Hello everyone,In short, I am trying to use an automation to combine multiple single select linked fields into a single multi select linked record.I have two bases: projects and team. Depending on the complexity and size of the project, there may be 5-15 resources assigned. We assign these resources through their own single select linked field so that we can utilize the timeline/utilization function. This makes doing things for the entire team complicated - such as creating a distribution list for the team members -  as we have to create a lookup field for each resource's email, another field to combine them, and another field to format it. I thought a simple automation could address this issue. It is pretty simple: when one of the 15 single select linked records is updated, it updates the multi select "team" field with all the assigned resources. I am running into two issues: 1)If I don't put a separator, then the multi select merges them all together

In the United States, an invoice is very different from what the government of Mexico asks for. If the invoice issued in Mexico by Airtable does not have the requirements that that government (SAT) asks for, the expenses in Airtable are not deductible and therefore are much more expensive for all that business that is paying taxes and that is operating within of the law. How can I get an invoice from Airtable with the requirements of the Mexico SAT so that I can deduct the costs of my ads? Invoices issued by Airtable do not meet these requirements. For example, the document must have the RFC (TAX ID) of the issuer and also the RFC of the recipient, and the folio.

Why do milestones created in my “Critical Path” interface (Program Plan table) with linked Workstream and Function Area field not show up in my “Plans by Function Area” interface (Plans by Function Area table), even though milestones created from the Plans interface do show in Critical Path – and how can I make additions from both interfaces appear in each other? 

HELP!When I’m in the specific Events tab that my web-integrated interface pulls from, I see all the information I’ve selected to display by customizing the labels. However, when I copy embed code and plop into to the HTML editor on my webpage, this is all I get: What the heck am I missing?????  

Hello - I duplicating an automation and was able to make 7 duplications but I am not able to duplicate anymore. Is there a limit on how many we can duplicate? 

I’ve run into a problem that I can’t solve.I’m using a Rollup field, and I need to get the total for the previous month.I’m using the filter “Date – is within – the past month”, but it gives me the total for both the current and previous months.When I set fixed dates for the previous month (from the 1st to the last day), the calculation works correctly.Below, I attached a screenshot with my filter settings and the result.I expected the numbers to be the same with this configuration, but they are different.The issue is that I can’t use fixed dates, because I need the period to be calculated dynamically.  

I’m working on a script in an automation (triggered when new record enters a view) where I need to collect some variables (from the record that triggered the automation) to include in an outbound web hook. Is there any way to control the image sizes I get served from an Airtable Attachment field via API? My API docs tell me I can access “thumbnails” in sizes “small” (width 72 on one image), “large” (width 1024 on one image) and “full” (3000 on one image)… But… “full” is not a thumbnail at all, it’s the source image. “large” is too large. “small” is just too small. It feels like there’s a missing middle size here. But it’s not supplied. Is there any way to constrain the size of an output image?

Hi team!I have to create an app to analyze interviews, extract discussed topics and suggest social media posts, based on the topics. Similar to the one Alex McDonnel showed here.It should have three datasets: Interviews, Topics and Posts. Omni created the app and filled it with some examples. Everything looks great, but when I add the new interview no topics or posts are created.Could you tell me how to fix it? 

I’m perplexed as to why buttons created in the data view cannot yet work in Interface view.  How has this not been worked out?   

Hello, I am syncing my calendar to Airtable, but once I did so out of the items on the calendar it is broken up into two separate kinds of events, so a sure-fire way to be able to separate and organize them is item one right now I have an automation whenever and events/ record is created it tags (single select) either one or the other with Nobody edit permission as very rare will items float between the different types. Secondly, so many of the calendar meetings are canceled or deleted. I want Airtable to follow when that happens, but also snap back live on the calendar if it is brought back into the calendar. Anything to help me head in the right direction would be appreciated.

Currently using Airtable to store all my Training Recordings for teams. I have a interface built out for these training but when it shows up blank in the interface because there is no thumbnail/preview in the data side. I can click onto the recording which will play the video but there’s no thumbnail. Am I able to customize a thumbnail image or add a picture?

