My first post! This community has been very helpful. I’m still fairly new to airtable and hope someone can help with this problem. I have a Google Sheet with a date field, a start time field, and a stop time field. I want to import it into a table with 2 fields: {date and start time} and {stop time}. I tried to join fields in google sheets, then upload, but it only uploads the date correctly, and the time is ‘12:00am’. I’ve tried different date/time formats, but that hasn’t worked, and made the problem worse in some cases. For example it only works with the 12 hr format, when I tried 24 hour, neither the date nor time uploaded. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! I'm new to Airtable and am very stuck here trying to achieve counting a number of records and showing it in a different table.The columns I want to count are: "Plege1", "Pledge2" and "Pledge3" in "Table1", count the number of "True" entry of all three columns, sum up and record the number in "Table2".I was able to create a formula to count the number of "True" entry for each record, but I can't think of a way to show the sum of all records in "Table2". Could someone help with this? Any suggestion is very much appreciated. Thank you!  

Hi! I am attempting to create a base in Airtable where we can keep track of website data analytics and trends over time as well as tie it back to major page updates and changes. I believe I have a solid understanding of how to create a table for our content changes; where I am struggling is with the structuring of website analytics data. I am currently pulling data every 30 days from AHRefs and Google Analytics, looking at page value, traffic, rank, keywords, etc. We want to track how each landing page performs over time. Historically, I have done this in Excel but we want to integrate updates made to pages and tie that into how page is performing. I am having a hard time visualizing the best way to set up a table for this. In Excel, I would use multiple lines of data for the same URL. Each data pull for the month would get its own row and would be designated by the date of the pull (for last 30 days of data). This would essentially create 2 lines of data per year for one lan

Hello all! I have a two part problem for you. Our team is trying to figure out a way of syncing multiple tables, across different bases, into a singular table that will collect project information ( specifically start and end dates, capacity hours, etc) about each project we have running across the different project bases. This newly created table should be dynamic in updating its information as it is actively changed within those exterior bases and tables. With this newly developed table, we wanted to then create a timeline view that measures team capacity (in workable hrs per week vs. how many hours each task takes to complete) across all of the collective projects. Ideally, this information is synced from the newly created table that is acting as a hub and contains all of this information from other bases. Hello, I’m trying to find the best way to have reports with attachments (photos) automatically post to our team Slack channel upon submission. Basically, I have set up a form that my team can complete that allows for an attachment (photo) upload. After submission I have the automations set up to post to Slack. Everything works except the image will normally have “file not found.” I have the URL set to forward to Slack. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Hi there, I’m looking to create a formula column based off a column which has multiple fields.The Column has one or multiple of SD/HD, UHD, HDR or SDR.I want to create a new column called “Available in UHD?” where if one of UHD, HDR or SDR is there then show Yes. If it has only SD/HD then show no. Any help would be appreciated.

What should I choose ? just click “choose” and select the attachment doesn’t seem to work. If I click Map and then add item, what should I select in the file URL? Hi there,I have a multi-sync table that collects tasks from different bases.More precisely: I have Team A Base and their tasks, Team B Base and their tasks and Team C Base and their tasks and collect all tasks from both teams in multi-sync base "All tasks" (for cross-functional teams that work with all 3 teams). Now I know I can sync back edits to each base with two-way sync.What I would like to achieve though is that I see all tasks from all teams in all task tables (Team A, Team B, Team C and All tasks). That way, every team can continue working in their own base with increased transparency and without missing a tasks (e.g., I am part of Team A, but team B assigns a task to me --> I would miss this task if I don't check out Team B Base or All Tasks).Does anybody have more insights here?Thanks and best, Steffi

Hi, there!! I need an automation to do exactly what the subject of the topic says. We’ll fill the e-mail field in Table 2 from a csv import. Then we need the automation to lookup that email on Table 1, get the Name value corresponding and then fill the field Aluno in table 2. I found a script in another post that I adapted to what I need but I’m still learning to code so I need help to fix my script. Can anyone pleeeease give me a help? About the script: I added 2 variables - tho I don’t actually need record ID - but I followed the instructions on the other post. When I change a status in my record I want to check my data entry. If this check fail I want to stamp a warning in a popup message or similar because I want that the user knows this. Somebody can help me? It was more simple in vb but I didnt find nothing about. Thanks

For each person, I have the fields "Introduced by" (whoever introduced me to them) and "Introduced me to" (whoever they've suggested I talk to). I want these fields to mutually autopopulate. For example, if John Doe suggests I talk to Johnny Day and Jane Smith, and I've put Johnny and Jane in John's "Introduced me to" field, I want "John Doe" to automatically appear in their "Introduced by" fields, instead of having to do it manually:Ideally, it should work the other way around as well. I am trying to figure out the formula to populate the date of a specific day in relation to a designated date.Below are some examples of what I mean.I have a date field titled EVENT DATE. I want the column titled PAYMENT DUE to populate the date of five Fridays prior to the event's date aka EVENT DATE.It seems like this should be so simple and/or already a question asked. I want to set a Date field to the current date time in an automation. I tried using a formula field (with NOW()) from a previous step in the automation to set this Date field but the automation fails with the error;Field "Date" cannot accept the provided value: Could not convert string to date.No amount of formatting of the formula field is helping. 

I am setting up some automation alerts for records that have incomplete information.I would like to trigger an automation if a new record is created to highlight any records that haven't been correctly filled in.Of course, the newly created record won't have had all the data filled in.I am getting a bit stuck trying to "find records" with a "when record is created" trigger that excludes the record being created.Does anyone have any suggestions?

This is related to a Rollup field. This can allow you to tick 'Only include linked records from the Properties table that meet certain conditions'.Is it possible to do the value of the condition, based on a value in the current record? I want to do the below:   Where (Linked Record) RoomId = (CurrentRow).RoomId.It seems to only take static values, which in this case does not make sense.  If not possible, are there any possible workarounds?

I have a base for supervisors to approve staff requests. I'd like it so supervisors cannot see each others requests or notes. So I have built an interface that is set so they can only see 'Viewers records only,' which is looking at the field: Supervisor, which is a user field. So now I need to add my supervisors to the user field but I cannot see how to do that without adding them to the base itself, which I don't want them to have access to. It will let me add them one by one via their email and it says it won't add them to the base, but I need them in the actual dropdown (for automation purposes). Is there a way to do this? I'm finding it hard to believe that I can shut down access to the base for privacy (by not adding them as collaborators), OR shut down access to the interface for privacy (by using the 'viewers records only' feature), but not both?!

Hi,I am using the "when a new email is received" from outlook email on Airtable automation to collect the information about the email I receive.However, it is not directly possible to get the attachment (is it coming soon?).I have seen some discussion about using Zapier, but Zapier is very expensive. Make is also a solution, but unfortunately the "Trigger module" Outlook email from Make is not "instant", it means it doesn't trigger everytime an email is received but we have to set up an interval for it to run....Not the most convenient (also does it create problems if then more than 1 new email is detected an imported?). So my question is, do you have any other way? Thank you, Have a nice day, Arthur     

Hi everybody, I am trying to set up a specific automation. I have set up already the importation of emails in Airtable, in the table "my emails". It looks like this :Now, I would like to automate the following steps : - check if in table "Contacts", there is in the field "email" the same address email than in the field "email" from the table "my emails".- if YES, then, in "my emails" in the linked field "Contact", link the existing contact with the same email address.- if NO, then create a new record in the table "Contacts" with all the information of the new contact. Basically the idea is simple : if the email comes from a know person, link the email to the person, if it comes from a new person, create a contact for this person.  Thank you so much,
