Hi ,I'm based out of india and using Visa Card to upgrade from Free to Team License. I tried few times but I'm getting below error everytime "We were unable to upgrade you at this time. Please refresh the page and try again.". I tried to refresh and re-do this transaction with other visa card, but that is also not working. Any help on how to get out of this problem would be great?
I have created an interface with a grid of all my contacts and deals, not sorted or filtered in any way so that I can just go in and see certain records that I need.I created a filter for each of these lists and want to have the ability to filter depending on what I'm looking for at the time. However the filters I'm creating aren't dynamic.If I want to filter by "created date", I need a specific filter for that. If I want to filter by "Total Revenue" I need another one, and so and and so forth.Can't I just create one filter and then when I'm using it select which field to filter by? Seems awfully redundant the way I currently have to use it.
I'm building a script that will eventually be part of an automation to create records for upcoming coaching calls in one table based on conditions from a separate source table. We've successfully implemented a similar script and automation combo in another base, but I'm having trouble getting this one to function properly. When I run the script, no error messages appear, but none of the expected records are added to the destination table, despite the fact that the source records clearly meet the script’s conditions. I've triple-checked the data and logic, and everything appears to be in order. I'd appreciate help troubleshooting this issue and identifying what's preventing the script from creating records as expected.
I have a sign up process where users can invite other users to join their organisation. As such I have 3 key tables: Users; Invited Users; and Company Information. Users have a linked field to an Organisation ID field in the Company Information table so that the site can display information about the company they are assigned to. When a user invites a new user to join their organisation the Invited User table is updated with a new record including their Email, Name etc. anda linked field “Organisation ID, linked to the Company Information table. Then when an invited user signs up they are added to the Users Table and there is an automation that pulls over information from the Invited Users table like their access level and assigned Organisation ID. However, pulling over the Organisation Field results in a "Field "Organisation ID" cannot accept the provided value: Cannot modify a computed field." error.I have tried changing the transfered value to a static value (plain text), using the
Bit of a messy title, I couldn’t think of a good way to phrase this question…I have a table that stores inventory items, each item can have one of three status’ “Available”, “Gifted” or “Sold”. I’m trying to create a view that only returns the name of an item where there are none with a status of Available. So for example the view shouldn’t return this item:But it should return this one Is this possible to achieve and if so, how?

I am reaching out here in desperation because the “contact support” feature in Airtable does not work at all in my workspace, across multiple browsers and devices. Firstly, my “Team” plan workspace has a base, and my base has a form. It is the only form present in the base.After the recent UI update, that form is not visible in the “Forms” tab on the top middle. The system pretends that my base doesn’t have any forms.However, I can still access the form via my bookmarked public link. Additionally, I can submit the form and it successfully will add a record to my base.I need to edit this form, but it is currently not possible to access the edit page of the form. Normally, I would reach out to Support about this. However, when I click the “?” icon on the bottom left and then select “Message Support”, it opens up a blank white rectangle on the bottom right of the screen that does nothing.I know from experience that this should be a chatbot interface. I create a GDOC with MAKE I get fields from AIRTABLE and update the DOC I get the DOC link and put it in a URL field in the AIRTABLE record ALL IS OK till here I am trying to get the PDF export link and upload it to the attachment field in AIRTABLE, and it doesn’t work. I even tried a static PDF from DRIVE and it doesn’t work. Why?
I need to be able to print a form. I have checked the user action “allow printing.” I share a link with users and they do not see the three dots in the top right corner. Printing using the browser print function is horrible. There should be a button to print the form or when you click the submit form button it should generate a pdf form that can be printed.
