Is anyone aware of eitherA way to HIDE this on interfaces? It is not a good look when providing access to outside parties that this was edited by AI etc. or to have these blank boxes in interfaces. If Airtable plans to get rid of that in general? If no plans to hide that commentary, I need to adjust my layouts :)

I need help 😥I’m currently trying to import a CSV file into one of my bases under a Teams plan workspace, but I’m receiving an error message stating that the maximum allowed file size is 5 MB  which, as I understand, applies only to Free plans.Could you please confirm why this limit is being applied to my paid workspace and help me resolve it? Hi everyone.  I have built a database of car images that dynamically filters models down to by the make selected, the trim by the model selected, and so on.  When I build out an interface the dynamic filtering functionality works as intended (if I select Audi in my dropdown on the interface, when I select my model filter it is automatically limited to Audi models.)  However, my issue begins when I share the interface.  Currently I’m sharing the interface to the web with password access.  My team will handle the updating of the interface, and other members of my organization will need to reference the data on a read-only basis.  However, when I send out the share link the dynamic filtering functionality of my drop down no longer function in the same way.  If I select the make Audi, the models no longer filter down to Audi models.  Is there some setting that I’m missing to enable dynamic filtering on a shared interface?

The left sidebar, which contains nothing but the new LLM button, can no longer be collapsed. In an interface that is essentially a series of excel-like rows and tables, every inch of my screen is valuable, especially on a laptop screen. This bar of empty space actively slows down my workflow as it increases the amount of scrolling sideways I have to do, and it also throws off my muscle memory by moving all of the tabs over, and pushes the actual useful information on the left side of the screen away from the edge of the screen where I am used to finding it. Please add an option to move the LLM button to the top right, next to the base history and contact sales buttons, where there is a ton of empty space already. Or, add an option to minimize the sidebar, like we used to be able to. Or better yet, give us an option to hide the LLM button entirely if we are not interested in using it. I know every CEO believes that LLMs are the next big thing that must be

We have 10,000+ clients that need to sign a legal document. I’m thinking I’ll have them authenticate via an Airtable form and then give them a link to a different site where they can sign the document. Anybody done anything like this? What third-party site did you use for signing the document – DocuSign? Something else? Having them download the Airtable app is simply out of the question. Has to be done entirely in web browser and we’re hoping to make it as easy as possible. Any suggestions gratefully received! William

I’m looking to backup all the data in my base and I saw you can do it by automation but I’m not sure how. I don’t see download files as an action, would it need to be done as a script? Ideally I would like this to download into SharePoint but if it downloads locally and I have to upload manually to SharePoint that is fine.

Hi! I have recently made an integration with airtable and google docs to create documents via webhook. I’m trying to figure out a way to integrate this document to docusign via ‘send a document to sign’ module but can’t figure out how to set this up. I would like to send an email at 10am every week day to orders with the status ‘past due’. At the moment I have an automation with Trigger > at a scheduled time Action > find records (if status is ‘past due’) Action > send email however the test email fails due to “Cannot email more than 25 recipients at a time.” at the moment it is adding every recipient to one giant email, rather than separate emails. Is there a way to have it send out separate emails for each ‘past due’ record? I don’t want all of my clients to see each others email address :slightly_smiling_face: Thanks

Here’s the scenario: I have a long text field (called ‘Email Draft with Placeholder’), and a formula field (called ‘Email Draft’) where I’m replacing a few placeholder key using REGEXREPLACE.I’m then displaying ‘Email Draft’ in a Record Review in the Interface. Here, it displays as expected, maintaining the new line breaks.If you copy that text (by dragging across it and CMD+C), and paste it into a Gmail new email, it all still looks good.But if I send the email, and look at what was sent, all the new lines are gone! 😱I’d be really grateful if anyone could explain what’s going on here, and how I can fix it! 

Hi, Is there any way of wrapping the text in the header fields so that I don’t have to have such a wide column to fit the header in? In the example above I want to be able to see “Genre” rather than “Ge…” and “Proofer 1” instead of “Pro…” Thanks in advance! Kate

I have a form for Licensure to get submitted, but I am wanting the person submitting to see the Description of the Code that is chosen.I can't seem to get this to show how I want because I need on my database to have a column with ONLY the code to be passed over on the file I generate.  Ultimately what I want is what you see below.  I want the "License Code - PS to be what is showing.  If we have someone in certain states I need it to change to a certain code.  Here is what it should look like (coming from step 3 below, but read why I don't seem to like this).  I tried a few items listed below:1. My employer requires a strict technical control to ensure that employees can only check in from their authorized workstation. The idea is to automatically capture the user’s public IP address at the time of check-in and compare it against a whitelist of IP addresses stored in Airtable.The key constraint is that the solution must remain 100% Airtable-based: forms, automations, scripting, with no external front-end, middleware, or proxy server (e.g. Netlify, Vercel, etc.).However, in our tests, Airtable scripts always return the IP address of Airtable’s servers (AWS), not the end user’s IP. We would like to know if there is any native Airtable method or internal configuration that would allow us to capture the real client IP address directly within Airtable.

Hi guys, I am new to this… I am trying to sync my Shopify orders to airtable. If customer order 2 times, how can I separate the 2 items to 2 records instead of all jam in one? We used to manage it on GoogleSheet with zapier, and they have a function of creating multiple lines, how I can do that in airtable? Thanks xoxo

I am new to Airtable. We set up an images table. When I synced products from Airtable to our Shopify webshop some images ended up one line lower in the table, and thus images end up with the wrong products. When I “repaired” the images in the Airtable images table, and synced A>S nevertheless images skipped out of their row to another product and deleted images were still resident in the products table. How should I properly sync products + their images A>S ?

Hello Airtable Community, I have experienced recently a misunderstanding with an automation of Airtable. I have a Plus Plan but the number automations free are 0, It says I have done 50.000 automatizations and now I cannot try my app anymore. I don’t need even 50.000 automatizations by now but It has been a misunderstanding of an automation of “When record updates” in the Collections base. This Collections Base is linked with the products (that are 1.000) and this products are sync with Shopify AirPower API that sync the changes every time. So the solution, i think, is to do not watch this records in the automatization… but I did not noticed earlier… Is there any solution on this type of situations? I am a developer and I need to keep working with the automatizations to develop an web for my client, even upgrading to Pro Plan will stop the work f

Hi Community, I have created a form, with a number of single select fields. When you got to enter, a blank field appear above the single select options - you can click on this, but it is not showing in the field in the back end. There are two options there, but the user end you can select a third non-existent option?The single selects are required fields, and the form has existed for a while without these glitches. Any tips welcome - though FYI, scripting (which the Airtbale bot told me to do) is a bit beyond my capabilitiesThanks

Hi there, I’m trying to put together an expenses claim form for my team including mileage claims. We previously uses Google API Distance Matrix on JotForm to calculate the distance an employee travels between two locations. I wondered whether there was a way I could add something like this to an Airtable form? The distance that came out between the two locations then calculated how much that employee is owed for the petrol used. Any advice would be appreciated.
