Hi there,I am using webhooks to send data from our base to our application endpoint, but we've observed that if our endpoint fails to respond correctly, the webhook is retried many times.While we work on making our endpoint more resilient, the volume of retries can cause issues.Is there any setting, configuration, or recommended best practice from your end that we can use as a workaround to prevent or immediately stop a webhook from retrying upon the first failure?Our goal is to have more direct control over the retry behavior to avoid overloading our systems during an incident.Thank you for your guidance.

Hi all! Did Airtable recently push out an update or changes recently?  Many of my users appear to have lost user admin rights with no change on our end to facilitate that.

I have an AI automation step creating an summary and searching the web, but after working fine a few times i suddenly got this error: 'Automation failed: failed to access web page via internet' Does anyone know why this happens? Or what i can do to make sure it doesn’t happen?

 I have generated a form from a base that is working fine. When it’s submitted it allocates the user a member number. The Base is I denticle but depending on the agent it generates a unique number so there are 3 bases, Plus the master base (As I call it) When the form is submitted it automatically generates an email that sends the member number to the person generating the form. This works perfectly thanks to the support received in this forum.What I now need to do is generate an order form. I have done the form but can't work out the automation. Once the first form is completed and the email is sent, I need to send a Second email form unique that has the persons membership number and Name. They then have to fill out information specific to the order and make a payment. They then submit the form which I want to automatically fill in the blanks in the base. Once completed the form emails the manufacturing department the information for them to manufacture from. I need some guidance of w

Looking for a better way to setup this interface so that it is more efficient.  I’m currently using a list view to enter information to create a project estimate. In the photo, the user enters information for each workspace they are updating.  There could be up to 15 workspaces but I don’t want to list 15 seperate sections on this view.  I would rather it be setup to where the user would enter the data for the 1st workspace and if needed have an option to add a 2nd, 3rd, and so on but not have to show all 15 empty workspaces like shown.  The 2nd part of this is when the estimate is emailed to the team, all of the workspaces are showing up as a grid whether or not information has been filled in.  Optimally, I only want workspaces to show up if data has been entered.

Does this role count as an “Enterprise admin”? Do all those listed roles count? Are these different contexts?

 Hello I struggle to configure an action button in the Record Detail view: I wish to update a check box field to ‘NO’ and then to ‘YES’  such that to trigger an automation, but that does not work. It is weird that if I configure both Updates to ‘YES’, the Button takes the ‘After.. ‘ appearance as default. What am I missing?Thanks   2 Updates Button  This is what I wish to doWeird behaviour (??)  

I’m trying to use the record review interface in one of my interfaces, but instead of loading the record details, it just shows a persistent loading spinner and nothing ever appears. I’ve tried refreshing and checking permissions. Has anyone encountered this before or found a fix?

Hello!When uploading images/attachments, the images are being put all into the same “Attachment” cell. I am trying to find a method that forces each image to get its own row in the table instead of being grouped together in a single cell.Can anyone help me out with this?Thanks,Doug.

Hi, I am using the Typeform integration and one question (single select) has 750 options. In Airtable: It is possible to massively add options to the single selection or multiple selection. Instead of paste it the 750 options one by one. thanks

The bases I create are labeled “External” (even after accepting my Organization's invite) and lack the same functionality as bases created by the Big Boss. Are there currently settings that ensure bases created by users within the organization are internal (and benefit from the functionality associated with our price plan)? Would changing my permissions level from “Creator” to “Owner” make a difference? I guess I’m confused that a user can belong to an organization, yet the bases they create do not. Put another way, in practice, every user other than the Big Boss is individually on the “free” plan and creates only stripped-down “External” bases. I'm told we're in the process of migrating from Teams to Business. Will that remedy this? It doesn't make sense to me that only one person has full functionality, regardless of number of users in the plan. I don't have access to the organization's settings. Are the ones with access simply overlooking something?I appreciate any clarity provided.

Hello! I’m trying to make a templated onboarding document that we can easily update with information fed from Airtable. Here’s the direct use case (Integrations are generally off the table in a corporate security setting): Hire Roster (lives in Airtable, holds new hire data) Microsoft Word/GDoc/OneNote (whatever!) that is complete with specific fields waiting to be fed new hire data, will serve as new hires’ onboarding document. Is there a way to automate the process of filling out a document without manually doing it?

Hi community I have the following question. I’d appreciate any idea how to active it.  I'm organizing my data for AI analysis and need it to be both structured and easy to interpret.To achieve this, I'm grouping the data by a key variable — in my case, Persona. This approach is working well and displays the information mostly as intended.However, one thing is missing: I would like to include a summary row (e.g., a SUM or total row) directly below each Persona group to aggregate key metrics (such as totals, averages, etc.).My question:Is there a way to automatically add a SUM row beneath each grouped Persona to display aggregated metrics for that specific group? 

