field. Older attachments have the "filename" as usual, newer uploads have no value in the JSON.Can anyone confirm please?Thanks in advance!

Just to be clear. When I add a lookup field to a table, that field is not accessible direct through `getCellValue`, correct? I still have to get the id of the corresponding Linked Record field, and do another lookup to get the value of the field that matches my Lookup field. Correct? Just want to make sure I'm not crazy, because it sure seems like extra work for what could be available directly in the table itself. 

I would love to learn if there is a way I can connect Airtable to social media accounts. That way, I can gather data and create graphs within Airtable that already has access to all of the social media platforms data history. Looking forward to hearing from the community!

I have two bases: Contacts and Matters. In Contacts, there are two tables: People and Companies. In Matters, I have a table (Matters) with a field for Clients. I know i can sync People and Companies to the Matters base. However, is there a way to link the records for People and Companies to the Client field? I only see a way for one or the other. 

I need next result - Text & Date. Date should be in format MM/DD/YYYY. But now as a result I have time also. It is not expected result. Formatting tab is not available for this case. Below I attached the formula I use. I would be grateful if somebody helps me to remove time from my formula.   

Hi,I am a Airtable newbie and am having a bit of a challenge figuring out how to properly link 2 tables.  Table 1 (Vehicles) stores Vehicle data - Plate, Make, Model, etc. Table 2 (Fuel Log) stores  - Plate, Litres and Fillup DateI would like to include a field in Table 1 that shows the total litres for each vehicle.  I have tried linking by Plate (not sure if that is correct) and can't figure out how to show the total litres in table 1. I would also want to be automatically update the total in the Vehicles tables when a new row is added in the Fuel Log table.Would appreciate any assistance.ThanksSteve

Dear Community!When creating a timeline view with a "Day" timescale the horizontal axis ranges from 1st Dec 2023 to 20th Aug 2024. Is there a way to adjust these start and end dates of the timeline?I'm trying to make use of the timeline view for planning shifts during an event that only goes for a few days and the massive range on the horizontal axis makes the view basically unusable.Best regardsHenry

Does anyone know the formula to subtract 3 hours from date and time field but... show just the time please? This formula provides the correct answer showing date and time but... DATEADD({Departure Date & Time},-3,'hours') ...when I add this to the formula to they and show just time -- the time is completely wrong. DATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD({Departure Date & Time},-3,'hours'),'h:mmA') My attempts have resulted in a series of #Errors. Any ideas please? Thank you.

Hello everyone, I have two tables: Pre-production and Production. I was able to make an automation so if I "approve" a project submitted through form to Pre-production table, a new record is created in Production with the same name and info. Now I want to make an automation so if the info in Pre-production table is updated, it will also update the same info in the Production table. But I keep getting an error. What am I doing wrong? 

I’m trying to make shortenings of company names using a regular expression, by taking taking the first letter every part of the name. Fx ‘Great Garden Centre’ → GGC I’m not sure if this is possible without a loop, but I’m also no buff at using regex. I’ve sofar I can only extract the first letter using this: REGEX_EXTRACT(Company, "\\b[a-zA-Z]") Is this possible without looping through every word?

Hi all,I have a problem that feels like it should be simple but is giving me a huge headache, lol. Here are some past questions I found that seem to intersect, but I couldn't seem to find my answer in the replies: 1, 2 I replicated my problem in a sandbox base to try to narrow it down, but I'm still confused. Okay, two tables:1. Classes2. Staff. This is synced from the Data Library, and has the same sharing permissions on as all my other sync-able tables. I have creator permissions in both bases, and I'm the owner of the data set in the library. (I've also tried syncing directly from the base because the library is new to me, but it does the same thing):   Here is the Classes table. The goal is to link to the record to the Staff table, and then lookup the email from over there. I can successfully link the record by hitting the + in the Link to Staff field and manually scrolling until I find the matching name, but this is not a
