Our small creative team uses Airtable in a KanBan view to manage client workflow. Each client has a base. Within each base, we typically include the active teammate assigned to the task as a field on each record. This allows us to manage team bandwidth for that particular client, but we still have to manually manage our teams task assignments across various client bases.Is there a way to pull records from different bases within a shared team workspace? We’d like to have an internal view stacked by team member.

Is there a way a user submitting a form can save the data filled out before he submitted it? I have a very long form for my users that they won’t fill at once.

My sync stopped working even when I manually sync. When I have investigated what the issue is I did find out that sync stops working when the source base is inactive which could be the case here. But how do I fix this issue without losing any data? I have tried resyncing to the original view and also syncing to a duplicate view. I’m lost.

I am trying to build an automation where multiple choice preferences of a customer under multiple columns need to be  matched with another table where these preferences are mapped to an expert. I am unable to find the output of the right mapping. Can someone help with a workflow direction ? 

Hello! This week my colleagues and I noticed that the format of our email notifications from Airtable has changed. We used to received email notifications saying the person's name "via Airtable." Now it appears as their email address. The new format makes it just a little harder to keep track of who is sending us notifications. We'd like to revert back to the old display with the name but can't figure out how or why it changed. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hello! I have a table which is sort of like a job application portal for our company. We have a google form which is filled along with roles and role specific questions which then we bring into airtable for screening. Now we wish to have a technical round (Round 1) which is through a seperate google form. I wanted help to get the score from the google form/google sheet into this application portal. As i understand there will be separate source data for the application form and for the Round 1 evaluation form (Seperate google sheets). Hence there might need to be some automation required to be able to match the data of both the sources and add it to the same table. I intend to use the email ID as the matching parameters since the forms are filled using google accounts.

When I deliver, say, Service 1 to someone who already exists in Clients, I want to link that service record to the existing client—not just type their name again.Concretely: if I start a new record in Service_1 and type “John Doe,” I want that entry to reference the same John Doe in the Clients table, so I can pull his saved info (email, phone, notes) via lookups—rather than duplicating data.What’s the best way to do this?

Hi everyone,I’ve created an interface that includes a list view (see screenshot). This list shows devices (inventory items) that are linked to a construction site record. Adding a new device works perfectly – I can use the “Gerät hinzufügen” button to select an existing record and link it to the construction site.On desktop, removing the link also works fine: I can right-click on a row and choose “Unlink record”, which removes the connection between the construction site and the device.However, on the mobile version of Airtable (the app), I can’t find any way to remove that link. Long-pressing, context menus, or any other gestures don’t seem to offer that option.My question:Is there any way to allow unlinking records in a list view on mobile – maybe through an alternativ

Hi ,I'm based out of india and using Visa Card to upgrade from Free to Team License. I tried few times but I'm getting below error everytime "We were unable to upgrade you at this time. Please refresh the page and try again.".   I tried to refresh and re-do this transaction with other visa card, but that is also not working. Any help on how to get out of this problem would be great? 

We have various sales/participation goals that change every year. My idea is to essentially store a unique formula for every goal, for every year, in a text field in a year table. Then in the main table, lookup that text field and somehow create a formula field based on that to do the actual calculation. I need to create an interface of a table’s data.  It needs to have pages of “cells” that are shown in 3 columns and 10 rows.  Each cell has 4 rows (one column) of data, some with labels.  For example: First Last First Last First Last Date: 10/02/25 Date: 10/02/25 Date: 10/03/25 Score: 100 Score: 100 Score: 100 Distance: 1000 Distance: 1000 Distance: 1000  Ultimately, I’m hoping to be able to print the grid on Avery labels.Is this possible?

Hi, I feel this is a tough one and I would like to have some help to figure out where to start.I have a table of contacts and I want to send batch html emails to some of them only, depending on conditions, eg by country. It would also like to populate those emails with data coming from the contacts records, but also from other tables depending on what those batch emails will be about.Here’s a simplified example of what I need. One day I may need to send information about project A (from a “project” table) to my contacts in Canada. A week later I may need to send information about project B to my contacts in England.How would you do something like that? The main goal is simple: we need to merge the results of 25+ different assessment outcomes (Core Prompts) into a single Linked Record field on our final tracking table. Basically, we need the system to reliably weld 25 lists of IDs into one final master list. -Our Automation Setup  Structure: We have 25+ independent Automations, each dedicated to one Core Prompt (e.g., "Pain," "Swallowing"). Trigger: All 25+ Automations are set to trigger at the same time when a new assessment record is created. As I create Interfaces for my database, I noticed that my record selector box for my source table, always defaults to the earliest record.  I need it to appear blank, when I first open the table's Interface.   Is there a setting that I need to change, or is an "unwanted" feature of the Airtable Interface?

This is kind of complicated and I’m not sure if it will be possible, but here goes. I’m trying to automate data entry for each record I create in my Project table. What I have set up now is a Long Text field called “Paste” where I paste the contents of an email, and several field agents that comb through the text of that email to fill out fields like Project Name, Project Type, Notes, etc. Each email contains the name of several people associated with the project’s production team: directors, writers, and producers. I have a separate table that is a Master Contact List of all the names that have ever been entered, and in my main Project table, I have a linked field called Production Team that links to the Master Contact List. Multiple linked records are allowed so that multiple people can be logged in that field in the Project table. Right now, I have to manually enter all the names.
