What timezone is used by Calendar View and\or how to change it? Can’t find this in documentation so far. Using Pro plan, if it matters. My use case: I have an ‘events’ table and I want to make 2 calendar views for US and for Europe and be able to (re)schedule events by dragging on both views

Is it possible to change the sent from email, from the default of automations@airtableemail.com to something of our choice? Or by a per project basis?

I want to update a record when a field condition is met, and currently the “Update Record” automation only seems to use any value/change to the field. What I am trying to do when the “Status” field is updated, and ONLY when it’s Value is changed to “Used” do I want to execute the update. Right now when the value is changed from Used to Unused, it runs the automation. Any guide on what combination of actions I can use to do this?

Hi everyone —I’ve built an automation that:1️⃣ Triggers when a Project Overview record enters a view2️⃣ Creates a related record in Prelims Summary (Client Breakdown)3️⃣ Updates the original Project Overview record to link back to that new recordEverything works — the link is created — but in the run log, the Linked Prelims (NEW) field shows two entries: ["rechvSfKKM3dFqypl"] ✅ (green — works) "rechvSfKKM3dFqypl" ❌ (red — literal string) I’m currently setting the linked record field value in the Update Record step as: ["Airtable record ID"] (using the dynamic variable from the Create Record step with the “+” button).Is this expected, or should only the array appear?Could something in the input mapping or type conversion be causing the duplicate string entry?Any insight from others who’ve built dynamic link automations like

We have an interface where previously (before UI change) we were able to apply a filter to limit the data that was shown but now when you try to add a condition it just shows the hover “Cannot filter on fields” 

Hi! I’ve tried a few different ways of doing this and can’t seem to figure it out. I’m importing some data into a new base and there’s a field that has update notes on different lines all formatted the same. I’d love to figure out an automation to add each line to a linked table as separate updates connected to the parent field. If I use an automation to update fields, does it update the fields in the order listed in the automation? So can I copy data from the existing fields first then update the fields with new data all in the same automation? If they update in order why can't I rearrange the order? just have to delete and reorder them all manually...

I have a Single Select field field that I want to allow users to be able to add new options too when they are in Create Form interface. Since this is not possible, are there any workarounds/alternative designs that anyone has used?My thoughts:1. Using Linked Record is also not possible, since it doesn't allow new record creation from the Create Form interface. 2. Using a text field and then automating creation of the option in Single select also is not possible since I believe it doesn't allow update of the Single Select options through "Run Script" in automation?

Okay, looking for brainstorms/solutions. I use Go High Level for almost all of my business management. The one area where I struggle mightily to rely on GHL is calendars. So, I'm implementing Airtable. All my events. All in one place. Folks can register for more than one at a time. GLORIOUS. Until I want to send confirmation emails & reminder emails/texts. I'm trying to decide whether it's easier to do that communication through Airtable and then send it over to GHL for record keeping, OR....whether to send registration info to GHL and then handle all confirmations/reminders from there. I need easy/medium difficulty (with Chat GPT assistance!) to create and reliable replication as we grow. Suggestions????

Our small creative team uses Airtable in a KanBan view to manage client workflow. Each client has a base. Within each base, we typically include the active teammate assigned to the task as a field on each record. This allows us to manage team bandwidth for that particular client, but we still have to manually manage our teams task assignments across various client bases.Is there a way to pull records from different bases within a shared team workspace? We’d like to have an internal view stacked by team member.

Is there a way a user submitting a form can save the data filled out before he submitted it? I have a very long form for my users that they won’t fill at once.

My sync stopped working even when I manually sync. When I have investigated what the issue is I did find out that sync stops working when the source base is inactive which could be the case here. But how do I fix this issue without losing any data? I have tried resyncing to the original view and also syncing to a duplicate view. I’m lost.

I am trying to build an automation where multiple choice preferences of a customer under multiple columns need to be  matched with another table where these preferences are mapped to an expert. I am unable to find the output of the right mapping. Can someone help with a workflow direction ? 

Hello! This week my colleagues and I noticed that the format of our email notifications from Airtable has changed. We used to received email notifications saying the person's name "via Airtable." Now it appears as their email address. The new format makes it just a little harder to keep track of who is sending us notifications. We'd like to revert back to the old display with the name but can't figure out how or why it changed. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hello! I have a table which is sort of like a job application portal for our company. We have a google form which is filled along with roles and role specific questions which then we bring into airtable for screening. Now we wish to have a technical round (Round 1) which is through a seperate google form. I wanted help to get the score from the google form/google sheet into this application portal. As i understand there will be separate source data for the application form and for the Round 1 evaluation form (Seperate google sheets). Hence there might need to be some automation required to be able to match the data of both the sources and add it to the same table. I intend to use the email ID as the matching parameters since the forms are filled using google accounts.

’ve created four tables. Clients is the master table. New submissions from my intake form go straight into Clients.The other three tables are Service_1, Service_2, and Service_3. When I deliver, say, Service 1 to someone who already exists in Clients, I want to link that service record to the existing client—not just type their name again.Concretely: if I start a new record in Service_1 and type “John Doe,” I want that entry to reference the same John Doe in the Clients table, so I can pull his saved info (email, phone, notes) via lookups—rather than duplicating data.What’s the best way to do this?

Hi everyone,I’ve created an interface that includes a list view (see screenshot). This list shows devices (inventory items) that are linked to a construction site record. Adding a new device works perfectly – I can use the “Gerät hinzufügen” button to select an existing record and link it to the construction site.On desktop, removing the link also works fine: I can right-click on a row and choose “Unlink record”, which removes the connection between the construction site and the device.However, on the mobile version of Airtable (the app), I can’t find any way to remove that link. Long-pressing, context menus, or any other gestures don’t seem to offer that option.My question:Is there any way to allow unlinking records in a list view on mobile – maybe through an alternativ

Hi ,I'm based out of india and using Visa Card to upgrade from Free to Team License. I tried few times but I'm getting below error everytime "We were unable to upgrade you at this time. Please refresh the page and try again.".   I tried to refresh and re-do this transaction with other visa card, but that is also not working. Any help on how to get out of this problem would be great? 

We have various sales/participation goals that change every year. My idea is to essentially store a unique formula for every goal, for every year, in a text field in a year table. Then in the main table, lookup that text field and somehow create a formula field based on that to do the actual calculation.