Hello, I have a table where all records are auto populated by a Webflow form submission through Zapier. Everything works fine except one small thing. Every time a user sends a form and the main text field has commas in it Airtable splits this record in multiple records. Example: Form Submission: Watchmen #12 "A Clock at Midnight, Its Face Running with Blood, Cover Original Art" Airtable Records: 1st Record: Watchmen #12 "A Clock at Midnight, Its Face Running with Blood, Cover Original Art 2nd Record:Watchmen #12 "A Clock at Midnight 3rd Record:Its Face Running with Blood 4th Record:Cover Original Art Is there any way to avoid this? Hello,In an “Agent” table, there is a checkbox field called “Check.”I would like to be able to check all the boxes in this field at once for all the records displayed.I say “displayed” because sometimes there are filters based on certain criteria, and only the boxes for records that match the filter criteria should be checked.If you have any ideas on how to do this...Thank you.
I may be SOL but I am very new to Airtable and I’m wondering if there’s any way to delete a line of text containing a certain word within a record. Basically, I input records that all contain source information and the line of source info always begins with ‘Page’ - is there any way to delete that entire line from all records or am I stuck manually deleting it from every record?
I have a billing issue and cannot seem to find any assistance. I paid for a year subscription and was billed a month later for almost the same amount. No one has contacted me when I filled out the form needing assistance and the chatbox is a joke. I have to answer to my organization for the cost spent and I cannot get a resolution to my issue. I need someone to contact me right away. I should not have been charged twice as the account was just paid for for an entire year. HELP!
Just started noticing this wavy line with a pointer end when viewing a list details. This is the only base with a list view so I’m not sure if it happens across Airtable. Any ideas what is causing it? It stays in the same position while scrolling the details pane.
My script runs as an automation when the user clicks a button on an interface page.If the script fails, I log an error to the console, and I can find the error in the run history. But it would be nicer to display a message to the user if they are still on the interface page. Is that possible? Thanks!
Hello friends , iam a noob airtable user , i’m in charge of a table that recieves data from an api in json format , the output is all in one line , so when i try to extract a value from a key using regex it does not work (it shows error) unless i use a website or manually fix the indentations and beautify the json text . is there anyway to fix this issue using formulas or some extension that iam not aware of ? Hello - I am using the amazing pre-filled form extension by @kuovonne to pull form data entered into one table that is then updated with a pre-filled form. The only issue I am having is the date field from the original entry is moved back by one day when the pre-filled form is created (and then updates a new record with the wrong date). I have tried looking at the time zone settings, but have had no luck. Is there any thought about where the fix might live? Thank you!
In the new form builder, can you modify the layout for more contrast (other group background colors)/larger text size like in the old one? The old one seemed to have more options to make it easier to read and follow. This current one does not seem to pass accessibility requirements as you can’t change the font and formatting of the questions and helper text as much.
I would like my formula to present the number formatted by grouping the thousand, like “100,000”, but it displays “100000”. I do not want to turn the number into text because I need the ordering. I think every formula should have a type. Is there a solution?
I’m new to Airtable, and trying to understand the big picture of what it can and cannot do when it comes to app building. We have a need to build an app that displays customer & internally submitted ideas, with a navigation (tree?) of Products & their categories to help filter results. I see we can allow non-paid users to submit ideas via a Form, see results as read only, and possibly interact with some additional Form / automation work arounds for things like voting and comments on other people’s ideas (hopefully without making it cumbersome to the user). I’ve experimented with Interfaces a bit to review what kinds of elements are available, and am exploring templates. Questions I still have: It is possible to have just an expandable tree of Products and their Categories in one element, that when selected filters a second list element? Hi, I’m new on using this product and we are trying to integrate this into our system. I managed to setup the api and make some requests however, during my testing in the list records api with `POST` method. I was trying to use this parameter `returnFieldsByFieldId` in the request body but got an error stating this..```{ "error": { "type": "INVALID_REQUEST_UNKNOWN", "message": "Invalid request: parameter validation failed. Check your request data." }}```Mentioned parameter works with `GET` request. Tried a bunch of boolean equivalent for this parameter like- 1- true- True- TRUEHoping someone can help. TIA.
