We have 800+ bases, each with several automations, and each automation can be sent to any number of recipients based on the project type.  They are primarily external to our org and non-AT users.  I’m trying to find a concise way to audit those email addresses to ensure they are still current and relevant. Can anyone give me any idea of a way to download/query/export this data without querying each base individually?Thanks

Hi everyone,we’ve been experiencing an issue with the Airtable app and I wanted to check if others are seeing the same thing. Our technicians — and I can confirm this myself — are constantly being prompted to log in again. Sometimes you can get around it by fully closing and reopening the app, but this gets really annoying during daily work.Is this a known issue? And is there any chance the re-authentication interval could be extended?Thanks in advance!

The goal is for any changes made in the Policies table to automatically update the corresponding record in the Documents table.I’ve tried linking records, but that causes unwanted behavior (for example, it creates new records in the Policies table when I select Policy IDs in the Documents table). Hello all,I am a small video game refurbisher/reseller and as my business grows Im looking to move from Google Sheets to Air Table to help me manage the complexity of my inventory. Im hoping that the community can provide some insight into how to structure my system so that it is manageable and I keep track of things without making mistakes and/or losing my mind :)The core of my business is based on selling 3 things:Consoles Games ControllersGames are a standalone item. Controllers and consoles are not. Consoles have cables and replacement parts and controllers are similar. I often have to supply additional parts in order to create a single sellable product. For example, I wouldn’t sell a console without a power supply and AV cable.Each product also has different characteristics. For example controllers have colours and could be aftermarket whereas game have unique titles and consoles/controllers do not.

Hi,We run a photography studio. The customer journey starts with a discovery call, before proceeding with a deepened consultation call for some, and then the actual photo session. The bookings for the discovery call come primarily from Meta ads.When monitoring that we have enough bookings (and potentially need to work on the Meta ads to get more bookings), we need to see historical data for how many bookings we’ve had. This would be on either daily or weekly basis, the problem is the same. For example, we’d like to see a table showing how many bookings we had for the coming two weeks and have this for each day, and see what the historical levels have been.This is how I tested: I first created a new table with one record per day. Then I linked the event bookings to each record (day). I then created a lookup field that would select all events of the type Discovery and wanted to add a filter for including only those events with a date “on or later” than that record

I want to look up certain related Procedure Records in my “PNP” table, then I want to add all the related Procedure Records to one field in every Work Record in another table. SO: Triggers: Possibly every time a Work record is created? or on a time schedule? A button?Step 1: Look up all related Procedures records based on a Work Record category fieldStep 2: For every Work Record, add all the related Procedures records to a “PNP” fieldShould be easy right? Just some ideas here but it didn't work at all.. 

Is there a way to add an outlook email as an attachment that can be opened and viewed later? Currently we can add the email in the attachment field but when trying to open it, it looks like gibberish. I can download then, but would rather not add that step to an otherwise simple workflow.   

Hello everyone,I am trying to make a nested IF/AND formula to do the following:IF the ‘Date First Contacted’ = blank, status = ‘Not Contacted.” IF the ‘Date First Contacted ‘= not blank and ‘Follow-Up Date’ = not blank, status = “Followed up.”Is it possible to write this into a formula given that ‘Date First Contacted’ and ‘Follow-Up Date’ are separate fields?  Thank you! 

Is there a way to have them receive an email receipt of some sort so they know the submission went through?  I think I have it set up to tell them Submission Received, at the end, but they are missing it and then filling it out again.  I’m not sure if it’s a easy fix and I’m just not seeing it or if it’s not there.   And, I guess if it is there and I’m missing it, is it only for paid memberships or free as well.  I have a personal account that is a free account, but had the same issue there as I do with the other.

Is there a way to automate the following scenario using any of the automation tools (like Make, Zapier)A change in a field in airtable triggers a 'create a campaign' on mailchimpThe campaign is reviewed and sent manually.The sent campaign triggers a 'change in status column' in the airtable.Is this kind of two-way sync possible?Thanks!

Hi all,I have 2 connected fillout quizzes.The first is set to create a record, which is working fine.In the end screen, I have a URL button linking to the next quiz.The second quiz is set to update a record, but in the results, it creates a new record.I add an ID in the URL parameter for both quizzes.Where do I go wrong, or what am I missing in the process?

