Hi. In the past week, I started getting random "[500] Server error" when calling various Airtable modules via Make. No other information is provided. If I retry the scenario, usually then it works.Any idea what this could be? Could it be that I'm hitting some kind of limit? According to this page (https://airtable.com/developers/web/api/rate-limits), it says the error code in case of a limit should be 429 not 500. Screenshot below shows an example of the error. Note that it is not happening only on one type of module like 'Update a Record', but even say 'Get a Record' or Search.

My goal is to create a single automation, that checks multiple separate fields and if they contain values, process separate actions.For example, if a new record is created and there are values in the field weight, then update the weight field of the linked record. If a new record is created and there are values in the location field, then update the location field of the linked record.Now the statements follow an IF -> ELIF (Otherwise if) logic, therefore if a new record is created and both fields (Weight and location) are not empty, only the first condition is fulfilled and the automation stops. In this case the weight would be updated (matching the first IF condition), but the location would not (because the first condition was fulfilled).My workaround for this has been creating first a field that checksIF weight AND location have values, update both,ELIF weight has values, update weightELIF location has values, update location

Hi, Does anyone have a working integration, where stock prices are automatically (eg timebased refresh) fetched into an airtable sheet, depending on eg ISIN, etc. I just found quite old posts and only one newer video (How to Track Stocks in Airtable - YouTube), but the script link in the video is outdated… So any help with providing a script, etc. would be highly appreciated. thanks a lot, Chris

A few months ago I received an email from product@mail.airtable.com descibing changes to handling of dates and timezones in scripting. Do I recall correctly? Can someone point me to the info it described? I’m still doing manual timezone adjustments in scripts but think this new feature can handle it properly???

I've created a Grid View in my base, and created a specific order by dragging and dropping records (not using a Sort condition). When I share the view, the order is preserved. When I add the view to an interface, the order is NOT preserved. What are my options? Is this a bug that will be fixed? Is there an easy way to create a priority field of some sort instead that will auto-change when I re-order the records based on changing priorities? 

I have 2 bases (Payments and Ledger)And on Ledger base i have a sync table from Payments baseI'm making a script that runs on a table in the Ledger database. This script will create a record in the Payments base and then link that record to a table in the Ledger base.But I'm having problems because the synchronization table has a different ID and recordID than the original table in the Payments base.If I pass the recordID from the Payments base to link it to the table in the Ledger base, will that work?

Hi,Somehow Airtable doesn't understand my dates as dates so grouping goes wrong. In an interface I have a list of booked events that I want to be grouped by their date. That way, I can easily see day by day how many events are booked. The grouping column is based on a formula picking out only the date from another column where the full date/time is stored.As a European I prefer 'DD.MM.YYYY' as the format, so my formula to give only the date is:DATETIME_FORMAT({date/time},'DD.MM.YYYY')This gives me visually 27.5.2024 for May 27, 2024, which is what I want. The grouping result, however, becomes like this:02.06.202414.06.202422.05.202428.5.202431.5.2024Grouping is apparently performed on the first digits, not as dates.Why doesn't Airtable understand a date that is only formatted into DD.MM.YYYY as a date?Rgds,Björn

Hello,I'm looking for a way to filter records dynamically similar to currently available options "Current user" and "Current user's email". What I have in mind is a formula field in the database that outputs something like "@acme.com", "@company.org". Then, in the interface designer I would like to set up a filter that filters all records and shows them to the user of this domain. A similar feature is available in forms sharing permissions, where I can share a form with users from the specific domain.Thanks to this feature, I could have one interface with dynamic filters, where the user with email ending with "@acme.com" would see all records associated to this company.The current workaround would be creating separate interfaces and sharing them with the necessary users, but if I'm providing services to multiple companies and want to implement some changes or upgrades to the interface, I have to reproduce it in all the separate views.

Working with birthdays where I only know the client's Month/Day and not their Year of birth.  So text field is 5/12 for example but I'd like to have an actual date of 5/12 so I can set up reminders 5 days before the actual birthday.  I used the following formula but it's not working correctly.  DATETIME_PARSE(Birthday, 'MM/DD')Thank you in advance

We see that from last three days we are frequently getting 502 Error in spite of no changes on the URL and how we retrieve the data from airtable.It's even seen that Api calls are working for some time of the day and failing for some cases.We would like to know from community what and all trouble shooting can be done.Troubleshooting done.1. I have one record (Project#1) that starts in JAN and ends in AUG with 800 hours. Assuming a simple linear average, how [would we get Airtable to tell me how] many hours should I expect to spend in MAY?(2) The first complication: There are many projects (of course), each with their own overlapping StartDate, EndDate, and EstimatedHours. How I can get Airtable to report what our total monthly commitment is for MAY? Hi guys!I am using Record Templates to auto-populate long text fields in existing records, but it doesn't seem to be working. I have a bunch of long text fields that I want to have templates for to auto fill them out when a project hits a certain phase. A manager will hit a Apply Template button on an interface to apply the template they want to a project. Current it only changes a single select option I have in the template. Do record templates not work with long text fields? If so does anyone know of a way to make this work? Thanks!

Ever since personal token system came in Airtable, my data is not showing in Kodular. I have tried everything, tried putting personal token instead of api key but got no result, can't understand where is the problem. 

I have created a base to track various components of our commercial kitchen operation.I have bases for Menu Items, Prep Items and Ingredients.I have created various columns for the quantity of ingredients for each dish and need to roll them up into the quantity of ingredients in total for a given period, using sales data.Because there may be multiple meats involved in a dish, I have created separate groups of columns with Qty Meat 1, Single Select Meat 1 and a formula column that multiplies Qty by average weekly sales. I need to roll this up into the meat table so that we can calculate the total quantity of each meat we use per week using a formula to sum the four columns for each meat.This all works fine for the first meat, and works fine for the initial calculations for the remaining columns (to Meat 4).However, when I roll up these columns to calculate the total, the second, third and fourth columns are grabbing the Meat single-select from Meat

Does anyone know of documentation that has an example of creating each field type using Node.js?There are certain field types I am running into issues with such as date fields and currency fields and I can not find much documentation of when an example for each field completed looks like.

Hello. I am having issue with my formula returning errors instead of 0. I tried using adding If to the beginning of the formula and also the ISERROR but nothing is working the way I need it to.
