I'm using the Airtable Node SDK and the type for `offset` is `number` but it throws an error of "INVALID_OFFSET_VALUE". Passing a `string` also throws an error "Error: Airtable: invalid parameters for `select`".Also, I don't get the `offset` string from the response when using the SDK.Is it possible to do pagination with the SDK? I see there's a function for `.select().eachPage()` but I'm not sure how to use it to implement pagination.If requesting via Fetch, I get the `offset` string from the response and I'm able to send it to the next request and get the next page, but how do I navigate backwards? I would need to store in a hash map ( { 0: null, 1: 'first_page/offset_string', ... } ) ?Another question is: Is it possible to implement a "normal" pagination? Like, navigate to an specific page, navigate backwards, etc.?

I am looping through a list of people in a table and adding them to a multiselect linked field in another. I have found andimplemented the following code to update multiselects without deleting the records existing values.I have found that this only works IF the record contains a value. in a form I have a record selection field. where employees are selected, I want only 1 name to be selected and not 2 or 3. But I don't know how to do it. have under:Minimum and Maximum set the value at Maximum to 1. but doesn't work.

I have been attempting to catch a hook in Zapier from a scripting app that I run daily. The content of the request is designed to capture some metrics from the actual running of the script. I have previously run caught a webhook from a scripting automation to Zapier with no issues. For some reason though, when trying to send a similar request through a scripting app I encounter a failed to fetch issue with some writing on CORS. I would like to create an automation that reminds me by email 1 month before a date from a formula field. Unfortunately I can't change the value of a formula field to dynamic or say the date is within 1 month like I can with a real date field. that doesn't work.

I'm hoping some can provide some advice on which direction I should research on what I'm trying to do.I help run a makerspace, and we don't have employees.  We have members, and some volunteer to be board members, but they cycle out quite frequently, making it difficult to manage any SAS solution that requires us to pay per team member. Plus, our revenue stream only comes from member dues so we don't have deep pockets, also since we're all volunteer and we all have day jobs so we have limited time to dedicate to development.I've been able to do a lot of things so far on my path of learning airtable and fillout, and I think those will be great solutions. Once (and if) we get our nonprofit status accepted by airtable we'll be buying a discounted Team account.Things we track are member applications, member maintenance, assets (equipment tracking), and board meetings. Hi Guys, I'd like to use Airtable to build a utility settlement tool with the tenants. My tenants pay an advance for utility every 6 months; after 6 months (this period might differ), I record the meter reading and fixed and variable utility prices (the utility prices might differ between months, it's not common, though) calculate how much they should pay vs. how much they paid in an advance. I have 6 tenants. I use it for the following utilities: electricity, heating, and water. I've been doing it in Google Sheets so far, but AirTable interfaces would be useful for me. I'm trying to figure out the tool's structure: if I should put the dates of the readings in rows and the utility kind in columns or the other way around. Do you think it makes sense to use Airtable for this purpose?  Thanks for your help.

Hello All,I've been attempting to create a more efficient way for my organization to sort through volunteers and create a matching system to the elderly. So far, I've created two main tables: Volunteers and Old Friends that are populated by a use of forms. There are certain columns that are referenced in the forms controlled by other tables i.e. hobbies. Using Scripting in an attempt to create a system that can sort through the Volunteers table and Old Friends table to match based on the hobbies (to start, I plan on using other variables once I get this part working). UPDATE: found out this was due to a formula error, which left the deadline date field in #ERROR for the affected records. Out of a bunch of 96, some 5 just failed with a quite unhelpful ""Subject" could not be converted to a string" message.The e-mail subject field uses a variable to fetch a deadline date. For 95% of the e-mails it works like when tested, for 5% it doesn't.Any ideas how to troubleshoot? How on earth does it work for some, but not for others? Hi,I created a script which takes data  in a project financial table and updates special table with payments report.I'm going to setup it to run daily or weekly automation, and add it to many projects in different bases.Problem with updating a single-select field 'Type' (of operation), when new Types appear.here is the issue, automation can't do that (script extension works ok):thinking about workaround - use preparation script, compare and check whether new types available, output them in variable 'newtypes', find any random record in destination, loop Update it's 'Type' through the list of 'newtypes', then return the old value.Then run main script.More clean solution, to avoid affecting Modified Date of existing record could be - Create new record, Loop update it with all new types, then delete it (by script).

