When I create a LIST in INTERFACE and I mark the options "Edit records inline" and "Add/delete records inline" I can add RECORDS from the computer.But when I log into the app from my cell phone, I can't add a RECORD.Is it possible to add RECORD also from the app on the cell phone?

I am a real novice at formulas and I have been unable to work out what I have done wrong. Can somebody please tell me. DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(01-11-2019),{DOB LInk},‘Y’) I am trying to return the age of a person based on the difference between the DOB and the date in the future. What I have here works sometimes but sometimes gives the incorrect age. The problem occurs if the dob is later in the year than todays date. Airtable AYM Festival test 2019 - Airtable Explore the "AYM Festival test 2019 " base on Airtable. Hopefully the link will show that the first age (for Jacob) is correct but the second line for (Peter) is one year out.

Hello,I have shared 3 interfaces with a collaborator and have given them editor permissions. They are able to acces one of the 3 interfaces. When they try to access the other 2 interfaces they get a notification which says 'You are not authorized to view this page'.I am pretty sure that I followed the same procedure to share the interfaces and I don't think I have set any restrictions for who can see the interfaces. M is only able to view the Equipment & FAcilities Maintenance even though they have editor permission on all the interfaces.M has access to the interfaces on the desktop and they work perfectly for the permissions I have set. This issue only occurs on the mobile app on a tablet.Does anyone know what might be going on?Thanks!

I have an automation set up to add an event to my google calendar. It is working fine except, the end date it shows on the calendar is showing up the day before it ends. I have the events with no time listed because i do not want a specific start and end time for them. When i have the all day box checked in the automation It is showing on the calendar as ending a day earlier. When i make the "all day" under configurations in the automation dynamic and pick the end date it gives the start time and end time as 8AM in google calendar.  Is there a solution for this? Let me start by saying that I have been trying to do this in Interfaces but I've also had a look at the new Forms feature.What I would really like to do is present the user with a grid with 4 columns: MakeLineModel Qty    When the user clicks in the blank line under Make, they get a drop-down that lists all the current values in the Make field (unique values). Then they do the same for Line and Model, based on the selection under Make - i.e. a decreasing filtered list. They then manually enter a qty. They can then add more rows as they complete the 'form'.Ideally they would also be able to have the option to ignore the drop down selection and enter a value in any column that doesn't already exist in the data.I can't work out how to do this and don't really know if it's a form view on the Data area, a Form in an Interface or if I would use the new Forms feature.Any ideas ?

I have two date fields that sync from an Outlook calendar. Because most events on that calendar are full-day events, they have an end time of 11:59 PM. This is what it looks like with "include time" selected:...and this is what it looks like toggled off.I reviewed this similar question, where it turned out to be a time zone issue, but that doesn't apply here as the time zone settings aren't accessible if you don't show the time. I'd prefer to hide the times for the sake of tidiness/reducing visual clutter. Is there a way to fix the rounding issue without creating a separate formula field?

Hi there, I have a script that collect a few records in my table, and I'd like to create a repeat action (to send a Slack message to each of these records). I used JSON.stringify to convert my array to a string and the output is something like: ["rec0aFuNHkPzxxx","rec2jGJ33iVxxx", …]When I try to use this script output as a list for my repeat group it says : "No valid nested options". I looked in the doc but haven't found anything about it. Did I miss something ?

Hi, I have a table where I add any investment into a company done. So, each row contains a field which is  linked record that link the investment to a record in table "company".But we can invest several times in one company. So I want to create a view that could display the last investment made for each company. I thought creating a new "single select" field called "active investment?", and having "active" option automatically selected for the latest investment made for a company. But I can't figure out how to do this double condition (having the "company" in the "linked field" and being the earliest date). Does someone know how to do something like this? Thank you,  Have a nice day 

I'm trying to create a calendar to show different dates that our personnel are not available. What I can't figure out is if there's a way to have a different label show for each specific set of date ranges as I would like the calendar to show the specific reason someone is not available during those dates.I have 5 sets of unavailability date ranges and each of those have notes that pertain to the respective date range (i.e. why that person is out). The fields are set up now as Date 1 Start - Date 1 End - Date 1 Notes, with 5 sets of fields like that.When toggling those notes on in the customize labels function, I get all the notes attached to each date range included in each calendar block. Hey,I want to help my father's business and automate it to be more efficient and save him time.The problem is that he is not technological at all and he gets a bit complicated and I am afraid that he will destroy or enter wrong data (enter empty records or accidentally click on things).I wanted to ask you how you would deal with it?I thought maybe creating forms to create customers, a form to edit the details of the customers, etc.is this a good idea?I would love to hear from you how you would behave.Thanks

Hi Folks,I have come up with a workaround for not being able to filter on query within scripting automations. For starters, I’m relatively new to Airtable and this is my first time asking for assistance. Please feel free to explain things to me like a 5 year old. I’m pulling data from multiple sources, Sheets being the main one. I’m looking for help with Airtable’s scripting automation for a field titled Contribution Amount. For context, this is for a freelance project for a company that offers cleaning service subscriptions. There’s three main tables- blocks, Subscribers, and Active Subscriptions (junction block of the first two). Each block has a cleaning Budget (Budget field) that needs to be achieved, subscribers on a block pledge an amount (Pledge Amount field) they are willing and able to pay, pledges are pooled (Total Pledge Rollup field) and the funding threshold (Threshold Milestone field) that the block has achieved is noted. Hi there! I have a big table with business founders, and I’m looking for a method for new records to auto-complete the gender field by searching the same first name in the table and looking up the gender. How can it be done using automation?

So, I love the fact that I can finally share interfaces and embed them into our services. This has finally given me the use case for them. First snag I have found though is that when I have a drop down, for some reason one of them keeps changing the sort for the records and I don't know what I am doing wrong. The dropdown is filtering a linked field. When I select the dropdown on the interface designer, it is in alphabetical orderWhen I select the dropdown post publishing, it is in alphabetical orderWhen I select the dropdown on the embed or make larger link, it is chaosIs there a way for me to fix the sorting of the dropdown item? I show the perfect drop down and the less that perfect one in the attachements. 

I just wonder can I use my data table in Airtable to link with my application? I mean I want to do SQL query to Data in Airtable and get some attributes and push it to the CRM tool attached to my Application. Is it possible to do these actions? 

Hi all, I'm trying to create an integration between Airtable and Typeform.On typeform, when connecting with Airtable, I can select the base and the table but when I select the table, the matching fields do not appear.
