Good day.I was tasked to give the following:“Ideally I would like to see the top 15 and the bottom 15 courses delivered per year. So maybe all courses that have a number of time delivered and then a section with all the courses that had no delivery in 2025.” Below, I’ve grouped a grid element by first the year, and the times a course delivered, to at least sort it out.  How, would you all suggest a “pretty” way of achieving the request? 

I’ve seen similar questions asked, but I can’t quite find the solution I’m looking for.I manage a fairly large (~2000 item) equipment inventory. I have a system to check items in and out to different people, projects and locations. Basically, I have a table of inventory items, and a table of in/out transactions that links to the inventory table and includes quantity checked out, destination, program, etc. I also have a form for various users in the company to create a transaction record, and dynamic fields in the inventory table to keep track of how much inventory is available, and how much is checked out and to whom. Hello, We have went over the automations rate for airtable on business plan 100k. However, there appears no easy way to upgrade and a base that runs an app stuck with no ability to resolve. We’ve sent support email but no response yet.  Any solutions or way to get in touch with airtable so we can resolve this issue. This is costing us big. No response from their sales form either yet.

Hi, I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to let you know that I'm building a chatbot in n8n, and I need the IDs for my "Base" and "Table" sections. I'm using an AirTool node for this; however, I don't know how to access them through AirTool. According to Gemini, it should look something like this:Copy the IDs:The code that starts with app... I have a table that lists the openings and closing of homes. Each record is a specific date and an opening or closing. So there is single select field that has the choices Open or Closed. Each record has a date and the single select and a customer and the property along with a few other fields. Right now 27 records.I also have a summary table with a link to the open and close table. Each record is a customer’s open and close records in the link field. That table has 22 records.I want to filter for the latest opens so I can create a list to email through an automation so I get a l list every week what's currently open.Does anyone have a idea of how to do this?.Thanks. I’m trying to use the new ChatGPT integration with Airtable - specifically to have ChatGPT pull data from one of my bases in Airtable base . I’ve configured the settings in ChatGPT to connect to airtable, but Chat GPT is still asking me several times to confirm it has access to my base and other data points in Airtable. Is there a way to configure this to stop asking this question? It seems to be slowing it down. 

I have a question about adjusting my base design to accommodate a new data requirement.I use my base to run our property management company. It consists of 4 main sections: Customer tables, Contract tables, Property tables and Invoice tables. When I created the base I did not think about the possibility of a customer selling one home and moving and retaining our services for the new home. Silly me. Our customers are owners of generational homes in a resort and as such they rarely sell.In the contracts table I have a field that captures the year we took them on as a customer of that property. That year is derived from the signature date of the contract for the current property. All fine and good until they move. Now we have an old customer with a new house and the years as customer is now only valid for the new property. I lose the history of their original contract. I have 20 project managers. Every Monday i need to email each of them independently their list of jobs that meet specific criteria they need to take action on. I have a table called “Tickets” that my team enters project requests. Each ticket has a due date. A second table called “tasks” are specific things that need to be done to complete the project. Some of these tasks must be done a specific number of days (lead time) before the ticket due date to meet the deadline.I have a third table with standard tasks with a field called “lead time” that I use as a template to populate the tasks for each project.I want to be able to automatically enter the task due date based on the pre-defined lead time and the ticket due date. This includes about 100 technicians who also have access.Since I now also use Airtable privately for our club, I’ve been thinking a bit about accounts and costs. This led me to the following thought:If I, as the workspace owner, have a Business plan, do all others who only fill out forms and enter data only need a Teams plan?Am I understanding this correctly? Or do all accounts need to be on the same plan level in order to work within the same workspace?

Hey all!  I work in higher education, and we use Airtable to do a lot of our forms and petitions. When students submit these forms, we require them to include their unique 10-digit student ID.  I am trying to do two main things: Whenever a form is submitted, the ID number is checked. If the ID number has not been used in a form submission before, it creates a “student profile” in a new table.  All forms that are submitted with the same ID number are grouped under the same “student profile” so that our colleagues using the interface will be able to see all forms submitted by a student.  Does anyone have any advice?

A couple months back, I asked for help deleting lines of text beginning with the word ‘Highlight’ and was given this great formula: REGEX_REPLACE({Hook},".*Highlight.*\\n\n?","") It has been a huge time-saver but something I forgot to ask with my original question is if there is a way to add a blank line/line break where those lines were. I have a form where respondents need to be able to select a topic and then see the draft definition of that topic. The problem is that the definitions are long and I cannot figure out how to make the form show the entire definition. I’ve included screen caps below.Is there a way to resize the field space that is offered in a form so that the longer text is visible?  

I’m trying to build an automation so that if I put ‘Regular’ in the ‘type’ column in the bookings table it will automatically populate the ‘populate issues’ column in the same table with all the entries in a list (‘issue date’) from the ‘Issues’ table. I can’t work out how to build this automation and get a ‘Received invalid inputs’ error. Can anyone help?
