Hello Airtable community! I need your precious help as I’ve been spending the last 2 days trying to figure this out and can’t seem to do what I want done here… In one table I have a field name “Country” and another field right next it that’s named “States”. I am trying to show a selected number of options in the “States” field based on what has been selected in the “Country” field. e.g: I choose “USA” between all other countries available in the (single-select!) field “Country” and I want the field “States” to return ONLY the results corresponding to States with the USA. So, depending on what’s selected in field “Country”, it needs to show only a few selected options in the field right next to it. If I choose “USA”, I want the column next it to give me the 50 states (Choosing between California, Nevada, etc) If I choose “CANADA”, I want the column next it to give me the canadian states only! etc… I have tried creating a different table with all i

I am considering switching from Click-up to Airtable. But I have found a limitation in the calendar display that is stopping me.Click-up allows me to display multiple fields in a calendar view and each is on its own line.Airtable also allows me to display multiple fields in a calendar view, but they are all on the same line and are not visible. Is there any way to make the Airtable Calendar view more like the Click-up view? (See attached)

We use WordPress with Elementor and have noticed that the page containing our embedded Calendars and Galleries frequently freezes when viewed in Chrome. Additionally, the Calendar and/or Galleries in most instances do not appear at all. The embedded Calendars and Galleries work as expected in Firefox and Edge, though they can take some time to load. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? We've contacted support, but haven't heard back from them as of yet. 

I have conditional visibility set for 2 fields in my form. One is working correctly, and the other is not. I  need to know what I am missing on the one that is not working correctly.Here is the one that is working correctly as it is in the form and what the conditions are: Here is the one that is not working correctly, as the Clients Location Link is still showing up when it should just  be the Love is Blinds Location Link:   Any help would be appreciated. 

I have a select drop down  field with number rating from 1 to 10,  1 - 2 - 3 - 4 .. etc...  .   I want to filter all the records that have a rating bigger than, let's say 6, but there's no number operators (">", "<") for the select field.Is there a solution to this?thank you in advance.

I have a sweet automation set up for a client that lists important dates in a grid format. The date includes "UTC" and I can't figure out how to get rid of UTC. As you can imagine with all employees in the same time zone, the addition of UTC is not only unnecessary, but unattractive. I appreciate any ideas you might have to remove this from the email auto.

I'm trying to create a new Base for Donor information. I've successfully created the new Base and everything seems to be syncing fine. However, I have been using just a Autonumber Field for the Original Donor Primary Field and have converted it to a Formula so I can include Donor names with the Serial #. Now, in the synced base, I am unable to assign the new Field as the Primary because it's synced. Is there a way to override this? Why doesn't the change in the original migrate to the synced Base?

I am trying to receive party size data in my airtable for an integrated bland.ai voice assistant. If I remove the party size record in the airtable module, everything goes through smoothly but it is only party size that brings up this 403 error. Can you give me some insight on how I can resolve this?

Hey Gang.I know there's probably multiple ways to do this but I'll ask.If there's an automation way of stripping/grabbing two(as there will always be two) linked records in a field and placing the first in the "first instructor) field(email type), and placing the second in the "second Intructor" field(also an email type).Obviously, I'd need to grab, each of those and place them in their respective field.Simple enough, right?Or if just placing a formula in a field to reflect those emails, that'd be fine too, I guess. thanks

I am new to airtable. I used this  Standard Deviation STDEV - Quick Reference - Airtable Community to calculated the standard deviation. However I have 5 fields in this table and sometimes only 3 or 4 values are entered. I would like to only consider the fields that have a value entered. for n I added a field called number of runs, which helped, but it still considers the fields that are empty and includes them as the value "0". How can we fix this? 

I am so disappointed in the updated Record Review layout. My team was satisfied with the filtering and sorting available with the legacy element-based record review layout. I am trying to find a way to customize an efficient arrangement of fields, but all I can do now is list them one per row..? I don't want to have to look for an Airtable alternative just to build an attractive record browsing interface.

Hi all, I have read a couple of posts on this question and tried the suggestions but I can’t seem to get it to work. I have a view that I am sharing via a view only link with various collaborators. In order to allow them to update certain fields of the records, I have an Edit Record button in the grid that opens a form where they can update the information, then an automation to update the form. One of the fields they can update is an attachment field. I want them to be able to add new documents without deleting the existing ones, as for certain records there are multiple documents that will be added over time. I would rather not create a separate field for each attachment and instead just add the new ones in with the existing ones. Is there a way to do this without using a script or an external program. Hi all! I am running a T-shirt business and currently am filling orders. I have embedded a form onto my website so that when customers want to place orders, their info goes straight into AirTable. My question is this: is there a way to save this info in a customized PDF or Word doc template, and send this back to my customers? Any help would be awesome! Thanks!

