Hi! I have recently made an integration with airtable and google docs to create documents via webhook. I’m trying to figure out a way to integrate this document to docusign via ‘send a document to sign’ module but can’t figure out how to set this up. Are there any integromat experts here? or anyone who have a similar use case as mine? Hoping to find some answers as this will really help our company automating our workflow

I’ve been doing my research as to which program will suit my not-for-profit and airtable has come up as the leader on several fronts. I’m a little overwhelmed and trying to find the best place to start - I dont know what I need because i dont know what airtable is capable of at the moment. which course should i begin with in the academy? where did everyone learn airtable? i want to be a master!

I would like to send an email at 10am every week day to orders with the status ‘past due’. At the moment I have an automation with Trigger > at a scheduled time Action > find records (if status is ‘past due’) Action > send email however the test email fails due to “Cannot email more than 25 recipients at a time.” at the moment it is adding every recipient to one giant email, rather than separate emails. Is there a way to have it send out separate emails for each ‘past due’ record? I don’t want all of my clients to see each others email address :slightly_smiling_face: Thanks

Here’s the scenario: I have a long text field (called ‘Email Draft with Placeholder’), and a formula field (called ‘Email Draft’) where I’m replacing a few placeholder key using REGEXREPLACE.I’m then displaying ‘Email Draft’ in a Record Review in the Interface. Here, it displays as expected, maintaining the new line breaks.If you copy that text (by dragging across it and CMD+C), and paste it into a Gmail new email, it all still looks good.But if I send the email, and look at what was sent, all the new lines are gone! 😱I’d be really grateful if anyone could explain what’s going on here, and how I can fix it! 

Hi, Is there any way of wrapping the text in the header fields so that I don’t have to have such a wide column to fit the header in? In the example above I want to be able to see “Genre” rather than “Ge…” and “Proofer 1” instead of “Pro…” Thanks in advance! Kate

I have a form for Licensure to get submitted, but I am wanting the person submitting to see the Description of the Code that is chosen.I can't seem to get this to show how I want because I need on my database to have a column with ONLY the code to be passed over on the file I generate.  Ultimately what I want is what you see below.  I want the "License Code - PS to be what is showing.  If we have someone in certain states I need it to change to a certain code.  Here is what it should look like (coming from step 3 below, but read why I don't seem to like this).  I tried a few items listed below:1. First, I wanted to use a formula in the Automations, but it won't allow this from what I could see.  I can chooseStatic or Dynamic to update the record, but can't use a Formula here.2. Hi guys, I am new to this… I am trying to sync my Shopify orders to airtable. If customer order 2 times, how can I separate the 2 items to 2 records instead of all jam in one? We used to manage it on GoogleSheet with zapier, and they have a function of creating multiple lines, how I can do that in airtable? Thanks xoxo

I am new to Airtable. We set up an images table. When I synced products from Airtable to our Shopify webshop some images ended up one line lower in the table, and thus images end up with the wrong products. When I “repaired” the images in the Airtable images table, and synced A>S nevertheless images skipped out of their row to another product and deleted images were still resident in the products table. How should I properly sync products + their images A>S ?

Hello Airtable Community, I have experienced recently a misunderstanding with an automation of Airtable. I have a Plus Plan but the number automations free are 0, It says I have done 50.000 automatizations and now I cannot try my app anymore. I don’t need even 50.000 automatizations by now but It has been a misunderstanding of an automation of “When record updates” in the Collections base. This Collections Base is linked with the products (that are 1.000) and this products are sync with Shopify AirPower API that sync the changes every time. So the solution, i think, is to do not watch this records in the automatization… but I did not noticed earlier… Is there any solution on this type of situations? I am a developer and I need to keep working with the automatizations to develop an web for my client, even upgrading to Pro Plan will stop the work for this month as I have achieved 50.000 automatizations… What could I do? Hi Community, I have created a form, with a number of single select fields. When you got to enter, a blank field appear above the single select options - you can click on this, but it is not showing in the field in the back end. There are two options there, but the user end you can select a third non-existent option?The single selects are required fields, and the form has existed for a while without these glitches. Any tips welcome - though FYI, scripting (which the Airtbale bot told me to do) is a bit beyond my capabilitiesThanks

I have an airtable base that contains data from a dozen sources and lots of duplicates. The duplicates are easy to define based on phone number. With dedupe currently you have to look at each individual cluster of duplicates and select what you want to keep. That's fine for some scenarios but that should not be the only option. It would take hours for me to look at each cluster.There should be a easy way to:1- Select the fields where duplicates exist.2- Select which record to keep (most completed fields, newest, oldest, etc).3- Run it and be done.I really don't want to have to export to excel and re-import because airtable can't handle such a simple function.

Hi there, I’m trying to put together an expenses claim form for my team including mileage claims. We previously uses Google API Distance Matrix on JotForm to calculate the distance an employee travels between two locations. I wondered whether there was a way I could add something like this to an Airtable form? The distance that came out between the two locations then calculated how much that employee is owed for the petrol used. Any advice would be appreciated.

I need to generate the documentation of an Airtable database and I was able to use the script below, but it would be much more useful and efficient if the output were in an Airtable table (which I could easily update daily or weekly thanks to an automation). I’m building a simple dashboard for our executive team that includes a Number element for a currency field. The dashboard needs to work well on mobile because our execs often access it while traveling internationally.On desktop, the number element displays correctly with thousands separators (e.g., $1,284,428,043.95). However, on mobile, the formatting disappears and shows as a long unformatted number (e.g., $1284428043.95), which is hard to read.The number element is set to Summary → Sum. It’s aggregating a rollup field from another table, which is formatted as currency. The thousands separator appears fine on desktop but not on mobile.How can I get the thousands separator (comma) to appear on mobile for this number element? Is this a limitation of Airtable Interfaces on mobile, or is there a workaround?Thanks!

We are looking to enable users outside our domain (parents of our students) to submit a form with an attachment. If we turn on the setting "Allow unrestricted access to shared forms" at the org level what other impact might that have from a security perspective? We are using AirTable to manage very sensitive data about our students. Thanks!
