Hi everyone, I’m currently testing the ai field agent’s capabilities for automatized tagging of records, but I’ve come across a limitation that I seek to overcome with your help: No centralized tag management. When using the field agent for direct ai tagging, I have not found any option to provide tags in a centralized way, similar to how you can do with linked fields for human tagging. There is the ai recommendation option integrated into the linked record field, but this does only add a recommendation for human usage. Is there a way to have it both? The centralized tagging table and ai field agent tagging? I’m considering injecting an accumulated list, of all entries in my tag table, into the prompt of a simple text ai field agent and have it output it’s selection as a list, which hopefully could be linked via automatization features.

Hello the script I am pairing with my tables is not running a test and giving me feedback on whether it is completed or not.  It just started today as well.  I checked my account limits and have not exceeded them.  Can anyone advise on this issue?

Thanks for any help on this.Can someone point me to a similar procedure that does the following:After a record is updated:User clicks a button to send a text with information from the updated record A SMS text is sent with this information to a constant, static list of telephone numbers.I’ve looked up several things on Youtube related to this, but they always seem to be too simple for what I’m looking for or too complex.I do use Zapier.  I did create a trial Twilio account.  I don’t mind sending with my own phone, this will only be 4-5 texts per week to 2 or 3 people.Just pointing me to a similar process I think I’ll be able to sort it out.Thank you.

When using the Airtable JS SDK, it seems impossible to use the offset with select to do proper pagination. The type specifies `number` but any value I pass gives me an invalid value error. The web API uses a string offset that's returned from the request. Since this is TS, you can't use a string value with the SDK. Is it possible to paginate with the JS SDK?

Hi,I have two tables : “clients” and “registration form”. I want to be able to send a registration form to any client no mater if the client is already in my “clients” table or not. (I also have a course table). Lets say I ask for the clients email in the form. If the clients email is already present in my “Clients” table, I want to link the newly created “registration form” record to that specific client in the “Clients” table. If not, I want to create a new record in the “Clients” table with the new client info. Is it possible to achieve this with Airtable or with other tools like fillout? Thank you very much!

Hi everyone 👋I’m trying to find the best way for multiple users to import data (from XLS or CSV files) into the same base — ideally directly through an Interface rather than the Extensions panel.We’ve tried the CSV Import Extension, but: The import mapping doesn’t save across users. Even for the same user, it sometimes resets or forgets the previous mapping. There’s no way to create or reuse “import templates” for different file types or tables. What we’d really like is: A way for different users to upload a file (XLS or CSV) through an Interface form or button, Automatically import it into a target table using a consistent field mapping, And ideally store those mappings permanently (so no need to re-map each time). Hello.I am new to Airtable and I have a question concerning linking to another record. Is it possible to automate this process so that data from every record from a field (column) on the "source" table may be copied to a field on the "target" table? The data would need to be consecutive and ordered by the same ID number used on both tablesI found a JavaScript online that may work, unfortunately, 1) I have the free plan and scripting is not supported; and 2) my experience with JavaScript is limited. When making a list with three hierarchy levels and adding dropdown filters they don’t seem to work. When making lists of two hierarchy levels on the same base the filters do work. Is there something I’m missing or is there a bug?Thanks in advance!

Airtable seems to be suffering a major outage. None of the tables load, and shows an error that starts with “pgl…..”, asking to Refresh the page. But Refresh takes a long time, and the same result.

Hello there,a script that is running as part of an automation is failing occasionally because it is exceeding the 30 seconds limit. This is out of my control because it is calling an external API which sometimes takes a bit longer due to high load (OpenAI API). In my automation script I am running a fetch request. In some cases the fetch requests takes longer than 30 seconds which results in an error. I don't really care about the fetch request result because it is a post request that is doing all it needs to however the error each time it runs is annoying.Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can run the fetch request without waiting for a response? Or perhaps there is a way to handle the error gracefully?

Goal: From a Cases Interface (Kanban + record detail), I want a button that opens an Interface Form (Activities)already prefilled with Case = current record (and optionally Patient = the Case’s linked patient). I’m trying to upload an image to a Form but both in the Logo and Cover Image the upload fails.  I’ve tried different files but get the same result. ThanksDonald

Does Airtable still not have the ability to keep data when updating a record? For example, when using automation, if the form field is left blank and is submitted it wipes data from the record that is being updated. I have heard you can do this with scrip, but I can’t write the script and I am on a free plan.