Relative Airtable Rookie (Well, maybe a Sophomore) here… So forgive me if this is obvious or somewhere - but I sure have looked and haven’t been able to find it! I know you can use Airtable forms for other people to input info directly into your spreadsheets. Cool. Got it. But I need the opposite. What if I have all the info, but I want to generate a report or a form to distribute that? (And make it look nice?) Case Study: I produce a television talk show and I want to generate several different “forms” or reports. Examples: a research dossier for the hosts to prepare for their on camera interviews of these subjects with headshots, bios, topic-related background, social media links, etc. on the guest as opposed to a different one for the editor - with much of the same overlapping info but links to where all the A/V assets are (DropBox, whatever) versus one for “transpo” - providing home address and cell phone for the limo driver to p

I need to save each form individually as a pdf, word doc or something similar (not in excel format!) so that I can include it in the file for each person that completes the form. Hi All, I am trying to create a button that one clicked will launch a web page that uses an internal url (or external) as the prefix with a cell value as the suffix. For Example: https://trsau.reecenet.org/pos/other-stock-on-hand/products/12345 The first part (https://trsau.reecenet.org/pos/other-stock-on-hand/products/) will be common in the formula with (12345) being the part that changes. First post, so I am sorry if this is not clear as to what I am trying to do.  My goal is to have a formula in a field determine if 3 different fields are either blank or not blank.  Depending on whether they are blank or not return a message to that formula field outlining what is missing and required.   See picture below.  I have tried to nest IF functions using blank or not blank, but I keep getting errors.  I have also tried to use the AND and OR functions in combination with the IF function with no luck.   A formula would work best for us.   Any ideas would be greatly appreciatedthanks Bob 

Hi,I have a Table called Budget. Budget table has multiple fields like Product, Cost, Monthly cost(Jan-Dec), budget year dropdown field, Property list, etc,.This is the form for creating a new budget in the budget Table.I want to list the property name with existing budget data in the Budget Table. If I chose X property Name, That Property Name already has a budget in that table, So I want to list down the budget cycle values only(years 2024, 2025,  2026, etc.,) depending on Property Name.For example, Property A has budget details with the budget cycle 2024 and 2025. So When I choose Property A in Property Name, Budget Cycle should list only 2024 and 2025. So that I can choose any one of these.Is that possible?

Hi everyone. I am currently working on a project for my client, to connect his platform dashboard with airtble.I am at the step in my demo test where I call webhook payloads api to get changes that are made in airtable table records. for changing existing record is ok. put for creating new record the payload returns "changedRecordById" instead of "createdRecordById" plus the payload is generated for each change on charate in a field.its important for me so i can lay my backend logic when to call update or create method. anyone has any idea why is stil receive payload this way. Hi there, I am trying to calculate employee hours worked over 40 within the span of a worked week (Sunday - Saturday) for overtime calculations, and can't figure out what the formula would be for this. I have start dates and times on my sheet already.

We’re a film festival looking to pull the titles of our submissions in order to create slugs that can be used to create virtual posts on our WordPress site. I need a way to parse just the text from the submission, with the ability to remove special characters (i.e. " ’ ! ? ; : @ # $ % ^ etc.). I’ve gotten to this point so far: LOWER(SUBSTITUTE({English Title}, " ", "-")) This allows me to hyphenate the titles, but still includes special characters. Is anyone aware of a workaround for this, or do I need to manually create my slugs in this case? Cheers!

I'm linking each product in my products table to the definitions table. The record in definitions is the classification/type of product, i.e., a wall mounted faucet. In the Definitions table there are internal instructions that our staff need to check off using rich text format before the product is considered ready. It would be instructions like "Wall mounted faucet is not located on an exterior wall".I'm using a Lookup in my Products table to retrieve these instructions and attach it to products based on the definition. I keep getting these "Something Went Wrong" emails from Airtable when my automation fails, but there's no information in the email.Is there any way to customize these emails to include more information? It's getting pretty convoluted to dig into the automation error, save the Record ID or other info, go back and find it in my base, etc, etc, etc.TIA,ML