Hello All,Please my Airtable <> Docpotion integration was successful, script runs fine, generates pdf invoice in attachment field when, but unfortunately I cannot view the invoice generated and when I download the file, it also does not render in pdf format. Had series of calls with the founder/support of Docupotion, all looks good from their end. Please I need all the help I can get with getting this issue resolved or any other means to achieving same outcomes This is a major blocker to a major project completion.I have attached screenshot for easy of issue Thanks in advance 🙏🏽

Hi!I have setup email automations through Airtable (trigger: when a record enters a view - action: to send email through gmail).The issue is the email is being sent at midnight, which makes it evident that it is not a personal email from our team. How can I setup either the filter on the view, or the trigger/action so that all of our emails are sent at 8am PST? We have an enterprise account, so I feel like this has to be an easy solution, however everything I'm finding seems to incorporate like four additional columns and formulas, which seems really inefficient...

I have an automation that 1st Finds Records from a table then Inserts the Found Grid into an Email. I have static Emails and also want to Use Emails from the Found Records.  If all the Found Records Emails match is there a way to just add 1 instead of it putting in multiple identical Emails in the To:I imagine maybe a script but do not know how to write those. Bull

So as we know, we can now enable the creation of records in tables that have been synced from other bases. It's great. Massive improvement. But can someone confirm for me whether we should be able to do the same using the Create Record action in Automations? Should spend my time doing a workaround or bug hunting? Because it isn't working for me.thanks,

Hi folks,In Chrome and other Chromium based browsers there seems to be a print to PDF bug. When my users attempt to print an interface the print dialogue pops up as attempting to print 20k+ pages of records when the reality is that it should be somewhere between 7-10 pages only. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Hey everyoneBeen looking at the new Proofing tools that had been added a few months back. Its a decent start and I have been considering this as part of our workflows.We typically work with a number of partners that submit updated images to us for review. The idea is we have a task with an image field that is formatted for Versioning.When our partner has a new version of the image that they can submit that into the image field so the internal team can review and give feedback. This seems a little backwards for how the workflow was designed. I think the intent was that the partner would create this in their AirTable, we would be commentors on the images and they would update the images. Is that correct? Thats not great for us since we have dozens of partners and need to have those assets flowing into us to centralize the review process.To make this work for us, I would need to have an Editor license for each partner that would be submitting image versions.

Hello!I’m looking at building a forecasting tool for a seasonal sales business and I’m not sure the best way to set up the base table My dream is a Forecast App/Page (currently happy with out Softr interface) that; #1. has a list of all products, with 2024 sales, 2025 sales, and then an editable field for 2026 Forecasted Sales#2 can be expanded upon to see a listing of customers and their purchases of said product (ideally with quantities and gross margin)#3. The forecasting and customer sales data is only visible to the relevant salesperson (sales code) My question is; what is the best way to set up the database. Currently I have different tables for Salesperson, Customer, Items, 2024 Sales, 2025 Sales (this is over 6000 entries), and then a forecast table that summarizes total item sales per sales code for 2024 and 2025 and has that 2026 Forecasted Sales column. Am I on the right track, it seems like I’m

Hello!I'm having issues with Airtable's default GMT timezone. I have a Date field (which I do not want to have time displayed for) as well as a formula field using the DATEADD formula to calculate the next time a task is due, based on frequency. In the formula field, I can specify timezone. In the Date field, I can't - without adding the time. Because of that, it's calculating incorrectly - everything is off by a day. Only when I add a time do the dates show up correctly. Is there any way to fix this? Do I need to add something to my DATEADD formula? Thank you!   

Hi,I created an email automation, successfully ran tests and they all worked. I even saw the test emails on my sent folder items. However, when I published by toggling the "on" bar, the automation emails were not sent. I even created an update record to verify that emails have been sent, I performed a test to confirm the triggers were correct. It worked! the email test was seen in my sent folder of my email box, the update record trigger for that one I tested worked but the mass email automation has not been sent. What am I doing wrong or perhaps how long does it take for the email automation runs to work successfully? 

Hi everyone,I’m on an Enterprise Scale Airtable account and running into a consistent issue in Interface Designer when trying to build a simple cascading filter workflow.My goal:Users should select a Production first, then see only the Generators linked to that Production in a Record Picker (for a Daily Log interface).The problem: When I add a Record Picker and try to create a condition like Where Production Name is [Value], the Static / Dynamic toggle never appears. I can’t link the Record Picker to a Filter or any other element dynamically.