I have an excel file that we currently filter by 3 to 4 fields to come up with a price for an item for vehicles. We filter by Year, Make, Model, and then for certain products, we also end up filtering by other parametes, but I’ll use size as an example. I am trying to create a form where instead of having to exit and go to the excel sheet, a person could potentially do the following: Select year → this should provide the filter for the next question and only return Brands for those years When they select a make, it should filter the next question to only show models for the selected brand. When they select model, if there are 2 models, it should bring up the size field for the next question, if there is only one model, it should bring up the ID for that specific model in the next question. After it brings up the correct ID for that model, it should show the only price option for that ID. I know I can import an excel file, but I’m not sure how to get it to let me make a form that filt

Hi there, If I have data that is pulled in from another file and in one column it is showing this - Project department (John Smith)How do I grab the (John Smith) part and let it populate into the column next to it?  Adding to that once I have the names do these names need to be added to the base in order for them to view their assigned things in an interface? Many thanks 

Hi, I’m trying to build an event management board. Some of my events are recurring, but the current date data type does not allow multiple ones. Do you have a best practice for it? One way I’m thinking about making a separate date table, and link the event with the dates. But the calendar view looks odd for this date table, as it use dates as the primary id and does not allow me to display big event name on it. Also, I don’t know how to filter the ‘date’ data based on conditions in the event table.  i.e. if I want to only show the dates where the event has been confirmed.  Wonder if you have better options? And if yes, please show me!! If not, how to make my current date table better looking?

Is there a way to customize airtable form based on the user. I have a dropdown box that is selected by the person, then it shows the applicable questions based on the drop down. Is there a way to autofill in the dropdown based on the user filling in the form.  I need to keep all of the questions in one form for convenience. What would be the best way of doing this.  The reason I need to do this is because each person is required to fill out a form each month, selecting a name then shows what forms a person has not completed yet. Thank you 

Is it possible to have 3 kinds of fields in gallery view on a shared link? To clarify I want - 1- The fields displayed on the card 2- The fields you can see when clicking on the card, that aren’t displayed in the card view. 3- Fields that can not be seen unless you are the owner (i.e. me) and logged in. I’m using Airtable for a coin collection and want to have a field for price paid, but I don’t want that to be public knowledge, yet I want to make my page publicly accessible for research purposes.

What happened to PageDesigner?!?!?! I have been using the same extension for three years to print a two-page per record document. The page is set to be the size equivalent of two, portrait 8.5x11 pages. All of a sudden, yesterday, I opened up the Extension that holds my document and the entire second page was missing. The fields were there, but the white background was missing. I reset the page size to accommodate the length of a two page document. All appeared to be well, but when I went to print it, it only prints the second page of one record in the view. Any insights would be greatly appreciated

Ideally what I’d like is for the “page designer” block to have the ability to share its output automatically with different recipients who don’t have Airtable accounts themselves. I have a large base that is used to process reports that come in from forms. Each record is an individual report, which I can build into printable pdf using the page designer. But the only way to share these is to download each individual pdf and then send it by email. I would like to be able to automate this process, i.e. once a report is complete, the document generated by the page designer is automatically shared with a given recipient. Is this possible through Zapier, or any other platform? I’ve looked at a few google sheets add ons but I’m not sure they’re what I’m after. Hi all, We are a small real estate agency, using Airtable for our property database which is very nice. We face an issue and want to ask for solution, we need to create either 1) Listing or 2) Single property particular to our client from our property database, right now we only selected the properties we want to send to our clients and manually type it on Word, it is waste of time and easy to have typo. May I ask how to simply from from the selected properties in our database … e.g. selected 10 properties and then print the selected in a listing ? And also the option to print the selected to 10 individual single property particular? I found the built-in document creation app is not powerful to do that… any suggestion of app or service should we use ? Don’t mind to subscribe more service to do… Appreciate for the recommendation… Best, Tony

I followed this tutorial video to the letter (https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013405168-Page-designer-app-overview) yet Page Designer won’t print/PDF multiple records on a page. My records are short — about one-eighth of a page per record — and I have 25 records. It’s ridiculous that my PDF is 25 pages. Can someone please help me stop the madness???

Hello I am building my invoice template in Page Designer. I was able to build my source table so I can see various tasks to bill to each client. My only isse is that table only show records that fit in the box and in 1 page. How do I format the table element so it show every records I want to show even if it takes multiple pages?

I have a question regarding the page designer extension. How to make the data fields automatically adapt to the amount of data to display and for the extension to create as many pages as necessary? I am setting up a contract. This contract contains a “travellers” paragraph. Under each traveler, page designer displays the information concerning him (package chosen, date of departure, date of return, details of flights, details of accommodation, etc.). The number of travelers naturally varies from one contract to another. There are contracts with 1 single traveler and others with 40 travellers. On page designer the reserved field does not adapt to the amount of data. In addition, we only have the right to 1 single page!! How to solve this problem? Thanks