Hello everyone!How can I manage user-level access in Airtable so that each role only sees specific tables or fields? Does Airtable support row-level or column-level permissions?Details:I’m building a structure where I have multiple tables (Operational, Manager, Admin), and each user role should only see the data that belongs to them. For example:Operational users should only see the Operational tableManagers should see both Operational and Manager tablesAdmin should see everythingInterfaces solve part of the problem, because I can show or hide tables and fields, but I want to confirm:Is there any way to implement real column-level permissions?Is there any way to implement true row-level permissions?Are interfaces the only recommended approach to hide fields and restrict access?I want to be sure I am building the structure correctly. Thank you!

I want to create a signable form using some fields from my base. I want to insert an image at the top of the form, then a bunch of text from a .doc, then the signature field. How do I do that and what level of subscriptin do I need. I’m currently on free. This form will be sent to 28 unique email addresses.

I’m trying to enable users filling out a form to create a new contact. For context, I’m building a repository of companies and their points of contact. Currently, the “Add Contact” button only allows selecting from existing contacts already in the repository. Since this form is meant for intake, I want users to be able to create new contacts directly from the form and have them automatically linked to the company. When I reached out to support, they said when using Airtable's form builder, you can only link to existing records in a linked record field. Users won't be able to create a new linked records directly through the form. Are there workarounds or unique solutions to this limitation?

Hey Guys, i wanted to ask if a guest user via Airtable Portals has the possibility to actively work in interfaces and set for example a drop down menuitem to an different value or add comments in a single line text field, which then is updated in the base. Or is the guest user via Portals a read-only access and changes made are only visible for the guest user session? 

Hello,I’m new to Airtable and in trouble with airtable forms. For example, here is the situation.I collect weekly requests from my school friends through a Form.In the Form, they write how many of each drink they need and submit it.I then store all of this data in a database.Let’s assume my friend wants to fill out the Form like this: Cola: 5 bottles Water: 154 bottles Orange juice: 30 bottles Wine: 2 bottles Beer: 15 bottles I already have a base where each drink—Cola, Water, Orange Juice, Wine, Beer—is listed.However, it seems that the Form does not allow submitting multiple quantities for a single drink. Since I’ve only been using Airtable for a few days, I may be misunderstanding something.Could you please let me know if my understanding is correct?Or is there something that I can try? Thank you fo

Hi I'm working with Airtable Forms and using a single-select field for a Sample ID (which is a number). I'd like users to be able to add a new Sample ID directly from the form if it doesn't already exist, instead of being limited to the existing options.Is there any way to enable this "Add new option" behavior for single-select fields in Airtable Forms? Or would I need a workaround—like using a linked record or setting up an automation—to allow new Sample IDs to be created automatically?Appreciate any guidance

I am doing a hiring and searching for jobs database. I have made the form for everyone involved but would like for them to be able to change their availability status after having submitted the form. Is that possible? I haven‘t upgraded my subscription, I am still using the free version. I am new in airtable, still trying to figure it out if it is the answer for what I am looking for before I start paying. 

Hi!I’m close to reaching my storage limit on the “Team Plan” (20 GB). I’ve been deleting data to free up space, but I’m not making progress fast enough. Here’s my question:If I have a base with images in X number of rows, and another base with a “lookup” field that mirrors those images from the first base, will the images count twice toward my storage limit?

Hello guysI am reaching out to clarify a question regarding your licensing model. I would like to know whether users who will only access and view bases and databases created under a paid account are required to have a paid license as well.In other words: if I have a workspace under a paid plan, do additional users who will only view or consult information (without editing or modifying data) need a paid license, or can they access it for free?Thankyou!

Any way to Isolate or hide data in the base via access or other means?If I create an inteface with linked data from another base, will the base data be visible by those who have base access? This is relevant when attempting to report on the status of legal work where the repoting dashboard interface needs the metrics however not everyone needs to have access to the back-end data related to the specific cases.  I hope I am explaining this so it’s understandable.   

I have three tables.One has business information.One has Employee information.One has information about the workshops the business have signed up for. I want to create a table that tracks employee attendance for all workshops at all businesses. All employees attend all the workshops the businesses sign up for.I don’t know how to do this without a left table join. It seems like it should be simple, but it is not.

I am new to Airtable and need help or confidence about the process. I have created two interfaces, an intake form and a directory to organize  the data collected from the form. I am unsure of how the form data populates the directory. Am I missing something?Thank you to all who reply.