Is there any way to use formulas and linked at the same time? I want a column to add data from the columns A + B + C to = ABC and then have ABC show up on a different tab. Is that possible? 

I'm using a public airtable view with a button that passes data to a web form. But for some reason on mobile it clears the query string. It should pass something like this:

I'm running into issues duplicating tables because of field counts.I can create a new table and copy a record over and it pastes all the correct fields but all the links and lookups are broken.My newest method is to link the record back to a main table and bring in all the fields as lookups but that as a (from {Table}) to the end of each field. A) is there a way to prevent that addendum to the field name OR a way to bulk remove it? Like with an script and via API calls?

Hello! Here is my situation and what I would like to get accomplished: I have three tables, 1,2,3. T1 has a list of candidates, who will either pass or fail (based on my selction of a single select value). For those who pass, I want to add their data to T2. Now this is simple using a Linked record in T2 that points to the record in T1. I am using T3 to host values. I consume these values in T2 as lookups in order to make some calculations. (eg. if score<T3 score then “expert”) My question is, when I add a new person from T1 to T2, such that they appear in t2 thanks to the linked reorc functionality, how do i also call the records from t3 in order to keep doing the calculations? It seems every time there is a new record in t2 i have to also copy paste the linked records from t3 for them to show up in their respective lookup columns for the calculations to make sense. I tried filtering by those t3 linked record values thinking that any new record will auto-populate th

I would like to set up and automation that "At 9 AM every Monday, Airtable will automatically send a Slack message to a user if a certain condition is met (e.g., "Task1" is set to "Pending Activation"). The Slack message will have an actionable button (e.g., "activated"), and when clicked, it will update a specific field " Task 1" in Airtable (e.g., changing "Pending Activation" to "Activation"). But the test result is negative and showed received invalid inputs.    

Does anybody have a good workaround for delaying email automations for (example) 10 minutes? Our situation: When a project goes over budget, an email is sent to the project manager But: the email will go immediately, which is a problem, because the project manager might simply be in the process of updating the record, and once he’s finished with his updates, the project might not actually be over budget. Therefore, we are getting tons of false notifications. What’s needed: Some sort of pause before the notification is sent out, where Airtable checks to see if the situation is still true for that record, before sending the notification.

Hi! On my table I have three fields, "Start Date", "End Date", and "Week Number". I am trying to make an automation that extrapolates the week number from the date range. I know there is a formula that does this but I'm looking to have the field be a single-select color-coded field. I have an automation that is working out well but I can't figure out how to do the automation so that it would automate multiple weeks if the start and end date spans multiple weeks. Current automation: If start date is 1/1/25 and end date is 1/3/25, return week 1. Where I want to get: If start date is 1/1/25 and end date is 1/9/25, return week 1 and week 2. Is there an easy way to do this?

Is anyone else seeing the Apply button in their filter conditions?  It showed up some time this week but it's not in every table.  This is annoying! Is there a way to turn it off?There:Not there: 

Can we please get an option on Air table that is a fixed monthly rate for either unlimited or a large, allocated amounts of users! I need to scale but paying $54 per user per month when we need 20-50 users is an insane amount of money just to be able to tag the correct person i need to assign something to. Does anyone have a workaround for this so I can delegate tasks to people and actually have them get a notification???? 

I have a table <TableA> whose records <TableARecord> have a field <LinkedRecordB> which is linked to records of a second table <TableB>.I am try to use that field <LinkedRecordB> for automations and I don't see how.If I try to use it in a Condition Group, when defining the condition I can only use the record ID and Name.If, as a workaround, I try to find the corresponding record in <TableB> using a "Find records" action with "Find records based on" when trying to defined the condition I am not even able to select that field <LinkedRecordB> and get an error message when hovering stating: "No valid nested options"The only solution I have found is using adding another field of type "Formula" in <TableA> an getting the Name of that linked record <LinkedRecordB> and then using it in the condition in option 2.
