I understand there is an Admin panel available on the Business and Enterprise plans that looks like a one-stop-shop for organizing user settings/permissions, but that this is not available on the Teams plan. Isn’t there a way on the Teams plan to see all users in one place to see what they have permission to and at what level with the ability to edit the settings right there? Currently it seems like a disorganized mess as I have to go to each element to see who has what and frankly that’s not very clear. An Admin panel seems like database 101 and should be available to all paid plans. Am I missing the boat here? Hi there, I’ve been using Airtable for a while and using Pre-filled form for about 3 years now, but I’m having issue recently with some pre-filled form with linked records. I have 4 pre-filled linked record in this form : https://airtable.com/app3VaYZ9KK6HEimn/pag88B7PDY9L5izzt/form?prefill_Session=70&prefill_Formateur=Camille+Rabineau&prefill_Entreprise=Founders+PledgeAnd only 3 show up and the last one doesn’t. I am using airtable to push emails out via my gmail. However gmail says they’re bouncing back but airtable doesn’t seem to track those emails that have bounced in gmail. I want to be able to change the status to “Bounced” and then automate to use another email i have in the airtable.  

I know it ha been discussed MANY times, and I even clicked on the “contact developers” to submit a question/suggestion to see if they ever think this will fully integrate with Airtable…. aka upload the PDF upon a trigger via automations, or just a column that IS the page designer. Can anyone at Airtable make this happen? It seems that Airtable is the developer, and with all the chatter here, this one small thing would make a huge difference to so many. Currently the only options are to use external PDF creation tools, which is beyond frustrating when you’ve created the perfect PDF page and all you need to do is link it to the column. The fact that someone can’t even click a link to view the PDF, ugh. Anyway, maybe if enough people “like” this, it can get to the Developer and they can actually follow though. With all the AI and automation of today, I know this is possible! Please help us get there.

I setup Power BI Parameters successfully but received the error code in the Query. I suspected that it may be the M Code so I followed a link to a GitHub resource for alternate code."If the above script seems to be causing an error, then please refer to this GitHub resource, as the code may have changed.

Does anybody know if it’s possible to copy a Page Designer layout to another base? They are so fiddly & time consuming to set up that this would be extremely welcome.

I created a dashboard with interface designer, containing mostly number elements with the % complete of different categories; when I expand this, I get a list of records in the category, as expected. Great ! But this works only as it should be on the desktop client and also on the iPad client. But not on iPhone !? On iPhone, every Number element on the dashboard I expand, I always get the message “No records yet” ?I don’t understand this… is there really such a big functional difference between the iPad client and the iPhone client ? 

Hi, I have a question about some app architecture that I wonder if anyone might have suggestions or opinions about? The short version is: is it better to pull AT data into an outside app, or to instead try and build plugins / overlays within AT (somehow?) ?  Longer version: I am an engineer (not the software kind) and architect (also not the software kind). I LOVE AirTable. We use it religiously in our firm and it works GREAT for managing building data (pumps, fans, windows, glass, materials, rooms, ventilation flow-rates, etc, etc...)., We have built all sorts of tools to pull AT data down into our local Building Information Models (BIM) as we work. I’ve been working on a client-facing app for BIM data display, and so far what I have is a basic React App which pulls in a project’s AT data and displays it in tables for the client. Hi everybody,Our company has 3 x sized boxes - small medium large.We fit the following quantities of our product in each  box:Small - 95Medium - 200Large - 300What I want to do is tell a user how many boxes each order will use. I’ve achieved this with nested IFs:IF({quantity} <= {Small Box (from Link To Products)}, "1 x Small Box", IF({quantity} <= {Medium Box (from Link To Products)}, "1 x Medium Box", IF({quantity} <= {Large Box (from Link To Products)}, "1 x Large Box",ROUND({quantity}/{Large Box (from Link To Products)},2)&" x Large Boxes")))This works well. My only issue is with the last statement when orders exceed 1 x Large Box. With an order larger than the size of 1 x Large Box, it returns a decimal of large boxes e.g. “2.67 x Large Boxes”. My question relates to the deicmal  - I now want my formula to say whether that residual decimal would fir into a small box,

Using Page Designer to create station manifests for events and they look amazing on screen, not so much on paper. Only the first page prints, the rest of the pages are blank. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but still getting blank pages. When I print I see this instruction: “You’ll need to manually enable background images and/or background colors in your print settings in order to make the page print properly.” What does that mean? Where do I change this setting and how do I change it?

Is there a good method where when I apply to a job in LinkedIn that it would trigger or gather the details of the job--company name, position, date applied, etc. and export/import the data into my AirTable base as part of my job search?

I am on the Free plan for now trying to make sure everything will work …. I’ve got a Find records and no matter what it only returns 10 records, even if I make the only condition where it should catch them all. For example the primary field of “Name” is not empty. Or switching to a View based and still the same result.Is the free account limited on the number of found records? or am I being a major bonehead on my action...

Hello! I’m having more difficulty than I’d like to replace text with a newline.In the Airtable Find & Replace extension script, I’ve modified it to support RegExp find and special character replace. I hate to make my first post a complaint, but I am at my wits' end.Two days ago, after extensive research, I decided Airtable would work for me and signed up for a year's subscription to the $20 USD a month plan.After logging into both the web interface and app, I find I am still on a FREE plan.I tried seeking help through the chat system; it was a complete waste of energy—nothing happened other than being told to contact sales.I messaged sales, but got no response.I emailed support and received a prompt reply: "Yes, we will investigate."Two days later, I'm still not upgraded and have received no further support other than "We are looking into this."This is unacceptable and unworkable—I don't want to risk my business on this type of “support.”I asked for a refund.Ignored.I am about to start a chargeback/fraud report with my bank.If anyone has the king's ear, tell them to sort their support team out.

I’m currently editing a list interface, and under “appearance” there is the normal record coloring, and then there is something called “field text color:” Does anyone know what this is and how to use it?I’ve attached a photo of what I’m talking about 

Having a few issues with new dashboards...Is there a way to not use a list, but instead use a grid layout for data on a dashboard? List view, especially here where you can not do levels, is useless.Is there a way to edit records in-line in the dashboard? no matter what I do, I can't seem to make it editable and have to expand each record individually. Not really working for our flow. ps... any news of Record List moving to the new upgraded interface versions?

I’m building a self-referencing task dependency system in Airtable. Each task can list its Predecessors, the tasks that must be completed before it,  and I want Airtable to automatically display the corresponding Successors, the tasks that depend on it, without any code or automation.In short, I’m creating a two-way view of task relationships so that linking one side (Predecessors) automatically reveals the other side (Successors). So in the image attached, “Conduct internal briefing meeting” should show up as a successor in “Project set-up”. If anyone can help this would be amazing!
